Electronic credit facilities represent a significant banking innovation, employing technology in a manner that diverges from the established procedures associated with conventional credit. A credit deed that is not in accordance with the formal legal requirements is nevertheless considered to have legal force if the signature is recognized by the relevant parties. This thesis addresses the legal force and position of underhand credit agreements in commercial banks, as well as their suitability with the legal requirements of agreements according to the Civil Code and ITE Law, particularly in instances where the debtor subsequently rejects the signature. This thesis employs normative legal research methods to procure secondary data pertinent to the subject matter. The secondary data comprises primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, which are then subjected to qualitative analysis. The research demonstrates that the legal certainty of electronic credit agreements in commercial banks is regulated by the Civil Code Law Number 19 of 2016 on Electronic Information and Transactions, Government Regulation Number 71 of 2019 on the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions, and OJK Regulation Number 38/POJK.03/2016 on the Application of Risk Management in the Use of Information Technology by Commercial Banks. In the event of a dispute over the rejection of an electronic signature in an agreement, the matter may be resolved through litigation after all other avenues of non-litigation have been exhausted. In electronic credit agreements, electronic signatures are recognized as valid evidence, thereby affording legal protection to creditors.

Blitar City has various famous tourist destinations such as Bung Karno's Tomb, Kebon Rojo Park, Gebang Palace, and Ar-Rahman Mosque. However, there is one unique destination, Kampoeng Cyber, which offers a special educational tourism experience. Although the tourism sector in Blitar City is growing, the development of these destinations requires active participation from the community, not just the government. The main problem found is that community participation still varies, where most are only involved if they feel they will benefit directly. This study aims to examine how much community participation in the development of Kampoeng Cyber as an educational tourism destination, based on the theory of community participation according to Meronda (2021). This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation in Gedog Village, Sananwetan Subdistrict, Blitar City. The results showed that community participation in the development of Kampoeng Cyber is quite good, as seen from monthly meetings, local potential development programs, and regular evaluations. However, there are challenges in the form of pros and cons among the community. The main factor supporting this development is the great potential of Kampoeng Cyber in increasing community knowledge and awareness, while the obstacles are the differences in understanding and background among residents. Overall, the development of Kampoeng Cyber has had a positive impact both economically and socially, making it more widely recognized.

Abstract One of the government organizations tasked with managing affairs in its operational area in order to protect, be responsive, resolve, and rescue protected from fire is the Padangsidimpuan City Fire and Rescue Service. Performance is a term used to describe how well the implementation efforts in fulfilling the vision and mission of the organization. This research is in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the expenditure budget, namely from 2018 to 2022. The purpose of this budget capability evaluation is to assess the absorption of expenditure during the budget period. This study used a qualitative methodology combined with quantitative data collection and documentation methods. Descriptive analysis methods were used using efficiency ratios, expenditure growth analysis, operating expenditure and capital expenditure compatibility analysis, expenditure variance analysis. Based on the results of research using expenditure variance analysis, budget performance can be said to be good because there are no expenditures that exceed the budget. Analysis of expenditure growth between 2018-2022 shows positive growth. The findings of the expenditure conformity analysis show that operational costs use more of the expenditure budget than capital expenditure. In addition, with an average of 92.05%, the efficiency ratio of budget realization indicates that the use of the 2018-2022 budget is less efficient.

Al-Ghazali menghasilkan sekitar 300 karya dalam setahun yang mencakup berbagai macama bidang ilmu yaitu logika, filsafat, akhlak, fiqh, tafsir, tasawuf, politik, dan ekonomi. pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode fiqh dan filosofis sulit diterima. beberapa karya tulisan hasil pemikiran nya antara lain 'Ulm al-Din, al-Mustasifa, Mizan al-Amal, dan al Tibr al Masbuk fi Nasehat al Mulk. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang mana dipahami sebagai metode penelitian yang menggunakan informasi deskriptif yang diperoleh dalam bentuk kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari objek yang diteliti. teknik pengumpulan data meliputi studi dokumentasi mulai dari kitab-kitab keagamaan dan keuangan negara dan kegiatan produksi. hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa didalam pemikirannya khususnya dalam bidang ekonomi Imam Ghazali menekankan pentingnya konsep keadilan disetiap teorinya. Didalam ekonomi Islam, distribusi kekayaan harus adil dan memparhatikan kebutuhan orang-orang yang kurang mampu. beliau secara tegas menolak riba (bunga) yang dianggap sebagai bentuk ekosploitasi ekonomi yang tidak bermoral. ia mengedapankan prinsip-prinsip syariah yang melarang praktik-praktik yang tidak adil.

