This community service aims to improve understanding and financial management skills among the managers of the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, South Tangerang. This socialization activity was carried out during October 2021. The objects of this activity were Islamic boarding school managers, including the Islamic boarding school head, treasurer and administrative staff. The activity methods used include training, workshops and focus group discussions. The training includes material on financial planning, budget management, bookkeeping and financial reporting. Interactive workshops provide opportunities for participants to apply the theory they have learned through case studies and practical simulations. Focus group discussions are used to identify specific problems faced in financial management in Islamic boarding schools and find joint solutions. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in financial management understanding and skills among participants. They are able to make better financial plans, manage budgets more efficiently, and carry out more transparent and accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting. The implication of this activity is the creation of a better financial management system at the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, which in turn will support operational sustainability and development of the Islamic boarding school. Apart from that, improving financial management skills is also expected to increase stakeholder accountability and trust in the management of Islamic boarding school funds.

The enforcement of justice as an important element of human rights, should actually be built and realized in any legal state system. In addition to presenting a quality judicial system and personnel, it also needs to be supported by a mechanism for recruiting and fostering judges and other law enforcers who are honest and with integrity. judicial commission which is officially mandated by the constitution and Law no. 18 of 2011 to realize the authority of the judiciary so that it will be trusted again by the community.2The Judicial Commission, which was born because of the reform, is aimed at creating a clean, independent, independent, transparent judiciary and upholding justice for all levels of society. Moreover, the constitution clearly states that the main authority of the Judicial Commission is to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges.The implementation of Law No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission in the realization of a clean judiciary in the Semarang District Court is carried out by establishing a liaison for the judicial commission in the regions, in this way the judicial commission carries out its duties and functions as a liaison for the creation of a clean court system in the Semarang District Court. This is in accordance with Article 3 paragraph (2) of Law Number 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission which reads "The Judicial Commission can appoint liaisons in the regions according to need". Whereas the authority of the Judicial Commission in terms of supervision of judges is only limited to providing recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding the imposition of sanctions. It is necessary to agree with the judiciary on how to increase the capacity of the judicial commission's authority to play a greater role in upholding a clean and authoritative judiciary. It also requires the active participation of the community in monitoring by collaborating with the Judicial Commission through the coordination post for judicial monitoring. This thesis is expected to be a material for consideration by the Judicial Commission in order to increase the number of liaison officers in the regions for the effectiveness of work and the realization of the ideals of a clean judiciary at the Semarang District Court. Keywords: Judicial Commission, Judicial Clean Judge

The establishment of new hotels in Semarang City has an impact on increasing competition between existing hotels. Many hotel choices make the hotel room occupancy rate reduced. Based on the increasing number of existing hotels that have an impact on decreasing occupancy rates, research on customer loyalty is conducted. The research was conducted at Grasia Hotel with 96 respondents with criteria as guests who have stayed more than twice and for criteria aged more than 20 years. The results showed that trust and facilities had a positive effect on customer loyalty

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of web site quality, security and online shopping confidence in purchasing decisions on shopee e-commerce in Gunung Pati District, Semarang. This study obtained data through questionnaires. The population in this study were users of shopee e- commerce sites in Gunung Pati District, Semarang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method with criteria for men and women aged 17 to 36 years in Gunung Pati Semarang District who had used and shop online at Shopee E-Commerce. Sample total was 100 respondents. This community service aims to (1) instill self-confidence to grow development and introduce children to the basic schools to love more and more ancestral culture based on local wisdom; (2) Promote a sense of trust with mental education with good character, based on the development guidelines of Pangkur Pupuh 3Serhatama Fiber, and (3) Fostering a smart and quality society, through basic education that has the spirit of Pancasila. The method of implementation used in this service with learning and training socialization papers. The population of this study were 20 teachers, prospective teachers and students of SDN 3 Suruh. The result of this community service is that the teacher can understand the songs and practice the PangkurPupuh 3SeratWedhatama song. Thus, the method of learning through training and socialization is more effective in making teachers, prospective teachers and students understand the philosophy of Armageddon 3Swedhatama fiber.
