This research aims to discuss online marketing strategies and service quality as well as their impact on post-pandemic cosmetic sales at the Abigail Shop, Sintang Regency. This study applies a qualitative-descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and analysis of various documents. Subjects consist of business owners, employees and customers. The validity of the data was tested through Technical Triangulation. Research findings show that Abigail Store's use of Instagram as a digital marketing tool is effective in increasing market reach and attracting customer interest with various creative content, including photos, videos, promotions and testimonials from customers. Apart from that, the direct message and WhatsApp features function to facilitate communication and transactions between sellers and buyers. This research also confirms that high service quality is directly related to customer satisfaction which then results in the frequency of repeat purchases. The increase in sales of Toko Abigail's cosmetic products after the pandemic can be attributed to an effective combination of digital marketing strategies and consistent, high-quality service standards. This study aims to be a reference for business owners in optimizing marketing methods through digital media, while maintaining service quality amidst the rapid development of information technology.

This study aims to describe the concept of Immersive Commerce based on Augmented Reality (AR) in increasing consumer confidence in E-Commerce transactions and to design a conceptual prototype design framework for an AR E-Commerce system with a clear technical flow. The research method uses a literature study through a comprehensive review of AR-based E-Commerce implementations and needs analysis from the perspective of consumer problems and business opportunities. The main problem identified is consumer hesitation in purchasing products online due to limited visualization that relies solely on product photos, causing fears about differences in shape, size, and quality of goods. The research results produced a conceptual framework that includes an integrated system architecture with a frontend layer (AR visualization engine), backend layer (product database and 3D asset management), and integration layer, as well as a systematic user flow design from the discovery to the decision phase. Based on simulations using literature data, the designed framework has the potential to increase customer engagement by up to 169%, conversion rates by up to 11 times, and reduce product return rates by up to 50%. The benefits of this research include digital dimensions through E-Commerce technology innovation, social dimensions by increasing consumer trust and reducing product fraud, and environmental dimensions through the potential reduction of product returns. This conceptual prototype provides a foundation for digital innovation, social trust building, and environmental sustainability through reduced product returns.

Edamame soybean plants are classified as a type of legume, growing upright and with dense leaves. Edamame soybeans can be consumed fresh or processed. One of the soils that can be planted with edamame is peat soil. However, peat soil still has obstacles such as acidic soil conditions and poor nitrogen (N) nutrients in the soil. Low nitrogen content in peat soil can be overcome by adding N fertilizer and photosynthetic bacteria. The use of photosynthetic bacteria in cultivating edamame soybeans can help increase nitrogen supply by fixing nitrogen (N) in the air. This research aims to determine the efficiency of applying a combination of nitrogen fertilizer and photosynthetic bacteria on the growth and yield of edamame soybeans in peat soil. This research was carried out in Pontianak City, with a research duration of approximately 3 months starting from 17 June - 29 August 2023. This research used a Completely Randomized Design consisting of 4 treatment levels, namely; n1= 25 kg/ha N fertilizer + photosynthetic bacteria, n2= 50 kg/ha N fertilizer + photosynthetic bacteria, n3= 75 kg/ha N fertilizer + photosynthetic bacteria, n4= 100 kg/ha N fertilizer + photosynthetic bacteria. The variables observed in this study consisted of plant height, number of productive branches, root volume, plant dry weight, number of root nodules, flowering age, number of pods and pod weight. This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of UMKM Mentari Padangsari in developing visual content to strengthen branding and competitiveness. It is hoped that this training activity will have an impact on the development of MSMEs in Padangsari sub-district.The main problems faced by partners include limited skills in creating product photos, graphic designs, promotional videos, and managing social media consistently. The program was implemented through training, mentoring, and evaluation stages involving 14 UMKM actors in Padangsari Village, Semarang City. Training materials focused on product photography using smartphones, simple graphic design, short promotional videos, visual storytelling, and the use of digital platforms such as social media and Google Business are  considered very necessary in this era of rapid technological development. The results show increased knowledge and skills among UMKM actors in producing more attractive visual content, improving brand identity, and enhancing engagement on social media. This program contributes to strengthening UMKM competitiveness and supports sustainable digital-based marketing practices.

