Transformasi digital menuntut tenaga pendidik menjadi fasilitator yang adaptif terhadap teknologi. Menghadapi tuntutan tersebut, guru di SMPIP Nihadul Qulub mengalami hambatan kompetensi dalam menciptakan media pembelajaran berbasis digital. Selain itu, kurangnya sumber referensi praktis yang dapat diakses secara mandiri membuat guru kesulitan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digitalnya di tengah padatnya aktivitas mengajar. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital melalui pelatihan Canva guna merancang media interaktif berbasis web. Diikuti sebanyak 20 guru, kegiatan pengabdian berupa pelatihan ini dilaksanakan secara langsung dan luar jaringan (luring) di SMPIP Nihadul Qulub, Ungaran. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian meliputi perencanaan, analisis kebutuhan mitra, implementasi workshop praktik langsung, serta evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, di mana 90% guru berhasil mempublikasikan modul ajar interaktif dalam format situs web tanpa keahlian pemrograman. Pelatihan ini terbukti efektif meningkatkan peran guru menjadi desainer pengalaman belajar yang kreatif, sejalan dengan tuntutan pendidikan abad ke-21.

Administrasi keuangan adalah dasar utama dalam mengelola lembaga pendidikan, yang memastikan pembagian sumber daya dilakukan secara transparan dan efisien guna mendukung proses belajar- mengajar. Di era digital saat ini, teknologi seperti spreadsheet Excel telah muncul sebagai jawaban utama untuk mengatasi hambatan administrasi manual, termasuk kesalahan hitung dan pemborosan waktu di bidang pendidikan. Alat digital semacam ini bisa meningkatkan produktivitas hingga 50% di lingkungan kecil, dengan keuntungan seperti penghematan waktu. Namun, di sekolah-sekolah pedesaan seperti SMP di Indonesia, penerapan digital seringkali terkendala oleh kurangnya infrastruktur dan kemampuan sumber daya manusia, sehingga butuh penelitian khusus untuk memahami dampaknya. Administrasi keuangan sekolah meliputi pencatatan pemasukan, pengeluaran, dan laporan bulanan yang tepat. Masalah umum seperti proses manual dengan buku besar sering kali menimbulkan kesalahan matematika, penundaan laporan, dan efisiensi operasional yang rendah, khususnya di lembaga kecil seperti SMP. Penelitian Rusmiati (2025) menyoroti keefektifan alat digital untuk skala kecil dalam transformasi manajemen keuangan sekolah, tapi belum sepenuhnya fokus pada konteks pendidikan pedesaan di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi penerapan keuangan berbasis Excel sebagai solusi digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi di SMP Negeri 2 Laut Tador. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif Kualitatif dengan pendekatan triangulasi untuk memahami fenomena secara mendalam. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam semi terstruktur, observasi partisipan, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Excel meningkatkan efisiensi melalui penghematan waktu hingga 50%, kemudahan penggunaan, dan pengurangan kesalahan, meskipun ada hambatan infrastruktur awal.

The transformation of history learning in the context of 21st-century education aims to prepare students to face the challenges of an increasingly complex and dynamic world. The concept of 21st-century learning emphasizes the development of critical, collaborative, and creative skills, which are highly relevant to studying history. History learning in the 21st century must include a more interactive approach, utilizing technology as a tool to deliver historical material in a more engaging and relevant manner. Through innovative models such as project-based learning and inquiry learning, students can be more actively involved in the learning process, not only receiving information but also developing the ability to analyze, evaluate, and draw conclusions from various historical sources. Technology supports the creation of more engaging learning experiences, such as the use of multimedia, simulations, and other digital resources. Furthermore, teachers play a role as facilitators, helping students build historical awareness, guiding them in seeking information, and developing critical thinking skills. However, the implementation of this learning model faces various challenges, such as limited technological infrastructure and a lack of teacher training. Therefore, efforts are needed to strengthen teacher competencies and adapt the curriculum to be more adaptive to changing times.

