Abstrak:
The current business environment is experiencing rapid change influenced by technology, globalization, and changes in consumer behavior. A deep understanding of this environment is important for a company's adaptation. An important development driving changes in the contemporary business environment at large is the growth of markets and international trade. Today's contemporary business is characterized by increasingly fierce competition, rapid innovation, and constant change. To face this increasingly complex business environment, many contemporary techniques are used by companies, such as information technology, risk management, and supply chain management. These techniques help companies to stay competitive and adapt to the rapidly changing business environment. This research is expected to provide a better understanding of the contemporary business environment and contemporary techniques used in business today.

Abstrak:
The study aimed to assess how the utilization of information technology, internal control, and HR competencies affect the reliability of financial statements. Through the use of questionnaires, a "5-point Likert scale" model was used to measure the research variables. The research approach in this case is a quantitative approach,, with the population consisting of accounting and finance employees of distributor companies registered as clients of CV. BRK. Sampling is conducted comprehensively using the total sampling method, with 41 respondents serving as the research subjects. The questionnaire as an instrument that collects respondents' answers is the source of primary data. Multiple linear regression was used for data analysis, and the data was processed with the help of SPSS software version 26. The findings show that the three variables contribute to improving the reliability of financial statements significantly and also positively. This finding shows that the good implementation of internal control, the effective use of information technology, and the high competence of human resources can potentially make the reliability of financial statements increase.

Abstrak:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is one of the business strategies that companies can employ to foster positive relationships between the company and its customers. This research aims to explore and analyze the CRM service strategies employed by Zipzap Corporation, examining the factors influencing the effectiveness of these strategies in enhancing brand loyalty for Zipzap Corporation. The research methodology utilized is qualitative, involving interviews with both Zipzap Corporation customers and customer service employees. The findings reveal that Zipzap Corporation implements CRM strategies encompassing post-sales and delivery service stages. Customer perspectives indicate that factors such as communication ease, product quality, and trust are primary considerations when selecting a vendor. These factors are integral to the CRM service strategy, aiming to enhance brand loyalty for Zipzap Corporation. This study provides insights into CRM service strategies that companies can adopt to build strong customer relationships, ultimately contributing to the overall business objectives and sustainability.

Abstrak:
Workload analysis provides an opportunity to smooth workload or reduce work activities that do not provide added value. Detailed evaluation and analysis of each work element of a position will display a more detailed workload map. PT. XYZ requires detailed workload mapping to be able to display the load profile for each position. The results of this load mapping can be used for workload normalization analysis. This research uses the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method. The data used in this research are job descriptions, frequency and working hours. The research results show that the FTE-based workload value of the Vacum Geiss AG operator is FIT (value 1-1.28), namely on 03-10-2023 it is 1.030 and on 04-10-2023 it is 1.030 which is fit because the FTE value is between The value is 1-1.28 so that the operator's work load is appropriate on that day, then on 05-10-2023 on the Geiss AG vacuum machine it is 0.915, it is still underload because the FTE value is below the value of 0.99 so the operator on that day is underloaded. the work is not suitable and additional work is needed.

Abstrak:
Tourism villages can develop if the community supports them. To accomplish a goal, a community that is part of the institution must be able to perform its duties and functions as a unitary institution. The institutions have to communicate with one another and work together to develop Lerep Tourism Village. This research will outline the roles of each institution and examine this synergism. Based on the institutions participating in the management of the Lerep Tourism Village, the location was chosen using a purposive sampling strategy. This is a qualitative approach with case study research. Purposive sampling was used to select 26 informants to interview, covering head of village and hamlets, leaders and members of institutions, representative of communities from 4 hamlets. In-depth interviews, observation, and documentation were utilized to obtain the data, and evaluated using Miles Huberman’s flow model. The data’s veracity was examined using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results show that each institution namely Government Institution, Economic Institution, Art and Cultural Institution, Agricultural Institution, and Environmental Institution plays different roles. There are varieties of purposes in institutional synergy. However, institutions have implemented elements of effective communication and coordination. Such synergies lead to the establishment of new tourist attractions and facilities, increase in the number and satisfaction of visitors, job opening and increase in community income, moreover receiving recognition and passing the certification process. There needs to be discussions and follow-up process regarding improving the internal conditions of institutions and communities between hamlets.

