This research aims to explore strategies for maximizing human capital in the context of advancing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies within the workforce. The study employs a phenomenological approach to understand individuals' experiences and perceptions regarding AI integration in the workplace. Through purposive sampling, data were gathered from a diverse pool of professionals across industries. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to delve into participants' perspectives on the impact of AI on job roles, skill requirements, and organizational dynamics. Thematic analysis was employed to identify recurring patterns and emergent themes within the qualitative data. Preliminary findings suggest a nuanced interplay between AI technologies and human capabilities, highlighting the need for upskilling, retraining, and fostering adaptability among employees. The study contributes to the discourse on optimizing human resources amidst rapid technological advancements, offering insights for organizational strategies to harness the synergy between human expertise and AI innovations in the future workforce.

The sample selection includes individuals from various industries known for fostering talent development, such as technology, education, and business. Through thematic analysis, the collected data are systematically examined to identify recurring patterns, emerging themes, and innovative practices in talent cultivation. Results reveal multifaceted strategies encompassing personalized learning, mentorship programs, continuous feedback mechanisms, and proactive skill development initiatives. Furthermore, the study highlights the significance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI technologies to enhance talent development efforts. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how organizations can harness human potential effectively amidst technological advancements, paving the way for sustainable talent management practices in the AI era.    

Community Service is an obligation for lecturers to carry out the Tridharma of Higher Education. The activity was carried out on June 18, 2022 in Jelamung RT 05 RW 02, Kemujan Karimujawa which was attended by 12 participants. The purpose of this service is to know how to maintain fishing boat outboard engines in general, which is used to change the engine oil, cleaning the air filter and fuel filter, testing the injectors and adjusting the valves, in addition it is to know the reason why the engine cannot start. Therefore, someone should check the fuel flow, opening the fuel filter and cleaning it. The implementation of this program is for fishermen’s beneficial, hance they can maintain and overcome engine damage for the sake of progress and increase the income.

Ikan cupang merupakan salah satu komoditas ikan hias air tawar yang banyak diminati baik di pasar domestik maupun internasional (ekspor). Waktu yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah tanggal 13 Oktober 2022 Lokasi penelitian ini berada di Medan Johar. Pemijahan ikan cupang diawali dengan perawatan ikan cupang jantan yaitu mengeluarkan busa dari mulutnya kemudian diletakkan di permukaan sebagai sarang untuk bertelur. Setelah itu sang jantan akan mencari betina yang siap dijadikan indukan. mitra. Setelah ikan jantan mendapatkan pasangan yang cocok, ikan betina akan melepaskan sel telur yang diikuti dengan keluarnya sel sperma oleh ikan jantan. Telur yang telah dibuahi akan dibawa oleh pejantan ke buih yang ada di permukaan. Pada masa hingga menetas, ikan jantan akan menjaga telur-telur tersebut hingga benar-benar menetas. Bahkan hingga anakan cupang mandiri. Jika ada buih yang pecah maka mereka akan segera membuat buih yang sama agar telur benar-benar bisa menetas. Daun ketapang mengandung senyawa aktif berupa antosianin dan tanin, namun pigmen tanin lebih dominan yang berpotensi menjadi sumber zat warna. Kandungan tanin pada ketapang dapat menghasilkan warna coklat, sedangkan antosianin menghasilkan warna merah. Penggunaan daun ketapang dapat menurunkan pH air sekitar 5 pH dan membuat air menjadi lebih gelap dan kondisi ini dapat membantu reproduksi ikan.    

Individu yang menderita penyakit TB Paru sering merasa tidak berdaya, menolak, merasa bersalah, merasa rendah diri, dan menarik diri dari orang lain karena khawatir penyakit yang diderita menular kepada orang lain. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah sakit Tentara Tingkat IV Pematang Siantar pada bulan bulan Agustus sampai dengan bulan desember 2022. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain studi korelasional yang mengkaji hubungan antara variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 15 orang, teknik sampel yang digunakan accidental sampling. Skala ukur yang digunakan adalah skala likert dan cara ukur skala rasio. Tehnik pengolahan data dilakukan secara editing, coding, tabulating dengan tehnik analisa data kuantitatif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah dukungan keluarga dan harga diri. Mayoritas responden yang berada pada kategori dukungan keluarga yang kurang sebanyak 6 orang (40 %), dan minoritas kategori dukungan keluarga yang baik sebanyak 4 orang (26,67 %). Mayoritas responden yang memiliki harga diri terganggu 9 orang (60 %), dan minoritas responden memiliki harga diri tidak terganggu 6 orang (40 %). Dukungan keluarga berhubungan secara positif dengan hubungan yang sedang terhadap harga diri pasien TB Paru r hitung 0,5 dengan nilai r tabel 0,027 dengan α = 0,05 maka r hitung 0,5 > r tabel 0,027 sehingga disimpulkan bahwa hipotesa dapat diterima, artinya ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan harga diri pasien TB Paru yang dirawat Di Rumah Sakit Tentara Tingkat IV Pematang Siantar. Diharapkan kepada perawat agar melibatkan keluarga pasien aktif dalam memberikan saran dan semangat seperti memberikan reward kepada pasien TB Paru untuk mempercepat penyembuhannya, karena yang paling berperan dalam proses kesembuhannya dan harga diri pasien tidak terganggu adalah keluarga.  

