<p>Implementasi tentang probiotik dan kontribusinya  dalam menanggapi tantangan kesehatan masyarakat. SMK Muhammadyah 4 Kabupaten Kendal memiliki usaha ternak sapi dan kambing perah, potensial dibuat yogurt. Tim Fakultas Teknologi Pertanian Universitas Semarang melakukan kegiatan PKM dalam bentuk penyuluhan dan praktek sederhana pembuatan yogurt susu sapi. Siswa peserta diberikan pre-test untuk mengukur <em>baseline</em> pengetahuan dasar mengenai materi penyuluhan. post-test untuk mengetahui sejauh mana siswa dapat memahami materi penyuluhan. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 44 siswa dan 5 guru. Nilai rerata pre-test sebesar 5,08 <strong>&lt;</strong> nilai rerata post-test; secara deskriptif terdapat perbedaan = 0,76 atau rerata nilai post-test lebih tinggi 0,76 daripada nilai pre-test dengan nilai signifikansi 0,165 (p&gt;0,05); nilai post-test tidak berbeda secara signifikan dengan nilai pre-test. Kesimpulan materi yang diberikan merupakan hal yang baru sehingga diperoleh hasil dasar pemahaman awal tentang materi kegiatan yang sama dengan pemahaman akhir.</p>

Luas lahan pertanian yang semakin menyusut disetiap tahun menjadi masalah penting bagi masyarakat Desa Mulyoagung. Pertanian perkotaan (urban farming) merupakan salah satu solusi dalam mengatasi hal tersebut dalam mempertahankan ketersediaan pangan. Urban farming dapat memperkuat ekonomi local dengan penerapan yang benar. Akan tetapi salah satu kendala yang menyebabkan kegagalan urban farming antara lain sumber bahan, SDM, dan pasar. Konsep paling mendasar yang perlu dilakukan dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah menjalin mitra kerjasama yang dengan pelaku pertanian yang bersinergi dengan program urban farming. Happytani merupakan badan usaha yang berada di desa Mulyoagung dan sangat berpotensi dijadikan mitra dengan skema urban farming. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Mulyoagung melalui pemeliharaan keberlanjutan lingkungan, dan pengembangan kemitraan dan kerjasama. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi, penyuluhan, pendampingan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil pelaksanaan program pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat berhasil mengadopsi konsep urban farming dengan memanfaatkan limbah organik cocopeat dan polybag. Pengembangan model urban farming telah membuktikan keberhasilannya dalam mengatasi penyusutan lahan pertanian dan memperkuat ekonomi lokal

The application of appropriate technology has an important role in increasing the production capacity and product quality of MSMEs. This service aims to increase the production capacity of Safnur MSMEs in Lengkong Village, Rakit District, Banjarnegara Regency through the implementation of a spinner tool. The results of the service showed that the use of the spinner tool succeeded in increasing production capacity from 10 kg to 15 kg per day, as well as reducing drying time by up to 66%. In addition, the quality of banana chips products also increases significantly with lower oil content, resulting in products that are crisper and last longer. The training and assistance provided to Safnur MSME workers ensures optimal use of spinner tools, increasing production efficiency and consistency. The implications of the results of this service are not only increasing income and business sustainability of Safnur MSMEs but also opening up new job opportunities for the surrounding community. This success can be used as a model for the development of other MSMEs in the area. Recommendations are given for the continued use of spinner tools and the development of MSMEs through appropriate technology support, ongoing training, and collaboration with the government and related institutions.

The aim of this research is to assess the effectiveness of the elderly health program run by the Partali Toruan Hutabarat Village, with special emphasis on participatory sessions specifically for the elderly and periodic blood pressure. The analytical method used is an intervention study with data collection both before and after the intervention. The results show a significant increase in understanding of the importance of regularly cleaning and using natural materials for the health of local communities. Apart from that, there was also a negative impact seen on the average blood pressure levels in the group of program participants. All of this highlights the important role of community initiatives in improving the health of the elderly through integrated and sustainable efforts, such as health education and promotion of active lifestyles.

