This study aims to identify and analyze the visualization of the expression of the main character of the droid, namely Kabasaran in the digital comic Nusantara Droid War using a visual language approach through the wimba 4 method (illustration). Visual analysis includes elements and principles of visual language by classifying Kabasaran character expressions based on the suitability of the form language method. The results of the analysis show the depiction of expressions, using detailed line drawings and thin shading on the eyes, eyebrows, nose and mouth. The way of depiction in Kabasaran expression uses expressive depiction, distortion, and lines. Expressive drawing uses lines that give the effect of wrinkles between the eyes. Enlarged distortion depiction, used for the eyes, mouth, and teeth. Overall, the face is described as smooth, not many thick lines that give the impression of wrinkles or an old impression which is adapted to the character of Kabasaran in the comic, which is a small child.   Keywords: Expression Visualization, Visual Language, Form Language

Pendidikan merupakan suatu hal yang paling penting untuk membentuk kepribadian seseorang. Penanaman dan penguatan karakter peserta didik era modern saat ini memiliki tantangan tersendiri khususnya bagi para guru di Indonesia. Tantangan juga dihadapi oleh diri siswa itu sendiri ditengah perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang super cepat dan dapat dijangkau dengan mudah. Guru harus menyesuaikan keadaan perubahan situasi modern saat ini dengan perkembangan diri siswa, agar nilai positif menjadi transformasi diri untuk memiliki karakter yang baik selaras dengan budaya atau adat istiadat yang melekat kuat di Indonesia. Sebagai bangsa yang kuat di era modern ini haruslah mempunyai prinsip-prinsip dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Implementasi pendidikan karakter di sekolah diperlukan kompetensi guru yang mampu turut berkompetisi di era modernisasi ini. Di era modern saat ini penanaman dan pengembangan nilai-nilai karakter menemui hambatan yang cukup signifikan dibandingkan dengan berpuluh-puluh tahun yang lalu, hal tersebut turut dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan yang terjadi di sekitar siswa maka dari itu kreativitas dan inovasi antara orang tua dan pendidik harus terus dikembangkan. Intensitas komunikasi antara siswa, orang tua, dan guru dilakukan dua arah dan memposisikan diri sebagai pendengar yang baik bagi siswa saat berada di rumah dan di sekolah.

Snail Gong-gong (Strombus Turturella) is a typical food of the people of Riau Islands. The processed food produces the waste of a well-utilized shell. The main composition of the gong-gong slug is calcium carbonate (CaCO3). With the content of calcium, the waste shell of gong-gong can be used as raw material for the preparation of pharmaceutical preparations such as suction tablets. This study aims to obtain the formulation of a lozenges from the waste of gong-gong shell with good physical properties. A lozenges is made by a method of wet granulation in three formulas with variations in the concentrations of the case of the F1 gong-gong 15%, F2 30%, and F3 45%. The granules and tablets are evaluated. The results of the granule evaluation showed that the granule produced from the three formulas has fulfilled the requirements, the results of the tablet evaluation showed on organoleptic test, size uniformity, hardness, disintegration time of all three formulas have fulfilled good lozenges requirements. While the weight uniformity of F1 is not eligible, the friability test F1 and F2 are not eligible. The results of this study showed that the gong-gong snail shells can be formulated into a lozenges and have good physical properties.

Health efforts are carried out with an emphasis on the wider community in order to achieve optimal levels of health, without neglecting the quality of service to individuals. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction felt by patients who come for treatment regarding comfort, staff service, service procedures and also service results at the Delitua Community Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency. This research used a cross sectional study test design with a sample size of 33 people determined through saturated sampling by conducting interviews using a questionnaire. The results of the study showed that all the variables studied showed a significant relationship with patient satisfaction at the Delitua health center, namely comfort p(0.009)<a(0.05), staff service p(0.023)<a(0.05), service procedures p (0.015)<a(0.05) and service results p(0.023)(0.05), the community health center must further improve the quality of health services which include comfort, staff service, service procedures and service results, in order to provide satisfaction for patients who use them. health services at the Delitua community health center.    