MT. MPMT XV merupakan kapal tanker yang dalam kegiatan bongkar muat mengangkut mutan cair, sehingga rawan akan terjadinya kecelakaan yang mengakibatkan pencemaran laut yang disebabkan oleh tumpahan minyak. Selama kurang dari 5 tahun terakhir ini banyak kejadian yang menyebakan terjadinya tumpahan minyak di wilayah Indonesia sehingga mengakibatkan pencemaran laut dengan kerugian yang tidak sedikit. Pencegahan terjadinya pencemaran laut harus dapat dilakukan oleh awak kapal MT. MPMT XV dengan melalui berbagai proses dan langkah-langkah yang harus satu tujuan antara perusaahaan dengan kapal, sehingga sanksi atau denda yang akan ditanggung oleh perusahaan bila terjadi pencemaran dapat dihindari. Tujuan penilitian ini untuk mengetahui cara pencegahan terjadinya pencemaran laut yang disebabkan oleh tumpahan minyak dan sanksi yang akan di tanggung oleh perusahaan bila terjadi pencemaran laut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, kajian-kajian di lapangan dianalisis secara ilmiah, dan leterasi pustaka yang berasal dari berbagai sumber. Hasil dai penelitian ini meningkatkan keterampilan dan keilmuan awak kapal MT. MPMT XV sehingga tidak melakukan kesalahan dalam kegiatan bongkar muat yang dapat mengakibatkan pencemaran laut.

Main engine merupakan mesin utama pada kapal yang terdiri dari beberapa unit yang berfungsi untuk menggerakkan kapal. Sebelum kapal beroperasi, kondisi main engine harus dipastikan dalam keadaan baik. Untuk memastikan mesin dalam keadaan baik, perlu dilakukan perawatan dan pengujian untuk menjaga keamanan mesin. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan system safety device yang merupakan salah satu perangkat keamanan yang digunakan untuk mencegah terjadinya kerusakan pada main engine. Pengujian safety device ini dilakukan untuk memastikan pada saat mesin beroperasi, kecepatan dan suhu dari mesin tersebut dalam kondisi sesuai standard yang sudah ditetapkan agar mesin beroperasi dalam keadaan aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keamanan dan keselamatan diesel main engine melalui beberapa tahapan pengujian safety device dengan standard yang sudah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan mesin dan disetujui oleh Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengamatan secara langsung saat proses pengujian. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pengujian safety device melalui tahapan mulai dari pengujian fresh water temperature, pengujian oil pressure, pengujian oil leaking, pengujian over speed. Dari keempat pengujian tersebut maka didapatkan hasil yang optimal dan aman dalam mengoperasikan mesin induk kapal Tug Boat karena memenuhi persyaratan sistem safety device dari standar maker serta di approve oleh Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia.

The Community Service Partners are the management of the Family Welfare Development Team (TP-PKK) in West Bungo Village, Bungo Regency. The majority of PKK administrators, besides their activities as housewives, also work in government, private and entrepreneurial institutions, where due to business, consumption patterns and types of food eaten are unhealthy, such as fast- food which can be bad for the health of the body. especially reproductive health. Therefore, the purpose of this activity is to provide training and skills for TP-PKK administrators in making traditional herbal drinks with raw materials from rhizome plants such as Ginger, Turmeric, Temu Lawak, Kencur, Galangal which are very useful in helping to maintain body and reproductive health. in productive Ages.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tugas dan fungsi kepala desa dan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa Silungkang Duo Kota Sawahlunto. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah Kualitatif dan sumber datanya menggunakan sumber data primer. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Informan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang, terdiri dari Staf Desa Silungkang Duo, Ketua Badan Permusyawaratan Desa, Ketua PKK, dan tokoh masyarakat di Desa Silungkang Duo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis tugas dan fungsi kepala desa dan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan masyarakat di Desa Silungkang Duo, kepala desa memiliki tugas dan fungsi penting dalam meningkatkan pelayanan masyarakat di Desa Silungkang Duo. Peran dinas Desa Silungkang Duo sudah baik dan telah disesuaikan dengan tugas dan fungsi formal dan legal menjadi satu kewajiban bagi seorang kepala desa. Peran Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dalam pelayanan Desa Silungkang Duo sudah baik dan sangat membantu pemerintah desa dalam kegiatan pembangunan kelestarian lingkungan dan penguasaan potensi desa. Bahkan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa sangat berpengaruh dalam proses pembuatan peraturan desa yang dilakukan bersama kepala desa. Posisi yang kuat ini dapat dilihat dari tugas dan wewenang Badan Permusyawaratan Desa.

