The purpose of this study this study describes the realization form of vowel phoneme, consonant phoneme in Indonesian language. Through this research, it is hoped that it can be useful for the Indonesian speakers, especially educators and students. In addition,In  addition, this research is expected to inspire linguistic experts to examine more comprehensively related to the realization of Indonesian vowel phonemes. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by using a collective case approach study (collection case study). Data collection using observation, listening and note-taking techniques. The instruments we use in this research data collection itself are equipped with notes and scientific journals. complete with notes and scientific journals. In this study can conclude that (1) the realization of Indonesian vowel phonemes consists of 2 kinds, namely (a) in accordance with the rules and (b) in accordance with the rules. kinds, namely (a) in accordance with the rules and (b) deviating from the rules; and (2) deviations in the realization of vowels are in the vowels /i/, /u/, and /o/ in the closing position and in derived words. Humans need language to be able to convey things to other living creatures. Each language reflects the unique worldview and understanding of the community that uses it. Language can be in spoken or written form. Written language has grammar and spelling rules that must be followed to ensure clear and consistent understanding between the writer and the reader. This research aims to analyze language errors found in public places and correct them based on appropriate grammatical rules. The descriptive qualitative method was chosen in carrying out this research so that knowledge and theories obtained through searching books, electronic books and journals are needed. Qualitative descriptive research analysis is directed at gaining knowledge or theory about research through journals and books. The method in this research also explores written material through literature review. This research uses data sourced from writings at the PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Hospital and Kartini Karanganyar Regional Hospital and then analyzed according to applicable linguistic rules. Spelling analysis in this research uses EYD V and KBBI as references. Based on the analysis carried out, there were errors in writing non-standard words, italics, capital letters, writing the affix di-, and punctuation.

The purpose of this research is to provide suggestions to help students become more disciplined. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Teachers and students at SMA N 1 Tanjung Mutiara were used as research subjects. We used interview and observation techniques to collect data. Research findings include the strategy for developing discipline at SMA N 1 Tanjung Mutiara as follows: making a mission statement, vision statement and educational goals. regardless of the rules that apply at school. The film Habibie & Ainun 3 is a 2019 Indonesian romantic biographical film directed by Hanung Bramantyo and written by Ifan Ismail. Linguistics are the elements contained in a language, whether spoken or written. All matters related to language are called linguistics. The method of data acquisition employed is documentation, which consists of listening and taking notes. Based on the results of the analysis, a variety of language styles were found which showed comparative language styles, conflicting language styles, satirical language styles, affirmative or repetition language styles.

Al-Ghazali's views regarding economics and business are not only limited to the philosophical realm, but are a synthesis between realities that occur in a society that has philosophical principles supported by reasonable reasons. Al-Ghazali based his theory on the school of Sufism in relation to business economics, which is reflected in his work, the book Ihya 'Ulum al-Din. Al-Ghazali considered many commercial and economic aspects of society, including the hierarchy1 of utility4 and its characteristics6 in determining social tasks related to welfare (mashlahah). He emphasized that individual behavioral intentions that are in harmony with Divine rules in every economic activity have the value of worship. Apart from that, Al-Ghazali views safety as the ultimate goal. His theoretical ideas about market exchange and growth, activities and hierarchies of production, barter systems and the use of money, the role of the state in creating a just, peaceful, and stable economy, and public financing are all relevant today.  

This research discusses the work of the members of the Pademangan Police Substation (Polsek Pademangan). It utilizes a qualitative research approach with the aim of understanding the compliance of the members at Polsek Pademangan. Compliance is an attitude or behavior of individuals or groups that adhere to rules, norms, or regulations established by the relevant authorities or organizations. Compliance can also be defined as the attitude or behavior of individuals or groups in following and adhering to established rules, norms, or regulations. Compliance reflects an individual's adherence to prevailing standards, whether they be legal, organizational rules, ethics, social norms, or other provisions governing behavior and actions. The purpose of compliance is to maintain order, justice, security, and efficiency in various life contexts, such as within society, organizations, or government institutions. Through compliance, an individual or group is expected to behave in accordance with established norms and not violate existing rules. Compliance often serves as the foundation for the functioning of law, ethics, and management in various sectors of life, including the business world, education, government, and society. Compliance can also be linked to an individual's responsibility towards their environment and the surrounding community. Through compliance, individuals contribute to the development and maintenance of norms that help preserve harmony and the common good. In various aspects of life, compliance is an important principle for maintaining social function and running organizations or communities efficiently and fairly.