There has been slow development and the competitiveness of MSMEs in general is still limited. Where most MSMEs are only able to produce, but have not been able to market their products better. This weak marketing is not only a market issue, but many other aspects directly and indirectly influence it so that many MSME businesses are slow to develop. Therefore, this community service activity is carried out with a program to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs. This was carried out in Klandasan Ilir Village, Balikpapan City District, where the strengthening activity was carried out through a seminar by inviting MSMEs in RT 39 and RT 43. The target or target of this activity is MSME actors, who already have businesses or PKK cadres who want to start their businesses. Where these MSME actors still have limitations in marketing their products on social media. With this activity, it is hoped that it can develop and motivate MSME actors to develop their businesses, so that MSME products will be better known. Efforts to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs through digital transformation and branding revitalization. With digital transformation and branding revitalization, MSMEs can build their product brands and be able to compete in the market. MSMEs also provide brief training on basic product photography techniques, such as shooting from above and from the side to enhance product details. This training also helps MSMEs improve their skills in creating digital content in the form of product photos or videos.

Dropshipping is essentially a buying and selling process between a seller and a buyer using the internet. Dropshipping is a product sale that allows dropshippers to sell goods to customers using photos from suppliers or stores and then sell them to customers at a price determined by the dropshipper. The questions to be answered through this research are: a) How does the buying and selling process work using a dropship system? b) How does the buying and selling process work using a dropship system from a sharia economic perspective. The method used in this research includes descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained from verses of the Qur'an and the Hadith, books and journals, articles, and mass media, both print and electronic, related to the focus of the problem being studied in this research. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Miles and Huberman analysis model, using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the Samsarah contract is a solution to dropship transactions. The original law is permissible or permissible if carried out in accordance with Islamic provisions.

This study aims to analyze consumer perceptions of consumer reviews on the Shopee e-commerce platform and to understand how these reviews influence trust and purchasing decisions. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design, using in-depth interviews with one informant an active Shopee user and supported by digital observations of the fake review phenomenon. The findings indicate that reviews play a crucial role in shaping consumers’ perceptions and trust toward sellers. The informant perceived honest reviews as those characterized by detailed content, genuine product photos, and a natural writing style. In contrast, reviews that appear overly uniform, exaggerated, or too brief are considered inauthentic and raise doubts. Negative experiences resulting from fake reviews reduce trust in both sellers and the platform. This study highlights the need to improve review verification systems and enhance digital literacy education so that consumers can better distinguish between genuine and fake reviews, thereby fostering a more transparent and trustworthy online shopping environment.

Digital technologies have been developed very fast, and as a result, we have seen a big change in the way companies are marketing their products, especially in the case of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Ovie Cake, a local MSME in Semarang, is experiencing difficulties in seeking market expansion because the product photos on its social media have been fluctuating; thus, the engagement has dropped. The objective of this research is to find out the most applicable product photography methods and put together a promotional medium based on the website. The study utilized various methods such as an observation method, social media analysis, a photography experiment, and catalog-based website development. For photography, they picked still life combined with the 45-degree angle and high-key lighting. Properly lit product photos attract consumers’ attention and show the professionalism of the brand. The website, attracting users without borders, became a successful digital promotion platform to open new markets.

Bullying is one of the most common forms of violence still occurring in schools, causing serious impacts on students’ psychological conditions and social development. Various efforts have been made to reduce bullying cases, yet communicative campaign media that match the characteristics of the digital generation remain limited. This study aims to develop educational media based on interactive motion graphics designed with Visual Communication Design principles to support anti-bullying digital campaigns in schools. The research stages include designing the main characters using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, separating body parts in vector format for easier animation, importing the files into Adobe Character Animator, and synchronizing movements, facial expressions, and voices through dubbing processes. The final product is an interactive animation entitled “Berani Bicara, Berani Membela” (Dare to Speak, Dare to Defend), which features three main scenes: bullying in a school corridor, peer support in the classroom, and reporting the case to the guidance counselor. The findings indicate that this media provides a more engaging and interactive learning experience while effectively delivering moral messages. The animation not only emphasizes the importance of victims’ courage to report bullying but also highlights peer support and the school’s role in providing protection. Therefore, interactive motion graphics can serve as an alternative digital campaign strategy that is relevant, easily accepted by young generations, and has the potential to foster safe, inclusive, and friendly school environments for all students.

