This research to analyze the contribution of variables from three economic policies, with monetary policy through interest rate variables, exchange rates, and money supply in facing economic recession. Where the fiscal policy variable is through tax value. Then macroprudential policy through Non Performing Loan and Capital Adequacy Ratio variables. This study uses secondary data or time series, namely from December 2019 to February 2021. The data analysis model in this study is the Vector Autoregression (VAR) model which is seen from being sharpened with Impulse Response Function (IRF) analysis and Forecast Error Variance Decomposition (FEVD), Panel ARDL, and Different Tests. The results of the IRF analysis show that the stability of the response of all variables is formed in period 8 or the medium and long term, where the response of other variables to changes in one variable shows different variations, both from positive responses to negative responses or vice versa, and there are variables whose responses remain positive or remain negative from the short term to the long term. The results of the FEVD analysis show that for the short-term inflation variable it is influenced by inflation itself and in the medium and long term it is influenced by interest rates. For the JUB variable in the short term it is influenced by JUB itself and in the medium and long term it is influenced by NPL. For the interest rate variable in the short term it is influenced by JUB while in the medium and long term it is influenced by the exchange rate itself and CAR. For the tax variable in the short, medium and long term it is influenced by the tax itself and JUB. For the NPL variable in the short, medium and long term it is influenced by JUB and tax. For the CAR variable in the short, medium and long term it is influenced by JUB and tax. Then the results of the ARDL Panel analysis show that the country that is able to become a leading indicator in controlling the economic recession in the Four of The Group Twenty, namely Turkey, is only done by interest rates. While South Africa is done by interest rates, taxes, NPL, and CAR. For Russia, it is done by all variables, namely the amount of money in circulation, interest rates, exchange rates, taxes, NPL, and CAR. Meanwhile, Indonesia is carried out by exchange rates, taxes, NPL and CAR.

.Every company certainly has operating equipment that usually runs continuously and relies on electricity as an energy source whose distribution must be appropriate to be efficient in its use. Every company that has important activities that use electronic devices, of course, must have a power backup so that sudden power cuts do not occur, because if this happens frequently it will cause damage to electronic devices, one of which is using a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply). Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) is an electronic device capable of providing temporary backup power when the main power supply is cut off. This UPS is also an electronic device that can protect all types of electronic equipment that is vulnerable to current or voltage instability. The purpose of this study is to understand and know the working principle and how to maintain the use of UPS. The method used is the method of observation in the company to obtain research data. At PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry uses two types of UPS which have different capacities, namely 0.8KVA and 3KVA to supply power to each electronic device that is used regularly. Of the two types of UPS, it can be used to back up electrical power when the main power source is suddenly cut off.

The supply of labor that is greater than the demand for labor will result in an increase in the number of unemployed. This research aims to find out the influence of Investment, Minimum Wage and Inflation on Unemployment in Indonesia. Using data for five years from 2019 to 2023. The data analysis technique used is secondary data processing using SPSS 25. 

This research was conducted at Apotek Pelangi Farma Subang, because during the Covid-19 period pharmacies became a very vital business field and were the spearhead between the interests of pharmaceutical supply and the interests of the community to obtain medicines or all kinds of needs to support health. The purpose of this study is to determine the determination of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and how much gross profit is obtained, and whether the profit is optimal. This research uses Descriptive Analysis method by calculating quantitative data and analyzing financial statements and expressed with qualitative data to interpret the results of data calculations. The results of this study indicate that gross profit is a change in deduction from sales minus cost of goods sold. While the cost of goods sold is a calculation of the initial inventory plus purchases minus the final inventory, so that the cost of goods sold from 2018 to 2020 has increased and the profit obtained is optimal.

This paper seeks to develop the concept of a digital supply chain by adopting the supply chain model run by PT A. The initial identification presented in this paper can result in several technology identifications that need to be prioritized in implementing relevant technologies in the industry.  Assessment of food consumption can be used to determine the amount and source of nutrients eaten. This can help show the supply of nutrients in the body that is sufficient or less regular with balanced nutrition that supports stamina and body health, especially for children. This habit supports physical and mental growth. Familiarizing children with healthy eating patterns is easy. Many parents complain about their children's poor eating habits, such as refusing to eat rice complete with side dishes, choosing only sweet foods or refusing to eat the same for various reasons. Of course it makes parents worry about the development of the baby (Luchan, 2014). The results of the research obtained, can be seen from research on 32 respondents about the relationship between diet and nutritional status in toddlers aged 1-4 years in Huta III Village Tanjung Pasir Simalungun Regency can be drawn as follows: Based on the largest frequency of eating respondents have a good frequency of eating as many as 25 people (78.12%), respondents have a frequency of eating that is not good that is 7 people (21.88%). Based on the portion of food the majority of respondents had a good portion of food, namely 21 people (65.62%), the portion of food that was not good was 11 people (34.38%). Based on the main food, respondents have a good type of food, namely 19 people (59.38%) and 13 people (40.62%).

