To create a superior generation, every student must receive character education in order to become an individual who is not only intelligent but also has good character. This research aims to find out whether learning programming algorithms has character values ​​that can be adopted by students. This research uses a qualitative research method with a literature study type of research. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that learning programming algorithms has character values ​​that students can apply in everyday life, where through this learning, students can be trained to think systematically, logically, creatively and also carefully. And of course, by learning programming algorithms, students are required to be able to solve the problems they face.

In using virtual laboratory media, programming algorithms are needed, so that students can use the media well. In this research, researchers want to know whether the virtual laboratory learning media for the food digestive system used in the learning process contains programming algorithms that are easy to understand or not. This service discusses the development of a web-based Form Application Information System using PHP in the Administration Department at PT United Tractors Tbk-Samarinda. This company faced difficulties in administering the employee claim form, where the form had to be submitted to the department head for approval. Obstacles that often arise include the absence of an approval official, company policies to reduce paper use, and human error. The development of this form application uses data collection methods through observation and interviews. Php was chosen as a programming language because of its flexibility and ability to be developed dynamically. MySQL is used as a database, while HTML and CSS are used to organize the structure and appearance of web pages. By implementing this system, the employee claim form process at PT United Tractors Tbk-Samarinda can make a positive contribution to the company's administrative efficiency.)

This research aims to develop and modernize the employee payroll administration system at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau through the implementation of the Payroll System Website (SIMPEG). Previously, the process was conducted manually, leading to various challenges in the efficiency and accuracy of payroll data. In addressing these issues, we designed and implemented SIMPEG using the PHP programming language. The results include a significant improvement in the efficiency of the payroll process, minimizing human errors, and ensuring data accuracy. The use of SIMPEG also provides easy access and data management, making it an effective solution for modernizing employee administration at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau. It is expected that the findings of this research will contribute positively to enhancing performance and transparency in employee payroll data management.

This decision-making system uses several variables as input consisting of: type of variety, seed shape, seed color, root, seed age. The method used by the author is Fuzzy Tsukamoto. In the Tsukamoto method, it is explained that each consequence in IF-Then must be explained with a fuzzy set that has a membership function that does not change or is monotonous and for programming it uses PHP. The results obtained from the research that the authors conducted were in the form of a decision-making system to get the best seed yields.

Abstract.Network anomaly detection is a situation that occurs in network traffic that causes conditions to become abnormal. This research aims to analyze the performance of various machine learning algorithms in network anomaly detection and compare the performance of single classifier algorithms with ensemble learning. This ensemble learning technique has advantages such as increased accuracy and performance, can reduce the risk of overfitting and underfitting by using different subsets and features of data, and can turn weak learning into strong learning. However, on the other hand, this ensemble learning technique also has disadvantages in its use, namely that this ensemble method may not work well with high variance models, as the ensemble method may not be optimized for anomaly detection and that this method can be computationally expensive and time consuming due to the need to train and store multiple models. Some of the techniques used are deep learning, eager learning, lazy learning, bagging, feature selection, boosting, and stacking. In addition to this, this machine learning algorithm has weaknesses, including if any of the data used is incomplete, it will result in inaccurate completion data, making the programming process quite time-consuming. This research can help develop a more effective and efficient network anomaly detection system. The results of this research show that using ensemble learning and feature selection techniques can improve anomaly detection performance by reducing the processing time of redundant data and classification, as well as increasing precision values.
