This study is to develop a web-based inventory management information system for grocery merchants in order to speed up the stock recording process. The system is built according to the waterfall style of system development, using PHP and MySQL. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and literature research. As a result, store managers can improve operating efficiency and reduce errors in manual stocktaking by using a system that allows real-time product stock input, updating, and monitoring. This study provides a practical digital solution to support the digitization of small businesses in Indonesia.

This study examines the legal aspects of land lease agreements for Madura grocery stalls based on Article 1548 of the Indonesian Civil Code. A normative juridical method is employed, focusing on statutory regulations and literature review. The primary focus is to identify essential elements in the lease agreement, such as the leased object, mutual consent, and payment obligations. The research also highlights breach of contract issues and emphasizes the importance of legal guarantees in lease relationships. Case studies and recent regulations support the findings, ultimately contributing to legal certainty in land lease practices within the MSME sector.

Community service activities aim to increase understanding and knowledge about digital or non-cash payment systems. This service was carried out at the MSMEs of the "Bu Yani" Grocery Store located in Karanglo, Argomulyo, Sedayu District, Bantul Regency and the MSMEs of the "Bu Ratmi" Grocery Store located in Balong, Kaligintung, Temon District, Kulon Progo Regency. The stages used in service activities are 1. Observation, 2. Presentation, 3. Training and Mentoring, 4. Evaluation. The result of this service activity is that MSME actors already understand QRIS and its benefits as an effective means of payment transactions, and the two grocery store MSMEs already have a new payment instrument with non-cash payments.

Efforts to increase competitiveness and utilize resources for promotions in grocery stores effectively have found obstacles in their implementation, one of which is that the average business actor is old, which makes it difficult for the use of technology to become a more optimal marketing effort so that templates can be used as one. one solution to make it easier for business actors to create marketing supporting content. The partner for this mentoring activity is Mrs. Listiyaningsih, owner of the Liszsa2 grocery store in Bulak Banteng Village, Kenjeran District, Surabaya City. The mentoring method is carried out through 3 stages, namely problem identification, implementation and evaluation and maintenance. As a result, business actors can confidently market their goods and expand their consumer reach.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan yang diterapkan oleh toko kelontong di Kecamatan Gayungan untuk bersaing dengan toko ritel modern. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dengan wawancara terhadap 22 pelaku usaha toko kelontong yang terdaftar di Dinas Koperasi UKM dan Perdagangan Kota Surabaya. Strategi pengembangan meliputi permodalan, manajemen keuangan, mutu produksi, strategi pemasaran, legalitas usaha, dan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa toko kelontong menggunakan modal internal (seperti tabungan pribadi) dan eksternal (seperti pinjaman bank dan bantuan pemerintah). Mereka juga melakukan manajemen keuangan dengan pembukuan sederhana dan penganggaran, memilih pemasok berkualitas untuk memastikan mutu produk, menggunakan strategi pemasaran online melalui aplikasi PEKEN Surabaya dan WhatsApp, mengurus legalitas usaha seperti NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha), serta melakukan kegiatan tanggung jawab sosial. Strategi ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan mempertahankan keberlanjutan usaha toko kelontong di tengah persaingan dengan ritel modern.

Grocery stores are a very important type of business in society, especially in urban areas. However, in increasingly fierce competition, grocery stores must always innovate in developing marketing strategies to increase purchasing power, retain old customers and attract new customers. This research aims to provide an understanding of effective marketing strategies both offline and online. The results of this research show that grocery stores in Benowo District, Surabaya implement diverse and targeted marketing strategies to increase the sales volume of their products in market share.

For grocery stores in the Genteng area of Surabaya, digital technology, particularly in branding and digital marketing, can address the challenges faced by micro, small, and medium businesses in promoting and showcasing their products to potential customers. These stores have significant potential due to Genteng's strategic location and dense population. However, a major obstacle is the lack of understanding of digital advertising strategies and nuances, which hampers the growth of grocery stores and their ability to compete with modern retail companies. Observations and discussions with grocery store owners revealed this issue, prompting researchers to develop a research methodology and analysis of the existing challenges. Solutions offered include logo improvements, support with design and management of social media accounts and content, creation and management of marketplace accounts, and providing insights on Instagram advertising to business owners. With these various solutions, it is anticipated that grocery store entrepreneurs can compete effectively and keep pace with the rapid advancements in technology.

This research aims to determine the influence of marketing communication on business success at the Seroja Perawang Grocery Store. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that marketing communication has a significant influence on business success at the Seroja Perawang Grocery Store. This is proven by increased sales, brand awareness and customer loyalty after implementing an integrated marketing communications strategy.

