The implementation of the internship program which took place on 16 January-16 February 2022 at the housing and residential areas and land services of Deli Serdang district was packaged with the concept of 1) problem solving by students taking part in the internship program after carrying out the problem identification stage and 2) implementing a series of training activities by the housing and residential areas and defense services for students taking part in the internship program. The methods used in this internship program are summarized in three stages, namely 1) preparation stage, 2) implementation stage, and 3) evaluation stage which includes making a final report. This skills internship program is effective as a place for students to practice the knowledge they have absorbed in lectures directly in the workplace, increase students' insight and experience, improve students' skills and competencies in certain areas of expertise through various training, and equip students with skills that can be utilized. after graduating from college. Through the implementation of this skills internship program, students are not only required to do work practice at partner companies where they do internships. Students are also trained to be able to work and collaborate in teams and be effective in improving skills and competencies in certain areas of expertise.

This research aims to find out housing policies and residential areas, the legal framework for housing facilities, public institutions and services, the provision of housing facilities, public institutions and services such as laws and procedures for providing public housing, housing work. and work. The research method used is very good, while the source of information is the staff of the Deli Serdang Regency Housing and Development Office. Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a compulsory course for undergraduate students in the Study Program Outside the Main Campus (PSDKU) of Pattimura University. Through the KKN program, students are expected to be able to make a new innovation that can improve the community's economy. Based on observations in Tounwawan Village, it is known that Tounwawan Village is one of the villages in Moa District which has hilly areas, has extensive forests and fields. The majority of farmers in this village make buffalo as one of their income. So that the processing of buffalo meat into sweet jerky is one of the priority programs that can provide new innovations for the people of Tounwawan Village. This program aims to improve the economy of the community. The program will be held on July 15, 2023, on Saturday. Furthermore, the processing was attended by Tounwawan villagers together with the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). Through this program, the community can improve the economy through innovation in processing buffalo meat into sweet jerky.

The emergence of online transportation services has changed the way humans access areas of life, increasing accessibility significantly. The integration of digital technology has brought increased speed, efficiency and connectivity to services, especially through applications on smartphones. For example, online motorcycle taxi services in Indonesia have become an important source of income for many individuals. Many people rely on work as online motorcycle taxi drivers to meet their family's economic needs. This research aims to provide a comprehensive picture of the role of online motorcycle taxis as a source of income, taking into account the diversity of drivers from various backgrounds, including those with families, those without families, and female drivers. This research uses a qualitative approach, a method suitable for exploring the condition of natural objects. The results of this research are based on interviews with 8 sources from online motorcycle taxi drivers around UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, Pondok Labu Campus. Interviewees involved a variety of backgrounds, and the responses received varied, some were satisfied with their work, while others saw it as just a side job. Even though online motorcycle taxis offer accessibility and flexibility in working hours, research findings show that this profession has not become the main job for most drivers. Tight competition in the online motorcycle taxi industry is also a factor that contributes to the economic constraints felt by some drivers, especially those who have family responsibilities.

Menstruation is the discharge of blood from the genitals. During menstruation, the blood vessels in the uterus are very easily infected. In areas that are hot enough to make the body sweat, this sweat increases the body's moisture levels, especially in the closed and folded sexual and reproductive organs. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between knowledge of young women and personal hygiene practices during menstruation at SMP Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar in 2023.The type of research carried out was Descriptive Analytical with a cross sectional approach, the population in the study was 35 people using Total Sampling. The data collected in the research is primary data, namely data obtained directly from respondents. The data analysis used is chi squareThe research results showed that the majority had sufficient knowledge with poor personal hygiene, 11 (31.3%) respondents with Chi square 0.001. the majority had poor attitudes with poor personal hygiene as many as 10 (28.5%) respondents with a Chi square of 0.000.The conclusion is that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of young women towards personal hygiene during menstruation at SMP Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar in 2023. It is hoped that all health workers at SMP Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar will be more active in holding programs such as counseling on personal hygiene during menstruation for young women, programs -The program aims to increase the knowledge and attitudes of young women regarding personal hygiene measures during menstruation    

