This research aims to develop and modernize the employee payroll administration system at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau through the implementation of the Payroll System Website (SIMPEG). Previously, the process was conducted manually, leading to various challenges in the efficiency and accuracy of payroll data. In addressing these issues, we designed and implemented SIMPEG using the PHP programming language. The results include a significant improvement in the efficiency of the payroll process, minimizing human errors, and ensuring data accuracy. The use of SIMPEG also provides easy access and data management, making it an effective solution for modernizing employee administration at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau. It is expected that the findings of this research will contribute positively to enhancing performance and transparency in employee payroll data management.

In the era of the new normal, maintaining health and hygiene has become critically important, especially in preventing the spread of viruses. One effective way to achieve this is through regular handwashing. Schools are particularly susceptible to the transmission of viruses and bacteria, which is why it's crucial to implement an effective hand sanitizer system. However, the use of conventional hand sanitizer bottles that require manual pressing or opening still carries the risk of virus transmission. Therefore, there is a need for the development of an automatic hand sanitizer system to reduce the risk of virus transmission. This research aims to design an Arduino-based automatic hand sanitizer system at SD Kanisius Genuk. The automatic hand sanitizer system utilizes an ultrasonic sensor to detect the distance between an object, in this case, a hand, and the hand sanitizer. When the hand approaches within a certain distance, the hand sanitizer fluid is dispensed automatically through a mini 5V pump. Additionally, the device features a liquid level sensor that provides information about the hand sanitizer fluid level via an LCD screen. The theoretical significance of this research lies in enriching knowledge about programming using the C++ programming language in designing an automatic hand sanitizer system. Furthermore, the research is expected to enhance creativity, innovation, and knowledge development in response to technological advancements. The practical benefits of this research include facilitating students, teachers, and guests at SD Kanisius Genuk in using the automatic hand sanitizer, thus reducing the risk of virus transmission. Additionally, this research can serve as a reference for universities and contribute to the field of human resource management knowledge.

Rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) are rice-producing plants which are a source of carbohydrates for most of the world's population. Almost 95% of Indonesia's population consumes rice as a staple food, so every year the demand for rice increases as the population increases. Therefore, farmers must choose quality seeds. In this era of fast and efficient technological progress, this is a very good thing for all progress in various fields. more and more fields of knowledge are developing, one of which is the existence of a decision-making system. a set of model-based procedures for processing and valuing data to help managers make decisions. This decision-making system uses several variables as input consisting of: type of variety, seed shape, seed color, root, seed age. The method used by the author is Fuzzy Tsukamoto. In the Tsukamoto method, it is explained that each consequence in IF-Then must be explained with a fuzzy set that has a membership function that does not change or is monotonous and for programming it uses PHP. The results obtained from the research that the authors conducted were in the form of a decision-making system to get the best seed yields.

The Majasari Village Official is one of the Government institutions located in the Majasari sub- district. The way public administration services are currently carried out is stil running with a manual system, which stil uses Microsoft Word and Excel document processing applications or notebooks in public administration services. So that in the public service process errors often occur and the reporting process and report results are late. This application was built using a web with the PHP programming language and Mysql informasi base, and to print the repost using a pdf component. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that this system is able to provide fast and accurate services because it is well computerized and easy to use.

Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Wood Depot is a business engaged in the sale of building material products, especially wood. Until now the Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Timber Depot only uses a manual sales and transaction system, which in this case requires a new breakthrough to keep up with technological developments that are developing in the current era because basically almost all ages demand something practical and easier. By looking at some of the existing problems, the researcher tries to design and build an information system for selling goods at the Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Wood Depot based on Android, therefore, the author chose this topic for a thesis entitled "Android-Based Sales Information System at Wood Materials Depot Serasan Jaya 3 Building With the Extreme Programming Development Method” which of course provides speed and convenience for the public to make transactions using mobile phones or mobile-based communication devices such as smartphones, tablets, gadgets, and so on. So that it can make it easy for the Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Timber Depot to promote products, product prices and make it easier for people to buy products and find out the prices of building material products from mobile devices. Android-Based Sales Information System at the Serasan Jaya 3 Building Materials Wood Depot was built using UML (Unifield Modeling Language) as its design mode and Extreme Programming as a system development method..

Rossama Pratama Clinic is one of the health service providers for the community, which is located on Street Taman RT/RW 01/03 Sukajadi Village, East Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City, South Sumatra Province. The lack of information conveyed to the public has resulted in a lack of public knowledge about the Rossama Prabumulih Clinic Pratama Prabumulih because the information administration system carried out at this clinic is still manual, namely people who want to know about the latest information about the clinic must come directly so that it is more effective and efficient, because take a lot of time to arrive at the clinic. Therefore, the researcher will create a web informationsystem for the Rossama Pratama Clinic which will be accessed via a browser using the PHP programming language with the help of UML design to help design the system that will be created. The method of developing the system is using the Waterfall method. With this website, hopefully it will help people save time when they want to go to the clinic or seek treatment from home.

