Adulthood is experiencing many problems that must be faced, especially in middle adulthood. Middle adulthood can be said to start at 35-60 years old. The median age is filled with various responsibilities and roles that consume time and energy. This period is also a period that spans the problems of daily life faced. This period was eventually marked by physical and mental changes, especially in spirituality. The method used in this paper is qualitative, using a literature approach. A literature study is carried out by examining various sources regarding the topics discussed. Researchers use various study sources such as textbooks, scientific journals and scientific internet sources.

Environmental ethics in Indonesia or in the world is very important to be maintained and also preserved because this environmental ethics is one of the ethics that has a very positive influence on everyone's life. Environmental ethics is the moral wisdom of humans in dealing with their environment, this environmental ethics is needed by every individual, especially Christians. So that every activity related to the environment is considered carefully so that the sustainability and comfort of the environment are maintained. One of the problems is the issue of environmental ethics, the lack of awareness that it is very important to keep the environment clean in order to maintain the comfort of each individual. As young Christians, we must be concerned about this very deficient state of environmental ethics, because God Himself has given a mandate to young Christians to be good managers of all that He entrusts to believers, including the environment around us. And it is entrusted that the role of youth is very large in environmental ethics.

Early adulthood is a period of livelihood, discovery, consolidation and reproductive period, which is a period full of problems and emotional tension, a period of social isolation, a period of commitment and dependence, changes in values, creativity and adjustment to a new lifestyle. During this transition period he will enter his Developmental Task. On the other hand, he will be faced with a problem, including problems within himself (personal hazard), his physique (Physical hazard), and problems with society (social hazard). The method used in this paper is a qualitative method with a library approach. A literature study was conducted by reviewing various sources related to the topics discussed as a conclusion that early adulthood is a period that is not easy, many developmental tasks will be faced, problems that come and go so that many early adults do not know the direction of their life, therefore it is necessary to have a coaching to direct and guide early adults so that they become strong and strong adults in facing the tasks they will carry.        

One of the problems in pastoral care is not understanding the spiritual needs and character of each congregation. A pastor acts as a parent and teacher for his congregation. In the process, a pastor of the congregation often does not reach the ultimate goal of his pastoral care, namely the maturity of the faith of his congregation with a sign of changing earthly characteristics into heavenly ones. This is because there is no brotherly love and the pastor does not fully understand the spirit of heresy that develops in the congregation and how to avoid this error that starts in the church. In line with this problem, this article seeks to provide ideas and explanations about the role of the pastor as a parent for his congregation in facing the end-time character crisis. The research method used in this paper is a qualitative study with a literature analysis approach.

The family is a place where God expresses His love through a relationship of mutual love, mutual respect and mutual care among all family members. God in His wisdom has given mankind the best model and way of maturing faith, namely through the role of parents as God's representatives to guide children. Given the many negative influences from the development of modern life, both through technology, culture and a free lifestyle that can undermine and hinder the growth of children's faith, every parent should realize that the task of fostering the spirituality of children is not the full responsibility of the church and teachers. -school teachers, but a joint task between parents and the church. The research method used in collecting data for the formation of this journal uses qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. It is called descriptive because it explains and describes carefully to get a clear picture. In the spiritual development of children, the most important thing is how faith grows in a child. In the growth of children's faith, parents play the most important role. Parents instill the attitude of a child who grows in the Christian faith.

 The purpose of this study is to provide an understanding of the importance of the role of students in fostering adults in Marbun Toruan Village, Baktiraja District. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. The result of this research is that in student service, students have a very important task in fostering adults, namely by conveying Christian religious education to adults by providing an understanding of adult human maturation. Therefore, with this very important task, students must be equipped with knowledge and skills in managing maturity.

This writing is base on the problem of  the pastor’s inability the church to implement an effective community development program. Moreover, if this judged based on implementation of the chuch’s vision and mision, many churches are not accurate incarrying out spiritual formation properly. Another problem is the lack of time the congregation participates in a coaching program implemented in the church will affect the congregation’s lack of knowledge and understanding of God’s word, this will affect the spiritual quality of the congregation. The research method used in this paper is a descriptive qualitative study of literature by examining various literatures relating to subject matter discussed. Through in-depth study and analysis, it is hoped that the pastors will provide concrete steps in planning and conducting effective coaching of church members. The result of this reseach to provide strategic steps and models of spiritual formation that are accurate and measurable and are able to increase the understanding of God’s word and make the spiritually mature as measured by changes in behaviour.

Drama sebagai seni pertunjukan memiliki kekhasan tersendiri yang bertumpu pada perpaduan cabang-cabang seni yang dicakupnya, sehingga sulit untuk mengajarkan drama sebagai seni pertunjukan Pementasan drama memasuki domain psikomotor dalam pembelajaran drama, tetapi juga memasukkan komponen kognitif dan emotif secara default. Bermain drama dalam pementasan mendapatkan pelajaran keterampilan drama yang serius dan mendalam. Metode dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan metode ceramah dan metode praktek. Sosialisasi dilakukan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Buton khususnya Mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia mengenai pemanfaatan berdrama, karena sangat penting dilakukan oleh mahasiswa, untuk mendalami naskah dalam berbagai persoalan kehidupan. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini sebanyak 13 mahasiswa. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukan bahwa 9 mahasiswa mendapatkan kategori tinggi atau 69,24%, 3 orang mendapatkan kategori sedang atau 23,08%, dan 1 orang mendapatkan kategori rendah atau 7,69%, Artinya tingkat prkatek mencapai nilai rata-rata sebesar 76,3 sehingga secara keseluruhan, penampilan para peserta terbilang baik. Masalah lain yang perlu dibenahi adalah landasan akting.
 
 

Tujuan dari studi ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi dan Lingkungan Keluarga terhadap Minat Berwirausaha di Kalangan Mahasiswa Kota Sukabumi. Metodologi: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 sampel. Sedangkan teknik pengujian kualitas instrumen meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial), dan uji f (simultan). Hasil: Bahwa variabel Motivasi dan Lingkungan Keluarga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha. Dan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Motivasi dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap Minat Berwirausaha secara simultan.

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengenalan, pembelajaran dan pengetahuan kepada santri tentang kewirausahaan, serta memberikan stimulus wirausaha pada anak dengan menambah nilai suatu barang melalui pembuatan produk tie dye. Permasalahan yang dihadapi Madrasah Diniyah Nurriyatul Ulum adalah 1). Rendahnya pendidikan mengenai pembelajaran kewirausahaan, 2). Kurangnya stimulus tentang wirausaha pada anak dari pihak Madrasah masih rendah. Berdasarkan permasalahn tersebut penulis melakukan pengabdian masyarakat di Madrasah Diniyah Nurriyatul Ulum untuk membantu memecahkan permasalahan tersebut. Luaran dari program pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah 1). bertambahnya pengetahuan santri tentang konsep dan pengetahuan mengenai kewirausahaan, 2). Pembuatan produk atau penambahan nilai suatu barang berupa produk Tie dye, yaitu masker, kaos kaki dan Totebag. Diharapkan dengan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan pada anak ini menjadi bekal santri dalam menghadapi masa depannya dan termasuk soft skill yang dimiliki anak.
