Inheritance in Indonesia recognizes the existence of 2 (two) legal systems, namely according to the Civil Code and Islamic Law. The two legal systems have different perspectives, especially regarding the status of illegitimate children. The Constitutional Court's decision adds complexity by recognizing the civil relationship of an illegitimate child with the biological father through scientific and technological evidence. This research aims to determine the inheritance rights of children without married parents according to the Civil Code and Islamic Law and to determine the recognition of children without married parents according to the Civil Code and Islamic Law. This research uses a type of normative research with analytical descriptive specifications with library study data collection focusing on secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the recognition of children without married parents according to the Civil Code and Islamic Law has differences in approach. The Civil Law, through articles 272 and 280, regulates the recognition of children without marriage under certain conditions. This involves marriage licenses, mutual obligations, guardianship, and inheritance rights. Meanwhile, Islamic law states that children of adultery are illegitimate and cannot be assigned to their father. Civil Law focuses more on civil status and rights, while Islamic Law emphasizes the validity of marriage and family honor in a religious context. Then the Inheritance Rights for Children without Their Parents' Marriage According to the Civil Code and Islamic Law have differences in that the Civil Code regulates children's inheritance rights in the context of kinship, with divisions based on kinship relations, bilateral principles and degrees. In contrast, Islamic law emphasizes the conditions for the validity of marriage as the basis for inheritance rights, following principles such as individual, bilateral and justice principles. AbstrakPewarisan di Indonesia mengenal adanya 2 (dua) sistem hukum yaitu menurut KUHPerdata dan Hukum Islam. Keputusan Mahkamah Konstitusi menambah kompleksitas dengan mengakui hubungan perdata anak luar perkawinan dengan ayah biologis melalui bukti ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hak waris bagi anak tanpa perkawinan orang tua menurut KUH Perdata dan Hukum Islam dan Untuk mengetahui pengakuan anak tanpa perkawinan orang tua menurut KUH Perdata dan Hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian normatif dengan spesifikasi deskriptif analitis dengan pengumpulan data studi kepustakaan berfokus pada data sekunder terdiri atas bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder, dan bahan hukum tersier. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan Pengakuan anak tanpa perkawinan orang tua menurut KUH Perdata dan Hukum Islam memiliki perbedaan dalam pendekatan. Hukum Perdata, melalui pasal 272 dan 280, mengatur pengakuan anak tanpa perkawinan dengan syarat tertentu. Ini melibatkan izin kawin, kewajiban timbal balik, perwalian, dan hak waris. Sementara itu, Hukum Islam menyatakan anak zina tidak sah, tidak dapat dinasabkan kepada ayahnya. Hukum Perdata lebih fokus pada status keperdataan dan hak-hak, sedangkan Hukum Islam menekankan keabsahan pernikahan dan kehormatan keluarga dalam konteks agama. Kemudian Hak Waris Bagi Anak tanpa Perkawinan Orang tua Menurut KUHPerdata dan Hukum Islam memiliki perbedaan dimana KUH Perdata mengatur hak waris anak dalam konteks kekerabatan, dengan pembagian berdasarkan hubungan kekerabatan, asas bilateral, dan perderajatan. Sebaliknya, Hukum Islam menegaskan syarat sahnya perkawinan sebagai dasar hak waris, mengikuti prinsip-prinsip seperti asas individual, bilateral, dan keadilan.

Training in digital technology for elementary school teachers is a solution to enhance classroom management skills and teaching quality. This study aims to evaluate the impact of digital technology training on teachers' skills and social changes within the educational community. The methods used include initial surveys, practice-based training, and post-training evaluations with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results show a significant improvement in teachers' technology skills and positive changes in classroom management. Teachers reported increased confidence and practical skills in using technology tools, and the formation of support groups and technology-based learning communities. The program also facilitated the emergence of local leaders who spearhead technology initiatives in their schools. These findings emphasize the importance of participatory and sustainable training in creating positive changes within the educational environment.

Education is the right of all citizens, regardless of origin, economic situation or physical condition. In the national education system, according to Law Number 20 of 2003, comprehensive education is guaranteed without any discrimination in any form. This is the importance of applying inclusive education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah without exception. This article aims to describe creative learning strategies in inclusive education, especially at the basic level that not only emphasize motor skills but also the ability to interact with the social environment. This article uses a literature review method (Literature Review) by collecting data and sources related to a particular topic which is obtained from various sources such as journals, research reports, books (to e-books) and other library sources. The results showed that the creative learning strategies carried out by teachers can increase the use of goals, learning materials, media, methods, assessments, and learning environment by students. Learning strategies that can be applied to basic ABK students include remedial, deductive, inductive, heuristic, explanatory teaching strategies, classical, collaborative, and behavior changes

This article aims to find out how copyright law protection can be done against song covers using deepfake voice. This research is a prespective normative legal research. The research approach uses statutory and conceptual approaches using primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The technique of collecting legal materials uses literature study techniques. The technique of analyzing legal materials uses syllogism with a deductive mindset. Legal protection of copyright on song covers using deepfake voice uploaded on digital platforms can be done by providing protection of economic rights, moral rights, and sanctions. Therefore, to avoid copyright infringement, the perpetrators of song covers using deepfake voices uploaded on digital platforms need to pay attention to moral rights and economic rights regulated in Article 5 and Article 9 of the HC Law. The government is expected to make new regulations regarding the protection and supervision of deepfake voices in relation to the use of songs as well as adding digital platforms Article 3 paragraph (2) of PP No. 56 of 2021 concerning Management of Royalties for Copyright of Songs and/or Music

