<p><em>Domestic violence (DV) is one of the forms of violence that affects not only adults but also children. Experiencing or witnessing DV in childhood can have long-term psychological impacts, such as the development of an anxious personality in adulthood. As individuals grow, they need to fulfill specific needs to achieve self-actualization, including safety needs. Individuals with high anxiety are most likely to have a threatened sense of security. Thus, the anxiety is predicted to be related to self-actualization. This research aims to investigate the relationship between self-actualization and anxiety in adult women who were victims of DV during childhood, with a total of 240 early adult women. The data analysis method is quantitative correlational. The findings revealed a correlation coefficient of -0.523 with a significance value of 0.000 (p &lt; 0.05), indicating a negative correlation between self-actualization and anxiety in early adult women who experienced DV during childhood.</em></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>Anxiety, Self-Actualization, Domestic Violence</em></p>

Improving water quality is an important issue that governments and society must address. His one way to improve water quality is to monitor it regularly. Monitoring tools that are easy to use and accessible to the public can be a solution to improving water quality. The aim of this research is to assess how user satisfaction with Simonair affects their inclination towards monitoring water quality. The methodology involves conducting a survey with respondents utilizing the Simonair tool, and the gathered data is subjected to analysis through a straightforward linear regression examination.Top of Form The results show that users' satisfaction with the Simonair tool has a significant positive impact on their interest in water quality monitoring. The higher the user satisfaction, the more interested the user will be in  water quality monitoring with Simonair. Drawing from the findings of this investigation, it is possible to infer that users' satisfaction with the Simonair tool is an important factor influencing users' interest in water quality monitoring. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase user satisfaction with the Simonair tool and increase user interest in  water quality monitoring using Simonair.

Education and Training (DIKLAT) plays a vital role in developing individuals, especially in terms of improving employee performance. Studies have shown that TRAINING plays an important role in increasing employee performance. The aim of this research is to analyze the importance of the role of education and training in improving employee performance in Probolinggo district. This research uses a qualitative approach method where the data comes from observations and reading sources related to education and training. This research shows that education and training has various benefits, benefits for employees who carry out education and training, they can gain additional knowledge and improve their skills, and benefits for organizations that carry out education and training activities can get employees who are stratified, so that it has a good impact in the future progress of the organization..

ABK memiliki tingkat IQ di bawah 70. Pembelajaran bagi ABK cenderung lebih sulit untuk dicerna karena mereka memiliki keterbatasan dalam fungsi organ secara permanen salah satunya dari sisi intelektual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berupa aplikasi UDP (Unity Dyslexia Platform) untuk memudahkan guru, orang tua, dan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan design thinking dengan tahapan emphasize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Hasil dari usability testing secara keseluruhan didapatkan persentase 61.23% dari direct success, 2.04% dari mission unfinished, 30% dari misclick rate, dan 37.62s dari average duration. Adapun rekomendasi yang perlu dilakukan untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah memperbaiki beberapa fungsi button pada desain aplikasi, menelaah lebih dalam mengenai aksesibilitas desain, dan melakukan proses UX Design dengan lebih mendalam serta lebih terperinci agar menghasilkan peluang solusi yang lebih solutif.

Indonesia is a country that upholds the implementation of quality education to support the progress of the Indonesian State through its Human Resources. Education is not only obtained from school, but education can also be obtained in the environment where a person lives and socializes. However, education in Indonesia is also not free from various problems, one of which is the emergence of bullying that occurs in the school environment. There are many factors that result in bullying, and this behavior is deviant and not in accordance with applicable norms. The existence of bullying behavior causes the need for character cultivation through character education which must be instilled in children as early as possible. Character education is considered to have an important role and can be one solution to guide children so that they have the ability to differentiate between good and bad actions as well as actions that are pleasing and detrimental to other people. Character education must not only be carried out and implemented at school, but it must also be implemented and supervised directly by parents. By cultivating this character, it is hoped that the quality of education in Indonesia will increase.

