This study aims to examine the use of cattle waste as organic fertilizer to minimize agricultural operational costs in Mrawan Village, Tapen District, Bondowoso Regency. Cattle waste, particularly manure, is an abundant local resource that has not been optimally utilized by the local community. The majority of farmers in the village still rely on chemical fertilizers, which are relatively expensive and have a negative impact on long-term soil health. Therefore, this program is designed to provide a sustainable alternative solution through an educational approach and community empowerment. The methods used in this activity include outreach, technical training, and direct assistance in the process of making organic fertilizer from cow manure. Education focuses on simple fermentation techniques, the composition of natural additives, and appropriate fertilizer application methods. Farmers are actively involved in every stage of the activity, so they become not only beneficiaries but also agents of change in environmentally friendly agricultural practices. The results of the activity indicate that the use of organic fertilizer from cattle waste can reduce the cost of purchasing chemical fertilizers by up to 40% in a single planting season. In addition, organic fertilizer has been shown to increase soil fertility, improve soil structure, and support healthier plant growth. Environmental impacts are also reduced, as livestock waste management is more controlled and does not pollute water or air sources. Therefore, utilizing cattle waste as organic fertilizer not only reduces environmental pollution but also provides an economic and ecological solution that benefits local farmers. This program is expected to become a model for empowerment that can be replicated in other areas with similar characteristics.

This study investigates the influence of Provincial Minimum Wage (PMW), Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR), and Population Growth Rate (PGR) on Employment Opportunities (EO) across 20 most populous provinces in Indonesia from 2017 to 2024. Using a quantitative approach and panel data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency, the analysis applies the Fixed Effect Model selected through Chow and Hausman tests. The Outcomes indicate that PMW has a significant negative effect on EO, implying that wage increases without corresponding productivity growth can reduce job absorption. Conversely, LFPR has a significant positive effect, reflecting that a higher labor force engagement boosts employment. PGR has a negative but statistically insignificant effect. The F-test confirms that all three variables jointly influence EO. These results highlight the need to harmonize wage regulations, human capital development (HDI), and population planning to support inclusive and sustainable employment in regions experiencing high demographic pressures.

This study aims to analyze the application of the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method in determining the cost of production at Brownies Mawar, a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) in Bekasi. This SME is a small business that has been producing various types of brownies for more than 20 years, but still uses a conventional cost accounting system. The ABC method allows for more accurate cost allocation by identifying each activity in the production process and assigning costs based on actual resource consumption (cost drivers). Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that the production cost per unit using the ABC method is Rp 3,190 for the Original variant and Rp 3,470 for the Combination variant. With selling prices of Rp 25,000 and Rp 30,000 respectively, the SME achieves a high profit margin and a total monthly gross profit of Rp 42,656,400. These findings indicate that the ABC method is effective in providing accurate cost information, uncovering hidden costs, and supporting more competitive pricing strategies.

Microalgae are photoautotrophic microorganisms that synthesize bioactive compounds, including antioxidant compounds. Exploratory research on microalgae with strong antioxidant capacity as free radical scavengers is interesting and important to do. This study aims to identify and evaluate the antioxidant capacity of microalgae. Water samples were diluted with multilevel dilution. Microalgae were isolated using the streak plate method, and four microalgae isolates were successfully cultivated in vitro. Identification was carried out by phylogenetic analysis based on 18S rRNA marker gene sequences, namely Chlorella vulgaris, Desmodesmus armatus, Dictyosphaerium ehrenbergianum, and Vitreochlamys incisa. Antioxidant capacity was evaluated using three methods, namely DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl), ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonate)), and FRAP (Ferric Reducing Antioxidant Power). IC50 as the concentration required to inhibit 50% of free radicals showed that methanol extract of C. vulgaris had a strong antioxidant capacity in the ABTS test with IC50 of 81.693 ppm and the highest in the DPPH test with IC50 of 297.451 ppm. In the FRAP test, the highest antioxidant capacity was in ethanol extract of D. ehrenbergianum isolate of 74.45 mg AAE/g. The D. armatus isolate had the lowest antioxidant capacity in the ABTS, DPPH, and FRAP tests.

Abstrak:
Literacy skills are a fundamental element in primary education that influence students' success in various fields. However, the results of the PISA survey show that the literacy levels of Indonesian students are still unsatisfactory. One innovative approach that can improve students' literacy skills is the use of multimodal texts. Multimodal texts integrate various modes of communication such as written text, images, audio, and video to convey information, which is believed to enhance student engagement and understanding in the learning process. Several studies indicate that the application of multimodal texts can improve science literacy, reading comprehension, and writing skills among primary school students. This study employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to identify, evaluate, and synthesize various studies related to the use of multimodal texts in literacy learning at the primary school level. The analysis results show that multimodal texts are effective in enhancing students' literacy skills, particularly in reading and writing. Therefore, the integration of multimodal texts into the primary school curriculum is highly recommended to improve the quality of learning and student learning outcomes
