A strategy that focuses on the manufacturing industry is a route taken by businesses to realize long-term goals through developing habits and routines based on performance. Manufacturing or processing industries contribute more than 31 percent to the East Java economy. The strategic orientation of Surabaya city manufacturing companies includes customer care, competitor orientation, coordination between functions, and technology orientation. In 2016, the Indonesian manufacturing sector experienced an upward trend, which shows that manufacturing industry players are optimistic about facing future economic conditions. The manufacturing industry in Indonesia is an important industry for economic development because it has There is quite a large potential to increase the workforce, provide an increase in the value of raw materials, as well as increase sources of foreign exchange.
 

Operasi dapat menyebabkan stres, sebab seseorang merasakan ancaman keutuhan jiwa dan raganya, sehingga mengakibatkan munculnya rasa cemas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini tetang Gambaran Tingkat Pengetahuan dengan kecemasan pada pasien pre operasi di ruang melati RS Marthen Indey dengan menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel pasien pre operasi berdasarkan hasil kusioner di ruang melati RS Marthen Indey sebanyak 40 responden. Hasil penelitian dimana sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan yang baik yaitu 30 orang (75%) dan setengah responden dengan kecemasan ringan sebanyak 26 orang (65%). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan yang baik dengan tingat kecemasan ringan.
 

Poverty is one of the fundamental problems that is the center of attention of governments in any country. In almost all developing countries, the living standards of the majority of the population tend to be very low, not only when compared with the living standards of people in rich countries, but also with those of the elite in their own countries. This low standard of living is manifested in the form of very low levels of income or poverty (Todaro, 2006). Economic growth is believed to have a significant influence on reducing the amount of poverty. However, this influence may differ from one country to another. The state of income distribution, population, and urbanization have an important relationship in determining the influence that occurs between economic growth and reducing the amount of poverty (Hasan and Quibria, 2002).

This research aims to comprehensively examine students’ mathematical proof abilities, including the factors that influence them and the efforts that can be made to improve these abilities. The method used in this study is a systematic literature review by analyzing various related research articles published in reputable scientific journals such as Springer Link and Semanthic Scholar. The results of the study show that students’ mathematical proof abilities are still relatively low, influenced by various factors such as conceptual understanding, reasoning ability, and experience in constructing proof. Several ways that can be done to improve students’ mathematical proof skills include developing teaching materials, implementing learning models that encourage proof activities, and providing systematic training and feedback. This study provides important implications for the development of mathematics learning in higher education, especially in efforts to improve students’ mathematical proof skills.

The purpose of this research is 1) to determine whether or not there is an influence of school principal leadership on teacher performance in elementary schools in Lumut sub-district, regency. Central Tapanuli year of study 2023/2024; 2) to determine whether or not there is an influence of teacher work motivation on teacher performance in elementary schools in Lumut district, regency. Central Tapanuli year of study 2023/2024; 3) to determine the simultaneous influence of principal leadership and teacher work motivation on teacher performance in elementary schools in Lumut district, regency. Central Tapanuli year of study 2023/2024. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The population is all teachers at State Elementary School 157624 Lumut Nauli State Elementary School 158460 Sialogo, State Elementary School 158468 Lumut 5 and State Elementary School 158467 Lumut Maju, State Elementary School 153070 Lumut 1, State Elementary School 155687 Masundung located in Central Tapanuli Regency totaling 100 people and a sample of 40 people was taken using random sampling techniques. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire with 86 items. The results of data analysis show that: 1) the calculated F value > F table between the principal's leadership on teacher performance is 17.972 > 3.23, thus it is known that there is an influence between the principal's leadership on the performance of elementary school teachers in Lumut District, Kab. Middle Tapanuli for the 2023/2024 Academic Year, which is 32.1%, 2) the calculated F value > F table between work motivation and teacher performance is 14.510 > 3.23, thus it is known that there is an influence between work motivation and the performance of elementary school teachers in Lumut District Kab. Tapanuli Middle School Year 2023/2024 is 27.6%, 3) the calculated F value > F table between the principal's leadership and work motivation on teacher performance is 12.259 > 3.23, thus it is known that there is an influence between the principal's leadership and motivation work on the performance of elementary school teachers in Lumut District, Central Tapanuli Regency Middle School Year 2023/2024 is 39.9%, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The purpose of this study is to conduct a complete examination of the existing literature in order to investigate the impact that digital improvements in the tourism sector have had on the experiences that tourists have throughout their holidays. Examining the presence of online booking platforms, the incorporation of virtual and augmented reality technologies, and the application of Internet of Things (IoT) in well-known tourist sites are the primary focuses of this investigation. Through the utilization of a systematic approach to the assessment of literature, this study investigates the advancements that have been made both internationally and in Indonesia with regard to the digitalization of the tourism industry.It is clear from the findings that these aspects significantly enhance the travel experiences of tourists by making it easier for them to access amenities, facilitating more immersive interactions, and enhancing the connectivity of available facilities. On the other hand, there are still ongoing challenges that need to be addressed. These challenges include the requirement for improved regulations and a more comprehensive implementation of technology into tourism infrastructure.

