This study aims to explain entrepreneurship learning and gain an understanding of the process of implementing entrepreneurship learning in increasing the attractiveness and creative thinking of students at SMP Negeri 3 Blitar. The research subfocus consists of 1). Learning models in improving the character of the entrepreneurial spirit of SMP Negeri 3 Blitar students, 2). The contribution of East Java "Veteran" UPN KKN students in improving the character of the entrepreneurial spirit of SMP Negeri 3 Blitar students, 3). The achievement of implementing entrepreneurship learning in improving the character of the entrepreneurial spirit of SMP Negeri 3 Blitar students. Research findings include: (1) improving the entrepreneurship learning model by balancing theory and practice, learning that is more focused on practical application, and realizing the objectives of the study program to produce graduates with an entrepreneurial spirit; (2) prototype design and development consists of three components: learning objectives, learning methods, and assessment; (3); and (4) learning development through the use of experimental classes.

This article is written to analyze the legal uncertainties found in the positive regulation related to the foreign ownership limitation in the construction services sector. In 2020, the Indonesian government issued the Job Creation Law which changed several laws and regulations including the Investment Law. According to the amended Investment Law, provisions regarding investment requirements are further regulated in a Presidential Regulation, in this case Perpres 10/2021 and Perpres 49/2021. However, both regulations do not stipulate any foreign ownership limitation in the construction services sector and the foreign ownership limitation regulated under other regulations instead. The most suitable method for this research is the normative juridical method, which is therefore used in this article. Until the writing of this article, there has been no research that examines the same subject matter, so the authors assess the importance of conducting this research. After this research was performed, it was found that legal uncertainty regarding restrictions on foreign shares in the construction services sector was found in the appendix of PP 5/2021 with the foreign ownership limitation for ASEAN BUJKA of 70% and Non-ASEAN BUJKA of 67%.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become an important part of the corporate landscape. CSR can also be used as a strategy to create and enhance the company's image. There are many bad effects related to damage when the company does not heed the social, economic, and environmental responsibilities, in which the company operates. If this damage can be minimized by carrying out social responsibility in the form of CSR programs and the program can improve the company's reputation then what is the next role of CSR in improving the company's image? By using the Literature Review method, the results obtained by the author are the implementation of the CSR programs which has become one of the most important drivers of the company's reputation. The CSR programs carried out are in accordance with the CSR principles that are sustainable, accountable and transparent. In addition, it also enhances the reputation and credibility of the company. The results of this moderation show how important it is for reputable business companies to consider CSR as the main factor influencing organizational commitment.

Kehamilan ganda merupakan salah satu bentuk kelainan kehamilan seperti pada plasenta kembar,Kehamilan ganda adalah kehamilan dengan dua janin atau lebih intrauterine. Pada pemeriksaan dengan USG dari 1000 kehamilan trimester I didapatkan 3,29% kehamilan ganda dan 5,39% hamil kembar dengan 1 embrio dan 1 kantong kehamilan kosong . Dari hamil kembar didapatkan 21,2% dengan 1 janin mati dan diserap kembali. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara umur dan paritas ibu dengan kehamilan gemelly. Metode : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dengan pendekatan cross sectional study yaitu suatu metode penelitian non eksperimental yang bersifat sederhana dimana data berkaitan dengan variabel independen dan variabel dependen yang terjadi pada objek penelitian diukur atau dikumpulkan dalam satu waktu bersamaan di Rumah Sakit Salewangang Maros Periode Januari 2017 sampai dengan Juni 2019. Hasil : Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh di Rumah Sakit Salewangang Maros sebanyak 366 jumlah ibu hamil tercatat 53 ibu hamil dengan kehamilan gemelly (ganda) periode Januari 2017 s/d Juni 2019 .Distribusi frekuensi umur paling banyak ada pada umur <35 sebanyak 30 (56,6%) dan >35 sebanyak 23 (43,4%) dengan (p-value = 0,250 >0,05).Distribusi frekuensi paritas paling banyak ada pada paritas >3 sebanyak 36 (67,9%) dan umur <3 sebanyak 17 (32,1%) dengan (p-value = 0,528 >0,05).Maka dari hasil penelitian ini Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Kesimpulan: tidak ada hubungan antara umur ibu dengan kehamilan gemelly.

Increasing, resulting in several changes fo;;owed by technological devlopments in the industrial revolution. One form of progress in internet technology is the use of financial technology in payment systems where payment transaction methods are facilitated by the phenomenon of a cashless society or payments using electronic money. MSMEs also experience this impact which emphasizes the importance of internet use. QRIS is the latest innovation in digital payments, namely the Quick Response Code Indonesian standard. QRIS, which was intiated by Bank Indonesia, provides convenience intransactions anywhere and anytime. This study aims to find out how the implementation of financial technology in QRIS as a Digital Payment System in the MSME Sector in Binjai Cuty. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques, namely using observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies which will be analyzed through the author’s observations to answer the formulation of the research that the researcherts conducted in order to socialize the implementation of the use of QRIS in several MSMEs in the city of Binjai, namely street vendors such as Dayana Ponsel, Seafood Meatball Traders, Takoyaki Kimono, Geprek Chicken Vendors Adek Sri who are in the city Binjai. Through the interview method of several respondents from street vendors, the results of the study proved that 20% of MSME actors already use the the payment system using QRIS, but 80% of MSME traders do not know what QRIS is. QRIS helps merchants (MSMEs) to make payments mor ppractical, fast and secure and with the convenience of these transactions people choose to shop and will indirectly increase income for MSME players.