The development of print media is now more advanced, starting from ordering wedding invitations, business cards, letterheads, etc. offline, now it can be ordered online via the web. Currently, increasingly advanced technology, CV. Sinar Karya still uses the manual method to receive orders via telephone/walk in store. In the type of ordering goods, it is known that the customer generally has to come to the place to order the goods needed. But many customers feel dissatisfied with the system, technological developments are currently growing rapidly, namely making web orders that are easy for customers to understand. With advances in technology in Indonesia, the development of the e-commerce industry has made it easier for people to order goods online. This application was made using the waterfall method and built using the PHP programming language, BOOSTRAP. In developing this system through several stages, namely: needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing and development of the system. For the testing phase, a functional test is carried out using the Visual Studio application, used to test the function of the application that has been built, whether it meets what is needed. If the results of application testing have gone well and there are no problems. This web-based printing service system was created to make it easier for customers and owners to place orders and transactions. After the application is made and implemented, it can be concluded that in terms of customers, it is easier to place orders and make payment transactions at CV printing services. Sinar Karya. Zuhro Bakery is baking factory producing various kinds of bread. In this research, there were three kinds of bread that were studied, they were chocolate, mocha and strawberry flavored bread. The problem in optimalization of the production was modeled into a mathematic model which was the linear program in the form obstacle function and objective function. It was then continued by the deciding variable in integer number as the linear program. Then, it was solved by using Branch and Bound method which previously had counted the variable by using the symplex method. From the simplex method, an integer number result was not found, so the Branch and Bound method was used. QM software was chosen in the research to solve the integer problem. A profit was earned with a sale margin of Rp39.000 or 0,42% from the coorporation’s expected profit by using the Branch and Bound method. The amount of bread produced in the periode of three days were 5.400 consosted of 3.060 chocolate flavored bread, 1.440 mocha flavored bread and 900 strawberry flavored bread with the total profit of Rp9.279.000

PT Tibeka Jaya Abadi merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi kopi menjadi kopi sengah jadi yang dimana belum dijadikan bubuk kopi. PT Tibeka Jaya Abadi memiliki lebih dari satu target yang ingin dicapai yaitu Perusahaan menetapkan memaksimalkan pendapatan sebagai prioritas utama, disusul dengan menekan biaya bahan baku sebagai prioritas kedua, memaksimalkan waktu pengolahan sebagai prioritas ketiga, memaksimalkan hasil produksi prioritas keempat dan menentukan jumlah produksi yang optimal sebagai prioritas kelima, yang artinya tujuan perusahaan tidak lagi tunggal melainkan multi (lebih dari satu) dengan harapan setiap tujuan dapat dipenuhi dengan baik.  Metode Goal Programming merupakan metode yang tepat untuk dipergunakan pada masalah perusahan. Berdasarkan analisa data yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti dengan bantuan software LINDO dalam proses pengolahan data didapat hasil yang lebih menguntungkan dibandingkan dengan metode yang selama ini dilaksanakan perusahaan. Perusahan mampu menentukan produksi yang optimal sesuai dengan permintan pasar sebesar 99.530 kg. Begitu pula waktu pengolahan dapat dimaksimalkan selama 120 jam. Dan sebelum mengunakan metode Goal Programming pendapatan Perusahaan sebesar Rp. 7.512.831.000. Dan setelah menggunakan metode Goal Programming maka pendapatan perusahaan adalah sebesar Rp. 8.324.780.000. Sehingga tujuan perusahaan yaitu meningkatkan optimal produksi tercapai.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the calculation of the use of raw materials in Asep Embordir, the advantages of Asep Embordir before using the Linear Program and the advantages of Asep Embordir after using the Linear Program to increase maximum profit. The method used in this research is a survey method. With a descriptive analysis approach. The data used are data from interviews and direct observations during April 2022 regarding raw materials for making apparel, labor wage costs, and profits and production time. The existing problems are then formulated using the linear programming method and solved using the simplex method. The results showed that the use of raw materials in Rmfcollectionembroidery for cloth was 45 wood, buttons (27.8) packs, thread 9 rolls) and collar hardener (162 meters). The optimal production quantity for all production variations according to the company's production capacity is 540 pcs, while for KDLP the optimal production is 60 pcs. RMFCollectionembroidery profit from the selling price of Rp. 35,000/pcs, the total profit from KDLP is Rp. 2,100,000, this can be representative of the profit from the production of other clothing sizes. Based on the results of research studies, it is suggested that for the future, if asep border will increase the amount of production, companies need to take into account development costs and need to further analyze the use of all existing production capacity so that production can be carried out optimally.

Employee work productivity is a hot issue and there will be no end to discuss it. Problems related to productivity are also strategic issues for companies that are programming human resources. There are many internal and external aspects that support the creation of effective and efficient work productivity in corporate culture. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, organizational climate and incentives on the productivity of employees of PT Sai Apparel Industries. The approach used in this research is the quantitative approach. The results of this study are leadership style, organizational climate have a positive and significant impact on employee productivity. In addition, incentives have a negative and  insignificant effect on employee productivity.

