UMKM mempunyai kekuatan yang potensial diantaranya adalah memiliki segmen pasar usaha pasar yang unik, melaksanakan manajemen sederhana dan fleksibel terhadap perubahan [asar, memanfaatkan sumber daya alam sekitar dan memanfaatkan limbah, serta memiliki potensi untuk berkembang. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM di Wilayah Kecamatan Cisayong mengenai etika bisnis, oara usaha masih awam dalam berbisnis, meskipun moral itu juga ada di dalam hati nurani masng-masing manusai tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa manusai dapat terjadi bukan etis karena pengaruh lingkungan. Dengan menerapkan etika dalam berbisnis dapat mempertahankan dan mengembangkan usahanya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode lokakarya. Dari kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran para pelaku usaha untuk menerapkan etika dalam bisnis yang dilakukannya. Melalui lokakarya kemampuan dan pengetahuan ini mereka akan pentingnya etika dalam berbisnis, dan juga menjadi pedoman bagi pengembangan usahanya di masa yang akan datang

Mechanical Neck pain memungkinkan terjadinya gangguan fungsional yang kebanyakan disebabkan karena postur dan mekanik. Sebuah riset epidemologi menyatakan sekitar 27%-48%  populasi pekerja yang mengalami keterbatasan aktivitas akibat mechanical neck pain. Sekitar 20 % masyarakat di Wilayah Kecamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar memiliki pekerjaan sebagai pekerja kantoran. Berdasarkan hasil observasi pekerja di Wilayah Kecamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar banyak yang mengalami keluhan dan leher. Hal ini di sebabkan para karyawan dalam melakukan pekerjaannya duduk dalam waktu yang cukup lama dengan postur yang tidak ergonomis. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini, ada beberapa kegiatan yang dilaksanakan antara lain: Pemberian edukasi tentang  resiko, gejala, dampak, cara pencegahan dan pemberian self mobilisasi pada kondisi mechanical neck pain. Pemberian Pelatihan tentang pemeriksaan dan self mobilisasi serta demontrasi praktis yang melibatkan kader puskemas dalam melakukan self mobilisasi yang benar pada kondisi mechanical neck pain. Berdasarkan hasil pre test dan post test terhadap kader puskesmas tentang pemahaman pencegahan dan pengobatan mechanical neck pain terjadi peningkatan pemahaman setelah mengikuti pengabdian masyarakat edukasi dan pelatihan self mobilisasi pada penurunan nyeri dan perbaikan aktivitas fungsional penderita mechanical neck pain

Serangan jantung adalah salah satu faktor utama dalam tingginya tingkat angkat penyebab kematian di seluruh dunia dan memerlukan prosedur diagnosa yang canggih sehingga dapat mengakibatkan peningkatan biaya yang signifikan. Memprediksi penyakit jantung merupakan tantangan utama dalam bidang kesehatan karena keterbatasan peralatan diagnosis penyakit ini. Prediksi penyakit jantung yang akurat sangat penting untuk mengobati pasien sebelum serangan jantung terjadi. Prediksi ini dapat dicapai dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran mesin (machine learning) yang optimal dengan data layanan kesehatan yang kaya (datasets) mengenai penyakit jantung. Namun, Permasalahan yang umumnya dihadapi oleh model prediksi penyakit jantung seperti data yang menyimpang secara ekstrim (outliers), data yang hilang, data yang tidak konsisten, dan data yang tercampur baik secara numerik maupun kategorikal. Data yang tidak konsisten menyebabkan kemungkinan kesalahan prediksi dan akan mempengaruhi hasil dari prediksi. Pada penelitian ini kami mencoba mengatasi masalah outlier pada dataset penyakit jantung menggunakan salah satu metode feature scaling yaitu robust scaler. Hasil Eksperimen dengan model klasifikasi algoritma K-Nearest Neighbors menggunakan metode scaling robust scaler memperoleh nilai lebih baik dibandingkan dengan tanpa robust scaler dengan nilai F1 score sebesar 0.86.

