MSMEs are one of the pillars of the national economy which must get the main opportunity, support, protection and development as wide as possible as a form of firm alignment with the people's economic business group without ignoring the role of big business. The purpose of this KKN activity is to provide assistance regarding digital marketing, especially through social media, for roasted rice micro businesses in Kepanjen Kidul Village, Blitar City to increase sales of these products.The method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The descriptive method is used to describe the efforts of UMKM Nasi Bakar "Pak Githu" in developing its marketing with digital marketing. While a qualitative approach is used to explain the process of implementing digital marketing in line with the development of its business.The mentoring work program carried out for Nasi Bakar SMEs is to rebrand products, make labels and business cards, utilize digital marketing, carry out digital content creation. Through a strong brand identity and an effective digital marketing strategy, Nasi Bakar MSMEs in the Kepanjen Kidul Village can experience significant empowerment.

PT. Sumber Nelayan Indonesia masih menggunakan Excel dan pencatatan manual dalam mengelola persediaan barang. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi aplikasi barang yang terkomputerisasi untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pendataan stok barang masuk dan keluar. Penelitian ini merancang dan membuat sistem persediaan barang sparepart berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Tujuannya adalah untuk membantu pekerjaan pengelolaan barang dengan memberikan informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perkembangan teknologi informasi sangat berpengaruh pada pengelolaan persediaan barang di suatu perusahaan. Metode waterfall digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi inventori barang masuk dan keluar pada sparepart. Tahapan pengembangan meliputi Analisis Kebutuhan, desain sistem, Implementasi, verifikasi atau pemeriksaan, dan pemeliharaan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Determinan Pengungkapan Sukarela Internet Financial and Sustainability Reporting pada Perusahaan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 21 Perusahaan Sub Sektor Pertanian yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2019-2021. Sampel penelitianini sebanyak 18 perusahaan dikali 3 tahun sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini adaalah 54data keuangan perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel. Uji kesesuaian dengan menggunakan uji statistis t dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh secara parsial antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen dengan asumsi bahwa variabel lain dianggap konstan. Berdasarkan pengujian statistik t dikertahui bahwa variabel Profitabilitas(X1) dan Ukuran Perusahaan(X3) memiliki pengaruh terhadap Internet Financial and Sustainability Reporting (Y). Sedangkan variabel Leverage (X2) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Internet Financial and Sustainability Reporting (Y).Berdasarkan hasil uji simultan didapatkan hasil probabilitas F – statistic sebesar 0.004358< 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variable bebas berpengaruh terhadap variable terikat. Dengan ini maka variabel X1, X2 dan X3 secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Internet Financial and Sustainability Reporting (Y).Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa hasil adjusted R2 dari variabel-variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 0.682797atau 68.2%. Hal ini berarti bahwa 68.2% dari Internet Financial and Sustainability Reporting (Y) dipengaruhi dan dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen dalam penelitian ini yakni Profitabilitas (X1), Leverage(X2) dan Ukuran Perusahaan (X3). Sedangkan 31.8% lainnya dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lainnya diluar model regresi.

The goal of this study is to prove the influence of good corporate governance (GCG) mechanism has on the value of basicmaterial companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2021. The five independent variables used in this study are independent commissioners, institutional ownership, management ownership, board of directors, and audit committee. Selected through purposive sampling, there were total of 60 samples studied using multiple linear regression analysis as an analytical technique & SPSS 25 as the research tool. The findings from this study reveal that simultaneously the GCG mechanism influences firm value. Partially, managerial and institutional ownership also independent commissioners are three of the five GCG mechanisms that impact company value. Meanwhile the other two; audit committees and boards of directors, have no impact on firm value.

Infografis adalah alat atau media yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi dalam bentuk visual, baik berupa spanduk, baliho, poster, dan lain sebagainya. Di era sekarang ini, teknologi informasi telah berkembang pesat baik di kalangan masyarakat pedesaan maupun perkotaan, sehingga infografis ini juga dapat disebarluaskan melalui media sosial, seperti Facebook, Instagram, Twitter dan lain sebagainya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana membangun infografis sebagai media informasi protokol kesehatan di era pandemi Covid-19 di Kecamatan Marisa Kabupaten Pohuwato. Penelitian ini dibangun dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu peneliti mengamati secara detail objek yang akan diteliti dan hal-hal lain yang berkaitan dengan objek yang akan diteliti, dimana teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.

