This study aims to examine the implementation of Probolinggo City Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2024 concerning the Respect, Protection, and Fulfillment of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, specifically regarding entrepreneurial rights in Kanigaran District. A descriptive qualitative approach with a single case study design was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with four key informants, field observation, and documentary study. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman's interactive model, interpreted through Thomas B. Smith's policy implementation theory encompassing four variables: Idealized Policy, Target Groups, Implementing Organization, and Environmental Factors. Findings indicate that implementation has been underway but has not yet reached an optimal state. The policy possesses strong normative substance, yet socialization to target groups remains shallow and uneven. Entrepreneurial motivation among persons with disabilities is high, but constrained by limited capital, social stigma, transportation barriers, and insufficient post-training mentorship. The DKUP has conducted training and marketing facilitation programs, however capital support capacity and sustained mentorship remain critically limited. Environmental factors reveal potential through the KDK community and digital technology, while social stigma and transportation infrastructure continue to pose significant obstacles.

A safe and inclusive learning environment is an important factor in supporting the educational process. However, various forms of bullying behavior, such as teasing, giving negative nicknames, and social exclusion, are still found in schools and may hinder the creation of a comfortable and child-friendly learning environment. This community service activity aimed to improve students’ understanding of bullying and its impacts, as well as to instill the values of mutual respect as an effort to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. The activity was conducted at SD Negeri 2 Muara Batu, Aceh Utara Regency, through the XXXVIII Community Service and Empowerment Program (KKN-PPM) of Malikussaleh University in 2026. The methods used were educational and participatory approaches implemented through preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The activities were carried out through socialization sessions, discussions, question-and-answer sessions, simulations, and educational games. The results showed an improvement in students’ understanding of the forms, causes, and impacts of bullying, including verbal, physical, and social bullying. In addition, students demonstrated more positive attitudes, such as increased awareness of respecting differences, treating peers with respect, reducing teasing behavior, and developing empathy and concern for others. The activity also received positive responses from the school, as it was considered supportive of character education and the creation of a more conducive learning atmosphere. Therefore, anti-bullying education through educational and participatory approaches can serve as an effective strategy for creating a safe, comfortable, and inclusive learning environment for elementary school students.

Criminal law socialization is a crucial form of community empowerment in building awareness, compliance, and legal order in the social environment. This activity is motivated by the limited understanding among some members of the public regarding what constitutes a crime, the potential legal consequences, and the appropriate steps to take when facing legal issues. This lack of legal literacy can leave people vulnerable to committing violations, becoming victims of crime, or resolving conflicts in ways that are inconsistent with legal provisions. Therefore, this socialization activity aims to provide a basic understanding of criminal law, raise public awareness of the importance of obeying the law, and encourage active community participation in creating a safe, orderly, and just environment. The activity is implemented through counseling, interactive discussions, questions and answers, and the presentation of simple case studies relevant to everyday life. The material presented includes the definition of criminal law, types of crimes frequently occurring in society, legal sanctions, the rights and obligations of citizens, and the role of the community in preventing legal violations. Through a communicative and participatory approach, it is hoped that the community will more easily understand the material and be able to connect it to real-world problems in their environment. The expected outcomes of this activity are increased public understanding of criminal law, increased awareness to avoid unlawful acts, and increased public courage to report criminal acts to the authorities. Thus, criminal law socialization serves not only as an educational activity but also as a community empowerment strategy in building a legal culture. This activity is expected to encourage the formation of a legally aware, responsible community that plays an active role in creating a law-abiding environment.