Pendampingan Proses Produk Halal (PPH) adalah kegiatan pengabdian yang ditujukan untuk membantu para pelaku UMKM Kedu Emas di Kecamatan Kelapa Dua, Kabupaten Tangerang. Program Sertifikasi Halal Gratis (SEHATI) merupakan program gratis yang ditawarkan oleh Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia melalui BPJPH. Program tersebut merupakan salah satu strategi dalam mengakselerasi peningkatan jumlah pelaku UMKM yang tersertifikasi halal di Indonesia. Metode pada kegiatan ini yaitu PAR (Participatory Action Research) yaitu metode yang melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan pendampingan proses produk halal di Kecamatan Kelapa Dua, Kabupaten Tangerang. Pelaku usaha yang didampingi adalah pelaku usaha yang bergabung dalam kelompok Kedu Emas dengan berbagai macam produk baik produk makanan seperti siomay, pempek, keripik singkong, keripik kentang, dan sebagainya. Pendampingan ini dilakukan untuk dapat melatih dan mendampingi para pelaku UMKM dalam mengisi Manual SJPH, mengisi aplikasi SiHalal dan menginput data produksi pada aplikasi SiHalal serta melakukan verifikasi dan validasi pada produk yang didaftarkan pada program SEHATI. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah tersertifikasi halal bagi pelaku UMKM yang didampingi sehingga memiliki nilai tambah pada produk yang diproduksi dan terjamin kehalalan produk yang sudah disertifikasi halal melalui program sertifikasi halal gratis (SEHATI).

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah yang biasa disingkat UMKM saat ini menjadi salah satu sektor penyumbang lapangan kerja dan penyumbang Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) paling tinggi di Indonesia. Banyaknya pelaku UMKM menjadikan persaingan di pasar semakin ketat. Hanya UMKM dengan produk menarik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar yang mampu bertahan. Salah satu strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk menjaga eksistensi suatu produk UMKM adalah dengan melakukan pencitraan produk atau branding. Kemasan menjadi salah satu atribut branding yang saat ini fungsinya tidak hanya sebagai pengaman melainkan alat promosi. Dusun Bulak Kunci merupakan dusun terpencil di lereng Gunung Welirang dimana mayoritas penduduknya bermata pencaharian sebagai petani dan peternak. Dusun Bulak Kunci memiliki UMKM Kerupuk. Namun akses menuju dusun yang sulit dan kurangnya pemahaman mengenai strategi pemasaran produk menjadikan produk kerupuk UMKM di dusun Bulak Kunci didistribusikan secara terbatas. Selain itu kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai kemasan dan label membuat nilai jual produk menjadi rendah. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan UMKM di Dusun Bulak Kunci melalui pelatihan packaging dan penjualan online. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survei lapangan, sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan UMKM Kerupuk dusun Bulak Kunci meningkatkan nilai jual dengan dengan cara mengemas produk dengan baik dan memberikan label, serta melakukan penjualan secara online di social media, dan diharapkan dapat menaikkan omzet penjualan. 

This study aims to describe the forms of presuppositions and to describe the types of presuppositions based on George Yule's theory in BCA advertisements on the reality of Ramadan from the eyes of Christine Hakim #tibatibatenang on YouTube. This research is a qualitative descriptive research using document analysis method. The data sources used are words, phrases, and sentences that have presupposition indicators in BCA advertisements on the reality of Ramadan from the eyes of Christine Hakim #tibatibatenang on YouTube. The data was analyzed through 5 stages, namely identifying the data, classifying the data, describing the data, concluding the data, and presenting the results of data analysis. The researcher concluded that the results of this study contained 12 research data that had been collected, there were 4 existential presuppositions, 3 inactive presuppositions, 1 lexical presupposition, 2 non-factive presuppositions, 1 counterfactual presupposition, and 1 structural presupposition.

Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian Nonequivalent Posttest-Only Control Group Design, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMPIT Wahdah Islamiyah Gowa, pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023 yang terdiri dari tiga kelas. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini memberikan tes subjektif yang berbentuk tes uraian (essay). Data hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dikumpulkan dan selanjutnya diolah serta dianalisis untuk menjawab perumusan masalah dan hipotesis pada penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data hasil penelitian ini menggunakan dua teknik statistik yaitu statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Analisis yang digunakan adalah pengujian hipotesis mengenai perbedaan dua rata-rata menggunakan uji-t. Sebelum melakukan pengujian hipotesis, data yang diperoleh terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas sebagai uji prasyarat analisis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian ditarik kesimpulan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VII SMPIT Wahdah Islamiyah Gowa yang mengunakan metode pembelajaran means ends analysis berada pada kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata skor hasil belajar 60,41.Rata-rata hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VII SMPIT Wahdah Islamiyah Gowa yang mengunakan metode ceramah dengan rata-rata skor hasil belajar 42,94. Rata-rata hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VII SMPIT Wahdah Islamiyah Gowa yang diajarkan dengan metode pembelajaran means ends analysis lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan metode ceramah.
 
 
 

Dental and oral health is a support for achieving optimal body health. Problems with teeth and oral cavity can have a negative impact on daily life including disrupting school education activities. Dental and oral health problems are diseases experienced by almost half of the world's population, which is 3.58 billion people, especially dental caries. The purpose of this community service is to provide dental and oral health education for elementary school students through audiovisual media as a learning tool to increase knowledge and understanding related to dental and oral health in students. The method used in this community service is by filling out a pre-test form before providing dental and oral health education using audiovisual media, as well as how to brush your teeth properly and then a post-test is carried out. The results of community service activities are an increase in knowledge for education participants.