The learning process at SMA Negeri 15 Pekanbaru is still dominated by traditional learning methods, such as lectures and questions and answers. This causes a lack of student interaction and participation in the learning process. In addition, the assessment method used is still dominated by written tests, which are less able to measure students' abilities thoroughly. Based on observations and interviews with teachers and students of SMA Negeri 15 Pekanbaru, several problems were found in the learning and assessment process including 1) Lack of student interaction and participation in the learning process. 2) The assessment method used is less able to measure students' abilities thoroughly. 3) Students' grades do not reflect their abilities optimally. 4) The learning process is less interesting and fun. One solution to overcome these problems is to utilize the Quizizz online learning platform. Quizizz is an online learning platform that allows teachers to create and conduct interactive quizzes for their students.

Students have broad and easy access to various social media platforms, this opens up opportunities for educational institutions and parties involved in the field of religious education to utilize social media as a means of spreading religious values. However, the use of social media in the context of religious education is not without challenges, various aspects such as the accuracy of information, privacy, and the potential for polarization of views are things that need to be considered seriously. To solve the problems faced, the method of distributing questionnaires to students was used, to determine the level of effectiveness of using social media as a means of religious education. The data obtained will be analyzed using validity and reliability tests to find out whether the data can be said to be valid and reliable with the help of SPSS software. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that the level of effectiveness of using social media as a means of religious education is high, a number of positive responses from the majority of respondents is proof that social media helps them in studying and understanding religion. The variable data used is declared valid because it has a calculated r value > r table and a significance value < 0.05. Apart from that, the variable data was also declared reliable because it had a Cronbach's alpha value > 0.6. This research aims to analyze the level of effectiveness of using social media as a means of religious education.

Not only delicious food, the benefits of bay leaves also penetrate the world of health and beauty in the form of leaf decoction and bay leaf extract. Bay leaf extract also has benefits as a natural insecticide. One way to improve the body's immune system is by consuming substances or substances that are immunomodulatory. Immunomodulators are substances or drugs that can modulate the function and activity of the immune system. Immunomodulators can be obtained from traditional medicinal plants, such as turmeric, ginger and galangal. These three plants are native to Indonesia and have been used for generations to relieve various diseases. The aim of this community service activity is to provide education to elderly people about the use of bay leaves and galangal in relation to immunity and natural insecticides at Posyandu Beringin V, West Kedungwuni District.

Revenge pornography, also known as "revenge porn", is combined with direct acts of violence.    The purpose of this research is to find out what causes revenge pornography and how legal protection can be given to its victims. This research uses normative research that uses legislation to examine a study by examining theories, concepts. Some of the causes of revenge pornography crimes are as follows: Ineffective laws, the patriarchal culture that still exists in Indonesian society, lack of sexual education, law enforcement that has not run properly, and handling victims who often backfire. The state is responsible for protecting victims of sexual harassment. Several existing laws protect victims of pornographic abuse.