This article discusses the modernity of educational instruments, along with the phenomenon of technological progress, particularly the emergence of artificial intelligence (AI), and its implications for educators in the 21st century. Rapid advances in AI have led to fundamental shifts in teaching strategies and resources, shifting from traditional models to personalized and adaptive learning environments. Through automated assessments, curriculum customization, and the implementation of virtual assistants that enhance accessibility, artificial intelligence (AI) in education aims to improve efficiency and effectiveness. However, this modernity requires educators in the 21st century to change. Teachers now play the role of facilitators, designers of learning experiences, and mentors in ethics, in addition to being providers of knowledge. Teachers need to master AI literacy and focus on teaching students the four Cs of the 21st century: communication, creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork. The integration of AI raises ethical issues related to data privacy, the digital divide, and the dangers of plagiarism, but it also offers significant potential. Therefore, the effective integration of AI technology with irreplaceable human qualities is crucial for the success of contemporary educational technology. AI is an important tool for educators in the 21st century to develop a generation of technologically literate and moral individuals.

The community service program titled “Digital Literacy Transformation through Canva as a Strategic Step for Strengthening Education and Empowering the Potential of Susukan Village toward Independence” was implemented to enhance the digital literacy competencies of rural communities, particularly among youth. This initiative was motivated by the low level of digital-based educational literacy, limited use of interactive learning media, and the lack of promotional content supporting the creative economy in Susukan Village. The implementation method employed a community-based empowerment approach through five main stages: socialization, training, technology application, mentoring and evaluation, and the establishment of the Village Digital Literacy Center. The training was conducted through hands-on practice, including the introduction of basic Canva features, the creation of interactive learning media, and the development of village branding content. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in participants’ skills: 80% were able to produce at least three usable designs, 72% successfully created independent educational or promotional content, and participant satisfaction reached 91%. Moreover, participants’ digital literacy scores increased to 82.4 after the training. The establishment of the Village Digital Literacy Center serves as a strategic step to ensure program sustainability and autonomous knowledge transfer at the local level. Overall, this activity successfully promoted digital literacy transformation in Susukan Village, strengthened the community’s ability to utilize technology for education and local potential empowerment, and fostered an adaptive and self-reliant village in the digital era.  

This study aims to analyze the improvement functions and principles of education management in supporting digital transformation, emphasizing the use of technologies such as school management systems (SIS), learning management systems (LMS), and performance monitoring applications. The research method used was a literature review of 15 scientific articles published between 2020 and 2024, which discussed relevant issues related to digital education management. The results of the study indicate that the main functions of management in education, namely planning, organizing, directing, and controlling, are increasingly important when integrated with the principles of effectiveness, efficiency, innovation, and participation. The planning function emphasizes the development of school digitalization strategies, organizing plays a role in allocating human and technological resources, directing includes empowering teachers and students in the use of technology, while controlling functions to ensure the quality of education services is maintained during the digital transformation process. In addition, adaptive education management principles are essential. Effectiveness emphasizes the measurable achievement of digitalization goals, efficiency highlights the optimal use of resources, innovation encourages the creation of creative technology-based learning strategies, and participation invites all education stakeholders to be actively involved. Key factors supporting successful digital transformation include infrastructure readiness, improved teacher digital competency, visionary and adaptive leadership, and government policy and political support. However, this study also identified several challenges, such as disparities in access to digital infrastructure between regions, limited digital literacy among teachers and education personnel, and resistance to change. Therefore, improving the functions and principles of educational management in line with technological developments is believed to strengthen the quality, equity of access, and competitiveness of education in the digital era.

Islamic Religious Education (IRE) plays a crucial role in shaping the moral character of students at the elementary school level. However, learning methods used in IRE classrooms often remain conventional and teacher-centered, resulting in low student engagement and limited understanding of religious material. In response to the educational demands of the 21st century, a transformation in learning strategies is necessary. This study explores the implementation of active learning methods Card Sort, The Power of Two, and Snowballing as innovative approaches to revitalize IRE instruction. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were gathered through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and supporting documentation. The findings reveal that Card Sort enhances students’ ability to visually organize and connect religious concepts, The Power of Two facilitates deeper comprehension through peer discussion, and Snowballing promotes collaborative knowledge construction in stages. These methods contribute to a more interactive, student-centered, and meaningful learning process. Moreover, the integration of these strategies helps improve students' critical thinking, communication, and social-emotional skills while strengthening their internalization of Islamic values. Despite challenges such as instructional planning and classroom management, active learning techniques offer promising potential to transform IRE learning into a dynamic and participatory experience. The study provides practical recommendations for educators and school administrators to develop more effective and engaging IRE strategies.