The design is the result obtained from the first focus group discussion, then the results of the second focus group discussion explain the proposed new design drawings for the elderly's kitchen to the elderly, related to the suggestions obtained from the results of the first focus group discussion and the senior citizens agree with the results drawn, by having a height, width, length according to body size by adding non-permanent footing facilities in front making it easier for users to reach the kitchen for cooking activities, floors that are designed to be safe and non-slippery, and additional cupboard facilities to make it easier to store cooking utensils.Sig (2-tailed) of 0.003 <0.05 indicates that the H1 hypothesis is accepted.

This study was an attempt to explore the nexus between career development and employee job performance in UNTAG Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. The study was necessitated following the need to institute career development programs in organizations for employees to acquire additional knowledge for improved job performance. This study was a survey-type of research that employed a correlational design in an attempt to ascertain the magnitude of the relationship between the studied variables. Structured questionnaires were administered to a sample size of 250 drawn from the population of the study. The Likert 5- point scale was used in quantifying responses while simple regression was employed in determining the degree of the relationship between career development and employee job performance. The result shows a strong relationship between career mentoring and the quality of employee job performance in the organization and concludes that organizations that wish to improve on employee job performance must institute and entrench career mentoring necessary for skill acquisition. The study recommends that organizations should encourage career counseling activities as a leeway to providing a sustainable framework upon which employees acquire the needed operational skills that will enhance their job performance in a typical organization.

The most noticeable impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic are school closures and online distance learning (PJJ). Online learning uses the Internet to provide teaching materials to students. Barriers to online learning are felt by both teachers and students, with streaming learning via Zoom sometimes having unstable internet connections. Another obstacle to online learning between teachers and students is the teacher-student relationship. You look nervous because you get stuck in the Zoom application. A barrier to online learning between students and parents is that it is difficult for working parents to tutor their children because they are working. The impact of online learning itself takes the form of reduced learning ability and changes in student behavior. The purpose of this non-research journal is that schools need new strategies to meet their post-pandemic educational goals. In order to overcome this, it is necessary to develop human resources by implementing education that reflects the cultural characteristics of the country. Education must respond not only to global requirements, but also to developments in digital technology.

A small cassava chip business is a household business that produces snacks made from special cassava snacks. The single most important factor influencing the performance of small businesses in Singapore is their marketing strategy, which takes into account their products, prices, promotions and distribution locations. This research was conducted in the small business community of Bandar Khalipah Village in Percut Sei Tuan district. The purpose of this study was to understand the mix marketing strategies used by the Singapore government. Descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques with notes, and documentation are the methods used for analysis.  Research results 1) the marketing mix strategy used by small businesses in Singapore is a product made with good quality materials, good quantity, has a handle, and is wrapped in plastic. The quoted price is equal to the price. The traditional promotional method still used in Cassava Chips is "lewd mouth to mouth" and "place/distribution channel" is "products marketed slim in the place of production then exist" i.e. "channeled to consumers" through "wholesalers". 2) Product and price are internal determining factors. Externally influenced factors include increased sales during peak hours, while internally influenced factors include sluggish production and promotion locations. External factors that become obstacles include business competitors and seasonal raw materials.

This study aims to determine how to make scrub leaves gotu kola, knowing the feasibility sensory test and knowing the condition of stretch marks after using scrub leaves gotu kola. This study was conducted by observation, interviews, questionnaires, experiments, documentation, and literature. The analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis. The manufacture of powder starts from the preparation of tools and materials, washing, weighing, drying, rarefaction, weighing dry leaves. The powder is taken to taste and mixed using olive oil. The product results are submitted to five expert validators to test the feasibility of the product using sensory tests. The feasibility of the product was tested by color averaging 4,7 in the very decent category, aroma averaging 4,1 in the decent category, texture averaging 4,1 in the decent category, ease of use averaging 3,9 in the moderately decent category, packaging averaging 4,9 in the very decent category. There is an improvement in the product that is more mashed powder, mixing powder using warm water and olive oil in a ratio of 1:2 and cooling scrub enough 5-10 minutes. Based on the results of the feasibility of the product can be concluded concluded that the product scrub leaves gotu kola feasible to be a new innovation in the manufacture of scrubs. The use of scrubs for 6 times conducted by 10 respondents resulted in the condition of stretch marks that fade, skin texture becomes more flat and the stretch decreases.

