This research paper focuses on exploring the influence of government funding on advancing digital transformation within the arts and cultural landscape in Indonesia. The primary goal of this study is to investigate the impact of government funding initiatives on catalyzing digital transformation within this dynamic domain. Digital transformation has become a critical force in shaping the arts and cultural sector, revolutionizing the creation, accessibility, and dissemination of artistic expressions. While several studies have examined digital transformation and government funding in various contexts, limited research has specifically focused on the influence of government funding on advancing digital transformation within the arts and cultural landscape in Indonesia. The problem statement revolves around understanding the extent to which government funding initiatives impact the advancement of digital transformation in the arts and cultural sector in Indonesia. The research questions include exploring the key factors shaping the relationship between government funding and digital transformation, as well as understanding the challenges and opportunities associated with these initiatives. This study employs a qualitative research methodology, specifically relying on secondary data sources such as academic journals, research papers, books, government reports, and relevant documents. The findings of this study provide valuable insights into the influence of government funding on advancing digital transformation within the arts and cultural landscape in Indonesia. The analysis reveals key factors shaping the relationship between government funding and digital transformation, highlighting challenges and opportunities for future development. This study has implications for policymakers, practitioners, and researchers, guiding strategic decision-making and policy formulation to drive the advancement of digital practices within the arts and cultural landscape in Indonesia. 

This study aims to determine whether there is an Effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Makassar City. To find out and analyze which variable is the dominant influence on employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. In Makassar City. This type of research uses quantitative, the data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 for windows. That the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. That simultaneously leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of this study are in accordance with the theory of Budi Setiyawan and Waridin (2006) that discipline is in an ideal state in supporting and carrying out tasks according to the rules in order to support work optimization. One of the conditions for discipline to grow in the work environment is the complete division of labor to the lowest employee or officer, so that people know consciously what their duties are, how to do it, when the work starts and finishes, as arranged in advance and understand who is responsible for the results of the work.

This research aims to evaluate the impact of Information Technology (IT) on Modern Accounting Systems. The increase in cybercrime and its vulnerabilities should make Indonesia more aggressively address or anticipate this problem. Although it is proven that indonesia in its initiation of a cybersecurity strategy has increased, Indonesia is seen as still lacking to show the nation's commitment in terms of cyber security, when compared to data from NCIS (National Cyber security Index) from 2016-2023 Indonesia is still far below its neighbor, Malaysia, which is also a maritime country. Through a qualitative approach, this article aims to explain the urgency of cybersecurity in the maritime sector, highlighting challenges and solutions to protect ships, ports, and maritime infrastructure from cyber threats in Indonesia.

Inheritance law contains regulations that include the need to understand the dynamics and challenges in the property inheritance system, involving legal, cultural and social aspects. Jurisprudence reflects efforts to maintain a balance between local wisdom, justice and legal certainty in the inheritance of traditional property. This research uses a normative juridical method with a case approach, analyzing court decisions that have permanent legal force. Although the patrilineal customary inheritance system still applies in several regions of Indonesia, the view that customary inheritance law is irrelevant reflects the complexity of social and legal transformation. This study aims to examine the effect of digitalization changes, digital divide, and transformation on the effectiveness of companies in South Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to several employees in South Jakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method, and the data obtained are analyzed using regression analysis. The Digital Revolution is driving the transformation of population administration in the city of Samarinda through the Integration of Digital Population Identity (IKD). This study evaluates the socialization strategies of IKD and their impact on community participation. This research analyzes the role of transformational leadership in the development of the IPNU-IPPNU organization in Plumbungan Village. Through interviews with organizational leaders, it was revealed that transformational leadership is realized through mutual learning incentives and the placement of members according to their talents. With 40 members divided into 16 men and 24 women, the organization focuses on developing individual potential. Transformational leadership not only motivates members to play an active role in organizational development at the village level, but also involves them in various programs such as cheerful camping, regular jam'iyah, and compensation for orphans. The history of the development of IPNU-IPPNU in Plumbungan Village records the concrete contribution of transformational policies in these activities, creating a positive impact on organizational spirit.