Penyakit Stroke adalah salah satu penyakit serebiovaskuler yang lebih sering terjadi di berbagai negara baik negara maju maupun negara yang sedang berkembang seperti Indonesia. Di RSUD H. Andi Sultan Daeng Radja, data pasien stroke tahun 2017 sebanyak 103 orang, tahun 2018 sebanyak 140 orang, dan tahun 2019 sebanyak 150 orang, ini artinya terjadi peningkatan pada pasien stroke setiap tahunnya. Akibat dari meningkatnya jumlah pasien stroke di RS ini, banyak dari pasien arus berbaring lama di perawatan. Periode Januari 2019 sampai Januari 2020, tercatat sebanyak 18 resiko dekubitus karena baring lama.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk diketahuinya hubungan penggunaan matras anti dekubitus dengan integritas kulit pada pasien stroke di RSUD H. Andi Sulthan Daeng Radja Kabupaten Bulukumba. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional. Cara pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu probability sampling dengan tehnik sampling Consecutive Sampling. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan di RSUD H. Andi Sultan Daeng Radja Kabupaten Bulukumba pada bulan Agustus 2020. Hasil penelitian yaitu jumlah responden yang menggunakan matras antidekubitus sebanyak 13 orang (92,9%) sedangkan tidak menggunakan matras sebanyak 1 orang (7,1%) sedangkan jumlah responden berdasarkan integritas kulit selama kurang waktu tujuh hari perawatan  yaitu membaik sebanyak 13 orang (92,9%) sedangkan memburuk sebanyak 1 orang (7,1%). Uji analisis fisher exact test didapatkan nilai p = 0.041 (< α = 0.05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan ada hubungan penggunaan matras anti dekubitus dengan perubahan derajat dekubitus pada pasien stroke di RSUD H. Andi Sultan Daeng Radja Kabupaten Bulukumba. Diharapkan adanya penelitian lanjutan dengan jumlah sampel yang lebih banyak dengan pengkajian yang mendalam serta mengontrol faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dekubitus.

Kegiatan pengabdian ini memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan perkembangan saraf motorik anak-anak difabel melalui kegiatan bercocok tanam melalui media tanam hidroponik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukakn di Yayasan Pembinaan Anak Cacat (YPAC) Surakarta dengan mengadakan kegiatan mengedukasi, prakktek, dan ppembinaan. Pentuk edukasi yang diberikan kepada mitra terfokus pada apa itu hidroponik, bagaimana cara merawat tanaman yang menggunakan media tanam hidroponik, bagaimana menyemai benih yang ada sehingga menjadi bibit yang bisa dipindahkan ke instalasi hidroponik, dan lainnya. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini dari kegiatan mengedukasi, praktek, dan pembinaan adalah memhaminya dan dapat mempraktekan ilmu yang didapat dengan baik, dan dapat membantu mereka untuk tetatp produktif dengan adanya kegiatan ini dimasa pandemi

This study aims to determine the effect of accounting information systems, self esteem, locus of control, budget participation on the budgetary slack at Perusahaan. The population in this study were employees involved in budgeting in each division / department at Perusahaan, amounting to 118 people. This study uses census sampling techniques, namely the use of the entire population without having to draw the research sample as an observation unit. The results of this study show that the accounting information system and locus of control variables have a significant positive effect on the budgetary slack, while the variables of self-esteem and budget participation have no effect on the budgetary slack at Perusahaan.

The desired objective of this research activity is to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, motivation and job satisfaction on the work productivity of employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation IX Ngobo Ungaran Plantation. The population in this study were all production employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation IX Ngobo Ungaran Plantation, totaling 50 people. In this study, samples/respondents were taken from the entire population of 50 respondents, using saturated sampling techniques. Based on the discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: Testing the compensation hypothesis on employee work productivity shows that the value of t count = 2.805 > t table = 1.684 with a significance number = 0.007 <α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H1) that compensation has a positive effect on employee work productivity is proven. Testing the hypothesis of motivation on employee productivity shows that the value of t count = 3.972 > t table = 1.684 with a significance number = 0.000 < α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H2) that motivation has a positive effect on employee work productivity is proven.

This situation, if not handled immediately by students, will result in anxiety and depression, suicidal ideation, poor lifestyle, disturbed sleep patterns, headaches, and feelings of helplessness. Students can face and complete the final project well if students are able to handle stress well. There are several techniques to reduce stress, namely expressive wraiting and laughing. Sometimes in some educational institutions they use handbooks in the learning process, but it is different in MA SA Darul istqamah, handbooks are only available for teachers. From this statement, the researcher concludes that the media has an important role in learning, so the researcher wants to know how the implementation of media, especially audio lingual media, in increasing maharah istima' at the institution.This study uses a qualitative research type using a descriptive approach. About the results of the study of the implementation of audio lingual media in increasing the special mahrah of class XI science students at MA SA Darul Istiqamah Woro Kepohbaru. In collecting the data, the researcher used observation and interview techniques, including interviews with the teacher in charge of the subject. And researchers used data analysis that was carried out continuously during the research process by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions.According to the observations that the researchers got, there are several kinds of media used in learning. Especially for istima' skills in Arabic the teacher gives an incomplete text, and later students are given the task of completing the text by listening to the audio that is played. Thus students can train especially in the ability to express words according to what is heard or commonly called maharah istima'.  

This study examines the impact of ethical leadership on both employee engagement and organizational behavior through a multilevel analysis. Ethical leadership, characterized by integrity, fairness, and ethical decision-making, is increasingly recognized as a crucial factor in shaping organizational outcomes. Drawing upon data from multiple levels within organizations, including individual employees and their respective teams, this research employs statistical techniques to explore the intricate relationships between ethical leadership, employee engagement, and organizational behavior. Findings suggest that ethical leadership positively influences both employee engagement and organizational behavior at both individual and group levels. Moreover, the study elucidates the mediating role of employee engagement in the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational behavior, underscoring the importance of fostering ethical leadership behaviors for promoting a positive organizational culture and enhancing employee contributions beyond formal role requirements.    

