The purpose of this research is to find out the procedure of child adoption at the Oelamasi District Court and the judge's reasoning in granting the application for child adoption with prospective parents over 55 years old. The research method used is empirical research. The results showed (1) The child adoption procedure at the Oelamasi District Court is in accordance with the child adoption arrangements contained in the laws and regulations. Particularly in this case, the child who was adopted was not under the care of a social organization but under the care of the prospective adoptive parents. In addition, in this case the prospective adoptive parents did not fulfill one of the requirements for child adoption contained in Article 13 of the Government Regulation, which in turn is the authority of the judge in accepting or rejecting the application. (2) The judge's reasoning in granting the application for child adoption in Stipulation Number 5/Pdt.P/2023/PN Olm is by referring to the provisions of Article 28 B paragraphs (1) and (2) jo Article 28 D paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia which prioritizes the principles of justice and the best interests of the child so that even though the age of the Plaintiffs no longer meets the requirements of the legislation because they are more than 55 (fifty five) years old does not have to hinder the noble intentions of the Plaintiffs to adopt a child.

Pada pendidikan anak usia dini penggunaan angka secara sederhana mulai diperkenalkan. Hal ini dikarenakan banyak sekali penggunaan angka yang dapat kita jumpai pada kegiatan sehari-hari. Tahap usia dini juga merupakan waktu yang tepat untuk proses pembelajaran bahasa Inggris.  Sehingga jika anak mengawali pengenalan Bahasa Inggris dengan mengenal angka dalam Bahasa Inggris maka anak akan mudah memahaminya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman angka dalam Bahasa Inggris pada anak usia dini dengan media permainan ular tangga yang dikarenakan dalam proses pembelajaran harus menerapkan konsep belajar sambil bermain. Penelitian dilakukan di TK Al Irshad Kota Pekalongan pada anak TK Tingkat B. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan penyajian data berupa skor kemampuan anak yang dibagi menjadi 4 level skor yaitu skor 4 = jika anak bisa tanpa bantuan, skor 3 = jika anak bisa dengan bantuan awal, skor 2 = jika anak bisa dengan bantuan meniru teman, dan skor 1 = jika anak tidak bisa. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan anak dalam memahami angka dalam Bahasa Inggris. Jumlah persentase siswa dengan pemerolehan skor 3 dan 4 mengalami kenaikan, dari yang semula jumlah anak dengan skor 3 adalah 25%  meningkat menjadi  45% dan skor 4 yang semula 12,5% meningkat menjadi 25%. Sedangkan jumlah persentase siswa dengan skor 2 dan 1 mengalami penurunan yaitu yang semula skor 2 adalah 37,5% menurun menjadi 17,5%, dan pemerolehan skor 1 yang semula 25% menurun menjadi 12,5 %. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media ular tangga mampu meningkatkan kemampuan anak usia dini dalam memahami angka dalam Bahasa Inggris.

This research is qualitative in nature, based on safety representative as the primary research data prior to conducting the Fire Risk Assessment which focuses on all rooms in the temporary buildings of construction service companies. This research was conducted with the aim of conducting a fire risk assessment in accordance with NFPA 551 of 2019 to determine the value of fire risk and Fire Extinguishers planning will be carried out based on Permenakertrans No. 04 of 1980. The results of the risk assessment carried out showed that the fire rate in 12 rooms in the temporary building had a moderate risk level and the other 2 rooms had a low risk level. For the application of Fire Extinguishers to the entire temporary building area, 5 Fire Extinguishers are needed with 4 Fire Extinguishers of the Dry Chemical Powder type and 1 Carbon Dioxide (CO2)

One of the world's most famous native Indonesian cultures is batik. A good batik industry must be able to produce superior batik according to market needs with quality standards, the environment, human rights and employment issues. Batik craftsmen have weak tools, use velvet chemicals, handle water and a high amount of water, and are inefficient in handling wax and other processing agents. Batik Seni Pendopo is one of the batik businesses that practices GSCM. Dokani Svetsini needs to manage mezimuzi kineria green manufacturing at Batik Seni Pendopo so that it can continue to operate its business, maintain the surrounding environment, and implement the proposed semparikan persang mezimuzi results consistently. This research uses a qualitative case study type, using the green SCOR and AHP methods. From the results of Mezurisi Ergirden, the performance value is 77.43, which means good. Of the 13 KPIs, there are several KPIs that have unsatisfactory performance, namely energy use, waste produced by % of products produced, production costs, installation costs, waste management, efficiency, stamping, batik canting. Improvements that are important in this business are minimizing the handling of electricity, handling raw materials for candle wax and water, managing candle wax for business income, modifying the management so that the cash that goes to Milan can be milled, and where farmers design and canting so that the production process is faster.