Besarnya pengeluaran biaya pakan konsentrat pada usaha ternak masih menjadi masalah umum bagi para peternak. Memilih alternatif pakan memiliki kandungan protein lebih tinggi seperti pemanfaatan larva Black Soldier Fly dapat dijadikan solusi permasalahannya. Oleh karena itu, kelompok 02 KKN-T UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur mengadakan sosialisasi dan pelatihan budidaya larva Black Soldier Fly (BSF) di desa Nglebak, kecamatan Bareng, kabupaten Jombang. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah adanya budidaya larva BSF akan menjadi solusi pakan ternak yang secara berkelanjutan. Metode pelaksanaannya yaitu dengan melakukan penyuluhan dan pelatihan secara langsung tentang cara perawatan dan budidaya larva BSF kepada kader PKK desa Nglebak. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah adanya produksi maggot BSF sebagai pakan ternak alternatif, pupuk organik dalam bentuk cair dan padat, reduksi sampah rumah tangga dan modul budidaya BSF. Hasil monitoring dan evaluasi juga menunjukkan adanya antusias warga untuk mengadakan budidaya yang sama.

Counseling about drug abuse is very important, especially among youth generation. This age period is a group that is prone to drug abuse because of the desire to do experiment, seek identity, seek recognition and lifestyle. The counseling aims to provide knowledge and understanding about the disadvantages of drug abuse, the impact of drug abuse and the legal impact of drug abuse. This counseling is important as a preventive effort to overcome the danger of drugs. Hopefully, the youth generation will be more interested to find out what drugs are and examine the pros and cons without having to try and learn from other’s experience.

Education has become the center of transformation in the social, economic, and political fields and has become an integrative force in people's lives. Entrepreneurship must be given as early as possible so that what is a concern in society against graduates from an educational institution, namely unemployment, can be eliminated. Therefore, the principal as a person who has entrepreneurial policies and competencies must be able to develop entrepreneurship well. This research uses a quantitative approach with a case study type. This research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Paiton Probolinggo. The selection of the research location is based on the consideration that the researcher is easy to get information and the location is a madrasa that implements the Information technology class and the adiwiyata program in Paiton. The informants in this study were the principal, teachers and students. Techniques in data collection used participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The principal's strategy in developing entrepreneurship is done with three strategies, namely formulation strategy, implementation strategy, and evaluation strategy. 

The occurrence of the covid-19 pandemic caused a forced change in learning methods. The changes that occur are changes from the 2013 curriculum to an independent curriculum whose goal is to catch up on learning. This study aims to identify and examine the "Implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Mobilizing Schools". This study uses a qualitative method of content analysis. Data in content analysis is collected by collecting and analyzing documents, both written documents, drawings, works, and electronics and the results reported are in the form of an analysis of these documents. The independent curriculum is a learning method that refers to the talent and interest approach. The results and discussion of this study explain the meaning of implementation and independent curriculum in driving schools. Through the Mobilization School, it is hoped that it will be able to realize an advanced Indonesia that is sovereign, independent, and has personality through the creation of Pancasila Students.

Latar Belakang: Masa pandemi COVID-19 menimbulkan dampak negatif dalam kesehatan mental salah satunya kecemasan, pasien dengan GGK yang menjalani hemodialisis (HD), cenderung mengalami kecemasan karena pengobatan HD di rumah sakit yang tidak bisa dihindarkan membuat pasien HD lebih berisiko tertular COVID-19. Tujuan: Mengetahui gambaran tingkat kecemasan pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis di masa pandemi COVID-19 di RS Bhayangkaran dan RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif analitik. Responden berjumlah 45 orang, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner ZSAS (Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale) yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti dan sudah teruji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil: Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kecemasan dalam penelitian ini terbanyak mengalami kecemasan ringan sebanyak 35 responden (78%), terkecil mengalami kecemasan sedang sebanyak 10 responden (22%) dan tidak ada (0%) responden yang mengalami kecemasan berat.Simpulan: Diharapkan perawat di unit HD lebih memperhatikan intervensi untuk menurunkan kecemasan terutama di masa pandemi COVID-19.

This counseling session is anticipated to raise the SMA Kalam Kudus II Jakarta students' awareness of the importance of utilizing adolescent-appropriate and safe skin care products and how to select them. This counseling procedure is conducted offline for counseling participants at Kalam Kudus II Jakarta High School. The given counseling material addresses a variety of adolescent skin conditions, as well as the many types of skincare ingredients and how to choose the appropriate one based on the adolescent's skin. Compared to the Pre-test, which was administered prior to the presenter's explanation of the topic, there was an increase in knowledge on the Post-test. Therefore, it can be inferred that participants gained knowledge from this activity's material and conversations, particularly in regards to the skincare material offered.