Today's era of globalization has become one of the media used to express opinions or views. Freedom of opinion, especially on social media, is currently widely misunderstood and abused by the public, because in exercising the right to freedom of opinion, many people carry out actions which result in insults, accusations without evidence and defamation which causes loss, hurt feelings, Mental health even has an impact on suicide situations for certain individuals and groups. The problem in this research is that many social media users give opinions or views that the female artist with the real name Chintya, who is an Indonesian citizen living in Germany or better known as Bunda Corla, is a transgender. This was conveyed clearly on social media Instagram and Tiktok without supporting evidence. This is an activity of defamation, an attempt to influence other people to believe in their opinions or views to the detriment of one party. If we look at the criminal law and violations of the misuse of the right to freedom of expression on social media and the criminal sanctions for criminal acts of defamation under the guise of freedom of opinion, this already refers to 3 crimes, defamation, unpleasant acts and violations of human rights. . Persons involved in defamation cases can be charged with criminal penalties for acts of insult and/or defamation on the internet. Especially for internet users, criminal threats through Article 27 paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 45 of the ITE Law. Through this provision, internet users can also be subject to coercive measures considering the maximum penalty is 5 years in prison. The method used in research is the literature method, data collection techniques in the form of documentation and observation. Data from observations is in the form of screenshots from social media. The results of this research show that; comments on social media are included in several violations of existing laws in Indonesia, the ITE Law article 45 paragraph 1, the Defamation Law articles 310 and 311 of the Criminal Code; Threat of Criminal Defamation in the ITE Law Article 27 paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 45. This research concludes that freedom of opinion is not absolute freedom, but rather, opinion must be in accordance with ethics and norms in society and in accordance with legal regulations without harming any party. and these unpleasant acts can be prosecuted in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Freedom of opinion on Instagram and Tiktok media aimed at Mother Corla has been proven to be defamation.

Low back pain (LBP) is a non-specific condition of acute or chronic pain in or near the lumbosacral spines that can be caused by inflammatory, neoplastic, traumatic, or other disorders. Long standing can be caused discomfort for the worker’s body. A survey conducted by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in 2011, low back pain is found in the top 10 diseases in Indonesia. As for jobs that required on standing for long duration and correlation by increased risk for low back pain, one of which is in a cake company called Rotte Bakery in Pekanbaru. The production process at Rotte Bakery required a lot of human roles, especially in terms of physical aspects, allowing staffs to long standing while working which can cause ergonomic problems such as low back pain. The research conducted by observational analytic method, with a cross sectional study design. The sampling technique used accidental sampling which was statistically tested using the chi-square test. The research purposes to determine the correlation of the long standing with low back pain event on Rotte Bakery Pekanbaru city staffs 2020. The result showed that there was a relationship (p-value = 0,000) and a significant correlation (p-value < 0.05) long standing with lower back pain event on Rotte Bakery Pekanbaru city staffs. Rotte Bakery staffs advised to pay attention to standing time while working, adhere to the rules for using a complete PPE, and the company can provide education at the beginning before starting work.

In Islamic inheritance law, it is a law derived from the Qur'an where the truth of the teachings or theories is absolutely true because it is a revelation from God. Islamic inheritance law in general theory is a law conveyed by Allah SWT to the Prophet Muhammad SAW to be applied and made law by mankind. In legal philosophy it is said that the law is for humans, in Islam the Islamic inheritance law is absolute because it has been regulated in it. Problems arise in its application in society, especially in terms of the rights and acquisition of the second wife, third wife and fourth wife. There is discrimination in the distribution of inheritance that violates existing rules and provisions and there is a mental attitude that does not or is reluctant to carry out and follow the provisions of Islamic inheritance law regarding the acquisition and inheritance rights of the second wife, third wife or fourth wife.

The problem phenomenon that the author examines is related to the transition of BP-PAUD dikmas which was transferred to the Mobilizing Teachers Center on the issue of budget management human resources, which is still not effective because the Mobilizing Teachers Center handles all levels of schools, including Kindergarten/PAUD, Elementary, Middle School, High School, Vocational School and SLB, whereas Previously, BP-PAUD Dikmas handled only one level, namely TK/PAUD. This research aims to find out how accountable financial management is at the North Maluku Province Teacher Mobilization Center. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this research are through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this research show that the North Maluku Province's financial accountability center is effective, efficient and accountable because the budget implementation process is transparent and accountable in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. And the achievements of the program / activity in accordance with the program/activity implementation plan and budget of the North Maluku Provincial Mobilization Teacher Center and the Performance Agreement of the Head of the North Maluku Provincial Mobilization Teacher Center

Institutional Economics is a school of thought in economics which contains the view that economic behavior, where a person or party is greatly influenced by certain institutions. In this case, institutions themselves have a fairly broad meaning and can be briefly defined as the "rules of the game" in a community group, both formal and informal, which are deliberately designed to limit or regulate relationships between people within that community group. Formal institutions can be in the form of rules, regulations, statutory law and others; while informal institutions can be conventions, trends, culture, and so on. Thus, institutions here are not the same as organizations. The Institutional School initially emerged as a refutation of the neo-classical economic view or school which states that a person's economic behavior is solely based on each individual's desire to maximize profits (maximizing profit behavior). The term "institutional economics" was first introduced by Walton Hamilton in 1919.  

A letter is a means of conveying information in writing from one party to another. Then there are elements that fall into the category of Indonesian language errors in this letter, namely errors in using letters, errors in writing words, errors in writing punctuation marks, ineffective use of words. Errors in correspondence made by writers do not refer to letter writing standards, based on the letter writers' knowledge and skills regarding grammar and limited letter form. The location of this research is the Sindangkasih sub-district office, Ciamis Regency. The aim is to improve letter writing in agencies because there is a habit where writers only rely on samples without following new rules. The research method used in this research is descriptive analytical method. The sampling carried out was comparing three letters as material for research. The results obtained from the research and analysis on the effectiveness of sentences were six errors from the 3 letters, and in spelling errors there were nine errors from the 3 letters.