Pencatatan keuangan dan strategi pemasaran menjadi unsur-unsur yang sangat penting dalam keberlangsungan usaha sebuah UMKM. Keduanya memiliki peran yang cukup vital dalam pencapaian tujuan bisnis sebuah organisasi. Meskipun demikian, masih banyak UMKM yang belum memanfaatkan kedua unsur tersebut dengan maksimal. Bahkan belum menerapkannya sama sekali. Melalui pengabdian ini, penulis mencoba memberikan bantuan berupa pelatihan kepada salah satu UMKM yang berkecimpung di bidang seni bernama Palito Cinto. Hal ini ditujukan untuk mengenalkan serta memberikan arahan-arahan kepada UMKM terkait dengan pencatatan keuangan dan strategi pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan ialah berupa observasi mengenai keadaan bisnis Palito Cinto. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan wawancara kepada pemilik sanggar selaku pengelola untuk melihat seberapa jauh penerapan strategi keuangan dan pencatatan keuangannya. Selain itu, penulis memberikan pelatihan dan materi mengenai pencatatan keuangan dan strategi pemasaran. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa Palito Cinto mulai berproses dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangan. Strategi pemasarannya telah berjalan dengan cukup baik dan dalam proses memaksimalisasikannya. Dengan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi UMKM Palito Cinto khususnya agar Palito Cinto dapat menerapkan pencatatan keuangan yang sederhana serta dapat memperluas pasar dan jangkauannya demi keberlangsungan usahanya.

In this study, there are problems faced by the owners of UMKM Crispy Egg Cake, one of which is the lack of knowledge about how to apply digital marketing as a place to promote their products, so the marketing plan in this study aims to develop UMKM Crispy Egg Cake in Bungkuk Village, Parang District, Regency Magetan in terms of implementing digital marketing as a place to promote products, so that they are better known by the public out there. Research in this training uses the ABCD method or this training uses the ABCD approach, namely Asset Based Community Development, which prioritizes the use of assets and potential that exist around and are owned by the community. The results of this study can prove that by assisting the implementation of digital marketing as a marketing strategy, crispy egg cake owners know more about the benefits and how to use technology, especially in terms of digital marketing to advertise or sell their crispy egg cake food products, so by using digital marketing This sales turnover and public interest in buying crispy egg cakes has increased. In addition, sellers also gain a lot of useful knowledge about digital marketing technology and can compete in the market with other similar or different food products

Mental health problems are of particular concern in the community. Health problems are not only seen from that, but also from how a person can explore himself and in his interactions with the surrounding environment. One of the causes of mental health problems that often occurs is a problem of lack of self-confidence or a lack of dissatisfaction and self-confidence. Insecure is a feeling of insecurity, or fear caused by dissatisfaction and lack of confidence in one's own capacities. Vocational High School students are a period when a person enters adolescence so that, Adolescence is a period in life to grow in search of identity and self-identity on the way to adulthood. Self-confidence can simply be interpreted as a belief in one's own abilities or strengths, which can be maximized to achieve expectations and goals. The method in this service is carried out by means of lectures which are attended by 1 class XI PS from SMK Negeri 7 Surakarta. The result of this service that is obtained is in the form of an informant's understanding related to methods or management when individuals experience insecurity.

Keberhasilan siswa dalam pembelajaran ditentukan oleh banyak faktor, salah satunya kesiapan dalam belajar. Kesiapan siswa dalam belajar dapat dilihat dari, kesiapan fisik, kesiapan mental, motivasi, pengetahuan atau materi pembelajaran, bahan ajar dan juga alat alat yang mendukung pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui penyebab dan solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Virgo. Jenis penelitianya Case Study atau Studi Kasus, dimana studi kasus ini adalah salah satu bentuk penelitian kualitatif yang berbasis pada pemahaman dan perilaku manusia berdasarkan opini manusia. Sabjek dalam penelitian ini berupa individu, instansi dan masyarakat sekitar. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan kategori dan interpretasi langsung. Hasil penelitian ditemukan dalam hal ini adalah seorang anak yang bernama Virgo yang jikalau ditanya siap dalam pembelajaran ternyata jika dilihat dari keadaannya belum siap sama sekali. Jika dilihat dari latar belakang seorang Virgo, Virgo dimanjakan dengan fasilitas dan di fasilitasi untuk segala macam les di rumah. Tapi dalam kesehariannya kurang bergaul dengan teman-temannya yang membuat Virgo canggung dalam kelasnya. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh guru yang masuk kedalam kelas, seperti pendekatan, menghangatkan suasana dalam pembelajaran, bahkan konsultasi dengan orang tua pun sudah dilakukan oleh pihak guru yang masuk ke kelas Virgo. Dengan demikian guru selalu memberikan strategi atau metode-metode untuk pembelajaran di kelas Virgo.  Dan diharapkan Virgo mampu mengikuti proses pembelajaran di kelas dengan tekun dan cermat.

Reading is an activity carried out to find information obtained in writing. With that, reading is a process to think about how to understand the contents of the writing that is read. Reading skill is a top priority that must be mastered by students, especially in high grades, because reading with good skills will absorb the contents of the reading more easily. Students who cannot read will experience obstacles in learning activities. So, students must have the skills to read well. This study aims to find out what is included in reading skills in high school learning at the MI/SD level. Data collection techniques were carried out through qualitative methods based on literature study by collecting data from various sources, both written and unwritten, such as journals, books whether online or offline which can be considered as relevant and written according to the subject matter outlined by the author.