Pulmonary Hospital dr. Ario Wirawan Salatiga is a health service institution that organizes plenary health. In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, dr. Ario Wirawan experienced a significant increase so that during administration the patient experienced a long waiting time. The preparation of this research aims to develop an independent registration system so that it can manage long and ineffective queues. This self-registration platform system uses a web-based FIFO (First in First Out) algorithm. The system development stage is the analysis, design, design and testing stage. The method for developing an independent registration platform system uses the prototype method according to needs. While the coding stage of this system was built using the Python programming language with the PostgreSQL database. With the existence of an independent registration platform system, it is hoped that the hospital and patients can be facilitated in the examination registration process and managing patient data at the Pulmonary Hospital dr. Agriculture is an activity of managing biological natural resources with the help of technology, capital, labor and management to produce agricultural commodities which include food crops, horticulture, plantations and or livestock in an agro-ecosystem. Most of the Indonesian people's livelihoods are as farmers, so the agricultural sector is very important to develop in this country. Poktan Beno Raharjo in Glonggong Village, Madiun Regency has a problem, namely the absence of an information system that is useful for managing agricultural production data, managing farmer data, managing village granary data, recording planting of food crops and horticultural crops, managing subsidized fertilizer assistance. The mobile-based Poktan information system was created using the dart programming language with the flutter framework using the waterfall method and testing using the black box testing method.

With the changing times, technology has become more sophisticated and powerful. Even all circles of society also feel the impact, as time goes by many people have taken advantage of this technology, thus making it easier for users to carry out activities in each of their activities. Especially in this millennial era, which predominantly uses everything digital. For example, new students who study to the next level at a dominant university from outside the region who need a temporary residence or what is commonly called a boarding house. The difficulty encountered at first was the difficulty of getting information and locations that were easily accessible by students to campus. In this way researchers take advantage of existing problems by utilizing technology to create an information system. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for students to find boarding houses that match the student's wishes and assist the owner of the boarding house in promoting his boarding house. By making this boarding house application, it is a form of utilizing existing technology so that it can be used anywhere and anytime. By using this extreme programming method, it is software development that gives users access rights to add or change application processes. So a website was created to build applications for boarding houses in the city of Sukabumi.

Web-based information systems are in high demand in various circles of society, including in the world of non-computer education, where the written examination system commonly used in education often has many obstacles. Factors must also be considered when evaluating written tests, as many participants may avoid writing notes on cards and waste paper and ink to ask and repeat questions, including negative factors in written tests, so this study aims to do so. a database-based online exam system that educational institutions can use to convert existing written exams into an online exam system. Therefore, with the rapid development of information technology, it is necessary to design and build an online examination system based on Data Warehouse to replace the manual written examination system and facilitate the work of the teacher in SMP Negeri 5 Medan. Primary schools enter question data into the system and can minimize the operational costs of passing exams, and the system can also store data more securely in its data warehouse, i.e. teacher information, basic information, student information. subject information, value information and question information. The method is Data Warehouse, software procedures and Waterfall model. The survey respondents were 150 students from SMP Negeri 5 Medan, a total of 150 students. This online exam system was created using PHP programming language, MySQL database and XAMPP web server

Cryptography is a solution or method of information security that is good for maintaining the confidentiality and security of information, and can improve information or information security in an era of very rapid development of information technology. The rapid development of this technology, many new implications and problems arise in the delivery and communication of information, this is because everyone has easy access to the media and this affects the security of information and messages on the media. Therefore, to protect messages, we can use Caesar encryption, which is relatively easy to implement in PHP. How to apply message security in this study by designing web-based applications using the PHP and HTML programming languages. Message protection uses the Caesar encryption algorithm by changing every character of the original message into ciphertext. Characters in plain text are replaced with keys that are determined based on the number of alphabetical orders of plain text. In this way, unauthorized parties cannot read these private messages and users can interact with private messages more freely.

Transaction management at Hijab Nafisa used to be done manually, causing errors in record keeping and periodic inventory checks, resulting in inefficient service. The author designed an information system using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. This paper described the analysis and design of a store management information system (point of sales) that has successfully facilitated the transaction process and inventory checks. After that, a system test was carried out and compared with the old method of manual and ineffective information transaction processes, resulting in a proposed system that facilitated the transaction process and inventory checks. Additionally, there was also ease in data reporting that could be printed out for easy reading.

Academic information systems are veritably important for schools, especially for academy and students. Still, the perpetration of the academy information system has not yet reached all educational institutions, for illustration at Bina Taruna Medan Middle School. Therefore, the author make an Android-based school information application, so students can view information about academy biographies, school facilities, school galleries, teacher names, subject schedules, and student grades through the application without having to go to academy. Therefore, in this study the authors used the Rest API (Application Programming Interface) method. The Rest API method is a software that allows developers to integrate and allow two different applications to connect to each other simultaneously. With the Android-based school application at Bina Taruna Medan Middle School, it is hoped that it will make it easier for students to get school information that is more accurate, effective and efficient, as well as make it easier for the school to collect information about student academic development. So from the results of black box testing, the results show that the system built can work well according to its function.
