The development of an institution cannot be separated from the role of the community it self. Apart from quality, the institution must also give priority to the community, consumert or customers to maintain the continuity of the institution or argency. The activities of Islamic banking institutions must be carried out as closely as possible in introducing the products and services offered by Islamic banking with the aim of increasing or even increasing public interest and trust. In connection with this research, this thesis aims to determine the lack of public interest in choosing Islamic banking products. This type of research is qualitaive research and the data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. This research involved 30 respondents in Mekar Sari Village, Kumpeh districh, consisting of various professions. From the results of research conducted by researchers, 8 respondents stated that they were interested in Islamic banking , but only 3 respondents had used Islamic banking services, and the remaining 14 respondents were not interested and used conventional banking services, then 8 respondents did not respond because they assumed that Islamic banking and conventional bank are the same. Based on the data analysis from this research, the public understanding of Islamic banking are internal and external factors, including personality, motivation, attitudes, beliefs lifestyle, religion, experience, family, culture, society and service. Of   these factors, the most dominant main factors are attitude and belief factors, personality factors and community factors themselves.

Character building is one of the most crucial aspects in supporting national development in the current era of globalization. Education is not only intended to transfer knowledge, but also plays a role in shaping the personality and moral values of students from an early age. This is important so that students have a strong character provision to face the challenges of the ever-changing era. Instilling character values from an early age is expected to be a fortress in maintaining students' personal and social integrity. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the role of teachers as role models (modeling the way) in the process of character building for students in the Elementary Madrasah environment. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are carried out through direct observation in the field and in-depth interviews with teachers, principals, and students involved in learning activities. This research was conducted in an Elementary Madrasah that has implemented an exemplary approach in the character education process. The results of the study indicate that the role of teachers as role models is very influential in shaping the character of students. The attitudes, words, and actions of teachers in everyday life in the madrasah environment are real examples that are imitated by students. Thus, it can be concluded that the modeling the way strategy is very effective in internalizing character values to students at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level.

Conclusions from initial observations, it appears that foster children show a number of personality traits that are not in line with the expected cooperative attitude and religious values. From the perspective of religious values and mutual cooperation, this research aims to explain character education initiatives as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. In the research design, qualitative descriptive methods will be used. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. Displaying data and making conclusions from data analysis through reduction. Based on the research results, the task of the Aishiya Putri Orphanage is to teach religious principles, character education, and cooperative behavior to its foster children through the use of policies, procedures, guidelines, and punishments that can help foster cooperative behavior and religious character. The analysis and conclusions of this research center on the contribution made by cooperative orphanages to the development of the younger generation as a whole by offering character education as well as faith-based correctional and rehabilitation services. However, both motivational and disincentive elements have an impact on character education initiatives.

Abstract. In general, Islamic educational philosophy is an effort to guide humans in depth, both physically and spiritually, based on the Islamic religion so that the main personality is formed in accordance with Islamic teachings. Philosophy is an attitude or view of life and an applied field to help individuals evaluate their existence in a way that is more satisfying. Philosophy brings us to understanding and understanding brings us to appropriate action. Philosophy needs understanding for someone who is involved in the world of education because it determines one's thoughts and directs one's actions to achieve goals. In general, systematic philosophy has three main discussions or parts, namely; epistemology or theory of knowledge which discusses how we obtain knowledge, ontology or theory of nature which discusses the nature of everything that gives rise to knowledge, and axiology or theory of values ​​which discusses the use of knowledge.

This research discusses complex problems in child development psychology, especially those experienced in the family environment. Difficulty in educating children who do not meet expectations can hinder growth and development according to their age. The family environment has a crucial role as a good educator, meeting standards as a necessity for parents. Failure in this case has a serious impact on the psychology of child development, because of the close relationship between parents and children to support their future. The importance of the family environment, especially the role of parents, as the first education for child development psychology is the main focus of this research. The child's development process in language, physical-motor and emotional aspects requires critical support from the family environment as capital for the child's future life. Early childhood experiences a vulnerable phase called the Golden Age, where their development experiences a significant spike and does not repeat itself in the following age period. Developmental psychology is defined as qualitative changes in an individual's personality, more than quantitative changes. Child development includes physical, intellectual, social, linguistic, emotional, moral and religious aspects, all of which are integrated into one whole. This research describes the complexity of an individual's life personality development, distinguishing from various main aspects, including physical and motoric, intellectual, social, language, emotional, moral and religious. The findings from this research provide in-depth insight into how the family environment can play a critical role in shaping a child's development, with major implications for that individual's well-being and future.

