In the world of education, the issue of job satisfaction and performance has become the main concern for academics. This study aims to investigate the impact of transformational leadership, education and training, and protean careers on job satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research to obtain and collect data and information that refers to the research problem. Data collection techniques based on field research were carried out in kindergarten private schools spread across regencies/cities in West Java Province. The population in this study were all Private Kindergarten (TK) Principals of 1,503 people. Sampling using random sampling and proportional sampling as many as 316 people. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership, and education and training variables had no significant effect on job satisfaction. The protean career variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction for school principals.

M.PD The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and work discipline on employee work productivity at PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) warship division. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The population that is the focus of the research is 122 employees who have worked permanently in the Warship Division of PT. PAL Indonesia (Persero). Observation data collection techniques, questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that work training (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on work productivity.
 

Chili is used not only as a vegetable for consumption or a complement to dishes but also as an attractive ornamental plant to cultivate. One of the genetic enhancement efforts is through mutation induction with gamma rays. The aim of this study was to increase the genetic diversity of ornamental chilies by inducing gamma ray mutations. This research was conducted at BATAN (National Nuclear Energy Agency), experimental field and Plant Breeding and Biotechnology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University. The research was conducted from July to November 2022. The results showed that the LD50 value of gamma-ray irradiated chili seeds was 213.49 Gy, and there was an increase in the diversity of ornamental chili mutants. The color characteristic of mature leaves was purplish-green in the control plant, while the mutant turned purple on the upper and lower surfaces of the leaves. The character of the flower has not changed; that is, it remains purple, and the flower stalk remains upright. The stem pigment in control plants was a purple-green line, changed to purple in mutants. Mutant plant habitus changed to compact. These characters increase the aesthetic value of the ornamental chili mutant.

Untuk imenjawab ipermasalahan dan tujuani ipenelitian, imaka peneliti imenggunakan teori ifungsionalisme strukturali yang idipopulerkan oleh iRobert K. iMerton sebagai ikajian dalam menganalisai permasalahani yang ada yakni ikonflik iperan iganda dan dukungani sosial ipasangan bagi ipekerja. Hasil ipenelitian iberkaitan idengan tujuani penelitiani yang imenjelaskani konflik peran iganda iberpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja, hasil ipenelitian ini imenunjukkan konfliki peran ganda mempengaruhii prestasi ikerja, inamun hanya beberapai pekerjai yang mengalaminya. iSelanjutnya yaitu imenjelaskan idukungan sosial ipasangan berpengaruhi terhadapi konfliki peran iganda, hasil ipenelitian ini imenunjukan dukungani sosial ipasangan sangat iberperan pentingi ketika buruh iperempuan mengalamii konfliki peran. Yang terakhiri yaitu idukungan isosial ipasangan berpengaruhi terhadap iprestasi kerja dan ikesejahteraan ipsikologis, hasil penelitiani menunjukani bahwa dukungani sosial mempengaruhii prestasi ikerja dan idukungan sosial ipasangan sangat iberperan ipenting untuk kesejahteraani psikologis ipekerja. Konfliki peran ganda imerupakan ikondisi yang dirasakan iindividu karena isalah satu iperan imengganggu peran yang lain. iDukungan isosial ipasangan yaitu ipercaya bahwa iada iorang ilain yang akan imembantu iketika dalam isuatu imasalah, hal ini akan imemenimalisir itingkat istres yang dialaminya.Kata kunci: Konflik peran, dukungan sosial, psikologis.

Disability groups are people who have deficiencies in carrying out activities in daily life due to a person's physical and psychological factors. The problem of disability is a phenomenon that has received less attention from the public. So that the issue of disability discrimination is increasingly mushrooming and cannot be resolved. Evidence of discrimination against disability groups is reflected in the lack of access and facilities provided to disabled groups. As a result, the problem of discrimination against people with disabilities will still exist. This study uses a qualitative type with a literature study. The analysis of this research uses the structural functional theory of Talcot Parsons. The concept of Talcot Parsons' theory is AGIL (Adaptation, Goal Attainment, Integration, Latent Pattern Maintenance). The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from literature review, mass media news on the internet. The target of this research is Madiun City, East Java. The results of this study are that the City of Madiun is a city that is still low in accessibility to disability groups. It is proven by the provision of facilities that are still minimal, even some facilities will still be discussed in 2021.

The aim of this research is to explain and describe the da'wah of mualamah in Islam. The research was conducted qualitatively through library research. Data collection was carried out by means of a documentation study using books, books, the internet, and so on. Data processing with reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study showed: (1) aspects of da'wah: mad'u abilities, geographic location, materials, and tools of da'wah. (2) muamalah aspects: contracts, liking each other, and goods sold are beneficial. (3) Da'wah mulamalah about: capital, honesty, punctuality, hard work, hard work, and motivating the closest people.

This study aims to improve fine motor development through finger painting in group A early childhood at TK Al-Hidayah Terpadu I Samboja Kutai Kartanegara. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. This research is a population study where members of the population are used as research subjects. The research data obtained were then analyzed using a percentage score which later could be known about the extent of fine motor development through finger painting. In observation 1 it can be seen that 16.7% of the 30 children have progressed in finger painting activities, while 33.3% of the children are starting to develop and 50% of the children are still in the undeveloped category. And in observation 2 it can be seen that 40% of the 30 children have developed in finger painting activities, 26.7% of children are starting to develop and 33.3% of children are still categorized as not yet developing in finger painting activities.

The aim of this research is to find out and describe the picture of the quality of the Nur Masitha Sampang Playgroup in terms of the seven principles of ISO 9001:2015. Qualitative research methods with a case study approach. Data collection techniques: interviews with 1 principal, 2 teachers, 2 students, and 2 parents; observation and documentation. Data processing: reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Data validity with technique and source triangulation. The results of the research show: (1) leadership principles: democratic leadership. (2) the principle of customer focus: learning and playing, books, educational game tools, and parenting. (3) the principle of engagement of people: principals, teachers, and parents. (4) process approach principles: learning schedules, weekly and daily program implementation plans, SOPs for arrival and return of students. (5) the principle of improvement: innovation of indoor and outdoor learning processes. (6) principles of evidence-based decision making: improving learning through meetings at the end and beginning of the semester. (7) the principle of relation management: cooperation with the Sampang Himpaudi group and parents.
