The study titled "The Complex Interplay of Segmental and Suprasegmental Features in English Phonology: An Advanced Study" delves into the intricate relationships between the segmental (phonemes) and suprasegmental (prosody) elements of English phonology. Utilizing a multifaceted methodological approach, including acoustic analysis, perception experiments, corpus studies, and computer simulations, the research reveals how stress, intonation, and rhythm systematically influence the acoustic properties of vowels and consonants. Acoustic data analysis indicates that stressed syllables have higher pitch, greater intensity, and distinct formant frequencies, enhancing their perceptual salience. Perception experiments demonstrate that listeners heavily rely on prosodic cues to interpret meaning and resolve ambiguities in speech. Corpus studies highlight significant regional and contextual variations in the use of suprasegmental features, underscoring the phonological diversity within English dialects. Computer simulations using autosegmental-metrical models provide a theoretical framework that supports the hierarchical nature of phonological representations, where suprasegmental features modulate segmental structures. Interviews with native speakers and experts emphasize the practical importance of integrating segmental and suprasegmental analyses for comprehensive linguistic understanding and effective communication.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rasio profitabilitas dan rasio aktivitas dalam menilai kinerja keuangan PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk periode 2020-2023. Rasio profitabilitas yang digunakan adalah Return on Asset (ROA) dan Return on Equity (ROE), sedangkan rasio aktivitas meliputi perputaran persediaan, perputaran modal kerja, dan perputaran total aset. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan teknik analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perusahaan berdasarkan ROA dan ROE masih belum maksimal karena berada di bawah standar industri. Untuk rasio aktivitas, perputaran persediaan mengalami fluktuasi, perputaran modal kerja sudah baik sesuai standar industri, namun perputaran total aset belum optimal karena terlalu banyak dana tertanam pada aset yang kurang produktif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk perlu meningkatkan kinerjanya dalam memanfaatkan modal untuk menghasilkan laba serta mengoptimalkan penggunaan aset secara produktif.

This research uses literature studies to collect data from journals, articles and online sources, in order to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the strategic management of online shopping platforms. The results of this SWOT analysis are then used to formulate strategy recommendations that can improve the platform's operations and competitive position in the e-commerce market.

This article discusses the importance of reaching mutually beneficial solutions in international conflicts, focusing on negotiation and mediation as key elements. Negotiation allows both parties to resolve each other's differences, while mediation facilitates dialogue and promotes compromise. This research uses normative legal research methods with a statutory approach and case approach to analyze relevant laws and regulations related to the Indonesia-Malaysia maritime boundary, using the technique of collecting legal materials for literature studies. These disputes also impact social, political, economic, and environmental life, and both countries must accept the consequences of the Indonesia-Malaysia maritime dispute, such as dispute resolution costs, potential conflicts, and environmental impacts. The results of this study show that negotiations aim to achieve mutually beneficial solutions by providing a forum for communication, identifying common interests, constructive negotiations, and dialogue with regional, national, or international organizations such as the United Nations. Meanwhile, mediation plays an important role in reaching mutually beneficial solutions, assisting effective communication, information and education, claims actions, compromises, facilitating the negotiation process, and reaching mutual agreements.
 
 

Pemerintah Jawa Tengah memprioritaskan pemulihan pariwisata akibat Covid-19. Tingkat penghunian kamar (TPK) hotel dapat menjadi pertanda keberhasilan minat wisatawan terhadap daerah yang dikunjungi dan salah satu leading indicator dalam mengukur ekonomi pada sektor pariwisata. TPK hotel Jawa Tengah dipublikasikan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) namun publikasi membutuhkan waktu satu atau dua bulan berikutnya. Pada penelitian ini melakukan komparasi model Sarimax dan Prophet untuk prediksi TPK hotel berbintang Jawa Tengah berdasarkan nilai MAPE dan waktu eksekusi program. Model dibuat menggunakan 2 kategori dataset yang telah di cek stasionaritasnya.  Dataset 1 yaitu data 2005-2022 (menyertakan situasi pandemi covid 19 hingga pemberhentian PPKM) dan data set 2 yaitu 2005-2019 (tanpa menyertakan situasi pandemi covid 19). Hasilnya model Sarimax dan prophet terbaik adalah model yang menggunakan dataset 2 dengan nilai MAPE 10.43% dan 47,529 detik waktu eksekusi sedangkan model prophet dengan dataset 2 mendapatkan nilai MAPE 6.05% dan 0.892 detik waktu eksekusi. Selanjutnya model Sarimax dan prophet yang menggunakan dataset 2, dilakukan prediksi dari tahun 2022 hingga februari 2023. Hasil prediksi kedua model dibandingkan dengan data aktual. Hasilnya, Sarimax lebih unggul daripada prophet dengan nilai MAPE 12.05% dan waktu eksekusi 0.014, prophet yaitu 14.07% dan 0.100 detik.

There are 3 alternative layouts in the BLOCPLAN method, the proposed layout chosen is based on the R-Score value which is close to 1, namely the 2nd layout with a material movement distance efficiency of 8.1 meters or 20.9%.
 
 

This writing aims to examine the position and influence of the presence of Artificial Intelligence in the formation of legislation as well as the crucial role of implementing the use of Artificial Intelligence in legislative processes. The research method employed by the author is normative juridical research using data collection techniques through document studies on secondary data. The results of this writing indicate that Artificial Intelligence is a form of progress that can assist and simplify human work. However, its use must be limited by specific regulations to regulate and minimize potential threats or negative impacts. Additionally, Artificial Intelligence is limited to being a tool or supporting assistant in the legislative process. If Artificial Intelligence were to be considered a subject capable of shaping legislation, it would be nearly impossible to implement. This is due to legislation being rules derived from norms that evolve in society and are dynamic. In the end, Artificial Intelligence remains limited to providing assistance to human beings. And the realization of the use of Artificial Intelligence in the realm of law has occurred in Indonesia as well as other countries such as Singapore, China, Estonia and also the United States. These countries have utilized Artificial Intelligence in the realm of law, especially in its use as a tool for the formation of legislation.

Dua model desain instruksional ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) dan ASSURE (Analyze Learners, State Objectives, Select Methods, Media, and Materials, Utilize Media, and Materials, Require Learner Participation, Evaluate, and Revise) adalah dua desain yang paling umum digunakan. Kedua model tahapan ini menawarkan kerangka susunan kerja yang komprehensif dalam merancang, mengembangkan, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran yang dapat  efektif. Penggunaan model ADDIE dan ASSURE dapat membantu pendidik dan perancang pembelajaran dalam mewujudkan pengalaman pembelajar yang bermakna dan cocok dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Metode penelitian kepustakaan, atau penelitian kepustakaan, digunakan untuk mengumpulkan informasi dari buku dan jurnal yang tersedia di internet dan mendeskripsikannya dalam artikel peneliti. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana model ADDIE dan ASSURE dapat digunakan dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran.
