Researchers will discuss the problems found in the implementation of educational supervision in schools/madrasas. Educational supervision is an educational management process that aims to improve the quality of education through supervision, direction, and guidance of teachers or educators. Academic supervision is one of the scopes of educational supervision that aims to assist teachers in improving the quality of academic activities, both inside and outside the classroom. Researchers identified several problems faced by educational supervisors, such as the complexity of the principal's managerial tasks, the lack of preparation of the supervised teachers, the high element of subjectivity, the frequent changes of principals, the lack of teacher discipline, and the lack of teacher knowledge about managing an effective teaching and learning process. In addition, the quality of teachers in carrying out teaching tasks is also a challenge, as teachers often face difficulties in incorporating new innovations into learning. Researchers emphasize the importance of educational supervision in improving teacher performance and ultimately impacting on student learning outcomes. Therefore, efforts are needed to overcome the problems faced in implementing educational supervision, so as to improve teacher professionalism and the overall quality of education. 

Sharia accounting faces significant challenges in the era of globalization, including integration with international standards, technological adaptation, and emphasis on sustainability and responsible finance. However, Islamic accounting also offers the opportunity to become an ethical and sustainable financial model, with principles such as the prohibition of investments that are environmentally or socially damaging. To develop these financial practices, inter-institutional collaboration, increasing sharia financial literacy, and developing better standards are needed. Thus, sharia accounting can strengthen its position in the global economy and help build a more just and sustainable society.

Excessive thinking is often experienced from adolescence to adulthood. The term that is better known in English is overthingking. Overthinking is a behavior of thinking about something excessively. This habit can make a person reflect too much on what has happened in the past, worry about the future, and think about things that will not necessarily happen. This excessive thinking often occurs when we are experiencing a problem, and are doubtful about what we have done. There are several ways to overcome overthinking itself, one of which is by using Mindfulness Therapy. War in the mind can be interpreted as a condition of someone who thinks about conditions without finding a result that will take action. War in the mind is also known as overthinking, namely overthinking over and over again thinking about things that can take up a lot of time. The aim of this research is to present a complete picture of content. This research explains the content/message of a piece of content. Overthinking has a negative influence on a person's thinking. To fight in one's mind means to speak against oneself, and purely from one's thoughts.

This study aims to gather information about what workload factors have an impact on the work stress of police officers. The research method used is a literature study, where several previous studies are collected and reviewed in more depth to find out about what workload factors affect work stress in police officers. The results of this study indicate that workload has an impact on work stress. Workload itself can be divided into two categories, namely quantitative and qualitative workload. Quantitative workload includes aspects such as working hours, volume of work, and the quality of the difficulty of the work carried out. Meanwhile, qualitative workload is related to the individual's ability to complete tasks well and the individual's perception of the workload faced. This is reinforced by research results from previous studies which indicate that there is a relationship between workload and job stress. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide a more comprehensive perception of how workload affects work stress in police officers, and become the basis for developing better stress management strategies in the police work environment.

Tadris Mathematics students have difficulty understanding complex analysis courses when studying independently because many students still lack confidence in doing assignments and only rely on help from others. Learning difficulties greatly affect learning independence. This study aims to determine the level of difficulty in learning complex analysis based on students' learning independence. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used was purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires in the form of google forms given to 20 students of the Tadris Mathematics study program at UIN K.H Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. Then the researcher conducted interviews with three students as representatives of classes A, B, C. The results of the study show that in general, Tadris Mathematics students have learning difficulties based on independence and difficulty understanding language in complex analysis courses. This learning independence can create students' ability to control and organize themselves in carrying out learning activities.

Pengaruh struktur kepemilikan terhadap kebijakan dividen telah banyak diketahui dalam dunia bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemilikan saham preferen dan saham biasa terhadap kebijakan dividen PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk, perusahaan makanan dan minuman terkemuka di Indonesia. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari perusahaan non-keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode penelitian tahun 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan mengenai hubungan antara kepemilikan saham preferen dan saham biasa dengan kebijakan dividen perusahaan. Tinjauan literatur mencakup konsep kepemilikan saham sebagaimana didefinisikan dalam Undang-Undang Perusahaan Indonesia No. 40 Tahun 2007, dan membedakan antara kepemilikan institusional dan kepemilikan manajerial. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman tentang bagaimana struktur kepemilikan, khususnya kepemilikan saham preferen dan saham biasa, dapat mempengaruhi kebijakan dividen dalam suatu perusahaan.

