Micro businesses are businesses that are in great demand among the Indonesian people. Apart from requiring relatively small capital, micro businesses are also one of the businesses that were able to survive in the face of the 1998 monetary crisis. This research aims to see the effect of working hours and labor which are moderated by the People's Business Credit (KUR). ) dtowards Micro Business income. This research uses a quantitative and associative research approach by collecting primary data using questionnaires from people who have micro businesses in Moyo village, Moyo Hilir sub-district, Sumbawa regency. The data analysis method used is the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) data analysis method. The results of the research show that working hours and labor and labor influence the income of Micro Businesses in Moyo village by 52% before the People's Business Credit (KUR) moderation. 80%. So that People's Business Credit Strengthens the Influence on Micro Business Income. Then the results of this research also show that working hours have a positive effect on micro business income and labor has a positive effect on micro business income in Moyo Village, Moyo Hilir District, Sumbawa Regency.

Green vegetables is a term in Indonesian that refers to types of vegetables that have a green color. In general, green vegetables contain various important nutrients such as fiber, vitamins and minerals which are beneficial for health. Various types of green vegetables include leaves, leafy vegetables, and other green plants that are usually cooked as part of everyday meals,product. various journals, books and scientific sourcesas well as with Mr. Harryono Aritonang as a vegetable farmer in Parhorboan Village, Kec. Pagaran, Kab. North Tapanuli has experienced price increases in recent times, on November 6 2023, the price of vegetables, including green mustard greens, white mustard greens and other mustard greens, reached around 10,000/kg Previously the price which was IDR 5,000/kg the previous two. This increase in vegetable prices occurred due to weather events that were not good or adequate,Parhorboan Village is due to the quality getting better.

Based on a statement from the Indonesian E-Commerce Association, the number of MSME members in various markets increased by 3.8 million people in 2020, from 1 million people to 4.8 million people in March 2021. This increase is in line with survey results which show a significant increase significant number of MSMEs in Indonesia in the first quarter of 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic began. This type of research writing is a type of library research which uses 30 references from 50 journals, where the library sources are taken from Google Scholar. Regarding the approach to this research, it is a qualitative approach and domain data analysis, namely a method of collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to this research. SME income has decreased in the COVID-19 era, so e-commerce has a positive impact on MSME income. Because e-commerce can expand the reach of the SME market and be able to reach more consumers. Apart from that, e-commerce can also reduce operational and marketing costs, thereby increasing MSME profits.    

Income is the amount of money or goods received from other parties, as well as profits from industry, which are estimated based on the amount of money currently available. When selling both in the market and outside the market area, traders must have a strategy so that their merchandise is sold and the trader's income increases. So this research aims to determine the effect of business location on income according to a sharia economic perspective. The type of research used in this research is library research using 30 out of 50 references, where the data source is taken from Google Scholar. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with domain data analysis. The results of this research indicate that location has a significant influence on trader income. This is because the more strategic a location a trader chooses, the higher the income they will earn. If the location is also easy to reach, it will be easier for consumers to get what they want, as in Islamic teachings that if someone gives kindness to another person, that kindness will return to him.    

Manfaat ekonomi didapatkan dengan pelatihan dan pendamingan kelompok masyarakat mengolah aneka makanan berbahan baku jahe untuk menambah sumber pendapatan keluarga. Kegiatan ini dilakukan  di Pendopo RW 14 Kelurahan Sendang Mulyo Kecamatan Tembalang Kota Semarang.Metode yang dilakukan dengan pelatihan yang memadukan antara teori dan praktek. Kegiatan yang menjadikan fokus pelatihan dengan mitra rose brand pembuatan aneka makanan berbahan baku jahe serta pendampingan cara mengatur keuangan usaha dan keuangan keluarga serta membuat pembukuan atau pencatatan sederhana Hasil yang dicapai dari sosialisasi Ibu-ibu PKK Kelurahan Sendang Mulyo, pelaku dapat menghitung dan mengelola keuangan yang didapat dari hasil penjualan aneka jajan yang berbahan baku jahe . Kendala yang dihadapi adalah karena sosialisasi ini dilakukan dengan waktu yang singkat ini membuat Ibu-ibu PKK kurang memahami betul , mengingat materi yang diberikan banyak, ini perlu dilanjutkan dengan binaan yang dilakukan secara intens.  Faktor pendukung kegiatan sosialisasi ini diselenggarakan atas inisiatif untuk berbagi ilmu dalam rangka pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, yaitu Pengabdian KepadaMasyarakat. Kegiatan ini mendapat dukungan penuh dari para pimpinan Fakultas, hal ini diwujudkan dalam bentuk disediakannya fasilitas  untuk menyelengaraan kegiatan ini, biaya pengadaan bahan dan konsumsi selama berlangsungnya kegiatan pelatihan