Every Muslim is required to be able to read, write, and memorize the Quran and understand its contents and apply it in everyday life. This research was conducted as an effort to obtain a reading material related to thermodynamics so that it can be more easily understood by students or other readers. In conducting research, a researcher needs to follow the rules and regulations that apply so that the results obtained can be said to be valid. This research was conducted using the literature review method, namely by looking for sources that lead to a literature review of the basic concepts of thermodynamics which in this search are very important and much needed. The results of this study are that there are implications or connectedness between the concept of a single particle system and thermodynamics. Single particle systems trapped in a potential well can be explained or understood from a thermodynamic perspective.

This study aims to determine the best selling food and beverage products at Caffe Kopi Kito. Data mining is the process of extracting useful information and patterns from very large data. Data mining includes data collection, data extraction, data analysis, and data statistics. The Apriori algorithm is a classic algorithm in data mining. This algorithm is used to see the intensity of occurrence of the relevant itemset or frequent items or association rules. This study uses consumer transaction data for 30 days in January 2023. Transaction data will be collected first based on the day and number of transactions, then the transaction data that has been collected will be grouped according to each item, the data that has been grouped will be carried out a priori algorithm process to determine the most dominant product. Then a system design will be carried out whose result will be a website. The results showed that using the website-based a priori algorithm could determine the most dominant product at Caffe Kopi Kito and make it easier for users to determine the most dominant product. Based on the results of product sales analysis at Cafee Kopi Kito, it can be concluded that working on the a priori algorithm on Caffe Kopi Kito using a website can be said to have the result of a product combination and in the future it can be used to create the best-selling menu packages at Cafee Kopi Kito.

Banking is a financial institution that plays an important role in a country’s economy. One of the current economic developments in Indonesia is the emergence of sharia-based financial institution, one of which is sharia banking. Like the function of banking itself, namely as an intermediary between people who need capital and people who have excess capital. One of sharia banking services is financing, namely the distribution of money by banks to costumers who need working capital. The bank provides capital to customers as business capital whose business result are calculated from the results according to the agreement. But in reality, it is not uncommon for customers to fail to pay for this financing. One of the reasons for the cessation of funding itself is the possibility of worsening business conditions. To minimize the risk of bad financing itself, banks must be able to make clear rules. In this article, Bank SUMUT Syariah Karya Rantau Prapat discusses various strategies for dealing with bad financing.

Foreign Object Debris is any object, any object that is alive or not lying in an improper place around the airport environment that could allow an accident to airport personnel and damage an aircraft. This study aims to determine the Optimization of Foreign Object Debrish (FOD) Supervision by AMC Officers at H.A.S Hanandjoeddin International Airport and obstacles in Optimizing Foreign Object Debrish (FOD) Supervision by AMC Officers at H.A.S Hanandjoeddin International Airport and how to overcome them. This study used a qualitative method with data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity techniques use source triangulation and triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The result of this study is that the supervision of the AMC unit on Foreign Object Debrish (FOD) by AMC officers at H.A.S Hanandjoeddin International Airport is carried out, which is in accordance with SOPs and supervision carried out in coordination with the unit (Safety Risk, Quality Control TJQ) and routinely conducts FOD walks every 1 month, Supervision of AMC officers related to Foreign Object Debrish (FOD) standard by conducting socialization to Ground Handling to conduct daily FOD checks before parking aircraft and handling. FOD supervision is carried out by the AMC unit in the morning before operating hours, flight lag times, and the last flight. The supervision is carried out by giving directions to GH (ground handling) to maintain each other's cleanliness. Obstacles in Optimizing Foreign Object Debrish (FOD) Supervision by AMC Officers at H.A.S Hanandjoeddin International Airport include: lack of facilities, and lack of passenger awareness. How to overcome obstacles in the application of optimizing Foreign Object Debrish (FOD) supervision by AMC officers at H.A.S Hanandjoeddin International Airport, is to hold facilities such as CCTV or FOD detection cameras and runway cleaning car tools and socialize passengers about the dangers of FOD to increase passenger awareness so as not to throw garbage when passing through the apron area, Distribute brochures and attach appeals and sanctions for violators of the rules so that passengers can be aware of the dangers of throwing garbage around the airport area, especially the airside area and provide trash cans in the airside area to prevent passengers from littering.

Indonesia is a state of law. every element of the life of the nation and state is regulated by law. problems then arise, because as a state of law that has many rules the problem of over regulation cannot be avoided. Coupled with the disharmonisation of legislation makes the problem more complicated. Of course, the stages of the formation of laws and regulations must pay attention to the principles that have prevailed in the previous provisions. The presence of institutions for harmonisation is also needed in this case. In this paper, the author uses normative juridical research, which is a study of approaches to laws and regulations which are then elaborated by examining several literature materials so as to obtain results regarding the harmonisation of laws and regulations.
