Sertifikasi halal merupakan proses verifikasi yang memastikan bahwa suatu produk sesuai dengan standar kehalalan menurut syariat Islam. Bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), sertifikasi ini memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen, memperluas akses pasar, serta memenuhi ketentuan regulasi pemerintah. Namun, berdasarkan survei yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Semarang, masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum memiliki sertifikat halal. Permasalahan ini disebabkan oleh minimnya kesadaran, keterbatasan biaya, anggapan bahwa prosedur sertifikasi rumit, serta kurangnya pendampingan dari pihak terkait. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terkait pentingnya sertifikasi halal serta memberikan pendampingan awal terkait prosedur pengajuan sertifikat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan interaktif dan diskusi langsung bersama pelaku UMKM di wilayah sasaran. Kegiatan telah dilaksanakan pada Selasa, 6 Mei 2025. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan minat pelaku UMKM untuk mengurus sertifikasi halal secara mandiri. Luaran kegiatan berupa publikasi pada jurnal ilmiah, artikel media massa, dan HAKI video edukatif di platform YouTube. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi antara akademisi dan pelaku usaha dapat menjadi katalis positif dalam mendorong UMKM untuk lebih siap dan kompetitif melalui kepemilikan sertifikasi halal.

Tuberculosis (TB) is the ninth leading cause of death worldwide, surpassing HIV/AIDS. In 2016, TB-related deaths among HIV-negative individuals reached 1.3 million, while deaths among those with HIV-TB co-infection totaled 374,000. Indonesia ranks among the top five countries with the highest TB burden, accounting for approximately 5.8% of global TB cases. The TB prevalence rate in Indonesia in 2016 was 391 per 100,000 population, with nearly half of the cases occurring among women of reproductive age. It is estimated that 1–3% of pregnant women have TB, and some are also co-infected with HIV. The national target for TB elimination by 2030 is to reduce incidence to 65 per 10,000 population and mortality to 6 per 100,000 population. However, in Mimika District, the TB incidence remains high at 707 per 10,000 population, with a mortality rate of 27 per 100,000 population.This community service program aimed to improve knowledge regarding the prevention of pulmonary TB transmission from adults to toddlers living in the same household, in order to break the chain of transmission. The activity was conducted from July to September 2024 in Kamoro Jaya Subdistrict, under the jurisdiction of Wania Health Center, with 90 participants consisting of mothers with toddlers and community health volunteers (Posyandu cadres).Methods used included lectures, group discussions, and demonstrations. The educational material focused on the prevention of TB transmission in children. Participants completed a questionnaire before the activity. The results showed an increase in knowledge regarding the prevention of pulmonary TB in children.

Classroom management skills are one of the fundamental competencies in teaching aimed at creating and maintaining an optimal learning environment. In other words, this skill is closely related to the professional abilities of teachers to produce favorable conditions, provide enjoyment for learners, and foster a healthy learning discipline. This study aims to understand how classroom management is implemented at Private High School Utama Medan located in Medan Tembung District, Medan City. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. Several issues that arise in classroom management at Private High School Utama Medan include: students seeking attention, emotional students, students facing learning difficulties, students who struggle to cooperate with their group mates, groups that violate regulations, a lack of adequate learning media, and a classroom atmosphere that is not supportive.

Communication is an essential part of day-to-day life. However, people who have disabling hearing loss, which in general is known as deafness, or have a severe loss of hearing use sign language for their communication. Those people learn this language through their respective schools, whereas hearing people rarely get to know this communication tool, leaving a wide communication gap. To bridge this gap, an automated communication system that can convert text to sign language without depending on human interpreters. This literature review overviews sign language and discusses the different technologies used for text-to-sign conversion systems. The paper evaluates computer-based text processing methods, machine translation techniques (rule-based, corpus-based, and neural architectures), and sign synthesis approaches (avatar animation, video concatenation, neural generation). The paper compares each method's strengths and limitations and presents quantitative performance data from recent systems. The review also provides a comprehensive summary of widely used datasets and introduces a visual taxonomy of translation approaches. Furthermore, the paper discusses the current limitations, including scalability, data limitations, the need for more expressive synthesis, and future scope for improvement. The expected outcome of this review is to find and gather information on various sign language systems worldwide, identify research gaps, and propose further enhancements in text-to-sign language conversion.

Gotong royong is a cultural value deeply embedded in Indonesian society, especially in Penglipuran Village, Bali. This village preserves local wisdom that prioritizes togetherness and cooperation in various aspects of life. This study aims to analyze the implementation of gotong royong values in the daily lives of Penglipuran residents and how these values are taught to younger generations. Using a qualitative method with in-depth interviews, the findings reveal that gotong royong is practiced in environmental cleanliness, traditional ceremonies, and other social activities. These values are passed down through informal education within families and project-based activities in schools. Despite the lack of financial support from the government, the community maintains the spirit of gotong royong through social sanctions for those who do not participate. This study highlights how local wisdom can serve as an effective medium for instilling the values of gotong royong in younger generations.

