The phenomenon f fatherly parenting plays a vital role in shaping the emotional and social experiences of daughters, particularly in forming romantic relationships. The role of fathers is often overlooked in parenting, even though it significantly influences the development of a daughter's personality and interpersonal relationships. Fathers who are emotionally involved can provide a sense of security, confidence, and an understanding of love. This study aims to describe the experiences of young adult women regarding their fathers' parenting roles and their impact on romantic relationships. This study adopts a phenomenological approach using purposive sampling techniques. The research was conducted over four months, and data were collected through interviews and observations. Five participants aged 18 to 25 years, with experiences of both positive and negative fatherly parenting and a history of romantic relationships, were involved in this study. The results show that positive fatherly parenting fosters positive romantic relationship experiences, such as the ability to build trust and intimacy. Conversely, hostile fatherly parenting leads to negative relationship patterns, such as distrust or a need for emotional validation. The lack of fatherly parenting also drives women to seek a father figure in others and to feel less trustful toward their partners. These findings demonstrate that the father's role in parenting has a significant impact on young adult women's romantic relationships.

The story, which focuses on Sawerigading's adventures, not only presents an epic story but also reflects the significant cultural, economic, and political exchanges in Southeast Asia's maritime region. Since the 7th century, the archipelago has been a vital trade route connecting various cultures, with Chinese traders playing a key role in the flow of goods and knowledge. Through the La Galigo Epos, it can be seen how elements of Chinese culture, including shipping technology, trade practices, and social values, have contributed to the development of the archipelago's cultural identity. This integration not only enriches the local culture, but also expands the social and economic horizons of the community. The relationship between the two cultures is the foundation for emerging social and governmental dynamics, demonstrating the positive impact as well as the challenges faced in complex cultural interactions. This epoch is not just a story, but also a historical document that provides important insights into the development of maritime cultural identity in Southeast Asia. By tracing the intercultural relationships established in the La Galigo Epos, we can understand how these interactions shape the region's cultural diversity and richness, as well as provide valuable lessons for future generations in preserving cultural heritage.

Penelitian ini mengembangkan kerangka analitis dan normatif untuk transformasi kebijakan publik yang mengoptimalkan model Quintuple Helix dalam mendorong komersialisasi produk ramah lingkungan dari sumber daya lokal Indonesia. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif berbasis kajian literatur sistematis, studi ini mengidentifikasi tiga tantangan utama: fragmentasi arsitektur kebijakan Indonesia, asimetri relasional antar aktor, dan kesenjangan nilai dalam rantai komersialisasi sumber daya lokal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa transformasi efektif memerlukan rekonfigurasi fundamental pada dimensi struktural, prosedural, dan substantif kebijakan publik. Kerangka operasional yang dikembangkan mengintegrasikan perspektif transition management dengan teori institutional work dalam model bertahap-namun-sistemik yang melampaui dikotomi reformisme gradual versus revolusi radikal. Studi ini memperluas pemahaman tentang governance transformatif dengan mengintegrasikan multi-perspektif teoretis dan mengembangkan mekanisme konkret untuk mengimplementasikan kolaborasi Quintuple Helix dalam konteks asimetri kekuasaan. Implikasi praktikal mencakup rekomendasi strategis untuk rekonfigurasi kelembagaan, pengembangan platform kolaboratif multi-skalar, dan intervensi targeted pada nexus kritis rantai nilai produk berkelanjutan

Krisis ekologis di Kalimantan Tengah ditandai oleh deforestasi, ekspansi perkebunan monokultur, serta penambangan ilegal yang berdampak serius terhadap lingkungan dan kehidupan masyarakat adat Dayak. Situasi ini menuntut respons yang tidak hanya bersifat teknis, tetapi juga teologis dan kultural. Artikel ini menawarkan pembacaan baru terhadap Handep Hapakat prinsip hidup komunal masyarakat Dayak sebagai praksis ekologi integral dan model ekopastoral kontekstual dalam terang ajaran Gereja Katolik, khususnya ensiklik Laudato Si’. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan orientasi hermeneutika teologis-kultural melalui studi kepustakaan terhadap literatur budaya Dayak, dokumen Gereja, dan kajian ekoteologi kontemporer. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Handep Hapakat tidak sekadar merupakan konstruksi sosial, melainkan praksis spiritual-ekologis yang menegaskan relasi harmonis antara manusia, komunitas, alam, dan Sang Pencipta. Nilai kebersamaan, tanggung jawab kolektif, dan musyawarah yang terkandung di dalamnya sejalan dengan visi ekologi integral yang menghubungkan dimensi ekologis, sosial, budaya, dan spiritual secara utuh. Artikel ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi Handep Hapakat dalam karya pastoral Gereja memiliki potensi transformatif dalam membangun kesadaran ekologis, memperkuat inkulturasi iman, serta mendorong keterlibatan komunitas dalam merawat rumah bersama secara berkelanjutan.