The Relationship between Work Shift and Work Fatigue in the Emergency Room Nurses and the Ward Room of RSUD Piru, West Seram Regency in 2020. Therefore, shift work every day, namely the morning shift starting at 08.00-17.00 WIT while the night shift starts at 17.00-08.00 WIT. The health of nurses is very important so that health services in the community can be optimal, considering that nurses are human resources who play an important role in the hospital for 24 hours. And one of the efforts to improve the quality of service with work shift regulations. Work shifts need to be considered the time or biological clock that corresponds to our body for work accidents. Work fatigue contributes to the occurrence of work accidents caused by fatigue factors. This type of research uses quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design (cross-sectional) where measurement of the variables can be done at the same time so that it is quite effective and efficient. Research subjects were taken 30 nurses from the ER and Ward at PIRU Hospital. The measurement results show the relationship between work shifts and work fatigue of nurses in the ER and Ward there are 8 respondents (26.7%) who have a morning shift schedule and experience fatigue and 7 respondents (23.3%) respondents who have a night shift schedule and do not experience fatigue. The statistical test results show a significant value α <0.003, which means that Ha is accepted by Ho is rejected.  

Stress is a large imbalance between physical or psychological demands and the ability to respond when there is a failure to meet the demands faced. One method that can be used to reduce stress is hypnotherapy. This study aims to determine the effect of hypnotherapy on the reduction of stress levels in undergraduate students of nursing. The research design used a quasy experiment with two groups pre and post test using a purposive sampling approach which was carried out on the final year students of undergraduate nursing. This research instrument using perceived stress scale. Data analysis using Paired T test. The results of the study on 32 respondents using the Independent T test on the average stress after (posttest) in the Intervention with Control group obtained P value = 0.000 <? (0.05) there is a difference in the average stress after (posttest) in the Intervention group with the group control. Based on this research, hypnotherapy is effective in reducing stress levels and is expected to provide input to other educational and research institutions so that it can overcome stress on students with hypnotherapy.

Background : Hypertension is a medical condition characterized by increased contraction of arteries which causes resistance to blood flow which increases blood pressure against the walls of blood through narrow blood vessels. Objective : To determine the effect of finger grip relaxation techniques and deep breathing on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Methods : Research design with descriptive method with case study approach. The implementation of Hypertension nursing care was carried out in the internal medicine room starting from June 15 to June 21, 2021. The subjects in this study were 2 patients suffering from hypertension morning and afternoon. Results : After being treated for 3 days, the results showed that the blood pressure of both patients decreased in patient 1 Mr “I” from 180/100 mmHg to 160/90 mmHg, in patients 2 Mrs “S” from 160/100 mmHg to 140/90 mmHg the pain scale of the two patients from 6 (moderate) to 3 (mild) the body is not weak, has started to be energetic and can sleep at night. cooperation between the health team and patients and families is very necessary for the success of nursing care for patients. Conclusion : With the management of finger grip relaxation techniques and deep breathing to reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients with the results of the nursing evaluation the problem was partially resolved.

The lip scrub moisturizes and nourishes the lips, making them look fuller, healthier, and hydrated. This study aims 1) to determine and explain the process of making Sugar and Honey Scrub. 2) To find out how to use Sugar and Honey Scrub on dry lips. 3) To know the changes of dry lips after doing Sugar and Honey Scrub. The method used in this research is experimental research, literature, documentation and interviews. The experiment was carried out at the Laboratory of the Cosmetology Study Program of the Kartini Academy of Social Welfare, Jalan Sultan Agung, No.77, Gajahmungkur Village, Gajahmungkur District, Semarang City. The formula is 1) 17g sugar, 10g honey 2) 17g sugar, 7g honey 3) 11g sugar, 6g honey. Experimental research results show Sugar and Honey Scrub in the third experiment, 11g honey and 6g sugar produce pale yellow color, sugar aroma, soft texture. The public test was carried out to 30 Panelists. In the third experiment, the average color was 1.7, Aroma 2.4 and Texture 2.7. Changes After 1 time using the Sugar and Honey Scrub, the lips look moist, supple and healthier. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a new innovation opportunity, namely Sugar and Honey Scrub for treating dry lips.

The abundant content of EGCG antioxidants in greentea has the ability to rejuvenate damaged skin cells. The aim of this research is to create a mask based on leri and greentea water which functions to treat dull skin. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods used are literature, interviews, experiments and documentation. The experiment was carried out at the Laboratory of the Make-Up Study Program of the Kartini Academy of Social Welfare, Jalan Sultan Agung, No. 77, Gajahmungkur Village, Gajah Mungkur District, Semarang City. The experiment was carried out 3 times with the composition of (1) 15 grams of water powder and 10 grams of greantea, (2) 15 grams of water powder and 15 grams of grentea, (3) 10 grams of water powder and 15 grams of grenteea. From the results of these three experiments, this experiment produced a mask with a green color, coarse texture and a fresh scent of greentea.