In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has transformed the way we understand and practice religion, including the spread of extremist religious ideologies. Religious moderation education has become an essential tool for strengthening national awareness by instilling values of tolerance, inclusivity, and love for the homeland. This education promotes a balanced and tolerant understanding of religion. However, a significant challenge arises from the overwhelming flow of information on the internet, which is not matched by adequate digital literacy. Therefore, religious moderation education serves as a filter to counter radicalization. This study uses a review research method with a qualitative approach to analyze the implementation of religious moderation education through formal, nonformal, and informal channels. The findings indicate that formal education is effective in instilling moderate character through a systematic structure. Nonformal institutions, such as Islamic boarding schools and study groups, also play a crucial role in spreading moderate Islamic values. Meanwhile, informal education within families provides a vital foundation for instilling these values from an early age. This study recommends strengthening the religious moderation curriculum, optimizing the role of nonformal institutions, and empowering families to enhance national awareness and address the potential for radicalization.
 

E-logistik pada e-commerce merupakan penunjang terbesar bergeraknya e-commerce agar memastikan barang yang dipasarkan oleh e-commerce sampai ketangan konsumen tepat waktu. E-logistik memiliki proses lebih sederhana karena tidak memerlukan gudang yang besar dan sistem distribusi yang rumit, sehingga platform e-commerce dapat lebih fokus pada pemasaran, pencatatan inventaris, dan menjalin kerja sama dengan perusahaan logistik untuk memastikan pengiriman barang tepat waktu Namun E-logistik juga saat ini mengalami ancaman serius, dimana serangan siber sering kali mengancam keamanan dari E-logistik itu sendiri, sehingga dalam hal ini akan mengganggu loyalitas dari pelanggan E-commerce itu sendiri. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis efek mediasi kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pengguna dengan basis E-keamanan. Secara khusus penelitian ini akan memberikan rekomendasi bagi e-logistik pada e-commerce Indonesia untuk berbenah dalam meningkatkan keamanan dari penggunanya. Penelitian ini berjenis explanatory research. Data penelitian ini didapatkan secara primer melalui survei secara online. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua orang yang menggunakan platform e-commerce. Sedangkan untuk sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 140 responden yang di ambil berdasarkan teknik sampel insidental. Alat uji analisis menggunakan SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil kajian pada penelitian ini berupa e-keamanan secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna secara positif dan signifikan, adapun e-keamanan secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pengguna juga secara positif dan signifikan. Selain daripada itu kepuasan pengguna mampu memjadi mediasi hubungan e-keamanan terhadap loyalitas pengguna.

Indonesia’s coastline, particularly Kendal Regency in Central Java, faces critical mangrove degradation due to land-use changes and rising sea levels. This study aims to asses the condition and erosion impacting Kendal's mangrove ecosystems to inform future conservation strategies. Using remote sensing technology, multi-spatial and multi-temporal imagery from 2005–2023 was analyzed and validated with field observations to evaluate mangrove species composition, structure, and land changes. The mangrove area increased by 52% in three locations, with the Bodri River delta (Pidodo Kulon and Pidodo Wetan villages) showing the most significant growth at 76.69 hectares. Ngebum Beach (Mororejo) had the largest proportional increase, reaching 185%. The ecosystems are moderately diverse, containing at least 11 mangrove species, though Rhizophora dominates due to extensive planting efforts. Despite stable conditions, these ecosystems face threats from deforestation for aquaculture, the primary driver of land erosion, compounded by rising sea levels. Although mangrove areas have expanded significantly, ongoing challenges include erosion, anthropogenic pressures, and limited species diversity. Future strategies must involve multi-stakeholder collaboration to implement sustainable practices, promote species diversity, develop erosion mitigation models, and conduct awareness campaigns to ensure the resilience of Kendal’s mangrove ecosystems.

This activity aims to analyze the results of the study of Science Olympiad content outline on the subject of Quantities, Units and Measurement. This video was made using the PowerPoint application for the content, and the Ice Cream screen recorder to record. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative method with a sample of all viewers, the majority of whom are junior high school students. This activity can be concluded as effective by looking at the number of viewers reaching more than 28 thousand, the number of likes 920 without dislikes and 40 positive comments from viewers who accessed on March 12, 2025 at 21:37.

Background:Gastritis is an inflammation of the stomach wall caused by irritation of the gastric mucosa. Gastritis caused by bacterial infections such as Helicobacteri pylory and irritant foods and drinks. The problem posed is acute pain. Nursing interventions to address this problem are pain management. Objective: This case study aims to describe the implementation of nursing pain management in gastritis patients with acute pain. Method: This case study design is a descriptive design in the form of a case study with a nursing care process approach. The case study subjects were 4 patients in the emergency room with the criteria of experiencing gastritis with problems acute pain. This case study was conducted at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital on March 16- 23, 2023. The nursing implementation provided was in the form of warm compress and deep breath relaxation to reduce pain in gastritis patients, in patient 1 before the implementation of the pain scale was 5 and fell to 3, the second patient initially had a pain scale of 4 decreasing to 2, in patient 3 the initial scale of 5 was reduced to a scale of 2, and finally patient 4 before the technique was carried out. out the pain scale in patients is 5 after being carried out down to a scale of 3. Using data collection techniques by means of observation, and interviews. Results: The research results describe the need for implementation of pain management (warm compress and deep breath relaxation) to reduce pain in gastritis patients from a moderate pain scale to a mild pain scale.Conclusion:There is an influence in implementing pain management on acute pain in gastritis patients.
