Abstrak:
Corruption in the public sector remains a major obstacle to regional development, threatening the effectiveness of financial management and public services. Gaps in financial supervision and management that are not transparent are the cause of fraud in the use of the budget. The agency theory states that corruption is caused by a conflict of interest between the community as the principal and the government as an agent, with the external auditor as a supervisor to prevent irregularities. The focus of this research is to find out the relationship between corruption in local governments and capital expenditure, local own revenue, audit opinions, and audit findings. This study uses quantitative methods and uses secondary data. The sample consistSed of 250 local governments (districts/cities/provinces) in Indonesia during 2020-2022. The analyst method uses SPSS 27 with multiple linear regression method. The test results showed that capital expenditure had no effect on corruption, local own revenue and audit findings had a positive effect on corruption, and audit opinions had nothing to do with corruption in local governments.

This research explores the impact of relocating the capital city (IKN) in Indonesia. Government regulations provide facilities for investors, while global risks, according to Ulrich Beck's concept, continue to evolve in the context of modern society. The history of capital relocation is traced from colonial times to the present, with a focus on security reasons. This study employs a literature review method to gather and analyze data from various sources such as articles, books, and journals. The results of this analysis are then used as a basis for a concrete and exploratory discussion of the issues under investigation. The study's findings indicate both pros and cons regarding the relocation of the capital. Economic evaluations suggest that the impact on economic growth may not be significant. In conclusion, this research highlights that the relocation of the capital is a complex issue, and a thorough evaluation is necessary to understand its impact on Indonesian society and the economy.

This research is motivated by the support of to apply for Halal certification through MIT-18 Post-109 UIN Walisongo Semarang KKN Students. This service aims to help micro, small and medium enterprises in Krajankulon village to apply for Halal certification independently through the Free Halal Certification Program. The activity carried out by MIT-18 Post-109 UIN Walisongo Semarang KKN students lasted for one month starting from July 2024 involving 15 stakeholders. The methods used include lectures, questions and answers, and online registration tutorials in collaboration with Pendampingan Produk Halal (PPH) of the Ministry of Religion of Kendal Regency. The results of this activity show an increase in participants' awareness and understanding of the importance of Halal certification, as well as the acceleration of the business legalization process through an easily accessible and free independent declaration system. This support is expected to increase the value of products and support business sustainability through strong legitimacy. Micro, small and medium enterprises play an important role in the Indonesian economy, especially in Muslim-majority societies where halal products are highly regarded. Halal certification is not only important for consumers, but also makes products more competitive in the market. However, there are still many in Indonesia that have not received halal certification, including in Krajangkulon Village, Kendal Regency. This is due to lack of information, lack of understanding of the certification process, and administrative obstacles such as obtaining a Company Identification Number (NIB). Therefore, this study highlights the importance of intensive support and socialization to increase awareness and understanding of Halal certification in order to support sustainable economic growth and provide assurance to consumers.

Abstrak:
Stunting is a long-term nutritional problem that severely affects children's physical growth and cognitive development. To address stunting, Rejosari Village has developed various community-based initiatives. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Rejosari Village community functions to prevent stunting in children by using cooperation and participation strategies. Socialization of stunting, nutrition counseling for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers, routine monitoring of pregnant women's health, and provision of supplementary food for children under five are some of the programs in which the community is actively involved. Village health cadres also play an important role in supporting the implementation of these programs by providing direct instruction and guidance to residents. A qualitative case study was conducted to collect data through field observations and interviews. The results showed that community involvement not only increased awareness of the importance of preventing stunting but also increased active participation in maintaining the health and nutrition of children in Rejosari Village. The village experienced a decrease in stunting rates due to strong community participation, which was supported by the village government and non-governmental organizations. The results suggest that the community-based intervention model used in Rejosari Village can be adapted and applied in other villages facing similar problems in preventing stunting.