The urgency of improving product marketing effectiveness in Musuk Village, Boyolali, arises because the Ceria Women Farmers Group (KWT Ceria) has been relying on face-to-face sales with limited reach and minimal visual appeal to attract potential buyers. The goal of this training is to enhance the knowledge and skills of KWT Ceria members in product photography and the use of e-commerce platforms to expand market access. The methods applied in this training include interactive lectures on the basic principles of product photography and digital marketing strategies, demonstrations of e-commerce applications, as well as hands-on practice in product photography and uploading photos to online platforms. The post-training evaluation results show a significant increase in participants' knowledge, enhanced technical skills in product photography, and deliverables such as a digital product catalog and e-commerce accounts. The findings demonstrate that product photography and digital marketing training can strengthen the competitive edge of KWT Ceria in the digital era. This training not only provided technical skills but also improved the members' ability to utilize technology to market products more widely and efficiently.

Pre-production photography is a comprehensive stage of preparation and planning before the production and post-production stages. This stage includes determining ideas, visual concepts, technical planning, location selection, and budget and schedule management. This stage is crucial to ensure the smooth running and success of production by minimising problems during shooting. Conceptual photography is photography with a design that carries a specific concept. This type of photography is included in fine art photography, which focuses on conveying ideas and abstract feelings through images. The resulting photographs prioritise the idea behind the work and often use imagination. The pre-production stage of the conceptual photography ‘Mother's Hands’ depicts mothers as loving and strong figures who maintain their identity as women with traditional Javanese nuances. This work conveys a message about the balance between domestic roles and self-esteem and reflects cultural values. The balance between the roles of woman and mother is the concept. The mother is the bearer of household responsibilities and an educator, while also being a woman who maintains her dignity and appearance with grace as a form of self-respect. Visually, this photographic work presents a Javanese mother who is a housewife and her accomplished daughter, who is the result of her mother's upbringing. The photoshoot took place indoors, with gebyok accents and other supporting props in line with the concept. The final result of the conceptual photography ‘Tangan Ibu’ is a photo that combines aesthetic and narrative elements through a meaningful visual presentation. This work provides an experience that is not only visually appealing but also invites emotional engagement from the audience. It can also serve as a reference for photography.

The research project is titled Production Potential of Bitter Melons (Momordica charantia L.) Using POC Azolla and AB Mix on the Deep Flow Technique (DFT) System was carried out in Bungin, North Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency from May to August 2025. This study aims to determine the economic potential of bitter melon plants by providing AB Mix and POC Azolla nutrients in hydroponic methods and analyze the best influence of these nutrient combinations on the growth and production of bitter melon plants. The research method used was a Group Random Design (RAK) with four treatments, namely 100% AB Mix, AB Mix 80% + POC Azolla 20%, AB Mix 70% + POC Azolla 30%, and AB Mix 60% + POC Azolla 40%. The results of the study showed that P1 treatment (AB Mix 80% + POC Azolla 20%) had the best influence on the vegetative and generative growth of bitter melon plants. This treatment results in a higher average plant height, leaf count, and fruit weight than other treatments. This proves that the combination of Azolla liquid organic fertilizer (POC) with AB Mix is able to provide a balance of nutrients that support photosynthesis, tissue formation, and fruit quality. In addition, the application of the DFT hydroponic system has been proven to increase the efficiency of water and fertilizer use, reduce the risk of soil pest attacks, and produce more hygienic bitter melon products. These findings show that hydroponic cultivation innovation with the use of POC Azolla can be a sustainable solution in supporting food security while being environmentally friendly. Thus, this research makes an important contribution to the development of modern agricultural technology, especially in optimizing the production of vegetables with high economic value.