This research aims to determine the influence of accounting knowledge, financial rewards, and work environment on students' interest in choosing a career as a public accountant. This research is quantitative research with a population of Soloraya accounting students, samples were taken using the Slovin formula from 100 respondent. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression models, hypothesis testing and classic assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and autocorrelation tests. The research results show that the feasibility test of the model on accounting knowledge, financial rewards and work environment influences students' interest in becoming public accountants. Which means this regression model is suitable for use. This is proven by the F test, which obtained a significance of 0.005 < ? = 0.05. The results of the partial t test show that accounting knowledge, financial rewards and the work environment influence students' interest in becoming public accountants with a significance value of <0.05. The Adjust R Square value is 68.6%, which means 68.6%, which means the independent variable (accounting knowledge, financial rewards and work environment) has an influence of 68.6% on the dependent variable (interest in becoming a public accountant).

<p>Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat Kelurahan Trimulyo, Kecamatan Genuk, Kota Semarang tentang pentingnya kepemilikan sertipikat tanah sebagai bukti hak atas tanah. Melalui sosialisasi dan penyuluhan yang melibatkan berbagai elemen masyarakat, kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai manfaat dan prosedur pembuatan sertipikat tanah. Selain itu, diupayakan pula peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya legalitas kepemilikan tanah untuk menghindari konflik dan masalah hukum di masa depan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya sertipikat tanah sebagai dokumen legal yang memberikan kepastian hukum dan perlindungan hak atas tanah.</p>

Social media is used freely and without control causing quite a number of people in the era of disruption to engage in various actions that are not in accordance with religious norms and values. Therefore serious treatment is needed, one of which is Christian ethics education. The purpose of this study is to find out the phenomenon of social media use in the era of disruption and the importance of Christian ethics education. The research method used was literature review and analyzed using a descriptive approach. The results of the study explain that in facing the progress of the times, every Christian needs to understand the phenomenon of the use of social media in the era of disruption by most people, including: Spending a lot of time playing social media, social media as one of the perpetrators of crime, social media is one of the factors growing anti-social behavior. Apart from that, to prepare Christians to have a life that pleases God, it is necessary to take various approaches, including by implementing Christian ethics education in their daily lives, which aims to: Prepare Christians to face challenges of faith in the era of disruption, make them aware of the importance of social values, anticipate in the misuse of social media technology, as a means of instilling Biblical values, motivating to always be a blessing through social media in an era of disruption.

Concern for sustainable development, but human rights are considered the most important issues that concern the world, and our dear country has witnessed many transformations in all fields and at different levels in the country, especially those that have a large majority in human rights, and we all know that Iraq has witnessed many challenges. After the events of 2003 until now, because the human being is the subject of the right and the rights, and the international community and the international and local organizations all insist on the activation, investigation and development of this right and the human rights.
  Where we have not seen any mechanism of operational and investigative mechanisms, I must focus on the effects of the activation and non-activation of this right, and from this point of view, pay attention to the statement of what is meant by sustainable development and developments, and do not forget the role of the United Nations in promoting the cycle of sustainable development, with the basic statement Legal and comprehensive human rights, stating the position of the Iraqi legislator for the year 2005.

Penelitian yang dilakukan akan berfokus pada Analisis Bentuk –bentuk Risiko Pada UMKM Kripik Kentang Merah Aleza. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, Analisis deskriptif kualitatif adalah pendekatan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan proses atau peristiwa aktual yang menjadi subjek penelitian. Data utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari data observasi dan wawancara yang diperoleh langsung dari lapangan melalui informan yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi digunakan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa risiko dalam bisnis tidak bisa dihindari sepenuhnya, namun dapat dikelola dengan strategi yang tepat untuk mengurangi dampak negatifnya. Dengan memahami dan mengatasi risiko secara proaktif, UMKM seperti Kripik Kentang Merah Aleza dapat meningkatkan stabilitas operasional dan meraih pertumbuhan yang lebih baik di masa depan.

Until now, SSB Purwodadi is very burdensome for its owners and administrators because SSB still depends on the owner for its operational costs from SSB students. SSB Purwodadi is located in Purwodadi sub-district, located in Pasuruan district. This Ssb was founded from the awareness of the community around the location and football coaches who want to encourage the realization of positive habit activities in sports, especially football. In children's football, students who were initially physically and healthless through football became physically strong, physically fit, and their confidence and cooperation could be established. As well as spiritual values and honesty will emerge. And for trainers after this service is held, they can train and teach well, correctly and professionally, of course. And hopefully football seeds can be born with a good football magazine and a good training program and there is valid data in the football learning process. And from the student and coach questionnaire survey, we can find out that after doing service, there is a score of 22 out of a total score of 25 scores from 5 questions, which indicates that there is 88% of the total of 100 percent of the overall score and this service has a good impact