Dental and oral health is an essential part of overall bodily health. The high prevalence of caries and cavities in children is generally caused by a lack of tooth-brushing skills. Incorrect techniques and improper duration cause food residue to remain, which ultimately triggers the demineralization of the tooth enamel. This socialization activity aims to provide education on the importance of brushing teeth with correct and effective techniques for elementary school students. The activity was conducted at SDIT Al-Azhar Kediri City, using a practical and interactive simulation approach; starting with a PowerPoint presentation, followed by a demonstration of proper tooth-brushing techniques using teaching aids. There were 84 children involved in this activity, and the results showed that approximately 90% of the participants could correctly answer the questions provided. Consequently, this socialization activity successfully increased the participants' knowledge and understanding of maintaining dental and oral health

This study discusses the analysis of the account opening procedure for E-mas Savings through the digital platform BYOND by Bank Syariah Indonesia. The selection of this topic is motivated by the development of digital services in Islamic banking and the increasing public interest in gold investment products based on sharia principles. The purpose of this study is to identify the procedure for opening an E-mas Savings account and to examine its compliance with sharia accounting principles and DSN-MUI Fatwas. This research was conducted at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tegal Sutoyo using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach to obtain an in-depth understanding of the implementation of digital-based E-mas Savings services. The focus of the research was directed toward the stages of the account opening procedure, transaction mechanisms, and the application of sharia principles in digital banking services. The results indicate that the procedure for opening an E-mas Savings account has been implemented in accordance with applicable regulations and sharia principles, although there are still obstacles related to the uneven level of customer understanding regarding digital service mechanisms. In addition, the implementation of digital services through BYOND by BSI is considered capable of providing convenience, efficiency, and flexibility for customers in conducting gold investments without having to visit bank branches directly. Therefore, increased education and socialization for customers are needed so that the utilization of E-mas Savings can run more optimally and enhance public trust in digital-based sharia investment products.

This study aims to analyze the understanding of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Harjosari II Village regarding Islamic financial inclusion and its contribution to expanding access to business capital financing. Although the national financial inclusion index continues to increase, the implementation of Islamic financial inclusion still faces challenges at the grassroots level. This research used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques consisting of observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with MSME owners in Harjosari II Village and staff from KSPPS & BMT Syariah Sejahtera (SS) Medan. The findings show that MSME owners’ understanding of Islamic financial inclusion is influenced by religiosity and the perception of justice through the profit-sharing system. Islamic financial inclusion is implemented through a kinship approach and simplified administrative procedures for the informal sector. However, the main obstacles to expanding financing access include limited Islamic financial literacy, restricted financing ceilings, and entrepreneurs’ lack of confidence in formal banking procedures. Islamic financing contributes to increasing production capacity and providing spiritual peace of mind by offering capital alternatives free from usury (riba). This study recommends strengthening direct technical socialization and implementing more flexible financing ceiling policies to support MSME growth in suburban areas.

Sumbersari Village is one of the few places where child marriage is still a problem. Children's mental health, education, and future prospects are all negatively impacted by this practice. The KKN (Community Service Program) group organizes community service projects that teach fifth and sixth graders about the dangers of child marriage and give them the opportunity to socialize. One of the strategies used is a question and answer session with incentives to increase student engagement, as well as presenting material in simple language and facilitating interactive conversations. The results show that students' interest and knowledge about child marriage risks increases. This activity has limitations due to its limited reach, especially for elementary school children, and the relatively basic nature of the subject matter. Therefore, for initiatives to combat child marriage to be more successful and sustainable, follow-up programs involving parents, adolescents, and community leaders are essential. Collaboration with relevant parties is needed to create deeper policies, as well as increase awareness of the importance of women's education and empowerment in preventing child marriage.

This article examines the implementation of a sharia financial literacy education program aimed at supporting community economic development at the Balai Perkumpulan Sub PPKBD Tambakkemerakan, Krian, driven by the persistently low level of community literacy regarding Islamic finance concepts and practices, which has the potential to impede the optimization of Islamic principles-based economic well-being. Employing the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, this study engaged community members actively throughout the processes of problem identification, program implementation, and evaluation, with activities conducted through socialization sessions, interactive discussions, and practical demonstrations of sharia-compliant financial management in real-life contexts. The findings indicate a measurable improvement in community comprehension of Islamic finance fundamentals, including the prohibition of riba (usury/interest), the importance of financial planning, and the utilization of sharia-compliant financial institutions, alongside observable attitudinal shifts toward more prudent and Islamically normative financial behavior. These outcomes suggest that the program contributes positively to fostering community economic independence and strengthening the application of Islamic economic principles at the household level.