This article aims to explain how the Theory of Power Relations explained by Michel Foucault. This research uses a qualitative method with an analytical-philosophical approach from literature studies, so that the main sources in the research are books, journals, websites and related literature regarding power relations from Michel Foucault. The results obtained that what is known as power relations is explained as power is far different from the definitions found. If many parties or thinkers place the substance of power in the central leader who is legally vertical. So, Foucault in the Theory of Power Relations puts the definition of power as widespread, power according to him is everywhere, anytime, and is not bound by any authority. In Foucault's view of Power Relations, it can dissect many social phenomena that are realized or not, often Power Relations occur because for Foucault the condition for the existence of power is the main existence of "relations", so that from this relationship it will create itself by highlighting whose knowledge is greater, then that is what will dominate. Because power will be seen when in a relationship there is control over knowledge that is more striking, at the same time in the Power Relations is the production of knowledge for those who are being controlled. In this case, the author found a case of alleged sexual harassment carried out by a disabled man without hands named Agus Buntung who was suspected of sexual harassment, in this case Agus committed the act of harassment despite the presence of hands using Power Relations by relying on the production of knowledge he has, namely producing knowledge by playing with someone's emotions, so that a woman who was targeted was then dominated and ultimately could be easily harassed.

This study aims to find out how the influence of corporate image and relational marketing on consumer purchase decisions. The sample in this study is 78 people who use CV services. Zia car Banda Aceh. This study is a survey research with a quantitative approach, using the multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study show that the corporate image (,X-1.) has a positive influence and a significant level below 0.05, namely (0.00 < 0.05) or ,H-a . is accepted on the consumer's purchase decision (Y) on CV. Zia of Banda Aceh car partially (ttable > tcal value or 4,512 > 1,664). Relational marketing (,X-2.) has a positive influence and a significant level below 0.05 namely (0.015 < 0.05) or ,H-a . is accepted on the consumer's purchase decision (Y) on CV. Zia of Banda Aceh car partially (tcount value > ttable or 2,492 1,664). The most dominant variable has an influence on consumer purchase decisions (Y) on CV. Zia car Banda Aceh is a variable of the company's image (,X-1.) with a ttable > tcount value or 4,512 > 1,664 and the smallest significant value 0.00. The results of the F test show that the variables of company image (,X-1.) and relational marketing (,X-2.) together have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase decisions (Y) on CV. Based on the results of the research, the author suggests that the quality of service can be improved and maintained so that consumers are not disappointed with the service and consumers will be loyal to continue buying used cars at CV. Penelitian ini berkeinginan kepada mengerti seputar mana sumbangan ibu bapak seperti pelekat koneksi bagian dalam marga Stasi Luwuk Bunter Paroki St. Joan Don Bosco Sampit. Dalam penentuan ini, ibu bapak berperan tutor lazim di bagian dalam marga kepada mengeratkan koneksi koneksi jarak budak-budak tambah ibu bapak menelusuri relasi yang dedikasi dan lancar. Metode yang digunakan bagian dalam penentuan ini adalah penentuan deskriptif kualitatif tambah ikhtiar penyatuan petunjuk memperuntukkan observasi, pertemuan dan dokumentasi. Teknik polemik petunjuk penentuan ini memperuntukkan ikhtiar polemik miles and Huberman yang terurai punca tiga stadium yaitu, Data Reduction ( Reduksi Data), Data Display (Pengajian Data) dan Conclusion/Verification (Penarikan Kesimpulan). Narasumber yang digunakan bagian dalam penentuan ini adalah 5 ibu bapak dan 4 budak-budak. Hasil yang didapat menelusuri penentuan yang sangkil dilaksanakan oleh dabir bahwa sumbangan ibu bapak seperti pelekat koneksi bagian dalam marga di Stasi Luwuk Bunter berfungsi tambah dedikasi. Peran ibu bapak seperti penasihat adalah ganjat menyerahkan ideologi-ideologi dan nasehat untuk anaknya sebagai menggiatkan budak kepada merengkuh cita-citanya.

Sin and the past are two crucial concepts in Christian spirituality that significantly impact an individual’s spiritual life. Sin is defined as a violation of God’s law, resulting in damage and conflict. Meanwhile, the past encompasses the totality of past events and experiences, including sins committed, which can carry emotional and spiritual burdens. Sin separates humans from God, but God forgives through the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. Handling sin and the past involves confession of sins, repentance, acceptance of forgiveness, learning from the past, and transformation through Christ’s love. Biblical teachings provide guidance in facing sin and the past, encouraging self-forgiveness and forgiveness of others. In daily life, this is applied through worship, spiritual growth, Christian community, meditation, service, and self-awareness. By following these principles, Christians can overcome the challenges posed by sin and the past, attain peace, and experience spiritual growth and restoration of their relationship with God

Building a relationship with God requires a balance between reason and faith. Although often perceived as contradictory, they complement each other. Humans, with their limited reasoning, can acknowledge the presence of God through the experience of faith. This process is not merely intellectual, but also involves the light of faith that enables one to feel God's presence in daily life. Spiritual quality is key in fostering an intimate relationship with God. Prayer, meditation, and adoration serve as means to enhance spiritual quality. The research methodology of this article employs the literature review method, presenting insights from various relevant sources on building a relationship with God. In conclusion, seeking and finding God necessitates a balance between reason and faith. Spiritual quality, theological perspectives, and embracing faith in Christ aid individuals in experiencing God's presence in their lives.