This research was conducted because the poverty rate in 2020 increased to 0.67%. Therefore this study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of Open Unemployment and Average Length of School on the Poor Population Rate in Indonesia in 2020. This type of research is quantitative research. The analytical method used in this study is the normality test and hypothesis testing, and the data used is secondary data. The results of the study show that partially (1) there is no significant effect of open unemployment on the poverty rate in Indonesia in 2020, while simultaneously (2) there is no effect on the average length of schooling on poverty in Indonesia in 2020, (3) there is no significant effect Open Unemployment and Average Length of School to poverty in Indonesia in 2020.

In the process of teaching and learning in schools conducted by subject teachers, of course, they experience various kinds of obstacles. This problem hit both students and educators which in the end caused the teaching and learning process to be not conducive. In addition to the non-conducive atmosphere during the learning process, it also results in difficulties for students to capture or accept the material provided by the subject teacher. Besides that, many teachers use the lecture learning method in learning, where the presentation of teaching is through explanations and oral narrative by the teacher to students about a material topic. The lecture method is considered a less effective method because it is a non-participatory monologue.
Real or familiar objects that we see directly provide actions such as grasping and manipulation. This will shape the future neural processing for cognition, action and memory. This study aims to determine student responses to social studies learning by using real objects at MI Sabilal Muhtadin Kapuas Hulu. This can be seen from the increasingly solid understanding and student learning outcomes of the material presented by the teacher, learning completeness increased from each cycle I (68% ) Cycle II (88%). The conclusions through the results of this research show that the use of real objects can improve student learning outcomes.

This study aims to explain the implementation of the demonstration method in learning Islamic religious education at SMA Negeri North Tambun. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Methods of data collection using non-participant observation methods, semi-structured interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were the principal, Islamic education teachers and class XII IPA students. The data validity was done by using data triangulation technique and source triangulation technique. Data analysis includes data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation) and conclusion drawing / verification. The result of this research is that in teaching Islamic Education the teacher uses the demonstration method by applying three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation of learning. Preparation for learning the teacher prepares learning tools, formulates goals to be achieved, prepares the necessary tools or media and estimates the time that will be used in learning. The supporting factors are the presence of professional teachers, media, adequate facilities and infrastructure, making it easier for students to understand what is being learned..

The Pasuruan area is one of the districts in East Java Province. This area has potential in its natural resources which we know is close to the mountains, beaches, and also the city center. The author analyzes what sectors have the potential in this area for the economy as a reference for further directed development and aims to prosper the community. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method with two calculations, namely the Location Quetiont method and the Shiftshare method with reference data for the GRDP of the business field according to 2010 constant prices in 2014-2018. The industrial sector as well as wholesale trade, restaurants, hotels and financial services has a positive value which means it has great potential as a contributor to GRDP in East Java and is also a form of empowering the community to achieve a prosperous society. With the hope that further development can be more focused and on target.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan citra perempuan dalam Novel Bukan Aku yang Dia Inginkan Karya Sari Fatul Husni. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah bersumber dari data premier yaitu data yang didapat dalam novel. Data yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini berupa keterangan yang dijadikan objek kajian, yaitu setiap kata, kalimat, dan kalimat ungkapan yang mendukung aspek citra diri perempuan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan analisis teks dalam novel dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan citra perempuan tangguh dalam Novel Bukan Aku yang Dia Inginkan Karya Sari Fatul Husni yang digambarkan melalui kepribadian dan prilaku seperti, berani memulai sesuatu, bertekad untuk menang, tabah dalam menghadapi cobaan, pantang menyerah, untuk mencapai suatu tujuan, tidak mudah terpengaruh oleh orang lain, bisa menenangkan hati dan pikiran orang-orang yang ada disekitarnya, mempunyai kesabaran yang besar, dan bertanggung jawab terhadap keluarga.
