Dunia perbankan, mengalami perkembangan pesat, oleh karena itu persaingan produk-produk pada perbankan tida dapat dihindarkan dan semakin ketat. Salah satunya yaitu pada produk Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR). Perbankan harus memiliki strategi pemasaran efektif dan efesien, sehingga mendukung  kegiatan operasional perusahaan untuk menguasai segmen pasar, serta pula memiliki daya tarik untuk memasarkan produk KPR agar dapat menarik nasabah atau konsumen serta bersaing dengan perbankann lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan taktik dan strategi pemasaran Bank Tabungan Negara Kantor Cabang Jember  dalam meninngkatkan jumlah nasabah pada produk pembiayaan KPR. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu dengan melakukan pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, wawancara dengan karyawan bagian marketing Bank Tabungan Negara Kantor Cabang Jember yang bertanggungjawab atas pemasaran produk KPR sehingga mendapatkan data yang akurat pada proses penelitian yang diteliti.Melalui wawancara dan observasi dapat diketahui bahwa strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Bank BTN KC Jember dalam memasarkan produk Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR) adalah dengan menggunakan segmenting, targeting,positioning (STP) dan marketing mix 4P (product,Price,Promotion,Place).

In our life, to choose what is good and to act rightly always required human freedom. Human freedom must be created peace and justice in order to open mind and heard for the common good for all.  All people of God are witness for social justice teaching support for beautiful and meaningful life such as appreciation for the human person dignity’s, awareness of equality, equal participation, and human solidarity. This research use a qualitative method through a literature study in order to acquire data and discover the problem more profoundly. Researchers believe that the successful process of internalizing ethics aims to make life, not just a life that lasts from time to time, but a life that is organized regularly and ultimately reaches the aim of life. This research will answer the “question” is virtue ethics necessary or only an accessory for human beings’ life.  Then, researchers will go further to describe the important values or practices of virtue ethics in daily life. Finally, this research proposes the practical implication based on the critical reflection and suggestion. This implication is an indication for every person to believe that the process of internalizing Ethics is an important way of life.

Kemampuan mengoperasikan komputer khususnya pada penggunaan Ms. Word saat ini merupakan hal penting yang dapat menunjang berbagai kegiatan tak terkecuali bagi anggota dan pengurus PKK Desa Ketenger. Beberapa masalah yang kerap dihadapi oleh kelompok PKK Desa Ketenger adalah keterbatasan dalam mengoperasikan komputer dan menggunakan aplikasi Ms. Word untuk membuat surat undangan kegiatan, proposal dan laporan kegiatan PKK. Kegiatan pendampingan dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif solusi untuk menyelesaikan beberapa permasalahan tersebut khususnya pada pengoperasian komputer dan penggunaan Aplikasi Ms. Word. Pendampingan ini diberikan kepada seluruh anggota dan pengurus Kelompok PKK Desa Ketenger. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini sangat membantu kelompok PKK Desa Ketenger dan meningkatkan keterampilan dalam menggunakan komputer dan Ms. Word. 

Considering how important Early Breastfeeding Initiation is, especially in Indonesia, it is being implemented, one of the main goals of which is to ensure smooth breastfeeding, where the aim of the baby getting breast milk is to be able to develop the baby's maximum potential (Rahmat, 2018). This study aims to analyze the relationship between early initiation and the smooth production of breast milk in post-partum mothers at the Datar City Health Center, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2023. This research is an analytical description with a cross-sectional approach and bivariate data analysis is the data analysis used in the research to determine the relationship or influence of the independent variable with the dependent variable using chi-square test analysis, at the p-value statistical significance limit ? (0.05), then Ha: accepted and Ho: rejected (Hardani, 2020).Based on the table above, it can be explained that of the 32 respondents, those who did not initiate early breastfeeding, the majority of mothers' breast milk was not flowing smoothly, 13 (41%). Based on this table, it can be seen that there is a relationship between early initiation and the smooth production of breast milk for post-partum mothers at the Kota Datar Community Health Center, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2023 with a p value of 0.001.This means that there is a relationship between early initiation and the smooth production of breast milk for post-partum mothers at the Datar City Health Center, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2023

As time goes by, humans continue to adapt to the environment of their era, developing innovations to make their lives more efficient and practical. In this effort to adapt and change, technology has become a tool that is greatly utilized by humans. In the current era of even development of information technology, education has a very important role because it is needed to provide meaning to every subject matter, which will help Indonesia move towards a more advanced civilization. For this reason, this article aims to examine two different sides to the digitalization of school education in facing the era of revolution 4.0 towards 5.0 in Indonesia today. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with a literature review method. The research results show that there are various applications of digitalization/technology in education that have both good and bad impacts. This impact occurs in aspects of learning and administrative services which will of course influence the development of education, therefore it is necessary to design appropriate strategies as preventive and overcoming measures, especially these negative impacts. So that education in Indonesia is expected to be able to rise amidst world civilization and demonstrate its existence by presenting creative solutions to various global challenges that arise in the current and future eras.

This research seeks to assess PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk's performance through the utilization of the balanced scorecard approach, encompassing financial, customer, internal processes, and learning/growth perspectives. The study, employing a descriptive method, focuses on PT. BNI (Persero) as the sample population, utilizing documentation techniques for data collection. Results indicate favorable financial indicators (ROA, ROE, NPM, BOPO, LDR), subpar customer metrics (customer acquisition, retention), excellent internal business processes (AETR, NGR), and positive learning/growth aspects (employee productivity, ETTE).

The aim of this research is to find out the process carried out by CSR PT. KAI (Persero) in carrying out programs organized through disabled friends starting from fact finding, planning and programming, taking action and communications, evaluating. Research from this theoretical basis refers to the Four Steps of Public. Relations discovered by Cutlip, Center, and Broom. Referring to the chosen theory, it is able to construct the overall process both in formulating indicators and collecting data regarding the CSR program for friends with disabilities. The results of this research show that PT Kereta Api (Persero)'s Corporate Social Responsibility in Strengthening the Friends of Disabled Program is considered effective. Carrying out a program for the welfare of people with disabilities is an effort to build the company's image in the eyes of the community by providing services both morally and materially. Thus, through the disabled friends program, the public's perception of PT. KAI (Persero) is a company that supports and is friendly to people with disabilities.

The aim of this research is to find out how Tort Law works in the context of Civil Law: Enforcement of the Rights of Loss Victims. The method used in this research is qualitative research in the nature of library research which uses books and other literature as the main object. Data analysis in this research looks for sources of information regarding tort law in the context of civil law: Enforcement of the Rights of Loss Victims. Based on research results, Tort Law in the context of civil law discusses violations of civil law that cause harm to individuals or property. The principle is to provide compensation to victims who suffer as a result of unlawful actions.