This research is motivated because in the educational process an educator is required to improve the quality of learning in the classroom in using or creating strategies in learning to develop some of the material that must be conveyed by educators to their students, which in the Islamic Religious Education materials are not all materials that can be suitable in the use of Active Knowledge Sharing learning strategy material. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of active knowledge sharing learning strategies in the material of Muslim and Muslimah dresses as a mirror of personality and beauty. This research uses a literature study method or (Library research). Library research is a series of activities related to library data collection methods, reading and recording and processing research materials. The data analysis technique used is how the research data is developed and processed into a simple framework that involves a selection process and then draws a conclusion. The results of this research analysis are: The Active Knowledge Sharing learning strategy can or is suitable for use in Islamic religious education subjects in the material of Muslim and Muslimah clothing, a mirror of personality and beauty.

This research was conducted with the aim of identifying and analyzing the impact and influence of entrepreneurial characteristics on business success. The data analysis method used is a qualitative research method based on library research. The data analysis technique used analyzes the content of information collected and taken from various sources and references related to the research title.  The personality traits of an entrepreneur have a significant influence on the success of the company.  Entrepreneurial qualities are an important and inseparable part of becoming an entrepreneur. Because a positive personality makes it easier to face and overcome any situation.

Bullying is repeated aggressive behavior by society towards a person which results in victims. Bullying also often occurs, especially among school children. Factors that cause bullying behavior in society or at school include personality factors, interpersonal communication between children and their parents (parenting patterns), the role of peer groups and school climate. The method used is a descriptive method using qualitative analysis which describes the inner conflict that occurs in the main character. Data collection is used by reading and taking notes. The data source for this research is the novel Teluk Alaska by Eka Aryani with 408 pages published by Coconut Books, first printed in 2019. Based on the study and discussion of research results, it can be concluded that the characters Ana and Alister are protagonists who have id, ego and superego personality aspects. The most prominent personality aspect of Ana's character is the superego aspect, so that Ana's character has a patient attitude and is more concerned with other people's feelings than her own. Meanwhile, the most prominent personality aspect of the character Alister is the id aspect, so Alister has a personality that tends to be difficult to control himself and easily influences situations. The novel Teluk Alaska by Eka Aryani is suitable to be used as literature teaching material in high school, it can clearly help and support as a means of supporting the enrichment of students' reading in addition to certain novels which are used as learning material by literature teachers. It can be seen from the perspective of language, mental maturity (psychology) of students, and cultural background.

Data analysis techniques involve data collection, data presentation, verification, and drawing conclusions. The research results indicate that the implementation of religious character education at MA Paradigma Palembang has involved several key components. Firstly, religious character education must be integrated into the school curriculum, both in religious subjects and other subjects. Secondly, the role of teachers is crucial and has been carried out by setting an example and providing guidance to students in developing religious attitudes and behaviors. Product packaging has a very important role in attracting consumers, making consumers select the goods and serving as a tool for brand promotion. Using images, colors, and text, graphic designers can apply design principles to produce visually appealing packaging, highlight the benefits of a product, and give it a unique personality. Dodok Lawang runs a business in the form of services, namely making dowries, gifts, ring boxes and gift boxes. In this research, we developed packaging making/with the aim of renewing old packaging so that it appears more attractive. The form of packaging for the wedding planner is in the form of boxes and paper bags, as well as leaflets with a simple but still elegant design concept. validation from media experts and material expert have a result that the product is valid to be used as a protecting/wrapping of product properly. From the user's side, this design is effective because the information and visuals acquired from the packaging design are better understood by the user.    

This research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of professionalism, personality on teacher performance partially and simultaneously. The method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach, namely an approach that uses numbers that are processed through non-parametric statistical analysis in analyzing correlational research results. This research is included in the associative type, which contains a complete picture of the relationship between one variable and another variable, has a linear relationship type, because basically it wants to see the relationship between the independent variables, namely teacher professionalism and personality, with a sample size of 51 people. The conclusion of the research simultaneously that professionalism and personality variables have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance can be seen where the F-count value > F-table (27.672 > 2.790), partially the professionalism variable has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance where the t-count value > t-table (3.295 > 2.000), and partially the personality variable has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance where the value of tcount > ttable (3.884 > 2.000).                                                                                    