Abstrak:
The sustainability of the forest ecosystem is threatened by increased human activities and anthropogenic factors. This condition can have implications for the sustainability of communities around the forest. This community service activity aims to implement the circular economy concept through training in the production of organic fertilizer from livestock manure in Kemutug Lor Village, Baturraden District, Banyumas Regency. The beneficiaries of this activity are community groups around the forest affiliated with the LMDH Wana Karya Lestari. The community service is conducted through a participatory learning and action approach, aiming to enhance community participation in developing knowledge and practical skills related to the utilization of waste as a sustainable resource. The training process includes theoretical presentations, practical fertilizer production, and application to plants. This activity is expected to increase awareness and skills among the community in converting livestock manure into organic fertilizer and developing a sustainable local economy.

Abstrak:
Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat membuat kemudahan untuk mengakses data oleh umum sehingga dibutuhkan suatu perlindungan hak cipta guna melindungi hak perihal pemilikan data secara legal. Audio watermarking yang diusulkan menanamkan informasi bit biner ke dalam sebuah media digital berupa audio yang tidak menyebabkan kerusakan pada media yang disisipi informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi metode DWT dan Histogram. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa audio terwatermark yang mempunyai kualitas tinggi dan tidak menimbulkan dampak berati terhadap sinyal informasi yang telah disisipkan dengan menggunakan parameter Bit Error Ratio (BER). Pada penelitian ini, rata-rata BER yang didapat saat dilakukan serangan LPF adalah 0.07952. Sehingga metode ini mempunyai ketahanan yang tinggi. Sedangkan tanpa serangan watermark dapat terekstrak sempurna tanpa kerusakan dengan BER=0.

The Healthy living community movement as known as GERMAS is a systematic and planned program that symergized with several ministries and institution. This program aims to increase people’s willingness and awareness to adopt a clean and healthy lifestyle and behavior, such as : physical activity, consuming fruits, and vegetables, and also regularly check up. This program (community service) was carried out in kota tangerang selatan, attended by 200 participants from various elements of the surrounding community, and reached an agreement to commit to healthy living, one of which was signing a healhy living commitment.

Abstrak:
This article aims to optimize the profit of seblak business through the application of Simplex method in linear program. Seblak is a popular business today with a wide variety of toppings such as meatballs, sausages, noodles, feet and many more, but efficient production planning and resource allocation can be challenging. In calculating this profit optimization, we use the Simplex method to identify production combinations that can generate maximum profit by considering various constraints related to raw materials, processing time, production costs to product selling prices. The result is expected to help seblak business owners in making smarter decisions regarding production, inventory, and pricing strategies, thus improving their business profitability.

Abstrak:
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatahui peran mediator pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Semarang dalam menyelesaikan perselisihan hubungan industrial dan kendala mediator dalam menyelesaikan perselisihan hubungan industrial serta upaya mengatasi kendala tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis sosiologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran mediator Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Semarang berhasil menyelesaikan kasus perselisihan pemutusan hubungan kerja antara pekerja/buruh dengan pihak pengusaha PT. Bangun Makmur Utama. Adapun kendalanya meliputi 2 faktor yaitu yuridis dan non yuridis. Kendala yuridis meliputi adanya keterbatasan kewenangan mediator, hal ini dapat diupayakan dengan memberikan bimbingan dan pendapat sesuai dengan peraturan perundangundangan. Hak akibat pemutusan hubungan kerja tidak sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan, hal ini dapat diupayakan mediator dengan menengahi perbedaan pendapat yang berkaitan dengan hak akibat pemutusan hubungan kerja. Kendala non yuridis meliputi, pihak pekerja/buruh dan pengusaha sulit berkompromi, hal ini dapat diupayakan melalui bimbingan dan pendekatanpendekatan persuasif. Kurangnya mediator hubungan industrial di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Semarang, hal ini dapat diupayakan dengan memanfaatkan waktu dengan membagi tugas dalam menyelesaikan perkara perselisihan hubungan industrial. Sarana prasarana kurang memadai, hal ini dapat diupayakan dengan mengajukan proposal untuk pengadaan pembangunan fasilitas. Pihak pengusaha mengutus bawahannya untuk melakukan mediasi, hal ini dapat diupayakan dengan memanggil pihak pengusaha kembali yang memiliki kewenangan untuk mengambil keputusan.