The Covid-19 pandemic has reduced people's purchasing power and made people's activities all online. Digital literacy needs to be carried out by MSME actors, especially Electronic MSMEs, where they still carry out offline buying and selling activities both in terms of promotion, marketing, and service communication. This study aims to determine the implementation of digital literacy for Electronic MSME actors to go online. Digital literacy is an effort to change and develop activities based on skills and knowledge by using technology. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach using data analysis techniques Reduction, Display and Conclusion. This research was conducted at the Electronic MSMEs, Padangsidimpuan City, North Sumatera. The results showed that 88% of the understanding of Electronic MSME technology was based on the digital literacy capabilities they had, obtained through digital literacy activities carried out and received many benefits for the online sales system.

Terrorism is a criminal act that poses a serious threat to the sovereignty of every country which can pose a danger to security, world peace and disrupt the welfare of society. A crime that has an extraordinary traumatic impact on the victim so that it requires efforts to recover from the crime of terrorism. In this case, the role of the state is really needed in order to provide the rights of the victims of this crime. The purpose of this research is to find out what efforts are being made to help the recovery of victims of criminal acts of terrorism in Indonesia and to find out what obstacles are faced when making efforts to recover victims of criminal acts of terrorism in Indonesia. The research method used is a normative legal research method which uses library materials as main data, namely secondary legal materials. Then the legal materials are analyzed descriptively qualitatively to obtain results and conclusions from the problem formulations that have been determined. The results of this research indicate that efforts to recover or medically treat victims of terrorism continue to use the same legal basis as the disaster law which has the authority to provide assistance to victims in hospitals. Because all victims of criminal acts of terrorism are the responsibility of the government, which in practice always faces many obstacles.
 
 

Trend analysis is an analysis that compares more than 2 periods of financial statements. PT Antam Tbk is one of the largest mining companies in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the evaluation of the financial performance report of PT Antam Tbk using trend analysis in the period 2020 to 2023. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method, which involves processing the company's financial data that is already available in the form of financial statements. This study uses secondary data in collecting information. The results of this study concluded that PT Antam Tbk succeeded in increasing the value of assets and equity, and decreasing the value of liabilities. As for the income statement, the company managed to increase profit after income tax by 167.7% from the period 2020 to 2023.

This research aims to reveal the dynamics of citizenship identity in the context of globalization. Over time, the term "global citizenship" has become known, where values will be discussed that are in accordance with national identity which are used as benchmarks to face the era of globalization. It is through this that the young generation is able to make the values of national identity a basic direction with positive value in their efforts to face the current flow of globalization in the current digital era.
 
 

Along with the population and economic growth of West Sumatra, especially in Padang Panjang City, West Padang Panjang District, the need for public facilities is urgently needed, one of which is the Padang Panjang market. In a project, planning and controlling costs and time is part of overall project management, especially at the implementation stage of the case study reviewed by researchers, namely the Padang Panjang market building construction project. In this research regarding time and cost control, the earned value method is one method that can monitor project performance in terms of time and cost. Which aims to determine project performance in terms of time and costs each week and predict the time and costs to complete the remaining work. So that we can get corrective actions to be taken next to progress the project. In this research, to obtain a basic basis for writing, secondary data collection is used as supporting data for the analysis of the results themselves. The analysis and discussion carried out were calculating the BCWS value, BCWP value and ACWP value in order to obtain the time variance value (SV), cost variance value (CV), calculating the productivity index, calculating project performance and calculating the estimated analysis of total project costs and completion time. The results of the research carried out are, the overall BCWS value of the Padang Panjang market project is IDR 96,213,315,046.3, for the BCWP value at the end of the 22nd week of review IDR 12,688,575,967, the ACWP value at the end of the 22nd week of review is IDR. 12,389,476,444.2 . As for the analysis results obtained from several existing indicators, the SPI value was 1.384 > 1, while the CPI was 1.003 > 1, which means that the project was accelerated in terms of schedule but incurred actual costs that were smaller than the work that had been carried out. The ETC value is IDR 84,134,151,328.9 and the EAC value is IDR 96,523,627,773.1, while the ECD value is 373 days for the project completion time.

In this era of digitalization, almost all Indonesian people use gadgets. This also seems to have become an inseparable phenomenon in this era of digitalization, especially among young people in Indonesia, including elementary school children. The impact of using the gadget itself also varies, ranging from the positive impact that can be taken and the negative impact that must be avoided. Lack of knowledge about the impact of gadget use for elementary school children, students of the Faculty of Law UPN Veteran East Java conducted socialization at SDN Sidodadi 2. The target of this socialization activity is 5th grade elementary school children with a total of 55 students. This socialization activity aims to provide understanding and legal knowledge about the impact of excessive use of gadgets, especially since 5th grade elementary school children are the age when the transition from children to the adolescent phase is born. This socialization activity uses a special approach method so that in the delivery process it can be well received and on target. The results of socialization activities are summarized into reports and journals so that benefits and learning can reach the wider community.