The aim of the community service activities carried out for the teenagers of Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate Ranting Tugu Semarang is to increase teenagers' knowledge of the dangers of electric cigarettes for health. Community service activities are carried out using the lecture method. Based on the community service activities that have been carried out, the results obtained are an increase in teenagers' knowledge of the dangers of electric cigarettes for health and the desire of teenagers who smoke to stop smoking.

Smoking has become a habit and is a public health problem throughout the world, especially among teenagers. Smoking in adolescence can interfere with fitness, one of the effects experienced is a decrease in cardiovascular endurance. The aim of this study was to determine the level of cardiovascular endurance of male extracurricular sports students who were smokers and non-smokers at SMAN 1 Parang. The design of this research is comparative research. The techniques used to collect data are filling out questionnaires and VO2Max tests. The subjects used in the research were 22 boys' extracurricular sports students at SMAN 1 Parang, divided into 10 futsal extracurriculars and 12 volleyball extracurriculars. The instrument used is the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). Then, the data analysis technique used is to carry out data prerequisite tests (normality test and data homogeneity test) and hypothesis test (Independent t-test) and in analyzing the data from this research using SPSS version 26 software. Based on the research results and data analysis there are differences The VO2Max level which can be seen from the average value is 33.9 for smoking students and 42.1 for non-smoking students. So it can be concluded that the VO2Max level of non-smoking extracurricular sports students is better than smokers' extracurricular sports students. So it can be said that each student has a different VO2Max level.

Oleh sebab itu, hampir semua negara menempatkan variabel pendidikan sebagai sesuatu yang penting dan utama dalam konteks pembangunan bangsa dan negara. Salah satu komponen penting dalam pendidikan adalah guru. Guru dalam konteks pendidikan mempunyai peranan yang besar dan strategis. Gurulah yang langsung berhadapan dengan peserta didik untuk mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi sekaligus mendidik dengan nilai-nilai positif melalui bimbingan dan keteladanan.Oleh karena itu, sudah selayaknya guru mempunyai berbagai kompetensi yang berkaitan dengan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Salah satunya ialah mengenai metodologi pengajaran pembelajaran. Sebagai seorang pendidik muslim sudah seharusnya mengetahui tentang metodologi pengajaran pendidikan dalam Islam. Pendidikan ke-islaman atau pendidikan agama Islam, yakni upaya mengajarkan ajaran agama Islam dan nilai-nilainya menjadi way of life (pandangan dan sikap hidup) seseorang. Untuk itu, hendaknya diterapkan metodologi pengajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam yang tepat dan baik dalam proses pembelajaran agar tercapai tujuan pendidikan Islam sebagaimana apa yang diharapkan.

The development of the era of globalization itself makes people tend to choose new cultures that are considered simpler than the local culture in Indonesia. Preserving Indonesian culture and customs is an important aspect in the lives of indigenous peoples, because indigenous peoples are still synonymous with a lifestyle based on local customs. Therefore, this article aims to explain efforts to preserve Indonesian culture in the era of globalization. The method used in this research is qualitative with the data collection technique being library research, where the author examines several library sources as references in this writing. The results of this research show that it is very important to preserve Indonesian culture and traditional communities. In current developments, information has become very influential on human thinking patterns. To overcome this, there needs to be awareness, especially among the younger generation, of the importance of local culture as national identity and being able to preserve and maintain local culture. Efforts to preserve and preserve Indonesian culture are carried out in two ways. That is; cultural experience and cultural knowledge.

This research method is quantitative and phenomenological through field studies and using the internet as one of the means we use to get information about street food places in Lengkong as our analysis material. This study found that Lengkong street food culinary products can improve the economy of Bandung city traders quickly, because many food vloggers review various types of food in Lengkong so that many domestic and foreign tourists are curious about one of the street foods in the city of Bandung. Social media also plays an important role as a development or form of promotion to increase more tourists and advance local SMEs within the scope of the Lengkong area and develop interest in culinary tourism in the city of Bandung.

Pratama Clinic as a health service provider must have a competitive advantage and be competitive in terms of the quality of the health services provided. Pratama Halyna Clinic is located in Gajahan, Kebongembong, Kec. Pagerruyung, Kendal Regency, Central Java. In this clinic, there are several polyclinics, namely, general, Kia / birth control, elderly, childbirth, and circumcision.