The digital revolution has changed the way of shopping, encouraging the growth of online shopping platforms that offer convenience for consumers. In intense market competition, SWOT analysis becomes important to help online shopping platforms identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and formulate strategies to maintain competitive advantages. The research aims to understand how these platforms can remain relevant and competitive in the digital era. This research uses literature studies to collect data from journals, articles and online sources, in order to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the strategic management of online shopping platforms. The results of this SWOT analysis are then used to formulate strategy recommendations that can improve the platform's operations and competitive position in the e-commerce market.

The current modern era brings various opportunities and new business opportunities. This causes more and more prospective entrepreneurs to be interested in taking advantage of existing infrastructure advances to support their business. Apart from that, it has an impact on increasing the level of competition in the industry, which can be indicated by the increasing number of competitors from similar companies that present alternative choices for consumers with different promotions and quality. In fact, each company has its own unique way of holding promotions to attract consumer attention. Therefore, entrepreneurs need to prioritize efforts to implement effective product quality, prices, promotions and services to maximize sales levels. This research is aimed at analyzing the influence of product quality, price, promotion and service on repeat purchase decisions. The approach is a qualitative approach, by collecting data through literature study from previous articles and literature. Research findings reveal that product quality, price, promotions, and service have a significant influence on repeat purchases by consumers. Satisfactory product quality and affordable prices can increase consumers' interest in repurchasing. Apart from that, attractive promotions and quality service also play an important role in influencing consumer satisfaction and encouraging repeat purchases.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Dipar Jaya (KSP) dalam pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Makassar dan untuk mengetahui upaya Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Dipar Jaya ( KSP) dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan data sekunder laporan keuangan KSP Dipar Jaya Tahun 2017-2020. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1). Peran koperasi simpan pinjam (KSP) Dipar Jaya dalam pengembangan UMKM di Kabupaten Makassar adalah sebagai penyedia pembiayaan permodalan dalam kegiatan UMKM untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan sebagai alternatif lembaga simpanan selain bank. 2) Upaya Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Dipar Jaya  (KSP) adalah memberdayakan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pemberian penyuluhan dan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan penjualan sehingga pengusaha dapat bertahan di pasar.

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah membawa tantangan baru bagi perlindungan hak cipta, dengan penyebaran dan reproduksi karya-karya intelektual secara digital yang semakin mudah. Banyaknya kasus pelanggaran hak cipta di era digital ini yang dapat mengakibatkan kerugian bagi pencipta, pelanggaran hak cipta ini telah meresahkan para pencipta dan menjadi masalah yang harus ditangani. Hal ini menimbulkan pertanyaan besar tentang perlindungan hukum pencipta karena tindakan yang melanggar Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Menganalisis Regulasi Penegakan Hukum yang Efektif dalam Pelanggaran Hak Cipta, Mempelajari Konflik antara Pemilik Hak Cipta dan Konsumen dalam Konteks Indonesia, dan Mendefinisikan serta Menerapkan Batasan Penggunaan Sah dan Ilegal dari Karya-karya Digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif yang, metode itu digunakan dalam berbagai ilmu pengetahuan untuk mencari data bahan pustaka yang dimana terdapat berbagai macam bahan diantaranya data sekunder, bahan hukum primer, dan hukum tersier. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa untuk mengurangi pelanggaran terhadap hak cipta dapat dilakukan dengan menentukan regulasi yang efektif dalam pelanggaran hak cipta dari undang-undang yang berlaku, ada beberapa Konflik antara pemilik hak cipta dan konsumen yang sering muncul di negara indonesia, dan terdapat Batasan penggunaan yang sah dan ilegal dari karya - karya digital berdasarkan undang-undang yang berlaku di indonesia.
