Abstrak:
Adolescence is a time when we, as students, are required to have the ability to make career decisions. Career selection is an important part of the decision-making process in the life of every individual. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of career decision-making actions in class XII students of SMA Negeri 1 Sutojayan. The research method used by the author is qualitative. The number of subjects used in this study was 5 students. This study concludes that, in general, students have quite good career decision-making actions based on five aspects of career decision-making. This shows that students have sufficient awareness and readiness to face their future careers.

Abstrak:
Social support is assistance to individuals in the form of comfort and attention as well as created a feeling of being loved and appreciated by others. Social support of individuals will be able to fulfill one of the psychological needs positively. This can affect subjective well-being in individuals. This study aims to determine and empirically test the correlation between social support and subjective well-being in students of the Psychology Study Program at Sahid Surakarta University. This study used a quantitative method with 67 students as respondents. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling technique. The results indicate that there is a correlation between social support and subjective well-being in psychology students at Sahid Surakarta University. This means that higher social support contributes to the higher subjective well-being of students. In contrast, the lower social support makes for the lower subjective well-being of students.

Abstrak:
Individuals who assume that their physical condition is not the same as their ideal body concept, then the individual will feel physically lacking, this condition causes the individual to be unable to accept their condition as it is so that they can experience body dissatisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the picture of body dissatisfaction in adolescent girls. This study used qualitative method with 4 female adolescents in grade VIII at SMP Negeri 2 Sragen. The results of this study were 75% of students felt less confident and less satisfied with their body shape and 25% of students felt satisfied with their body shape because they had an athletic and good body, students also explained that they liked their healthy body which made them able to play volleyball well and win championships.

Abstrak:
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of marketing mix and brand image as a marketing strategy. Before marketing activities occur, it is important for business actors, in this case weaving SMEs in Bima City, to know buyer behavior first to know what strategies will be implemented to market woven products. Determining a marketing strategy through a marketing mix that is right on target and increasing the brand image of woven products can increase consumer purchasing decisions as well as an effort to maintain the existence of local products in Bima City. The type of research in this research is quantitative. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey approach, namely through collecting data from respondents. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale containing a list of questions for respondents to answer. The sample in this study amounted to 200 people. Then, to test the research, it was carried out with the help of Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) Software. The research results marketing mix and brand image have a significant influence on the decision to purchase woven fabric as an effort to maintain the existence of local products in Bima City

Dalam Keputusan Penggunaan, Turbo Marketing menjadi sebuah alasan utama dalam menetukan keputusan untuk menggunakan suatu layananan, Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Turbo Marketing terhadap keputusan Penggunaan Grab food di kota bima, Jenis penelitian yaitu Asosiatif, Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh konsumen yang pernah mengunakan layanan grab food yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui pasti (Unknown Population) jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, kuesioner, dan study pustaka. Teknik Analisa data dengan melakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linear sederhana, koefisien korelasi, uji determinasi,dan uji t Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Turbo Marketing berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan Grab food di kota bima

Abstrak:
Self-control is a major component of the ability to override or change responses within oneself, as well as eliminate undesirable behavioral tendencies and refrain from an action taken. The target of the study was young non-commissioned officers aged 18 to 21 years. The purpose of this study was to determine self-control in young non-commissioned officers of the Surakarta Police. To obtain an overview of the level of self-control in young non-commissioned officers of the Surakarta Police. The number of samples used in this study was 7 people and the data collection techniques used in the study were observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the seven young non-commissioned officers of the Surakarta Police have good self-control, the seven members can control themselves with their respective strategies.

Abstrak:
A aw enforcement agency and public servant in Indonesia, the police must demonstrate good performance. In order to maintain and improve police performance, one way is to improve psychological well-being. This is because the better the psychological well-being, the better the performance. Psychological well-being can conceptually be influenced by demographic factors (age, gender, socio-economic status and culture). The author then developed these demographic factors into career development perception variables (socio-economic). Based on this, this study aims to see the psychological well-being of members of the Surakarta Police's logistics unit. The subjects of this study were 7 members of the logistics unit. The results of the study found that the psychological well-being of members of the logistics unit had a positive and significant influence on psychological well-being.

Abstrak:
The meaning of halal is permissible, while haram is not permissible (prohibited) according to Islamic law. Having a halal certificate can give confidence to companies in using or printing halal labels on product packaging or company premises. This study aims to find out how the influence of the halal label and halal awareness has on the purchase intention MSME products in the Bima City. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research with survey methods. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to 100 respondents. Data was processed by statistical analysis using SPSS 20.00. The results showed that the halal label had a positive and significant effect on the intention to purchase MSME products in the Bima City and halal awareness did not have a significant effect on the intention to purchase MSME products in the Bima City. The contribution of this research is hoped that MSME actors will immediately take care of halal certificates so that consumers' interest in buying increases and products can be marketed outside the region so that the wider community can get to know MSME products from Bima city.

This study aims to determine (1) whether there is an influence of product diversity on consumer decisions at Masita stalls (2) whether there is an influence of the influence of sales location on consumer decisions at Masita stalls (3) whether or not there is an influence of the influence of product diversity and sales location on consumer decisions. at Masita's shop. The type of research in this study is associative. This research was carried out at the Masita stall, which targeted consumers who had visited the Masita stall. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination analysis test, correlation coefficient, partial test and simultaneous test. Based on the results of the study, it is shown that (1) the product diversity variable has an effect on consumer satisfaction at the Masita stall. (2) the sales location variable has no effect on consumer satisfaction at the Masita stall. (3) variable product diversity and sales locations have an effect on consumer satisfaction at the Masita stall

Ikan Bandeng merupakan ikan yang hidup di air payau, yang banyak dibudidayakan di Asia Tenggara terutama pesisir Indonesia. Seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman dan meningkatnya keinginan masyarakat terhadap suatu produk yang berbeda, maka inovasi semakin dirasa penting agar suatu usaha tetap mampu bersaing. Ikan bandeng merupakan potensi yang ada di desa belo kecamatan palibelo yang hanya dijadikan sebagai lauk pendamping nasi. Potensi ikan bandeng bisa dioptimalkan lagi apabila dijadikan sebagai bahan olahan makanan, Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan bagaiama cara mengolah ikan bandeng menjadi produk yang mempunyai nilai lebih seperti stik tulang bandeng, chanos amplang bandeng dan chips tulang bandeng. Metode pelaksaan melalui tahap seurvey awal, sosialisasi program, pelatihan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini masyarakat mampu mengolah ikan bandeng menjadi produk cemilan kekinia seperti stik tulang bandeng, chanos amplang bandeng dan chips tulang bandeng dengan atribut produk seperti kemasanan yang menarik dan merK.
