Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a crucial role in organizational development, including in Early Childhood Education (ECE). The focus of this research is Tulip Integrated PAUD in Rungkut Tengah Village, Surabaya. Early childhood (0-6 years) enters the golden age period where their learning patterns are based on imitation. This research aims to improve the effectiveness of early childhood learning and socialization at Tulip Integrated PAUD through the implementation of HRM. The main problems involve children's diverse characters, lack of activities, and differences in parents' mindsets. The implementation method consists of four stages: (1) introduction to the members of Tulip Integrated PAUD, (2) introducing the concept of HR Management, (3) providing active and expressive learning to students, and (4) evaluation and monitoring.The results showed that the socialization of HR Management positively contributed to the management of human resources at Tulip Integrated PAUD. Emphasis on fun and expressive teaching patterns increases early childhood participation in learning and social activities. Continuous evaluation and monitoring are needed to ensure continuity and improvement. In conclusion, the implementation of HRM and engaging learning approaches can improve the effectiveness of PAUD organizations. It creates a conducive environment for optimal early childhood development, by involving teachers, committees, and parents as part of integrated human resource management.

Increasingly advanced technological developments can also have negative impacts. One of them is cybercrime, namely phishing. The existence of phishing will also refer to a scam or fraud. This research aims to increase public knowledge in the Bandarharjo village environment about the dangers of phishing and scams in daily life. This community service activity is an effort to increase community knowledge. The method of transmitting the material is through giving lectures, discussions, and distributing leaflets. The use of these methods and media is effectively applied to increase public awareness regarding the dangers of phishing and scams. According to the evaluation carried out, the level of public knowledge has improved and they are aware of the importance of socialization regarding phishing-type cybercrimes. It is hoped that this activity can have a positive impact and long-term benefits in raising awareness of the dangers of cybercrime in the future in people's daily lives

The need for education regarding the types of contraceptives will have an impact on increasing knowledge and choice of contraceptives in women. At the same time, adjustments to technological developments also need to be made, so the team designed a mobile web-based of Sistem Informasi Kontrasepsi Rasional (SIKONTRAS) which is intended for the wider community in ease of obtaining information related to contraceptives. This socialization activity resulted in two things, namely an increase in knowledge related to contraception and an increase in skills in using the SIKONTRAS Application resulting from the questionnaire at the point "The application is easy to use", out of 21 participants, 18 participants chose "strongly agree", so it can be said that the application is easy to use. use

High blood pressure is a serious health problem because it is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Results of an interview with the head of Posyandu Sakura 9 RW. 01 Manang, Grogol,   Sukoharjo  shows that more than 70% of people suffer from hypertension. Therefore, socialization through health counseling programs is needed to increase the role of the community in the context of preventing hypertension. At Posyandu Sakura 9 RW. 01 Manang, Grogol,   Sukoharjo, community service activities are expected to be able to improve health degrees optimally. Through understanding ways to prevent hypertension, for example in the consumption of healthy foods and physical activity correctly, and can improve people's knowledge, behavior, and attitudes about hypertension.  The solutions offered to partners are ways to prevent hypertension through health counseling activities on hypertension, healthy cooking demonstrations in order to reduce excessive consumption of sugar, salt and fat, and healthy heart gymnastics activities to increase physical activity. The conclusion of this community service activity is that the elderly at the Sakura 9 Posyandu are very enthusiastic and give appreciation regarding very useful activities.  

This research is related to socialization activities that will help UMKM develop their products so they can compete in a tight market. This activity exists because of observations that the region has many UMKM that focus on the food sector. The cooking demonstration activity was chosen because the delivery of the cooking recipe steps was easy to follow for the participants, who were dominated by mothers. A cooking demonstration is an activity that explains the process of cooking a dish in a coherent and detailed manner so that it can be easily understood. Food that is trendy and popular with many groups is an important factor in menu selection. This activity aims to help UMKM innovate their products so they can compete competitively and is easy to understand.