This research focuses on exploring the cosmological and humanization values contained in the Blatan Balikculture of the Ipir, Nuha and Hebing tribes gathered in one traditional house in Tanarawa, Waiblama, Maumere-Flores-East Nusa Tenggara. Blatan Balikculture is a rite that contains reconciling the cosmos with fellow creations or in the language of Tana Ai (blatan gahu rou), and the second is cooling valuable items stored in traditional houses such as gongs, bahar, ivory and other valuable objects in the traditional house (lepo). These two rites are an act of respect and reconciliation with creation. Therefore, exploring the comological and humanization wealth contained in the Blatan Balikculture is a form of respect for the nature of creation and also a process of humanization and the value of local wisdom. Respect for created nature and a process of humanization is the basis of life wisdom in the form of a framework of knowledge, a framework of belief both in integralistic family unity or unity in the wider community, and shows the noble values in the culture. So exploring the wealth of cosmology and humanization in the Blatan Balikculture is a form of respect for nature and reconciliation with fellow creatures and a life wisdom of the Tana Ai- Tanarawa, Waiblama, Maumere-Flores-East Nusa Tenggara community. This research uses qualitative research with data collection techniques through interviews and literature studies, collecting sources from journals, related books. This research found that the Blatan Balikculture of the Nuha Tanarawa tribe is a model of humanization and cosmology relations, between fellow humans, nature, other fellow creations and the giver of life. The values that flow from this culture are reconciliation and responsibility for nature, preservation of valuable objects in the Nuha tribe, and human harmony in relationships. The contribution of this research lies in the ultimate values and wisdom of the Tana Ai people in maintaining humanization relations between others and preserving nature.

Facebook social media (social media) has a significant influence on interaction, this social media is one of the choices of social media users in sharing information both entertainment and other important information. Social media users use this platform to increase religious knowledge that can be easily accessed. This study tries to reveal how much the interaction variable on Facebook has an influence on the variable of increasing users' religious knowledge. This study was designed using a quantitative research approach that uses a percentage formula to obtain the magnitude or percentage of influence for users. The respondents of this study amounted to 20 people who were randomly selected from the population of Facebook social media users and took data sources for 2 weeks. The results showed significance between variables, namely 90% of interactions on Facebook influenced the increase in religious knowledge with 70% active users online every day. Other Jawabab given by respondents were 90% of users accessing general knowledge, 85% accessing entertainment, 75% accessing viral news, the rest of others amounting to 65%.

Dating is a relationship between two individuals of different sexes sex. Dating doesn't always go well, individuals can't resolving conflicts will use violence as a way out. This research aims to find out the causes and processes why women commit dating violence. This research aims to find out and research the causal factors the occurrence of violence in dating and self-defense of victims of domestic violence in a relationship. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection carried out by direct interviews with open-ended questions. The research participants numbered eight informants, namely three victims, three perpetrators and two additional informants. Based on the research results, factors were found The occurrence of violence in dating is caused by personal character blaming others, making a big deal out of small things, lack of emotional regulation, as well as selfishness, and excessive thinking. Violent behavior that has been carried out by informants, namely physical violence in the form of kicking, slapping, as well as hitting and in the form of psychological violence in the form of calls bad, forcing, threatening, humiliating, cursing and shouting.

This article aims to describe the results of women's gender analysis and the differences in views of A.R. Rizal and Maman Suherman regarding gender relations in their novels. This article uses a qualitative descriptive method. The object of this research is the novels "Maransi" and "Re and Perempuan". This article focuses on problems related to women's injustice and women's consciousness which are studied using gender analysis. Data was obtained using reading and note-taking techniques. The results of this research show: (1) the novel "Maransi" presents gender relations which are dominated by men. A slight difference with the novel "Re: and Perempuan" where the beginning of the story also presents male domination, but continues with the character's efforts to fight against male domination. In the end, the characters in the novel "Re: and Perempuan" prove that women are not always under the power of men. (2) The novel "Maransi" presents a story about the strong culture that influences freedom for women. The novel "Re and Perempuan" presents resistance to male domination, thus proving that women can be independent and powerful.

This research discusses the role of organizational communication in MPF Analog institutions in building relationships between other organizations with the aim of exploring the role that affects the success or failure of organizational communication in building relationships or relationships with other organizations. This research uses the literature review method (library research). The quotations in this paper are based on expert opinions and the results of previous research on organizational communication. This research provides insight into how organizational communication can be used as an effective tool for building relationships between organizations and identifies areas for improvement. It includes recommendations for improving communication strategies and the development of stronger inter-organizational interactions.