Early childhood education plays an important role in the formation of children's personality and development. This study aims to identify the application of transformational leadership in Early Childhood Education institutions to welcome 21st century education. The important key in creating an innovative, adaptive and creative learning environment lies in the transformational leadership style so as to increase children's potential to the fullest. The method used in this research is a literature review, by analyzing various relevant literature sources to assess the impact and importance of transformational leadership in the world of early childhood education. Transformational leadership has enormous potential, so the results of this study can help realize a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also socially and emotionally developed, in accordance with the demands of an ever-evolving world.  

Character education is an essential aspect of Islam in shaping individuals with noble morals. Hadith, especially those compiled in Arbain an-Nawawi, contains many moral values that can be applied in daily life. This study aims to identify moral values in Arbain an-Nawawi, analyze how to implement them in education, and examine the challenges and solutions in their application. This research uses content analysis to examine the hadiths in Arbain an-Nawawi.The findings reveal that the moral values in these hadiths fall into three main categories: (1) Morals toward Allah, such as sincerity (ikhlas) and trust in God (tawakal); (2) Morals toward others, such as honesty and compassion; and (3) Morals toward oneself, such as self-reflection and anger management. These values can be taught through exemplary behavior, habituation, self-reflection, and storytelling. However, there are several challenges in implementing hadith-based character education, such as a lack of understanding among educators regarding hadith, an education system that prioritizes academics over character development, and the influence of modern culture and technology. To address these challenges, teacher training, the strengthening of character-based curricula, and the use of technology as a learning medium are necessary. This study is expected to provide insights for the educational sector in strengthening students’ character based on Islamic teachings.    

This study aims to explain the linguistic approach, one of the methods used in Islamic teaching. One of the options in Islamic education is linguistics, which aims to investigate the principles of Islamic education before trying to offer meanings that are in line with the difficulties and developments of today's era. To build the main core covering the linguistic approach in Islamic education, this study uses a literature study technique, which involves collecting reference sources that are considered relevant to the research problem and then distributing them. The results of the study, language is a sound sign that is considered to reflect how human reason and emotion are perceived. Humans use this sound sign to validate their internal identity and their perception of the surrounding environment. To keep Islamic teachings in line with the current cycle of development and change, this study effectively shows the important function that language plays in articulating it. The noble and moderate teachings of Islam can be misinterpreted by linguists.

This study examines the philosophical thoughts of Rahmah El Yunusiah, a prominent female reformer in Islamic education in Indonesia, focusing on the transformation of Islamic values. The primary focus is on the application of Islamic values in the educational practices at Diniyyah Putri, the Islamic educational institution she founded. A qualitative approach with a literature study method was used to explore Rahmah El Yunusiah's thoughts through her works, historical documents, and institutional archives. The findings reveal that her educational philosophy emphasizes the formation of Islamic character, the development of knowledge based on tauhid, and the empowerment of Muslim women through education. The transformation of Islamic values is reflected in a holistic curriculum, the integration of religious and general sciences, and the cultivation of noble character as the foundation of education. These contributions provide new insights into the relevance of value-based Islamic education in the modern era, particularly in the context of women's education. This study recommends developing educational models that contextually adopt Islamic values to address globalization challenges.

The focus of this study is the transformation of English and Mathematics education at the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Takengon. Higher education at IAIN Takengon faces challenges in increasing student interest, especially in English and Mathematics study programs. Students believe that mathematics and English skills are not important for career success. This is a common problem in many universities in Indonesia. By focusing on the analysis of high school needs, this study attempts to address the problem. The results of the analysis indicate that IAIN Takengon programs can be tailored to meet the specific needs of English and Mathematics students. As part of the solution, IAIN Takengon students engage directly with high school students and gain hands-on experience in mentoring and teaching. To determine the needs of high schools, an analysis of the study program curriculum, interviews with teachers and students, and observations were conducted. The results of the study indicate that the English and Mathematics curriculum needs to be improved specifically, and the program should be more related to students' real lives. Case studies and qualitative methods are considered effective in collecting contextual data and providing in-depth insights into the state of education at IAIN Takengon. Other practical recommendations include curriculum adjustments, creating learning materials that are more in line with industry needs, and training teachers to implement innovative teaching methods.

Transformasi digital telah mengubah lanskap profesi akuntansi secara mendasar dan berdampak langsung pada dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi pemaknaan mahasiswa akuntansi terhadap transformasi digital serta menganalisis pembentukan kompetensi dan kesiapan kerja mereka dalam perspektif pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, dilaksanakan di Program Studi S1 Akuntansi Universitas Teknologi Surabaya. Informan adalah mahasiswa aktif semester 7 dan 8 yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa telah menyadari urgensi transformasi digital, namun kompetensi digital mereka masih terbentuk lebih banyak dari eksplorasi mandiri dan pengalaman magang dibandingkan pembelajaran formal. Kesiapan kerja mahasiswa belum merata akibat keterbatasan kurikulum berbasis teknologi dan ketimpangan kualitas pengalaman magang.