The background of this writing is because there are several problems that occur related to student discipline in learning PAI at SMP N 1 Rao Selatan, Pasaman Regency. Among them is that there are still students who are not paying attention when the teacher is teaching, then students are less disciplined in timeliness when learning PAI and students are less responsible for the assignments given by the teacher. The researcher aims to find out how student discipline is in learning PAI at SMP N 1 Rao Selatan, Pasaman Regency and what are the constraints and supports for student discipline in learning PAI at SMP N 1 Rao Selatan. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research approach. While the data collection techniques that the authors use are observation, interviews and documentation. The key informants in this study were students of SMP N 1 Rao Selatan and Islamic Religious Education teachers as supporting informants. The results of this study prove that student discipline in learning PAI at SMP N 1 Rao Selatan, Pasaman Regency, namely first, students lack discipline in the learning process. This can be seen from the students' lack of attention when the teacher is explaining the lesson, then the students still like to talk and even sleep when the teacher explains the lesson. Then there are still students late for class when PAI learning has started, and there are still students who are negligent about the assignments given by the PAI teacher, for example students are lazy to do assignments and there are still students who are not independent in doing assignments. Second, Student Discipline Constraints in learning PAI, namely students' self-awareness that lacks the importance of discipline and students feel burdened by memorizing a lot of verses. The three factors supporting student discipline in learning PAI are mainly from student self-awareness, then the family environment must also provide encouragement and help children get used to being disciplined for example getting children to be disciplined at home, apart from that the school environment and community also contribute to supporting attitudes. child discipline, namely by continuing to monitor and try to implement disciplinary rules together.

The research conducted this time focuses on analyzing imperative pragmatic sentences which include illocutionary acts in the procedure text contained in the Indonesian language book for junior high school grade VII of the Merdeka Curriculum. The purpose of this study is to analyze imperative sentences and find the types of imperative sentences used in procedure texts. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This study uses two data collection techniques, namely listening and recording techniques. The listening technique applied is the free listening technique, because the analysis does not involve conversation. The data analysis method used in this research is using agih method and shown with formal and informal methods. Based on the results of the research conducted, it is found that the conclusion in the analysis of the procedure text shows the imperative sentences used in the text. In this research, imperative sentences are found that can be classified into various types. The author finds several types of imperative sentences, namely sentences that belong to the imperative of smooth, sentences that are part of the imperative of request, sentences that are imperative of request, imperative sentences of invitation, and sentences that are imperative of hope. The imperative meaning found in this study contains the intention to be able to command or request addressed to someone with the purpose of doing something.

The Republic of Indonesia Government Goods and Services Procurement Policy Agency or LKPP RI for short. LKPP has made a big leap in the development of the e-catalog system by starting to involve SOEs. This research focuses on discussing the requirements and steps for business actors to become e-catalog providers. This research uses the literature study method. The results of this study found that the requirements for business qualifications for electronic catalog providers have six qualifications whose final decision is made by the head of LKPP. There are several criteria that must be met by business actors if they want to register their business in the LKPP e-catalog. There are two types of goods and services received, namely, first general goods and services including goods and services needed by K / L, standard or standardizable goods / services, and recurring goods / services needs. The second type of innovation products, namely products determined by the Minister / Head of the Institution in charge of government affairs in the field of research, development, assessment, and application as well as integrated invention and innovation.

AbstractThe community service is aimed to provide knowledge about brochure visualization. The method used to achieve these objectives involves activities such as presentations, training, and mentoring, which include knowledge building, modeling, joint construction, and independent construction activities. To measure the success of the activity, there are three types of evaluation: (1) the initial stage through a Pre-test. Questions are posed through a Google form to assess the participants' initial knowledge, (2) the implementation stage/process of the activity through observation, discussion, practice, and assessment of the final products, and (3) the final stage through a post-test, where answers are assessed to determine the knowledge improvement after participating in this PkM. With these evaluation stages, the knowledge and skills of the participants are assessed to understand their improved understanding of brochure visualization knowledge and skills. As a result, there is an increase in knowledge about brochure visualization. Through this activity, issues related to optimizing knowledge and skills in brochure visualization can be addressed.

This research aims to apply the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in the context of procuring materials to support services at PT. XYZ. The implementation process begins with problem identification, literature study, data collection, identifying Odoo software, designing an ERP system using Odoo software, and implementing the system that has been designed. The results of the comparative analysis between the implementation of the ERP system application and manual processes show that the advantage lies in using the ERP system application using Odoo software. This application was successfully implemented, as proven by the results of the tests carried out. This success makes a positive contribution to effectiveness and efficiency in procuring materials for service work at PT. XYZ. This research also proposes recommendations for further research, namely the creation of a comprehensive integrated system in PT business processes. XYZ. The hope is that this research can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes as a whole.
 
 

This research aims to analyze the impact of vegetable vendors on the income of market traders who have experienced a decline in income in markets in the Gending sub-district, Probolinggo district. This research was conducted from October to November 2023. The research location was determined proportionally (intentionally). This research used descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This descriptive research takes an analytical study of the impact of mobile vegetable sellers on the income of traders in markets in Gending sub-district. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. As mobile greengrocers, they select and obtain vegetables to be sold based on freshness quality, and local customer references include working with local farmers to ensure quality supplies or direct supplies to the Probolinggo market center. To determine the price of vegetables, greengrocers consider supply costs, operations and reasonable profits. Mobile vegetable sellers also pay attention to local market prices to remain competitive. Mobile vegetable vendors use appropriate storage and packaging methods and ensure that the vehicles used are equipped with safe facilities to maintain the freshness of vegetables during the journey.