Perusahaan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi internet dan sistem Informasi yang berkembang pesat saat ini. PT. BPRS Amanah Insan Cita adalah lembaga keuangan yang kegiatannya menghimpun dana, menyediakan pembiayaan dan penempatan dana kepada masyarakat Indonesia khususnya masyarakat kota medan dan sekitarnya berdasarkan prinsip syariah dan bagi hasil yang telah disepakati kedua belah pihak baik nasabah maupun bank. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall yang merupakan sebuah model metode penelitian sistematis dan sequence yang layak diterapkan dalam melakukan penelitian ini karena metode ini menyajikan tahap demi tahap yang sangat sesuai dengan keadaan dilapangan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini, maka dapat memberikan informasi yang tepat dan cepat terhadap ketersediaan inventaris pada PT BPRS Amanah Insan Cita.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh dari strategi marketing digital melalui program Shopee Affiliate terhadap minat beli pelajar pada jurusan Sistem Informasi di Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). Marketing digital telah menjadi aspek integral dalam era e-commerce yang berkembang pesat, dan program afiliasi Shopee merupakan salah satu metode yang menonjol dalam mencapai audiens target. Minat beli mahasiswa, sebagai variabel kunci, menjadi fokus utama dalam pemahaman perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linear untuk mengukur sejauh mana dampak dari pemasaran digital Shopee Affiliate terhadap minat beli mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menunjukkan bahwa marketing Shopee Affiliate memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan  sebesar 31,7% terhadap minat beli mahasiswa Sistem Informasi ITS. Penambahan nilai dalam marketing Shopee Affiliate akan meningkatkan minat beli secara statistik signifikan, yakni 0,257 satuan.

The impact of LBW poses many risks regarding problems in the body's system due to unstable body condition which can cause death. The causes of LBW are due to fetal factors, placental factors and maternal factors. Preeclampsia is a problem of serious maternal factors and has a high level of complexity. The results of the preliminary study in 2021 totaled 34 people with preeclampsia and 60 cases of low birth weight babies. Research objective is to determine the effectiveness of compresses of warm water and hibiscus leaves in lowering the body temperature of toddlers in the Banua Lawas Health Center area. The research methods is Quasi-experimental research with a pre-test-post-test research design without a control group. A sample of 30 people were divided into warm water compress groups and hibiscus leaf compress groups. Collecting data by observing according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). Data analysis using wilxocon. Resulted that the mean temperature in the warm water compress group before being given was 36.9°C and after being given was 36.3°C (the difference was 0.58°C). The average temperature in the hibiscus leaf compress group before being given was 36.8 °C and after being given 36.1 °C (the difference was 0,33 °C). There is a difference between warm water compresses and hibiscus leaves in reducing temperature in toddlers with fever in the Banua Lawas Health Center area (p-value ˂ 0.000). Concluded that both types of compresses are effective in reducing body temperature in children with fever but warm water compresses are more effective than hibiscus leaf compresses.

In this research, we will present a culinary dish in the form of "Fried Rice" which is so well known that it can be used as a teaching material for foreign students in the United States, especially at Yale University. The method used in this research is qualitative research. This method is used to describe students' responses after trying traditional culinary delights, namely fried rice. The BIPA teaching materials created can be adapted to students' ability to speak Indonesian. In the first lesson, the teacher can provide teaching materials using simple language, language that is easy for students to understand. After students can use simple Indonesian, then students will be given teaching materials in a rather complicated language and then teaching materials in a more complex language. In the research "Nasi Goreng" is an excellent choice because of its popularity in Indonesia, as well as the diversity of ways of making it which can reflect Indonesia's diverse culture.

PT PHR perlu membangun dan melakukan sosialisasi strategi komunikasi yang efektif dengan seluruh stakeholder. Namun salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi BUMN, termasuk PT PHR, dalam penerapan GCG adalah kurangnya pemahaman dan kesadaran tentang pentingnya GCG oleh semua elemen perusahaan. Hal ini bisa berakibat pada penyerapan yang rendah dan implementasi GCG yang tidak optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa strategi komunikasi dalam sosialisasi GCG pada BUMN, dengan menggunakan studi kasus PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan. Melalui analisa komunikasi, penelitian ini berharap dapat menemukan strategi optimis dalam sosialisasi GCG yang efektif dan berdampak langsung pada peningkatan kualitas BUMN. Sehingga jenis penelitian kuantitatif  yang bersifat deskriptif analisis  sederhana yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi komunikasi dalam sosialisasi Good Corporate Governance (GCG) di PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan telah terimplementasi dengan baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari tingginya skor transparansi informasi, pelaksanaan etika bisnis dan pedoman perilaku, serta implementasi CSR yang memiliki kontribusi signifikan dalam peningkatan reputasi dan kredibilitas perusahaan. Perusahaan juga menunjukkan komitmen dalam memberikan perlakuan adil kepada semua stakeholder. Oleh karena itu, hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu memperkaya diskusi akademis tentang bagaimana menerapkan dan mensosialisasikan GCG dalam konteks budaya dan ekonomi tertentu.