Perkembangan teknologi industri 4.0, khususnya Robotic Process Automation (RPA), telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap profesi akuntan. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak ganda RPA terhadap akuntan di Indonesia, yakni apakah kehadirannya merupakan ancaman atau peluang transformasi profesional. Menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA, literatur yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2019 hingga 2024 diidentifikasi, disaring, dan disintesis secara sistematis melalui analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun RPA mengotomasi tugas akuntansi yang berulang sehingga mengancam peran rutin, di sisi lain teknologi ini membuka peluang bagi akuntan untuk bergeser ke fungsi yang lebih strategis, analitis, dan konsultatif. Namun demikian, kesenjangan kompetensi digital masih menjadi hambatan utama adaptasi akuntan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa respons terkoordinasi dari institusi pendidikan, organisasi profesi, dan perusahaan sangat diperlukan untuk membekali akuntan dengan kompetensi yang relevan di era otomasi.

Digital transformation in education has become a significant phenomenon in the era of disruption. This research discusses the challenges and opportunities that digital transformation in the disruption era provides for education. The results show that digital transformation can help improve the quality of education by utilizing digital technology in the learning process. In addition, digital transformation also helps improve the accessibility of education, facilitate the teaching and learning process, and improve the overall quality of education. In the future, digital transformation is expected to continue to increase the role of technology in education. Teachers and students must continue to adapt to technological developments and utilize technology to improve the quality of education. In synthesis, digital transformation in education has great potential in improving the quality of education and preparing students for a better future.  

Abstract. The Islamic financial industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid development. Generally, Abstract. factors such as knowledge, needs, abilities, concerns and judgments influence customer decisions in using financial products. However, with the variety of influencing factors, many students and individuals with higher education are not yet interested in saving in Islamic banks. As students, they may have a superior understanding because as students, students continue to review the transformation of the times. As part of the academic world, students are accustomed to the continuous learning process, gaining deeper insights into changes and trends in various fields. This study aims to uncover the views of students and family circles who tend to prefer conventional banks over sharia banks. Likewise, this study is also intended to provide public understanding of bank selection knowledge, so that it can stimulate deeper discussions regarding individual considerations in choosing sharia banks. On the other hand, this study was compiled with the aim of clarifying the importance for students to consider their choices of  sharia banks. This study is intended to explore knowledge about sharia banking and the family environment towards sharia banks. The method applied in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. With data analyzed using a questionnaire filled out by 51 student respondents. The main objective of the study is focused on understanding the knowledge of students and family environment towards sharia banks, a descriptive qualitative approach with the intention of describing and analyzing the causes of a phenomenon. Data collection is carried out through observation and observation to describe the phenomena that occur. The research respondents consisted of 50 students from various campuses. The study revealed that there were variations in perception among students. and family environment, including in terms of gender, student knowledge, and the influence of the family environment on sharia banks. Meskipun begitu, dengan beragamnya faktor yang memengaruhi, banyak mahasiswa dan individu yang memiliki pendidikan tinggi belum tertarik untuk menabung di bank syariah. Sebagai mahasiswa mungkin memiliki pemahaman yang lebih unggul karena sebagai pelajar, mahasiswa terus meninjau transformasi zaman. Sebagai bagian dari dunia akademis, mahasiswa terbiasa dengan proses pembelajaran yang berkelanjutan, memperoleh wawasan yang lebih mendalam tentang perubahan dan tren dalam berbagai bidang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pandangan mahasiswa dan lingkup keluarga yang cenderung lebih memilih bank konvensional daripada bank syariah. Demikian pula, penelitian ini juga dimaksudkan untuk memberi pengertian masyarakat mengenai pengetahuan pemilihan bank, sehingga dapat merangsang diskusi yang lebih mendalam mengenai pertimbangan individual dalam memilih bank syariah. Disisi lain, penelitian ini disusun dengan tujuan untuk memperjelas pentingnya bagi mahasiswa untuk mempertimbangkan pilihan mereka terhadap bank syariah. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengeksplorasi pengetahuan mengenai perbankan syariah dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap pada bank syariah. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan data dianalisis menggunakan kuisioner yang diisi oleh 51 responden mahasiswa. Tujuan utama penelitian difokuskan untuk memahami pengetahuan mahasiswa dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap bank syariah, pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan maksud menguraikan dan menganalisis penyebab suatu fenomena. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan dan observasi untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena yang terjadi. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 50 mahasiswa dari berbagai kampus. Penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat variasi persepsi di kalangan mahasiswa. dan lingkungan keluarga, termasuk dari segi gender, pengetahuan mahasiswa, dan pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap bank syariah. This journal discusses learning strategies and the definition of Islamic religious education, as well as education in the era of revolution 4.0. Learning strategies include choosing appropriate methods for delivering religious material, taking into account teaching principles and student characteristics. Islamic religious education aims to form religious individuals by wisely inviting and developing affective attitudes. The era of revolution 4.0 demands changes in education by integrating 21st century competencies and digital technology. Islamic education also faces challenges such as cultural backwardness, negative stigma, and political dualism, which require solutions in the form of reform and renewal. Teachers in this era need to have various competencies to face changing times, such as comprehensive assessments, 21st century skills, online modules, and authentic and innovative learning. Overall, Islamic education needs to continue to adapt to technological developments and the needs of the times to produce quality human resources ready to face the future.