Village financial management is a strategic instrument in supporting development and improving community welfare. However, in practice, village financial management is often not fully based on the actual needs of the community and lacks public participation in budgeting and oversight processes. This community service activity aims to enhance community understanding and participation in needs-based financial management in Pakning Asal Village. The activity employed a descriptive and participatory approach through socialization, interactive presentations, open discussions, and the dissemination of informational media. The participants included village officials, community leaders, and residents of Pakning Asal Village. The results indicate an improvement in participants' understanding of transparent, accountable, and community-oriented village financial management principles. Furthermore, the activity fostered collective awareness of the importance of active community involvement in planning, implementing, and evaluating the use of village funds. Overall, this community service program contributes to strengthening participatory village financial governance and supports the realization of more effective and sustainable village development.

The aim of this community service is to help children's psychomotor development to control body movements through coordinated activities between the central nerve and muscles through games, hone children's abilities through coloring sketches, and provide reinforcement and motivation for children with special needs so that children do not inferior and able to compete in the world of education like other children. This activity was carried out at SLB Negeri Ende. The methods used in this service activity are game methods, socialization approaches and lectures. The results of the activity show that children are more enthusiastic about learning, because the material provided is material that is combined with games, so that lessons are more fun for children and not boring. The conclusion of this service is that the community service activities carried out are expected to improve the concentration and learning abilities of children with special needs at SLB. The service's goal is to promote public understanding of domestic violence prevention and build awareness among the inhabitants of Mojorejo Village. Counseling activities in the community are motivated by phenomena that occur in the community. The problem of domestic violence itself is actually a problem that often occurs in married life, but some people do not consider what they experience as an act that is wrong in the eyes of the law. Therefore, the community needs to be given an understanding of domestic violence, so that if it occurs or experiences domestic violence, the victim can take legal steps. The method used is a participatory method which is expected to play an active role in legal counseling activities in the form of; Lecture on the Socialization of Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning Domestic Violence; Legal counseling regarding the material of Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning Domestic Violence;  Question and answer session about domestic violence through mediation.

Abstract. Public transportation is often considered a practical solution for reducing traffic congestion. However, initial surveys conducted after implementing the TEMAN Bus service along Corridor 2 showed low enthusiasm among commuters. Only 14.103% of them used the service. This study aims to identify areas for improvement to increase public interest in utilizing this service. Corridor 2 runs from Mall Panakkukang to Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport and vice versa. The study focuses on four main categories of variables: service level, service quality, socialization/information, and stop services. To assess public interest in the TEMAN Bus service along Corridor 2, this study used observations and distributed questionnaires. The questionnaire data was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) after undergoing validity and reliability tests. The study found that the variable of stop services was the primary factor contributing to the low level of public interest. Namun setelah beroperasi, berdasarkan hasil pra survei yang peneliti    lakukan,antusias masyarakat yang menggunakan TEMAN Bus masih sangat rendah untuk rute koridor 2 dengan persentase 14,103%. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan suatu perbaikan untuk meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk menggunakan TEMAN Bus Trans Mamminasata rute koridor 2 (Mall Panakkukang – Bandara Internasional Sultan Hasanuddin dan sebaliknya). Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada 4 kategori diantaranya tingkat pelayanan, kualitas pelayanan, sosialisasi/informasi dan layanan halte. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada trayek TEMAN Bus Trans Mamminasata rute koridor 2 dengan melakukan observasi langsung dan penyebaran kuesioner untuk mengetahui tingkat minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan TEMAN Bus. Data dari hasil kuesioner diolah dengan melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas kemudian melakukan analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The waste problem not only threatens environmental conditions, but also has serious social and economic impacts in many regions in Indonesia, including the city of Surabaya. This dedication is carried out with the aim of reducing volume and realizing a zero waste paradigm in dealing with global waste problems. The Surabaya City Zero Waste Village Program was realized through outreach to provide awareness for residents to reduce the use of organic and inorganic waste. Apart from that, socialization was also carried out regarding organic waste processing which aims to convert organic waste into compost using Compost Bags, increasing public knowledge about organic waste management and reducing waste from rubbish dumps. This activity includes preparing activity planning, preparation, implementation and evaluation, as well as direct training regarding making compost fertilizer and using Compost Bags. Evaluation is carried out to ensure the success of activities and identify obstacles faced in the process of making compost fertilizer. The Zero Waste Village Program in RW 06 Menur Pumpungan Surabaya in increasing community understanding about managing organic waste into compost using Compost Bags has been successfully implemented with the support of the residents.