Kegiatan penyuluhan ini dilakukan kepada para pemilik ritel di wilayah Cangakan, Nusukan, Banjarsari, Surakarta. Luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah: 1) Meningkatnya pengetahuan dan wawasan peserta dalam rangka mempertahankan bisnis ritel dalam menghadapi persaingan yang kompetitif, 2) Meningkatnya pengetahuan peserta dalam manjemen pengelolaan usaha, dimana pelaku harus mampu memisahkan dalam peran manajemen keuangan, manajemen operasional, manajemen sumberdaya manusia dan manajemen pemasaran, agar usahanya tetap eksis, 3) Meningkatnya pengetahuan peserta dalam pemasaran online, karena untuk mendapatkan barang langsung dikirim ke toko, 4) Kegiatan ini dapat berlanjut, sehingga ada prinsip kemitraan antara tim pengabdian dan para pemilik ritel. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tahapan sebagai berikut: 1) Pemilihan peserta pengabdian kepada masyarakat, yaitu pemilik bisnis ritel/kelontong di wilayah Cangakan, Nusukan, Banjarsari, Surakarta, 2) Penyampaian materi penyuluhan tentang bagaimana strategi mempertahnkan bisnis ritel dalam persaingan kompetitif, 3) Pelaksanaan evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan cara: sebelum penyuluhan, dilakukan tanya jawab untuk mengetahui pengetahuan awal setiap peserta tentang bisnis ritel/toko kelontong; setelah penyuluhan, dilakukan tanya jawab lagi tentang materi yang sama. Dengan membandingkan hasil jawaban, maka akan diketahui apakah ada peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang pengelolaan bisnis ritel dan ruang lingkupnya.Kata kunci: strategi, bisnis ritel, persaingan yang kompetitif

The role of modern markets, especially Alfamart and Indomaret in Indonesia, is getting bigger and is expected to eventually replace grocery stores. The existence of modern markets also raises different perceptions from every circle of society. There are some groups of people who view the existence of modern markets positively. For example, for the upper middle class, the existence of modern markets is very beneficial because they can shop comfortably and freely in modern markets. The existence of this modern market can also affect the income of traditional market traders. One of the most important factors for Grocery Store entrepreneurs is the revenue generated from their profits to maintain business continuity. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy for the existence of grocery stores in dealing with the development of modern markets in Tebo district. In this study the method used was qualitative method by checking the validity of the data using the triangulation technique and the method of collecting data was using observation and interviews. The informants in this study were five traders and five consumers. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the existence of Alfamart/Indomaret in Tebo Tengah District, Tebo Regency has an impact on income and the number of consumers of grocery store traders, but grocery store traders try to survive by adding side businesses so that their business continuity is maintained

This study aims to analyze the effect of Service Quality and Product Variants on Customer Loyalty at Darin Grocery Store in Cikopo Purwakarta. The source of the data in this study was obtained from a questionnaire (primary) which was distributed to the respondents. The population of this study were customers at the Darin Grocery Store in Cikopo Purwakarta. The research sample amount were 82 people. The research analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, f test and t test. The research findings indicate that the marketing strategy simultaneously affects customer loyalty. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination is 40.3%. The most dominant factor influencing is the product variance of the t test calculation. The t value for the service quality variable is 0.880, the t count for the product variant variable is 4.838. The results of the F test obtained F count of 26.715 and a significant value <0. 05.

Di zaman yang semakin maju sekarang ini, secara rasional maka konsumen cenderung memilih belanja di minimarket ataupun toko modern, meskipun secara segi harga pada toko modern lebih mahal jika dibandingkan dengan toko kelontong, namun konsumen tetap lebih memilih membeli barang di toko ritel modern, hal ini disebabkan karena beberapa hal misalnya terdapat banyak penawaran diskon, adanya perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat dan masih banyak lainnya. Peneliti di sini mempergunakan metode kualitatif serta pendekatan studi kasus, dengan sampel yang ditetapkan dengan purposive sampling. Kemudian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Kemudian untuk analisis datanya menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai dampak yang dirasakan setelah adanya toko ritel modern didepan tokonya tidak terlalu berpengaruh besar karena masih banyak pembeli yang membeli di toko kelontong dengan alasan perbedaan harga barang yang dijual di toko kelontong dengan Alfamart tersebut.

Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) is a problem that is often encountered by a salesman who must travel exactly once to all consumers in a route and will return to the starting point of departure. Algorithm Genetic Algorithm is one way to find heuristic solutions based on the evolutionary ideas of natural selection and genetics. The aim is to find the optimal route for the distribution of bottled water products produced by PT. Mual Natio Maju Bersama.
