The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the effect of GCG, CSR, and Financial Performance on Share Value. The research location is a Banking Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples in this study was 120 financial reports. The method used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that GCG has a positive effect on the value of shares in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, CSR has a positive effect on the value of shares in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and PER has no effect on the value of shares in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Microsoft word is a word processing software in document creation that is the mainstay of Microsoft. In this software there is a track changes feature which functions to track changes made by the reviewer in carrying out the review work. The purpose of the training is to train students in using the track changes feature in Microsoft Word. The training conducted at the Polbangtan Yogyakarta-Magelang hall is a form of community service, especially students. The stages of service are 1. socialization of the track changes feature in Microsoft word; 2. carry out training on these features by students; 3. evaluation of training programs. The result of community service is that post-training Polbangtan livestock department students are able to apply the track changes feature in Microsoft word software.

Indonesian School in Riyadh (ISR) was established in 1985 by Indonesian embassy in Riyadh in purpose to accommodate the students from Kindergarten to Year 12. The school educates students in three languages: Indonesian, Arabic and English (Setyono, 2016). The ISR has no selection system on students’ competencies for enrolment process like in the home country. The school is only one option for Indonesian children in Riyadh where students from various backgrounds are accepted. Online students’ help is design eLearning in purpose to improve students’ achievement.
The school has 399 students and 21 employees, including four non-teachers and one librarian. The ISR has characteristics like public school in Indonesia where curriculum, policy and finance are supported by Indonesian government and parents’ committee partnership (Setyono, 2016). Based on the concept of No Children Left Behind (NCLB), the ISR need to give opportunities for students to continue to study at they preferred school or university in Indonesia and Saudi Arabia.

Indonesia has a very large water area and there is the territory that is the confluence of the earth's slabs. It can allowing the occurrence of tsunami natural disasters. The study aims to find out which areas have risks the highest and the lowest land damage. The data used in this study were satellite images taken from 2014-2021 with coverage area in Kulon Progo Regency which consists of 12 sub-districts. This study used indexes vegetation UI, NDBI, IBI, EBBI. With an ANN algorithm get results which is quite accurate with an accuracy rate of 94.50%. Predictions states that the area has a high risk of damage due to the tsunami, namely the villages of Jingkaran, Sindutan, Palihan, Glagah, Karangwuluh, Janten, Temon Kulon, Kedundang, Sogan, Kalidengen, Ngestiharjo, Depok, Kanoman, Panjatan, Wahyuharjo, Pandowan, Nomporejo, and, Kranggan.  

Tsunami adalah salah satu bencana alam yang dapat terjadi kapan saja yang keberadaannya tidak dapat dihindari. Kabupaten Kebumen adalah salah satu daerah yang bertempat di bagian pantai selatan Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang memiliki risiko terkenanya bencana tsunami. Hal ini terjadi akibat lokasi dari kabupaten kebumen yang berada dekat dengan perairan dan memiliki banyak luas wilayah pada dataran rendah. Penelitian ini dilakukan agar dapat memberikan informasi mengenai risiko yang dapat terjadi pada wilayah tersebut dengan melakukan prediksi dan klasifikasi dengan menggunakan data dari Citra Landsat-8 OLI yang diambil dari USGS serta memanfaatkan 5 indeks vegetasi yaitu NDVI, NDBI, NDWI, MNDWI, dan WI dengan penerapan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM) yang merupakan salah satu metode machine learning yang digunakan untuk klasifikasi. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan ada 11 desa yang diprediksi berisiko tinggi terkena tsunami dengan nilai akurasi yang didapatkan sebesar 0.945 dan nilai kappa sebesar 0.914 dimana semakin tinggi nilai yang didapatkan maka semakin tinggi juga ketepatan hasil prediksi yang diperoleh.

Universitas Ilmu Komputer dan Teknologi (STEKOM University) telah menggunakan Learning Management System (LMS) sejak tahun 2018, namun hingga saat ini pengukuran kinerja Learning Management System (LMS) belum dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan Learning Management System (LMS) dengan menggunakan Framework COBIT 4.1 pada domain Delivery and Support (DS) dan Monitoring and Evaluation (ME). Nilai tingkat kematangan pada kondisi eksisting berada pada level rata-rata 2, sedangkan kondisi yang ingin dicapai berada pada level rata-rata 3. Untuk mencapai level yang diharapkan, saran perbaikan mengacu pada Kerangka COBIT 4.1 perlu yang akan diberikan antara lain: pembuatan SOP (Standar Operasional dan Prosedur) LMS, kelengkapan isi LMS, tertib administrasi dokumentasi arsip penting, realisasi pelatihan LMS bagi dosen, alokasi biaya pemeliharaan dan pengujian sistem, penerapan reward and punishment, pembuatan dan penggunaan framework dan E governance - Pembelajaran dan semuanya dilakukan secara rutin minimal setiap 6 bulan sekali.