Environmental cleanliness is a major concern in the community of Sambungrejo Village, Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency. To overcome the problem of cleanliness in mosques located in residential areas, cleaning activities were carried out through community service involving participants of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) from Sunan Giri University Surabaya. The main purpose of this activity is to educate the people of Sambungrejo Sukodono Village about the importance of keeping the mosque clean, train students to have concern for the sanctity and comfort of places of worship, and carry out the principles of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This activity is part of the Community Service program carried out by KKN Group 11 students of Sunan Giri University Surabaya, held in Sambungrejo Village, Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency on August 4, 2023. During the mosque cleaning activity, KKN students involved the community service method to clean and tidy up the facilities in the mosque. The cleaning process begins with cleaning the mosque yard, followed by cleaning the men's and women's bathrooms, as well as cleaning the Al-Qur'an and mukenah shelves. All bathroom and ablution room cleaning activities are carried out with the standard of purity regulated in Islamic teachings.

This service aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the Afternoon Tutoring learning method in improving student learning skills. This learning method is specifically designed to provide additional study time outside of regular class hours, with a focus on increasing understanding of material, application of concepts, and development of academic skills. Through a joint agreement between the school and Kaiwatu village, this program is run on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 4 pm to 6 pm. Of course, real work college (KKN) students are given the opportunity to apply every potential obtained in each field. studies. In rural education environments, challenges are often encountered such as lack of access to quality education, lack of motivation to learn, environmental factors that are less conducive, and less effective learning methods. The results obtained indicate that the application of the afternoon tutoring learning method is effective in increasing students' motivation and learning skills. These findings have positive implications for the development of learning strategies in rural areas with the hope of increasing achievement and reducing educational gaps.

Clean water is a basic human need. Company activities, especially in office areas, require the availability of water that is large enough to move during the work period. One of them is an office area in one of the Fertilizer Industries. The purpose of this research is to identify efforts to save clean water in the office area of one of the fertilizer industries to increase awareness of environmental conditions. This study was conducted by calculating the efficiency of water saving after water-saving efforts were made. Efforts made include monitoring water meters, using water-saving taps, using flushes in toilets, and using sprinklers in plants sprinklers. The use of water-saving faucets uses push taps where the faucet will close automatically when turned on after a while. And for the flush system used, namely dual flush toilets. The The dual flush system has two types of watering.    

Puskesmas Banyuanyar is a health facility located in Banjarsari District which has dua target areas, namely Banyuanyar Village and Sumber Village. With the boundaries of the Banyuanyar Puskesmas target area, in the north it is bordered by the working area of Boyolali Regency, in the south it is bordered by the working area of the Manahan Health Center, in the east it is bordered by the working area of the Gambirsari Health Center, and in the west it is bordered by the working area of Karanganyar Regency. Based on data from visits to the Banyuanyar Health Center physiotherapy poly, the incidence of Low Back Pain cases is found annually as many as 122 cases from 468 physiotherapy cases, this is caused by age, injury, and work factors. Pain is the main complaint that is often felt by patients in the condition of low back pain. The purpose of this program is to provide education and understanding on how to maintain low back health, prevention of low back pain and exercises that can be done at home. The method used is by providing counseling in the form of health promotion about low back pain and using leaflets as a medium of counseling, targeting the community who attend the Seruni RW 08 Sumber Elderly Posyandu. The author uses pre test and post test to determine the level of understanding of the people present. The results of the questionnaire showed an increase in participants' understanding as seen from the average pre-test score of 1.52, while the post test score obtained an average value of 8.43. This means that there is an increase in understanding of 6.91 from the average score of the questionnaire filled out by the community who attended the Seruni RW 08 Sumber Elderly Posyandu.