One of the causes of the problem of adolescent nutritional status in Indonesia is a practice problem or action that is affected by a lack of nutritional knowledge. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of counseling in increasing the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women regarding nutrition and food safety. This research uses a quasi-experimental method. The design used is a group pre-test and post-test design. The population in this study were teenagers in Deleng Pokhkisen District, Southeast Aceh Regency. The sample was taken by purposive sampling of as many as 30 teenagers. The research was carried out from 5 October – 4 December 2023, spanning 12 days. analyzed statistically with a paired t-test. significance using α=0.05. 

Applications for dispensation have increased in recent years in various cities. This happened because of changes to Law no. 1 of 1974 which is considered too low and cause many problems in marriage. Therefore, in 2019 there were changes to the Marriage Law, namely Law no. 16 2019 aims to be an effort to mature in age marriage for women from 16 years to 19 years. One of them is the marriage dispensation at the religious court in Pati City. Applications for marriage dispensations in the city of Pati have increased very drastically. The type of research used by the author is normative law. By using a legal approach and norms that apply in society. The results of research conducted by the author on requests for marriage dispensation. There are factors causing the ineffectiveness of these regulations in the Pati Religious Court, namely the lack of socialization to the community, public awareness, there is still an increase in cases of requests marriage dispensation. Factors that encourage the increase in application cases Marriage dispensations include factors such as social media, environment, pregnancy outside.

Digital Population Identity (IKD) is a digital-based location data innovation through a mobile application with a photo or QR Code. The government's objective is to reduce the physical prints of KTP as well as the use of blank KTP-el in the hope of administrative efficiency. ICT is integrated with health services, education, banking, and taxation, facilitating public access in the era of technological development. However, in remote areas, limited internet access and minimal socialization raise concerns about the security of digital identity data being considered. Social media, especially YouTube, is a channel platform used by the public to convey opinions, opinions and comments about ICTs. So that's why sentimental analysis is needed using the Naive Bayes algorithm to help understand public opinion. The tests were conducted using Orange on 1,561 data showing accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 above 90%. The results of this analysis can serve as a guide for staff in interacting with the community for the implementation of Digital KTP through IKD, as well as improving services regarding the applications provided.

Community participation in environmental protection is a very important and main component so that the living environment where humans live is safe, comfortable and provides prosperity for humans. Ambon City is the capital of Maluku Province. Ambon City consists of several sub-districts. It can be seen that in recent years the Ambon city forest environment and residential areas have experienced several fires which resulted in destruction and damage to the environment along with buildings and structures as well as loss of life. This is what happened in South Leitimu District, Sirimau District, Nunaniwe District. The cause is indicated by the low level of community participation in protecting the environment. This can be seen from human negligence or negligence, deliberate human actions, human carelessness. The aim of this community service activity is to increase public knowledge and understanding through educational and socialization facilities in order to reduce to a minimum the damage and destruction of the environment along with the loss of life.

E-government is a government effort to provide efficient and effective public services by utilizing information and communication technology. E-Government allows people to access various available services. The aim of this research is to find out how the E-Government service system is implemented, including the factors that influence it, and the benefits of implementing E-Government in public services. This research also uses a purposive sampling technique, namely a technique carried out by determining special criteria or considering certain characteristics of the sample or research subject to be studied that are relevant to the topic. The results of the research show the implementation of UPT KB  Tangerang City is not yet optimal, both in terms of the synergy between agencies in the Tangerang City government and the UPT itself in implementing the E-Government system which is still lacking, and the low level of understanding and socialization of employees in implementing it. E-Government service system. To improve e-government management, it is required to integrate information systems for e-government management sequentially to improve public service performance, and increase human resources who are skilled in information technology, the implementation of E-Government at UPT KB can run more optimally and provide greater benefits for the community.