Desa Banjarejo merupakan salah satu desa di Kabupaten Malang yang memiliki potensi alam yang bagus dengan tanah subur yang bisa ditanami berbagai macam sayur-sayuran, salah satunya adalah selada air. Namun pemanfaatan kekayaan alam tersebut belum maksimal sehingga masih memiliki nilai ekonomis yang rendah. Tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dari Universitas Negeri Malang berkesempatan untuk melakukan pelatihan pengolahan selada air untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomis dari sayuran tersebut. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat perekonomian kelompok tani melalui inisiatif pengolahan mie selada air sebagai strategi mendorong pengembangan desa wisata di desa Banjarejo kabupaten Malang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi lapangan, kegiatan ini melatih bagaimana kelompok petani di desa mengatur dan mengembangkan usaha pengolahan mie selada airnya, tidak hanya membantu meningkatkan pendapatan pribadi tetapi juga berkontribusi positif terhadap perekonomian Desa Banjarejo. Potensi dampak pengembangan komersial ini untuk meningkatkan daya tarik desa sebagai tujuan wisata juga dieksplorasi dalam kegiatan ini, memberikan pandangan komprehensif tentang potensi pemberdayaan ekonomi berkelanjutan di tingkat lokal. UMKM are productive businesses owned by individuals and/or individual business entities that meet the criteria for micro businesses as regulated in law. The government supports UMKM with programs as an effort to improve community welfare. The government's efforts to improve community welfare are through the National Economic Recovery (PEN) program supporting UMKM. The Sindon Bazaar is a forum for Sindon Village UMKM which was formed by the Sindon Gemah Abundant KKN Committee Team (SGM). This bazaar was held according to the needs and potential of the community in Sindon Village. The management of the Sindon Bazaar consists of the SGM KKN Committee Team assisted by the youth of the local Dukuh Youth Organization. In the Sindon Bazaar, there are many UMKM selling various foods, drinks and toys for children. The results of the implementation of the bazaar that have been achieved include increasing the income of the UMKM community who participated in the bazaar, where what was usually empty of consumers became busy with consumers and the level of sales increased, as well as helping the people of Sindon Village to innovate and hone their skills as a new business opportunity

The purpose of this study was conducted to examine three issues, namely: (1) Business development strategy for Purnama Raya H. Salsabila Restaurant Lebak Bandung Jelutung,(2) Obstacles faced by Purnama Raya H. Salsabila Lebak Restaurant Bandung Jelutung, (3) Islamic economic view towards the business development strategy of Purnama Raya H. Salsabila Restaurant, Lebak Bandung Jelutung. To reveal these three issues in depth and comprehensively, the authors used a field research method with a qualitative approach with primary and secondary data sources by interviewing 10 people, namely the restaurant and consumers. From the results of this study it can be concluded that: Padang Surya Restaurant in the city of Mukomuko has implemented a business development strategy, namely the strategy includes: product strategy, price strategy and sales strategy. Islamic Economic Review of the business of Purnama Raya H. Salsabila Restaurant, Lebak Bandung Jelutung, is appropriate with Islamic principles.

  Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) yang bergerak dalam distribusi air bersih bagi masyarakat. Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) adalah salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi penilaian kinerja keuangan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Wair Pu’an Kabupaten Sikka menurut keputusan menteri dalam negeri nomor 47 tahun 1999 periode tahun 2017-2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis rasio keuangan menggunakan 10 indikaror menurut surat keputusan menteri dalam negeri nomor 47 tahun 1999. Dari hasil perhitungan rasio keuangan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Wair Pu’an Kabupaten Sikka periode 2017-2021 bahwa dari 10 (sepuluh) hasil perhitungan rasio dari tahun 2017-2020 adalah cukup, Sedangkan hasil perhitungan rasio dari tahun 2021 adalah kurang, hal ini disebabkan karena pendapatan tahun 2021 menurun sedangkan beban usaha meningkat. Kriteria dengan nilai tertinggi adalah 29 terdapat ditahun 2017 sedangkan di tahun 2018-2021 nilai kinerja keuangan berkisar antara 26,27, dan 28.