SQ Florist has been a flower board-making service provider since 2019. Currently, SQ Florist faces several obstacles, including ineffective social media promotions, limited staff training in digital marketing, and a suboptimal flower board production process. Furthermore, revenue recording is still manual, resulting in inefficient financial management. This study aims to expand market reach while improving service quality so that SQ Florist can compete better. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The analysis tool uses the Business Model Canvas, which describes nine business elements including customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners, and cost structures. The analysis results show that SQ Florist's business model is generally quite good, although there are areas for improvement, particularly in building relationships with customers, digital marketing, and product innovation. The use of social media such as Instagram and TikTok must be optimized by presenting promotional content in the form of attractive photos and videos to make online marketing more effective. Additionally, improving supplier relationships and offering differentiated products, such as flower bouquets or cash, can increase customer value. To facilitate decision-making, it is recommended to improve financial record-keeping through the use of digital applications. This step is expected to enable SQ Florist to improve its business sustainability, open more market opportunities, and compete more competitively in the creative services industry. By improving each element of the BMC, it is hoped that business sustainability and competitiveness can be further enhanced.

This community service program aims to enhance the visibility and competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Nusawungu Village through the creation of business location pins on Google Maps. The background of this initiative lies in the main challenges faced by local entrepreneurs, namely limited access to marketing channels and low digital exposure. Many businesses have been operating for years but remain difficult to find due to the absence of a clear digital identity, particularly on online maps. Therefore, this program focuses on utilizing Google Maps as an effective, low-cost, and accessible promotional medium. The program adopts the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, emphasizing the active involvement of MSME actors in each implementation stage. The process began with mapping and collecting data on existing businesses, followed by classifying them into categories such as culinary, crafts, services, and trade. The next steps included filling in complete addresses, determining accurate coordinates, and uploading business and product photos. Verification of Google Maps profiles was then carried out to ensure that the businesses became officially accessible to the public. Furthermore, participants received guidance on adding supporting information, including operating hours, contact numbers, and social media links. The results demonstrated that all registered MSMEs successfully created active Google Maps profiles with complete information. The outcomes include increased consumer accessibility in locating businesses, recognizing available products or services, and directly contacting owners. This implementation has proven to make a significant contribution to market reach expansion and the strengthening of digital marketing strategies without requiring additional financial costs. These findings align with previous studies affirming the effectiveness of Google Maps as a promotional tool and a means of empowering MSMEs in rural areas. Moreover, this initiative opens opportunities for further development through integration with other digital platforms.

In today's digital era, photography has been widely applied in various industrial fields and plays a crucial role in attracting consumer attention. Photography has evolved into several disciplines, including landscape photography, wedding photography, street photography, photojournalism, and product photography. Product photography is a high-quality photograph taken to showcase and explain the characteristics and details of a product or service. It not only serves as a representation of the product being offered but also serves as an effective marketing strategy. This applies to the culinary industry, particularly in cakes and food products, where product photography is essential to attract consumers' attention and enhance brand identity. In the case of Dee's Kitchen, the business owner believes that providing good store reviews and creating a positive image for the brand require the influence of influencers. According to an interview with the owner, there is a recognition that their current social media presence on Instagram could be enhanced to reach more potential customers. Therefore, there is a need for Dee's Kitchen to develop its Instagram profile further, making it more diverse and innovative in showcasing its products. This can be achieved by using visually appealing product photos, collaborating with influencers, and engaging with a broader audience through creative marketing strategies. Strengthening the online presence through well-curated photography and social media engagement could help Dee's Kitchen attract new customers, build brand loyalty, and ultimately boost business growth.

Koenyaheun is a small business in Bandung that sells food that has been established since 2010. Initial observation results indicate a need for online marketing assistance for this business. During the community service activities, several things were found including more online customers than customers who ordered directly from this business, word of mouth marketing and also the use of social media. Observations and interviews with business owners and employees were conducted to obtain information in this community service activity. Several problems were also found such as logos, product photos, packaging, marketing. Solutions to the problems have been conveyed to the business owner so that it is hoped that this business will gain greater profits and better future prospects. It is recommended to market products on various social media platforms such as Tokopedia, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, WhatsApp or cooperation with food delivery service applications such as GrabFood, GoFood, ShopeeFood, so that they can reach a wider range of consumers.