The many variations of Muslim clothing make customers confused in determining which clothes to buy. One solution is to use a recommendation system that can help customers find clothes according to their wants and needs. This study aims to create a product recommendation system that can provide product recommendations to Muslim clothing stores using the collaborative filtering method. The recommendation results will only display a maximum of 6 Muslim clothes that have been seen or purchased based on the similarity value of the highest Muslim clothing to the recommendation level with the lowest similarity. The results of Muslim clothing recommendations from customer A are Queen Dress (P0007) with a similarity value of 2.00, Trimuji Toyobo (P0006) with a similarity value of 1.40, Wonder Set 3in1 (P0008) with a similarity value of 1.00, Afnan Atasan Tunik (P0009 ) with a similarity value of 1.00 and Abaya Embroidery Maxi (P0010) with a similarity value of 1.00

Usia Dini, baik itu usia Kelompok Bermain (KB) maupun usia Taman Kanak Kanak (TKK) adalah usia emas untuk perkembangan sosialisasi anak. Anak-anak memerlukan lingkungan yang baik untuk mendukung perkembangan sosialnya. Akan tetapi, sungguh ironis, di masa pandemi Covid 19 ini anak-anak justru tidak memiliki lingkungan yang baik untuk perkembangan sosialnya. Anak-anak terkungkung dan terbatasi geraknya karena situasi pandemi Covid 19. Akibatnya saat ini banyak sekali anak-anak yang memiliki permasalahan perihal kemampuan bersosialisasi. Sesuai dengan hasil penelitian Broto (2015) dan Ambaryani (2014), metode permainan tradisional mampu menstimulus dan mentriger kemampuan bersosialisasi anak, maka sangat urgen jika permainan tradisional kembali lagi dihidupkan dalam proses belajar mengajar di KB dan TKK. Atas dasar inilah program pengabdian ini diadakan. Ada empat metode yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan program ini, yaitu (1) Focus Group Discussion (FGD) mengenai permainan tradisional, (2) Workshop pembuatan modul permainan tradisional untuk KB dan TKK, (3) Pelatihan permainan tradisional dan (4) Evaluasi.  Keempat kegiatan ini dapat berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Luaran dari kegiatan ini diantaranya adalah video kegiatan, berita media massa online, hak cipta buku modul permainan tradisional untuk KB dan TKK dan draf jurnal ilmiah untuk pengabdian. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pertama program ini sangat menjawab permasalahan sosial saat ini dimana sejak masa pandemi Covid 19 kemampuan bersosialisasi anak sangat menurun, kedua sekolah mengapresiasi secara positif program ini dan berharap ada tindaklanjut pendampingan saat implementasi.

Abstract
 
 Early age, both the age of the Play Groups (KB) and the age of the Kindergartener (TKK) is the golden age for the development of children's social skills. Children need a good environment to support their social development. Ironically, during the Covid-19 Pandemic children lose this good environment for their social development. Children are confined and their movements are restricted due to the Pandemic. As a result, there are currently many children who have problems in their ability to socialize. In accordance with the results of Broto's (2015) and Ambaryani’s (2014) researches, traditional game methods should be able to stimulate and trigger children’s social skills, so it is very urgent to revive traditional games in the teaching and learning processes in KB and TKK. On this basis, the current community service was conducted. There were four methods carried out in this program, namely (1) Focus Group Discussion (FGD) regarding traditional games; (2) Workshop on making traditional game modules for KB and TKK; (3) Traditional Game Training; and (4) Evaluation. These four activities ran well and smoothly. The outputs of this activity include videos of the activities, online mass media news, copyright of traditional game module books for KB and TKK, and a community service journal article draft. The results of the evaluation indicate that firstly, this program was able to answer today’s social problems where following the Covid-19 Pandemic children’s social skills have greatly declined, and secondly, the school involved appreciated this program and expected a follow-up to the mentoring during the activity.

Perseroan Terbatas merupakan salah satu badan hukum yang diakui. Agar dapat dikatakan sebagai subjek hukum, tentu Perseroan Terbatas memiliki syarat-syarat tertentu sebelum akhirnya secara sah dinyatakan sebagai badan hukum dan cakap untuk melakukan perbuatan hukum. Ketentuan perundangan terkait Perseroan Terbatas yang telah diubah dari UU PT Tahun 2007 menjadi UU Cipta Kerja secara definitif telah mengubah makna badan hukum Perseroan Terbatas yang ada di Indonesia, yaitu dimana Perseroan Terbatas dengan kepemilikan tunggal. Tulisan ini hendak membahas implikasi dan resiko hukum yang dapat terjadi karena perubahan UU Cipta Kerja terhadap eksistensi badan hukum Perseroan Terbatas. Tulisan ini ditinjau berdasarkan teori badan hukum, karena pada Perseroan Terbatas dengan kepemilikan tunggal ini hanya memilik satu pemegang saham, maka secara otomatis berdasarkan teori badan hukum yang ada ciri khas pertanggungjawaban yang terbatas dalam Perseroan Terbatas tetap dipertahankan berdasarkan analisis teori badan hukum.

The Gojek Mobile application is one application that is widely used by the wider community. In recent years, Gojek has developed very rapidly and is able to beat conventional transportation modes because it is more practical and has many service features offered by the applicator. This study aims to analyze and determine the extent to which the ease of use, information quality, security quality and technical & functional quality of the Gojek application are perceived as useful for users and have implications for user satisfaction and loyalty. The approach used in this study is included in the type of explanatory research, namely research whose explanation uses hypothesis testing in which the causal relationship between variables is explained. The respondents of this study were 100 students from various universities in the city of Semarang. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire instrument where the variables were measured using a five-scale Likert scale, where the data was processed using SmartPLS 3.0. From the model test, the test results show that of the 7 hypotheses, five hypotheses are accepted because they have a significant effect and two are rejected because they are not significant, the data is said to be significant if it has t < 0.05. customer satisfaction variable has a significant effect on loyalty variable with P Values ??= 0.000, information quality variable also has a significant effect on perceived usefullness variable with P values ??= 0.001, perceived easy of use variable affects customer satisfaction variable with P Values ??= 0.000 , the perceived easy of use variable has an effect on the perceived usefullness variable with P Values ??= 0.009, the perceived usefullness variable affects the Customer satisfaction variable with the P Values ??= 0.023, the security quality variable has no effect on the perceived usefullness variable with the P Values ??= 0.085, the technical variable & functional quality has no effect on the perceived usefullness variable with P Values ??= 0.813.
