Persuasive writing is a skill that students need to master in conveying ideas in a structured and convincing manner. However, initial observations showed that the majority of students had difficulty in developing ideas and constructing logical arguments in persuasive writing. Several factors caused this, 1) lack of student motivation in writing, 2) lack of variation in learning strategies, and 3) limited use of media and learning resources that are relevant to the world of students. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive research method, namely observation which aims to improve students' persuasive writing skills using a multiliteracy learning model that can improve students' understanding and knowledge. The subjects of the study were several fifth grade elementary school children. The results of the interim study showed that the application of a significant multiliteracy learning model can improve students' understanding and ability in writing persuasive texts as indicated by an increase in the average score of students' writing compared to the results of previous studies in persuasive writing.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Natural Resource Profit Sharing Funds (DBH SDA) and investment on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) through regional expenditure in Kutai Timur Regency. The research employs path analysis with a multiple linear regression model using time series data from 2013-2022. The results indicate that DBH SDA has a significant positive effect on regional expenditure but a significant negative effect on GRDP. Conversely, investment has an insignificant negative effect on regional expenditure but a significant positive effect on GRDP. Furthermore, regional expenditure significantly and positively influences GRDP. Additional analysis reveals that the impact of DBH SDA on GRDP is more substantial through regional expenditure, while the direct effect of investment on GRDP is more pronounced. This study highlights the importance of efficient DBH SDA management and the optimization of investments to support regional economic growth.

The purpose of this study is to provide a clear picture in building the character of special students in the current era of globalization. The research method used is a literature study method sourced from journals, the next method is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation. The results of this study indicate that Pancasila education has an important role in building and developing the character of students so that later it will produce a young generation that is noble and critical. The impact of the phenomenon of globalization can actually cause the decline of the nation's identity, so it is increasingly important to include Pancasila education in the curriculum. This research contributes to raising awareness of the importance of Pancasila education as a means to strengthen and maintain national identity in the face of increasing globalization.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of English textbooks for special purposes, particularly in the context of learning English for education. The content analysis method was used to evaluate the textbook with a focus on its purpose, content, methodology, and practical aspects. The results of the analysis showed strengths in purpose, approach, design and organization, as well as language aspects such as vocabulary and grammar. However, there were weaknesses in content coverage and integration of important components such as grammar and pronunciation. The implication is that this study emphasizes the importance of textbook evaluation to ensure the quality and effectiveness of learning, by adapting the materials to learners' needs and integrating methodologies that are in line with the latest educational developments.

Postpartum blues or often also called Maternity Blues or Baby Blues is defined as a syndrome of mild side effects that often appears in the first week after delivery and peaks on the third to fifth day and attacks within 14 days after delivery. This study aims to determine the relationship between education level and the incidence of postpartum blues in postpartum mothers. The type of research used is quantitative research using a cross sectional design. The statistical test used is the chi square test. The sample in this study consisted of 95 respondents. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a relationship between the level of maternal knowledge and the incidence of postpartum blues in postpartum mothers (p value 0.002).

The study discussed some perceptions of the merits of ChatGPT on English student with each representative answering or filling a questionnaire containing their views or responses to ChatGPT conversations using a quantitative descriptive method. It is hoped that the study can learn how English education students feel using small talk, whether it is having a good effect on their performance or whether it is adversely affecting their performance in college. The results of correlation analysis show patterns of relationships between different variables. There is no linear relationship between the level of agree and strongly disagree, but there is a strong and negative correlation between the level of disagree and strongly agree. meanwhile, a strong positive relationship was observed between neutral and strongly disagree levels.

At this writing the author uses qualitative methods, and the information system design method used is the waterfall method. Perawat selalu berhadapan langsung dengan bahaya sehingga risiko pekerjaannya sangatlah tinggi. Peran Perawat sangat di perlukan dalam suatu rumah sakit karena tenaga perawat sangatlah penting, yang berfokus pada menjaga, mengobati, memberi semangat, mengembalikan kesehatan yang optimal baik individu, keluarga dan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi risiko kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja pada perawat di rumah sakit. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perawat di Rumah Sakit X yaitu Pada 26 Orang Perawat. Jumlah sampel yang akan diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan populasi (total sampling) yaitu berjumlah 26 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan form isian identifikasi potensi bahaya yang disusun berdasarkan Job Description perawat. Hasil identifikasi risiko bahaya pada perawat bahaya yang teridentifikasi yang paling banyak dialami oleh perawat adalah bahaya Psikososial yaitu kelelahan kerja dan mengantuk (76,9%). Aktivitas mobilisasi dan perubahan posisi pasien risiko bahaya yang teridenfikasi pada responden adalah tangan tertimpa atau terjepit dan sakit punggung (69,2%). Risiko bahaya yang terindentifikasi untuk aktivitas pemasangan infus yaitu terkena cipratan atau cairan darah pasien dan tertusuk jarum (38,4%). Sehingga upaya pengendalian yang harus dilakukan yaitu dengan diberikan jam istirahat yang cukup, rotasi kerja, SOP kerja yang sesuai dan menyediaan APD yang sesuai dengan pekerjaan perawat agar terhindar dari kecekakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja.

The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of waste transport officers in Raberas about K3, This service activity involves waste transport officers in the Raberas area, the implementation has been carried out in April-May 2022 and involves 15 garbage collectors. The service is carried out starting from preparation to evaluation, the method used in the service is the method of socialization and application (applicative) directly in the field. The evaluation results show that the level of knowledge of officers about Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is still low, with this community service activity it is expected to increase the knowledge and awareness of waste transport officers at the Raberas TPA when carrying out activities because they have a high risk so they must use appropriate PPE. complete and apply a clean and healthy lifestyle.