The Bekasi River is part of the Ciliwung-Cisadane River Region. To determine the performance of a river, it is necessary to evaluate the physical condition and function of a river system, in accordance with the mandate from the Circular Letter of the Director General of Water Resources, Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing No. 05/SE/D/2016 dated 9 June 2016 concerning Guidelines for the Operation and Maintenance of River Infrastructure and River Maintenance. Assessment of the components of the Bekasi River facility based on Circular Letter Number 05/SE/D/2016 includes riverbeds, river banks, river banks, and river riparian areas. This research applies a qualitative descriptive method with the aim of describing and analyzing the issues found. This qualitative approach is based on collecting primary and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles relevant to this research. The data source in this research is interview transcripts obtained from a number of respondents called research informants. The informants were selected based on a certain method because their abilities or positions were deemed to be able to describe the problem that would be the object of research. There were four informants for this research, consisting of three general staff and one administrative staff. The main objectives of this research are to find out employee performance programs that have been implemented to improve PT Tri Digi Fin, find out about continuous training and development to improve their performance, and find out how employees improve their work performance. The results of this research show that respondents responded to the questions asked by researchers regarding employee performance. When interviewed by researchers, employees revealed that our program performance includes regular assessments based on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that help identify areas for improvement. This finding is reinforced by interview results which show that employees who cannot adapt to change or are open-minded to new ideas and improvements can perform less well in a dynamic environment.

Abortion is a complex issue involving moral, legal and health considerations. Legal exceptions to abortion are a key focus in unraveling the dynamics of this complexity. Legal views and norms regarding abortion have undergone significant changes, reflecting social changes and understandings of women's reproductive rights. This study aims to analyze the regulations and legal views that define legal exceptions to abortion in Indonesia and how they relate to mitigating women's health risks. The research method involved a literature review and juridical analysis. The results show that the Health Law and Criminal Code provide exceptions for abortion under certain medical conditions, but the 40-day maximum time limit has been criticized. The role of certified health workers and constantly updated regulations play an important role. Implementation of legal exceptions remains challenging, especially in remote areas. In responding to this debate, regulations need to consider the humanitarian and psychological aspects of rape victims.

STKIP Darussalam Cilacap organizes a Real Work Lecture program using the thematic method. KKN-T is intended to develop a spirit of empathy and concern for problems that occur in society. KKN-T was implemented in several villages, one of which was Rawaapu Village, Patimuan District, Cilacap Regency. The work program implemented is an individual work program in the form of wise and creative socialization in social media. Where the target is elementary school students/equivalent in Rawapu Village. With the hope that children in Rawaapu village can be wiser and more creative in using social media.

The work program created is the Badminton Training Work Program. The main reason is that Rawaapu residents have a great interest in badminton. Therefore, we are moved to hold a badminton training work program so that human resources in Rawaapu can have talented seeds, especially in the world of badminton.

The low interest in reading has hampered intellectual abilities in society, especially students, so that libraries are required to be able to keep up with the pace of development of the times with services and infrastructure that meet the needs of space users, but the FBS UNP library has not been optimal in terms of interior design standards. Student complaints such as unstable air circulation, lack of reading space, and incomplete facilities have caused inconvenience, so an interior design of the FBS UNP Library was held with a minimalist concept. The purpose of interior design is to design a library layout that is representative and in accordance with interior design standards in order to create a sense of security and comfort for visitors while in the room. The interior design of the FBS UNP Library refers to the application of library interior design standards in the form of space, variety, hierarchy, lighting, personal areas, and comfort. The design method uses the 4D design method, namely Define (Defining) Design (Design), Develop (Development) and Dissaminate (Dissemination). Data collection is done by way of interviews, observation and documentation. Works are presented in the form of an Artwork Report with the main works being Presentation Mockups, Animation Videos and Presentation Posters.