This study analyzes the transformation of economic education towards educational investment as a means of strengthening human resources (HR) through a bibliometric approach. By utilizing Scopus basic data and the VOSviewer analysis tool, the study examines the trends in publications over the past ten years, focusing on key areas such as educational economics, educational investment, and HR development. The findings highlight that innovations in educational economics, including the integration of digital technology, project-based learning, and collaborations between educational institutions, government, and industry, are crucial in enhancing the effectiveness of educational investments. Additionally, the study reveals that the proper allocation of educational funds for infrastructure development, improving teaching quality, and implementing skills-based training programs significantly contributes to increasing workforce competitiveness and promoting sustainable economic growth. The research emphasizes that educational investment strategies must be aligned with the needs of industry and global challenges to foster adaptive and innovative human resources. Moreover, it stresses the importance of designing educational policies that are comprehensive, addressing the aspirations of individuals and the relevance of education to the labor market. Ultimately, the study offers valuable academic insights and practical recommendations for policymakers, educational institutions, and other stakeholders. It also provides guidance for developing effective strategies that optimize educational investment and support the cultivation of superior HR capable of driving future economic progress.

This study is motivated by the limited research on holistic education in developing 21st-century skills to address the challenges of the digital era, despite its significant implications for future human resource quality. The objective of this research is to explore the concept of holistic education based on 21st-century skills and its relevance in the digital era through a literature review approach. The method employed is qualitative, focusing on an analysis of academic literature, including documents, journals, books, and various scholarly sources. The analysis was conducted thematically to investigate the principles, models, and practices of holistic education that support the development of critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration skills. The findings indicate that holistic education can serve as a key approach to prepare younger generations to navigate the complexity of the digital era with adaptive, ethical, and innovative thinking skills. This review enriches the literature on holistic education and highlights the importance of an integrated approach that intertwines cognitive, emotional, social, and technological dimensions within the context of modern learning. Practical implications include recommendations for educators and policymakers to design curricula based on 21st-century skills and integrate digital technologies into building holistic learning processes. This study also offers opportunities for further research on the implementation of holistic education in diverse cultural and geographical contexts.

Di tengah perkembangan dunia dan perubahan global di berbagai aspek kehidupan, keberhasilan generasi muda di masa yang akan datang merupakan salah satu tolak ukur keberhasilan suatu negara. Mahasiswa merupakan generasi muda yang akan menjadi penerus bangsa yang memiliki intelektual. Pendidikan berperan penting dalam menciptakan keberhasilan mahasiswa. Penyampaian mata kuliah yang berkaitan dengan matematika juga harus menjadi suatu perhatian, dosen dituntut harus bisa mengembangkan materi yang disampaikan, yaitu dengan mengaitkan satu materi ke materi atau konteks lainnya. Pengintegrasian nilai-nilai budaya merupakan suatu bentuk pengembangan nilai nasionalis. Salah satu budaya yang ada di masyarakat dan bangsa Indonesia adalah batik. Hal inilah yang mendasari perlunya dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) dengan tujuan memberi pendampingan dalam pemanfaatan motif batik Cikadu sebagai eksplorasi konsep geometri transformasi.