Pada penelitian terdahulu, alat pengering yang dianalisis adalah pengering surya dengan kolektor sekunder, rak bertingkat dan exhaust fan. Penelitian tersebut berhasil mengatasi fenomena lambatnya proses pengeringan akibat terperangkapnya uap air yang keluar dari sampel (tumpukan gabah) pada rak pengering bawah pada rak pengering tengah dan atas. Selain itu temperatur udara dalam kabin pengering sudah tidak melebihi 70oC sehingga kualitas produk (gabah) yang dikeringkan terjamin. Kekurangan pada alat pengering tersebut adalah exhaust fan yang digunakan membutuhkan supply energi listrik sehingga efisiensi pengering masih rendah. Untuk mengatasi kekurangan tersebut, maka pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan modifikasi dengan mengganti exhaust fan dengan turbin ventilator. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Teknik Mesin, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Cenderawasih karena telah memiliki peralatan penunjang yang sudah memadai. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen yakni membuat sebuah pengering surya tipe rak bertingkat (3 tingkat) dengan kolektor sekunder dan turbin ventilator. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian untuk mengetahui karakteristiknya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan turbin ventilator merupakan solusi untuk mengatasi penggunaan energi listrik pada solar dryer. Proses pengeringan pada rak pengering 2 (tengah) dan 3 (atas) tetap berlangsung dengan cepat karena turbin ventilator bisa bekerja seperti exhaust fan. Laju aliran massa udara keluar dari pengering juga baik sehingga temperatur dalam kabin pengering tetap terjaga (tidak melebihi 70oC). Waktu pengeringan gabah dari kadar air awal 24,8% menjadi kadar air akhir 14% adalah 5 jam (rak 1); 6 jam (rak 2) dan 6 jam (rak 3). Efisiensi pengeringan maksimum yang diperoleh adalah 27,35% (rak 1); 24,05% (rak 2); 22,95% (rak 3); 24,78% (rata-rata).

The financial system plays an important role in the economy. An unstable financial system will be vulnerable to various problems that disrupt the rotation of a country's economy and be vulnerable to economic problems such as the global crisis in various countries. The problem that occurs is the occurrence of Covid-19 causing various fluctuations in the level of inflation, money supply, imports, the occurrence of unstable inflation from January 2019 to August 2021, low inflation resulting in a decrease in imports and an increase in the money supply in Mexico. , Vietnam, Philippines, Hongkong, Indonesia, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, Peru, and China. The analytical method in this study uses the ARDL Panel (Autoregression Distributed Lag) approach. The ARDL Panel Model determines which country models from APEC countries are able to control long-term financial system-based economic fundamentals in Mexico, Vietnam, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, Peru, and China and the Different Test for modeling the impact of covid-19 19 on the economic fundamentals of the financial system. The results of the research found the ARDL Panel prediction model in modeling the impact of Covid-19 on economic fundamentals in the financial system. The main Leading Indicator of variable effectiveness in controlling Inflation In TAPEC is JUB where Vietnam, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Peru and China have a significant influence in controlling Inflation. Then overall in the long term (Long Run) it turns out that only the JUB and CDV variables have an effect on INF In TAPEC, while in the short term (Short Run) it is JUB that influences Inflation In TAPEC.

Approach study this is study associative / quantitative with the Simultaneous model and the ARDL Panel where aim see linkages Among independent variables and dependent variables that spread panel in Top Major Exchange Rate countries in 11 APEC Countries. Study this conducted against 11 countries with exchange rate strongest in the APEC countries in the world (America, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Japan , China, Indonesia, Canada , Russia , and Thailand). The ARDL Panel Analysis results show that the Leading Model Control indicators Exchange Rate System Through the Post -Covid-19 Open Economy Model, the Top Major Exchange Rates in Eleven Apec Countries (Varies) are JUB and GDP. this _ due to the results data processing , the ROE variable is variable that gives stable influence , ie _ effect on the inside period long nor period short in give influence significant to score exchange , which is assessed from level short run and long run stability in the table result .  

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between increasing skills, self-motivation and workforce supply strategies that directly and indirectly affect HR career development through work productivity as an intervening variable. This study only describes the effect of career advancement through skill improvement, HR self-motivation and labor supply strategies by the government that affect HR work productivity, where skill improvement, self-motivation and workforce provision are government programs to help improve career advancement through work productivity. . The novelty of this research is improving skills, self-motivation and strategies for providing manpower to increase HR careers and work productivity. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method using path analysis. Partially, only the skill improvement and self-motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable and the HR career improvement variable. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the variables of increasing skill and self-motivation have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable through the HR career improvement variable as an intervening variable. With the increase in the skills possessed by HR, they will always motivate themselves to be better and can increase their competence, so that it will affect their ability to be productive, so as to be able to create work productivity of each individual which leads to increased employee performance.

