Jati Village has a unique potential in processing organic waste into Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC). The waste processing is an effort to preserve the environment and also provide added economic value to the local community. However, in making sales, the community in Jati Village has not implemented the right marketing strategy. Digital marketing offers various tools and platforms that can be used to promote POC. Digital marketing strategies that can be applied include the use of social media such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Youtube to promote POC through interesting and educational visual content, as well as direct interaction with consumers. By implementing digital marketing strategies, Jati Village can increase the visibility of their POC products, expand their customer base, and increase revenue. This can support the SDGs program, especially point 8, namely Equitable Village Economic Growth. Utilizing technology for marketing can help POC sales sell evenly.

Biosaka fertilizer production training is an educational program designed to provide practical knowledge and skills in the production of organic fertilizer through fermentation of natural ingredients. Biosaccharine fertilizer, which is made from plant residues, animal waste and certain microorganisms, offers an environmentally friendly and efficient solution for improving soil fertility and plant health. This training includes an introduction to materials and tools, the fermentation process, and the application of biosaccharide fertilizer to various types of plants. Through this approach, participants—including farmers, agricultural extension workers, and other individuals—are expected to be able to produce high-quality biochemical fertilizer independently. It is hoped that the results of this training will reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers and support sustainable agricultural practices that are more economical and environmentally friendly.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role as a driver of Indonesia's economy. The management of MSMEs in Indonesia has the problem of limited knowledge to calculate the right cost of goods sold because they do not understand the concept of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). To deal with these problems, MSME actors need to understand the concept of COGS Sold to optimize profits and minimize business losses. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are literature studies and field studies. Meanwhile, the community service analysis technique consists of the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The result of this research from community service is to provide relevant knowledge to the community about the urgency of financial records in entrepreneurship. Non-bank Islamic financing has a strategic role in supporting financial inclusion and improving the welfare of the Indonesian people. This study analyzes the challenges and opportunities of non-bank Islamic financing, focusing on Islamic cooperatives, Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT), and Islamic fintech platforms. A descriptive qualitative approach based on literature study is used to explore the historical dimensions, structural challenges, strategic opportunities, and socio-economic impacts of this sector. The results show that this sector faces major obstacles, such as low Islamic financial literacy (below 10%), limited regulations, and lack of technological adaptation. However, significant opportunities arise from the development of financial technology, government policy support, and increasing global awareness of sustainable finance. Islamic principles, such as profit sharing and social justice, are advantages that can empower micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and remote communities. This study recommends strategies to overcome the challenges, including increasing financial literacy through digital education, strengthening innovative regulations, and utilizing Islamic-based technology. Cross-sector collaboration and human resource development are also key elements to support the growth of this sector. The contribution of the research lies in a holistic analytical framework to understand the dynamics of non-bank Islamic financing, as well as strategic recommendations to optimize its potential. Thus, this sector is expected to be a driving force for inclusive and sustainable economic development in Indonesia.

The advancement of e-commerce has changed the way people shop. However, there is a mismatch between the actual quality of a product and the seller’s description. Product reviews are an important source of information for making purchasing decisions. However, processing large numbers of reviews manually is difficult. This research aims to detect emotions in Indonesian language product review texts using contextual embeddings. The public dataset used was PRDECT-ID, which comprises five emotion labels. The methods used include data preprocessing, feature extraction using contextual embeddings such as Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT), and classification using Decision Tree, Naïve Bayes, and k-Nearest Neighbors (KNN). Among the compared models, the KNN model demonstrated the highest improvement, achieving a 15.09% enhancement over the decision tree results. This research provides insights into the effectiveness of contextual embeddings in detecting emotions in Indonesian language product review texts.

The impact of globalization has the potential to make the world more open and remove the barriers that make us need each other. This research aims to reveal the dynamics of citizenship identity in the context of globalization. Over time, the term "global citizenship" has become known, where values will be discussed that are in accordance with national identity which are used as benchmarks to face the era of globalization. It is through this that the young generation is able to make the values of national identity a basic direction with positive value in their efforts to face the current flow of globalization in the current digital era.
 
 

This research was carried out with the aim of finding out how to calculate Trend  Analysis (Index Number Series Analysis) in PT Timah Tbk financial reports and how to explain the results of calculations using Trend Analysis (Index Number Series Analysis). The research approach uses a quantitative type using secondary data collected using documentation and literature study methods. By analyzing financial report data at PT Timah Tbk. The technique for collecting secondary data is carried out using documentation techniques. namely by collecting company financial reports from December 31 2020. 2021. 2022. 2023 and March 31 2024. Data is collected from the official IDX website. namely (www.idx.co.id) by downloading . The research results show that the financial trend analysis of PT Timah Tbk from 2020 to 2024 shows significant changes in various aspects of the company's finances. PT Timah Tbk succeeded in increasing its total equity. major challenges in maintaining revenue and cost efficiency led to a decrease in overall profitability. In research. researchers have an interest in time and knowledge. which results in less comprehensive research results and obtaining limited information.

This research is motivated by challenges in monitoring and developing public services in the Malang Regional Government which require an integrated approach. Investments in human resource development and information technology are needed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of supervision. Increasing the budget for guidance and supervision, strengthening the independence of supervisory institutions, and utilizing information technology are considered solutions to improve the quality of public services. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. This approach was chosen because it allows researchers to explore and understand the phenomenon of coaching and supervision in the context of public services through analysis of various relevant sources of information. The qualitative method focuses on an in-depth understanding of the existing context, processes and dynamics, making it suitable for studying the role of coaching and supervision in improving the quality of public services in the Malang Regional Government. Literature study as part of this qualitative method involves collecting and analyzing data from various sources such as books, academic journals, official government reports, and related policy documents. The research results show that guidance and supervision in the Malang Regional Government has an important role in improving the quality of public services. Coaching is carried out to increase the capacity and performance of state civil servants, while supervision aims to ensure employee compliance with applicable regulations. The main challenges faced are limited human and technological resources. Suggested solutions include investing in human resource development, increasing the budget for guidance and supervision, strengthening the independence of supervisory institutions, and utilizing information technology to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of supervision.

In this era of digitalization, almost all Indonesian people use gadgets. This also seems to have become an inseparable phenomenon in this era of digitalization, especially among young people in Indonesia, including elementary school children. The impact of using the gadget itself also varies, ranging from the positive impact that can be taken and the negative impact that must be avoided. Lack of knowledge about the impact of gadget use for elementary school children, students of the Faculty of Law UPN Veteran East Java conducted socialization at SDN Sidodadi 2. The target of this socialization activity is 5th grade elementary school children with a total of 55 students. This socialization activity aims to provide understanding and legal knowledge about the impact of excessive use of gadgets, especially since 5th grade elementary school children are the age when the transition from children to the adolescent phase is born. This socialization activity uses a special approach method so that in the delivery process it can be well received and on target. The results of socialization activities are summarized into reports and journals so that benefits and learning can reach the wider community.

The problem of drug abuse and victims of sexual violence is something that has occurred in society from the past until now. Cases like this must be handled quickly because it is a case that causes a lot of victims who cannot be said to be in small numbers in the community. Actually in this case there is no target age desired by the perpetrator to carry out his actions in committing one of these criminal acts. As what is meant in this case is that there are still many children who are still minors who are the future generation of the nation in the future even become victims of drug abuse and sexual violence. Therefore, we should increase efforts to reduce or even stop cases like this. The community must also be careful of people they don't know to be aware of themselves so that they become victims of drugs and victims of sexual violence.