Indonesia is expected to enter the Demographic Bonus era, a condition where the population of productive age is greater than that of non-productive age. This dominant generation of productive age can also be called the Millennial Generation. According to data held by BPS regarding the increase in Indonesia's population in 2015, the percentage of the working age population was around 70%. The Demographic Bonus has the potential to spur Indonesia's economic growth. However, this condition has requirements, namely the need to provide housing facilities that can accommodate the percentage of the working age population in the range of 70%. The Demographic Bonus has the potential to spur Indonesia's economic growth so that it is hoped that it can improve the welfare of the Indonesian people. However, this condition has requirements, namely the need to provide housing facilities that can accommodate these millennials. Moreover, the current urbanization trend is encouraging the millennial generation to work in big cities in Indonesia. Providing housing facilities in areas supported by adequate transportation facilities or transit/TOD-based housing development can increase the work productivity of millennials. However, the challenges faced in housing services in TOD areas are land issues and ownership status owned by private parties because strategic locations have higher value from an economic perspective. If this happens, then residences in TOD areas will become typical residences intended for people with high incomes. On the other hand, not all millennials are high-income people. In terms of age, most millennials are still in the middle and lower category because they are still at the stage of starting their careers, so providing housing facilities for millennials does not only pay attention to location, but also to economic aspects. In this article, we discuss affordable housing in TOD areas as fulfilling housing needs for millennials along with concepts from an architectural perspective that have been implemented in Indonesia and in several countries in the world as a comparison so that they can be input for special development of affordable housing in TOD areas for millennials in Indonesia.

Abstract: Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a student learning process through various direct activities in the community, and students strive to be part of the community. Students have a strategic role as agents of change. Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a form of community service of higher education students in certain areas which is carried out in integrated groups between departments at Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin State Islamic University, Jambi. KKN activities are divided into 4, namely, training or debriefing, implementation activities at locations, reporting, and evaluation. The Community Service Program was held on July 5 - August 14 2023 in Ulak Banjir Rambahan Village, Tebo Ulu District, Tebo Regency by Command Post 41 Batch 1. The KKN program in Ulak Banjir Rambahan Village that is carried out is a program that can develop children's skills and achievements and can create a society that is prosperous, creative, compact, intelligent and comfortable in the form of kinship. We also hope that the knowledge that we have taught can be useful for young people and children and the people of Ulak Banjir Rambahan Village.

Purpose-The main orientation of this article is to recognize the pattern of digitalization's impact on the current development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and human resource management and how it affects the skills needed by HR professionals for decision-making through talent management and employee retention to ensure employee capabilities by aligning work at the right time based on the company's business priority goals. Methodology-This study uses a qualitative methodology that uses descriptive research. This research focuses on decisions made by leaders to improve the quality of human resources and seeks to identify areas of knowledge that have not been explored in research. Findings-Research results show that the company's strategy of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) provides many benefits, such as improving operational efficiency, developing innovative products or services, and making better business decisions based on better forecasting and analysis. Practical Implications-Through the implications of HR data analysis as decision-making in forecasting human resource trends using AI, talent management, and employee retention. This is applied to the recruitment and selection process that provides benefits such as rewards to employees who can achieve targets. Therefore, a supportive work culture by honing the talents and potential of employees to create maximum and efficient performance can have a good impact on the company.

The results achieved after implementing this Waste Education Program are increasing children's understanding of waste and how to use it. This of course also indirectly increases students' awareness of the waste crisis that has occurred. The uses for this recycled waste product include making elcobricks and also making flower pots. This is to increase children's awareness and to encourage children to be able to make and develop recycled products from waste. Especially non-organic waste which takes a very long time to decompose

MTrPs is a condition describing acute or chronic soft tissue pain, which occurs in muscles or muscle fascia. MTrPs cause contraction of knots or nodes that can form in a muscle band junction which is a source of pain. Pain or discomfort in the form of a prickling, throbbing, cutting and burning sensation in the loose connective tissue that covers the trapezius muscle due to trigger points. Data on computer workers in the Pedurungan Wetan area is 24 workers. This research method is a pre-experimental one group pre and post test design and sampling using purposive sampling technique. The population of this research is rental workers who work in Tlogosari Wetan, Pedurungan, Semarang City. The research instrument uses VAS (Vasual Analog Skill). The research stages consist of preparation, implementation and processing of research data. The steps taken at the preparation stage are literature study, field survey, outreach to rental workers. The implementation stage is carried out by collecting data. The results of this study showed that there was a relationship between typing time and the occurrence of MTrPs in the Upper Trapezius Muscle.