Water loss can be defined as the difference between the recorded amount of water in the system and the amount of water out of the system shown, in a water supply system is not entirely produced water installations reach consumer. Usually there is a leak here and there, called the loss of water. Then to reduce or minimize the water loss rate needed the right solution. One of solution that can be used is the Non Revenued Water (NRW) program. NRW can be defined as water that can be measured and a known amount of be chased but can not or may not be income, but it can be justified. The one of the methodologies that can be used to determine the amount (NRW) is a method of infrastructure leakage index (ILI) used Software WBEasycalc3. Water loss rate is the percentage ratio between water loss and the amount of water distributed in piped water network, while the water balance is calculated based on the amount of incoming water flow, consumption meter-Revenue, customer meter inaccuracies, water loss and physical loss. Both of two magnitudes in the ILI value is calculated by using Table Matrix Target that compiled by regulators of water service DKI Jakarta.  

Electricity is one of the vital needs that is indispensable for all humans and other places, one of which is PT. Cemindo Gemilang, engaged in the cement-producing industry, requires a huge electricity capacity. To reduce or reduce the cost of electrical energy, a power plant unit and a WHRS (waste heats recovery system) were made to supply electrical energy to the cement plant area. PT. Cemindo Gemilang and the Power Plant rely heavily on electric motors, almost all of which operate using electric motors. The electric motor is a single-phase or three-phase type with a voltage of 11 KV, 6.6 KV or 400 volts. When all generating units operate, all electric motors that play an essential role will continue to be active so that damage is often caused by operation and service life therefore in the power plant department, and there is an electrical and mechanical maintenance division to maintain the continuity of the power plant operational system. This study aims to analyze the contributions of the variable interactions of monetary policy in the stability of goods and services prices. Where is the monetary  policy variable (inflation, kurs, consumer price index, gross domestic products, the money supply, and interest rates). Research in conducted in the country of Indonesia and uses secondary data or time series from 2008 to 2021. The data analysis model in this study is Simultaneous Model. Simultaneous equations to analyze the relation between independent and variable variables found in the research country. Simultaneous analysis of equations on statistical test common equation 1 suggests that variable interest rates, money distribution, exchange rates and consumer price indexes have significant adverse effects on the inflation. Whereas in the same equation 2, it suggests that gross domestic product variables have a positive relationship that is significant to the ihk. And inflation has a negative relationship significantly insignificant to consumer price index. For this reason, the researcher hopes that the monetary authority, namely Bank Indonesia, can improve monetary stability and maintain the BI rate in regulating the money supply so that it can suppress the inflation rate as an effort to stabilize the prices.    

This research aims to prove the influence of Dividend Policy and earnings per Share (EPS) on Company Value in Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2016 to 2020. The type of data in this research process is quantitative where the data is obtained from financial reports. The population used in this research was 7 companies multiplied by 5 years, namely 35 observations. In this research, the method used is panel data regression, using the Chow test, Hausman test, and Lagrange test Multiplier and Common models Effect is the best model to use in this research. The research results show that the Dividend Policy (X1) does not have a significant effect on company value partially on Company Value (Y) and the Earning Per Share (EPS) variable has a partially significant positive effect on Company Value (Y). Company value is the company's performance as reflected by the share price which is formed by demand and supply in the capital market which reflects the public's assessment of the company's performance.

The Government's goal to make Indonesia an Maritime Country must be supported by all elements of society, especially is from the education sector. As one of the maritime education institutions to improve competent human resources in its field, it needs training and supporting facilities and infrastructure. One way to increase competence is to supply cadets with capabilities in the field of operation and maintenance of ship machining. Synchronous generator is one of the important components in ship machining. Therefore, the ability to operate and maintain generators is absolutely necessary for cadets in the world of work. Standard selection of generator in the Shipbuilding Laboratory follows Government standards through the Ministry of Transportation Regulations. To choose the best electricity generator, a special method is needed. The solution to this problem is the use of the Analytical Network Process (ANP) to determine synchronous generators that meet the quality standards and specifications of stakeholders.By implementing ANP, the synchronous generator is obtained according to quality standards with the specifications desired by stakeholders. In applying ANP, weighting is based on criteria, namely: durability, maintenance, spare parts, specifications and price. Then obtained an electric generator with appropriate quality standards and specifications.Results of data processing using the ANP method obtained electical generator alternative selection with each weight is adalah CUMMINS GFS-C30KW 41,6 %, HARTECH HT35Y 33,9 %, and CATERPILLAR C2.2 24,5 %.
