The food industry not only pays attention to aspects of nutritional value and benefits, but also aspects of food safety by implementing a prevention system at the critical point of danger, namely HACCP. PT. Aerofood Indonesia is committed to meeting food needs on board aircraft and plays an active role as a provider of supporting services for Garuda Indonesia airline as the parent company and several foreign airlines. This research was conducted with a focus on the Tuna Pasta Salad menu. The food processing process from receiving raw materials to serving is analyzed according to HACCP principles, while the nutritional content of the menu is evaluated to ensure that the meal is balanced and adequate for passengers during the flight. This research is expected to provide a comprehensive picture of the importance of implementing food safety and nutritional analysis in the inflight catering industry. This research method uses a qualitative approach by conducting observations and interviews. At each stage, food safety at ACS Denpasar is carried out through the application of HACCP. From the results of microbiology laboratory tests, no pathogenic bacteria were found. The nutritional value per serving of tuna pasta salad is 113.4kcal, Fat=5,484g, KH=11,694g, Protein=4,242g. This menu is used as an appetizer which is sufficient for 17.65% of energy, of the 30% requirement for a passenger's lunch based on the nutritional adequacy of an adult, namely 2150 kcal.

The seismic and magnetic data are well known for the investigation of tectonic structures and their directions on surface and subsurface, a methodological approach integrated the seismic and magnetic data interpretation combined with field measurement on cracked building and its underlying substratum, represented by Agadez sandstones and basement. The extraction of seismic lineaments from West African seismic map showed the seismic directions oriented NW-SE (N135 to N160°), passing through the studied area. The structural interpretation of magnetic map show that the Agadez region is also affected by the subsurface lineaments mainly oriented in NW-SE (N135°) directions, which are similar to the identified seismic lineaments in the same zone. A structural study carried out on the Agadez sandstones and the underlying basement, showed that faults and fractures oriented N120° to N165°, affect both the basement of the Aïr Mountains and the sandstone formations on which the city of Agadez is built. These observations showed that building cracking in Agadez region has a higher propagation tendency according to the directions ranging from NW-SE (N135°) to NNW-SSE (N165°). Therefore, the buildings cracking has a stronger propagation component according to these mean directions those are not recommended for building. To prevent and reduce the risks related to building cracking in Agadez region, it is highly recommended to build in the minor directions of cracking propagation which correspond to NE and SW directions.

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of Internal Control and Auditor Independence on Fraud Prevention at Public Accounting Firms in South Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative research method. The data source used is primary data. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. The sample collection method in this study is non-probability sampling. There are 70 respondents consisting of 9 public accounting firms in South Jakarta. The results of the study show that the calculated t value is greater than the t table value of 3.778> 1.667, meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the Internal Control variable (X1) significantly influences Fraud Prevention (Y). Based on the calculated t value greater than the t table value (4.126> 1.667), meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the Auditor Independence variable (X2) significantly influences Fraud Prevention (Y). From the calculation results with SPSS 25.0, it was found that the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) was 0.723. This indicates that the Internal Control Variable Auditor Independence Variable affects the Fraud Prevention Variable by 72.3% and the remaining 27.7% is explained by other factors (other variables) that were not examined in this study.

Adolescent mental health is an important issue in the world. In Indonesia, the prevalence of mental disorders in adolescents is still high, but awareness of prevention and treatment is relatively low. This research aims to analyze the influence of knowledge on behavior to prevent mental disorders in students at SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Yogyakarta. The research uses quantitative methods with a pre-test and post-test design without a control group (one group pre-test post-test design). Education is provided in the form of counseling, followed by measuring the level of knowledge and behavior before and after the intervention. Data analysis was carried out using the Wilcoxon test with SPSS software. The results showed a significant increase in post-test scores compared to pre-test (significant value = 0.011). Effective education increases students' awareness and preventive behavior towards mental disorders. Therefore, mental health education programs need to be implemented on an ongoing basis to create a mentally and emotionally healthy generation.

This systematic review examines the effectiveness of antenatal classes in improving pregnant women's attitudes towards stunting prevention. The review analyzed 28 studies published between 2018 and 2023, focusing on developing countries, particularly in Southeast Asia. The methodology followed PRISMA guidelines, utilizing multiple academic databases. The analysis revealed that structured antenatal classes significantly improved maternal knowledge about stunting (68% increase in knowledge scores) and led to positive behavioral changes in nutritional practices. Regular attendance at comprehensive antenatal classes was associated with better pregnancy outcomes, with participants showing 75% higher rates of implementing recommended nutritional guidelines. Key success factors included regular class frequency, interactive teaching methods, cultural sensitivity, and strong community support. However, significant challenges were identified, including resource limitations, access barriers, and cultural resistance. The review highlighted successful adaptations such as hybrid learning models and community-based approaches. Recommendations include strengthening program design through evidence-based approaches, enhancing community engagement, developing sustainable funding mechanisms, and implementing robust monitoring systems. This review underscores the vital role of antenatal classes in stunting prevention while emphasizing the need for continued research to address existing challenges and enhance program effectiveness across diverse settings.

Stunting is a chronic nutrition issue characterized by height below the standard for a child’s age. According to the 2018 Basic Health Research (Riskesdas), the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia reached 30.8%, significantly higher than the government’s target of below 20% by 2024. One of the primary causes of stunting is inadequate nutrition, particularly during the first 1,000 days of life, which can impede growth and development, resulting in long-term health and cognitive issues. To address this, comprehensive prevention efforts are essential, including community education on nutritious eating. This Community Service initiative targets community leaders and the public, especially mothers and expectant mothers in the Nagari Sago Salido area. The methods employed include distributing questionnaires, presenting educational materials, facilitating discussions, conducting anthropometric screenings for toddlers, and providing nutritious food for participants. The aim is to enhance community understanding of the importance of nutritious diets and their impact on child growth, while encouraging healthier eating habits within families. This initiative seeks to foster sustainable changes in dietary practices and contribute to the reduction of stunting rates in the region.

This study explores the effect of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles on the prevention of corporate crime in Indonesia. GCG, which consists of the principles of transparency, accountability, independence, responsibility, and fairness, plays an important role in preventing abuse of power, manipulation of financial statements, and other criminal offenses. Case studies on PT Asuransi Jiwasraya and PT Garuda Indonesia show how the weak implementation of GCG principles can open opportunities for corporate crime, which harms the state and stakeholders. Using a normative approach and legal analysis, this research highlights weaknesses in internal control, non-compliance with regulations, and limited competence of human resources as factors inhibiting the implementation of GCG. The research offers strategic recommendations to strengthen GCG implementation, such as enhancing ethical culture within the organization, strengthening regulations and sanctions, and providing continuous training for company management. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of better and more effective corporate governance in preventing corporate crime, as well as creating a business environment with integrity and sustainability.