Marketing a product effectively goes beyond showcasing attractive photos; it involves creating engaging videos that can better explain and demonstrate the products on existing social media platforms. In today’s digital age, maximizing a product's effectiveness through social media marketing is essential. CapCut, a user-friendly video editing application, offers a range of features that enable users to create professional-quality videos easily. These features can be utilized to effectively market a product by conveying its specifications and unique features in a visually compelling way. Recognizing the importance of video content in modern marketing strategies, we organized a training session at Cynara’s Corner, a retailer specializing in children’s and Muslim clothing. This training was designed to teach participants how to utilize CapCut for creating marketing videos. We used the drill and practice method, which involved hands-on exercises to help participants learn how to edit and produce engaging product videos. The training sessions focused on creating videos that could effectively communicate product specifications, such as size, material, and design, in a way that would appeal to potential buyers. These videos, once created, would be shared on social media platforms to provide comprehensive and informative content to attract potential customers. The training aimed to equip participants with the skills necessary to produce engaging content that would increase product visibility and appeal. By the end of the training, the participants were able to create professional videos that could be used for social media marketing. These videos not only showcased the products but also provided valuable information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. This initiative will enable Cynara’s Corner to strengthen its social media presence and ultimately boost its sales by engaging potential buyers more effectively through creative video content.

Mentoring activities for MSMEs engaged in snacks, namely tempeh chips. Production activities are carried out every day because of the many enthusiasts and consumers who like the products of the Mak Ribut Tempeh Chips MSME. The purpose of this activity is to The purpose of this activity is to provide assistance for business development in MSMEs by identifying problems that exist in MSMEs, and trying to provide alternative solutions. After conducting the observation stage, several problems were found faced by MSMEs, including not having a business profile, not having a logo, not having a promotional Banner, not having a packaging sticker, not having a stamp, not having promotional media in the form of product photos, production videos and promotional videos, not having a social media account, not knowing the calculation of HPP, and not having simple financial records. During the mentoring activities that created a series of activities that resulted in several programs and after analyzing the UMKM Keripik Tempe Mak Ribut produced a positive impact on UMKM owners such as having a business profile that is useful as a business identity, logo, Banner, packaging stickers that are useful for introducing product brands, stamps, product photos, production videos, promotional videos, social media accounts, as a promotional media in marketing their products, and updates on gmaps so that consumers know the location of the business. Calculation of HPP (Cost of Goods Sold) so that UMKM know how much profit is obtained, as well as simple bookkeeping so that business finances are organized and not mixed with personal finances.

Advances in digital technology have brought significant changes in the way local brands build their brand image and positioning in the market. Social media is one of the main platforms used in marketing communication strategies because of its ability to reach a wide and interactive audience. This research aims to analyze the marketing communication strategy implemented by Daclen, a local fashion brand from Bandung, in shaping sales positioning through the Instagram account @Daclen.id and its official website. The research method used was qualitative descriptive with data collection through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis was carried out using the Circular Method of SOME (Share, Optimize, Manage, Engage) approach which emphasizes the connection between content sharing, message optimization, communication channel management, and active engagement with consumers. The results show that Daclen has succeeded in developing a simple, yet consistent and targeted digital communication strategy. Instagram is used as the primary medium to strengthen the visual power of brands, through uploading high-quality product photos, promotional videos, and active interaction with audiences. Meanwhile, Daclen's official website functions as a credibility center that provides complete information about products, prices, and after-sales service. The combination of the two creates a well-rounded consumer experience and supports an exclusive perception of the brand. Each stage in the SOME model is executed optimally. The Share stage includes the distribution of creative content with a consistent upload schedule. Optimize is done by adjusting messages according to trends and audience responses. Manage focuses on account management and interaction monitoring, while Engage focuses on building emotional connections through quick responses and interactive content. The implications of this study show that the SOME-model-based digital communication approach can help local brands such as Daclen strengthen their positioning, build an exclusive image, and create long-term relationships with consumers amid increasingly fierce competition in the digital fashion industry.

Low competitiveness is usually caused by the inadequate ability to sell business actors. Thus, the purpose of this service is to increase MSMEs actors' understanding of the value of digital media for marketing and to build product identity through training and mentoring. UMKM RKT Kicthen in Rungkut Asri, Surabaya, became partners for this activity. By providing training in the form of Digital Marketing outreach, registering business locations on Gmaps, product photos, logo and packaging designs and product catalogs. The results of this community service project show that RKT Kicthen MSMEs actors receive education about the need to market products using digital media. Through training and mentoring it is expected to be able to increase Brand Awareness so that MSME actors can expand their market and competitiveness in utilizing Digital Marketing.