Mathematics is a learning whose material is abstract. This causes students to find it difficult to understand mathematics, feeling that mathematics is difficult and boring. This condition occurred at Karitas Watuneso Vocational School. This Community Service aims to provide socialization and innovation in mathematics learning using trigonometry as a medium so that it is hoped that students will be more able to understand and be interested in learning mathematics. The results of the service with questionnaires that have been filled in by students show that the use of trigonometry teaching aids in their learning is 85% strongly agree and 15 percent agree, the method of delivering the material is 88% strongly agree and 12% agree, and students' understanding of the use of learning media is 80% strongly agree and 20% agree, while how to use it, 85% strongly agree and 15% agree. Thus, it can be concluded that students feel that the use of trigonometry teaching aids can facilitate students' understanding of trigonometry material and students are enthusiastic in this activity.

Community service activities in the context of KKNT SDG’s which have been carried out in flat B block, Gunung Anyar Village, RW 4, RT 4, Surabaya, use an approach in the form of educational outreach to the children of flat residents starting from pre-school to grade 6 of elementary school. The aim of this service is to provide understanding and awareness from an early age about the importance of a clean and healthy lifestyle to minimize disease and malnutrition. The materials practiced through this activity are washing hands with soap and clean water, eating healthy food, and throwing rubbish in the right place. The results of the socialization have the impact of increasing the enthusiasm and understanding of the children who have participated. Therefore, cooperation between the government and the community is needed in providing education and facilities to implement a clean and healthy lifestyle from an early age.

The prevalence of nutritional status among children aged 5-12 in the Gorontalo Province based on BMI-for-age indicates that 2.70% are severely underweight, 8.45% are underweight, 8.93% are overweight, and 6.26% are obese. The shift from the previous 'four healthy five perfect' nutrition reference to balanced nutrition guidelines is not yet fully understood and known by all layers of society, including within school environments. The outreach activity conducted at Al-Falah Elementary Islamic School in Gorontalo District aims to provide education and socialization regarding balanced nutritional guidelines and the concept of 'My Plate' to elementary school students. The participants involved 34 students from grades 4 and 5. The methods employed included lectures, video presentations, followed by an evaluation using a 'My Plate' puzzle assembly game. The utilization of the puzzle as an evaluation medium was well comprehended by the students, as evidenced by a 75% proficiency in completing the puzzle. Enhancing students' knowledge about balanced nutritional guidance and food plate composition can be achieved through nutritional education and socialization.

The public perspective of chemistry, considered to be something that has always been associated with B3 or Toxic and Dangerous Substances, in fact this is not entirely true. Instead, our lives are surrounded by various kinds of chemicals. Both the molecules of the elements and the compounds, their existence is very close to ourselves. Inappropriate knowledge and attitudes toward the term chemicals are found in our society. But chemicals are not something that must be avoided, but used with careful rules. In reality, chemicals are very helpful in the various activities of life. Based on this, there should be an education such as socialization to people that chemicals are not always dangerous substances. The data was collected with qualitative techniques, through unstructured interviews related to the understanding of chemicals in the family sphere with some basic questions related to household chemicals as well as socialization activities concerning chemical substances in households to people of RT 05 RW 02 Cirejag Village, Karawang. The interview was conducted to obtain an explanation about how far they understand about the chemical in the household so that the socialization activities held are expected to help correct misperceptions and improve their understanding related to domestic chemicals.                                                                                                                 

Diabetes is a non-communicable disease. Diabetes is one of the most common chronic diseases in the world and is characterized by increased levels of glucose in the body. This metabolic disease occurs as a result of insufficient insulin secretion. Considering that every person has the right to have, to live a healthy, sustainable and prosperous life. The main target of this activity is the Lateri Village community. Socialization activities are carried out using 1 method, which is power point presentation of material. The specific objectives of implementing socialization to prevent diabetes with Tropicana Slim include increasing awareness of safe, healthy and sustainable living, as well as bringing positive changes in sustainable lifestyle behavior patterns by consuming Tropicana Slim products to stabilize sugar levels in the body.