This research examines more closely how to understand the values ​​of the Fourth Pancasila in the philosophy of elementary school (SD) education in grade 4 at SDN Gili Barat in order to shape character and nationality. This research aims to analyze the practice of the four values ​​of Pancasila in the context of basic education and their impact on the development of students' personality and national awareness through a case study at SDN Giri Barat grade 4. The research methods used include classroom observations, interviews with grade 4 homeroom teachers, as well as school policy documentation. . The research results found that SDN Gili Barat thoroughly implemented the values ​​of the Fourth Pancasila in the learning process and school activities. A deep understanding of these values ​​will create an environment that supports the development of student character, including honesty, justice, courage and a spirit of mutual cooperation. Apart from that, this implementation also actively contributes to instilling national awareness and teaching students to love and appreciate Indonesia's cultural diversity. This research provides valuable insight for educators, researchers and educational practitioners to better understand the role of the Fourth Pancasila values ​​in shaping the character and nationality of students at the elementary school level. The implications of these findings can be used as a basis for developing more effective and sustainable educational strategies at the basic education level.

Education is "a conscious and planned effort to create an atmosphere of learning and learning so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble morals and skills needed by themselves and society Students' interests will affect their learning outcomes as well. Interest is a sense of preference and interest caused by a source of motivation that drives a person. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The sampling technique was carried out by probability sampling. Survey research is a type of sample data research collected through questionnaires or interviews to explain various aspects of the population. In survey research, researchers select a sample of participants through questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out to determine the percentage of interest of Indonesian Language and Literature Education 2021 B students in Malay Arabic courses. Based on the frequency distribution and percentage of learning interest, one respondent obtained the highest score of 100 with a percentage of 5% of the entire sample. one respondent (5% of the sample) obtained the lowest score of 70 categorized as very lacking in learning interest. scores 75 and 80 were obtained by seven respondents from each of the series percentage values, namely 20% for scores 85 with 90 and 25% for scores 95

Parenting is a parenting style that provides teachings to toddlers that will aim to shape the child's characteristics, provide education that can shape the toddler's personality and provide support in the development process, both growth and development and related to the toddler's skills. In implementing parenting patterns, parents discover the unique behavior of toddlers because the characteristics of children are very different, so parents need to pay attention to their children and provide different parenting patterns for each toddler. Parenting for toddlers will be carried out under the age of 5-6 years, during this time the attention given to the child must be more active where parents pay attention to their development and growth, mental, physical, social development and the interactions carried out every day (Rahmat, 2018). In line with previous research conducted by Sisri Landa Sari, entitled the relationship between parenting patterns and children's social development in Jorong Kampung VII District. South Rao District. Pasaman in 2019, where research results showed that there was a significant relationship between parental parenting patterns and the social development of children under five with a correlation coefficient of 0.350 and a significant p-value of 0.010<0.05, which means that the higher the parenting pattern, the the higher the level of social development of the child, and vice versa, if the toddler receives low parenting, the social development of the toddler will be low (Sari, 2019).Based on the initial survey conducted at the BP Nauli Community Health Center, Siantar Marihat District, Pematangsiantar City, it can be seen that there are two villages and there are toddlers whose language and social development is still lacking, this is because the parents of these toddlers are not often near their children all the time because the parents are older. there is a lot of time to work and farm to earn a living so that the development experienced by children is given less attention and the parents' knowledge about the development of toddlers is lacking. .Keywords: Parenting Patterns, Toddler Development.

A conflict does not necessarily occur, but is motivated by sources, symptoms and causes. The aim of this research is to find out and identify what are the sources of symptoms and causes of a conflict in an organization. The method used in this research is the literature review method which is taken from various sources such as magazines, newspapers, internet books and articles. In the literature study method, study related reference books and articles from previous research results that are relevant to the topic of this discussion. The results of this research are that conflict can originate from differences in personality, interactions, structural levels, cultural and ideological differences. In general, the symptoms behind the occurrence of conflict are disagreements between members of groups or organizations, norms that conflict with each other and conflicting actions between groups or organizations. The causes of conflict include communication, personality, limited resources, goals. inconsistent and so on.

The research method used is a qualitative method using note-taking technique. We used Sigmund Freud's theory, specifically concepts such as id, ego, and superego, to help us understand the inner conflict experienced by the main character. We also analyzed various events in the film that depict Kim Ji Young's experience as a woman in a society dominated by patriarchal values. The results of this study show that Kim Ji Young experiences complex internal conflicts while performing her role as a woman in a patriarchal culture. Freud's theory helps us understand how these conflicts arise and affect her personality. In addition, this study also emphasizes the important role of family environment, society, and childhood experiences in shaping Kim Ji Young's personality. This research has important implications in understanding the role of women in a patriarchal society and how psychoanalytic theory can be used to analyze characters in works of art such as films.