Perkembangan teknologi ke arah serba digital saat ini semakin pesat, teknologi menjadi alat yang mampu membantu sebagaian besar kebutuhan manusia. Teknologi telah dapat digunakan oleh manusia untuk mempermudah melakukan apapun tugas dan pekerjaan. Peran penting teknologi inilah yang membawa peradaban maunsia memasuki era digital. Hasil Penelitian ini  menyatakan bahwa perkembangan Ekonomi Digital mempengaruhi Pendapatan Pelaku Usaha UMKM di Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, cara pengumpulan data yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi.

Besarnya potensi Usaha Mikro,Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang berdampak pada peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat, menjadikan suatu keharusan untuk lebih di berdayakan menjadi semakin strategis sehingga dapat mendukung peningkatan produktivitas, penyediaan lapangan kerja yang lebih luas, dan peningkatan pendapatan bagi masyarakat miskin. Usaha mikro yang merupakan bagian dari usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah di Kota Jambi perlu ditingkatkan serta dikembangkan karena menyumbang terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, tetapi permasalahan yang kemudian muncul antara lain disebabkan oleh masih rendahnya kualitas SDM pelaku industri, strategi pemasaran yang masih kurang dikuasai oleh pelaku usaha dan pendapatan didasarkan pada waktu atau lama usaha didirikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: pengaruh minat dan persepsi pengusaha muda terhadap pengembangan UMKM di Kota Jambi. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji regresi berganda, Uji T, Uji F dan Uji  Koefisien Determinasi (R Square). Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa secara parsial variabel minat dan persepsi pengusaha berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan Usaha Menengah dan Keatas di Kota Jambi. Secara simultan atau bersama-sama variabel minat dan persepsi pengusaha muda memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan UMKM di Kota Jambi.

Abstract. The development of MSME-scale industries (Micro, Small and MediumEnterprises) is an effort to determine the achievement of the goal of increasing the welfareof people in rural areas. Human resources are a very valuable asset for everyorganization and make a major contribution to the organization because employees workand act to achieve organizational goals. The aims of this study are 1. To find out whetherthe recruitment of freelance workers can increase the income of MSME actors 2. To Knowthe constraints in recruiting casual daily workers. The method used is a literature studywith a descriptive exploratory approach. The population in this study is cracker SMEs inKrembung District, Sidoarjo. This study uses non-probability sampling, namelypurposive sampling with the provision that SMEs have freelance daily workers. It can beconcluded 1. That the recruitment of freelance workers can increase the income ofKrupuk Krembung Sidoarjo MSME actors by 10-15%, in this case Cracker MSME actorscan employ freelance workers in the production process to the product packing process2. Constraints faced by Krupuk MSME actors related to the recruitment of casual dailyworkers, namely the difficulty of finding casual daily workers, the available workers workregularly and are paid monthly. To find freelance daily workers, usually cracker MSMEactors look for workers outside the Krembung sub-district Keywords: MSMEs, Income, Recruitment.  

Seiring dengan perkembangan dunia usaha yang semakin ketat memaksa para manajemen perusahaan agar bisa mengambil keputusan untuk mencapai laba bersih maksimal setiap tahunnya. Laba bersih maksimal menjadi jaminan bagi sebuah perusahaan untuk dapat beroperasi secara stabil. PT Gudang Garam Tbk yang bergerak di industri rokok juga memaksimalkan laba bersih pertahunya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.. Adapun sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah  studi literatur pada jurnal dan buku terkait. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji asusmsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi berganda, uji determinasi, uji t dan uji f. Penelitian ini di lakukan di PT Gudang Garam Tbk dengan tujuan mengetahuai pengaruh pendapatan usaha dan biaya operasional terhadap laba bersih pada pt. gudang garam, tbk.

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide information and assist the community, especially the management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) and the South Maitara village government, North Tidore district, related to increasing community capacity based on local resources, as an effort to improve the community's economy. Service activities are carried out for a month. Activities began with socialization in forming understanding in business and superior village economy, simulation of mapping Village Potential and assistance in marketing plans and targets. PKM results;, Maitara village has quite extraordinary   potential, there is  fishery potential or many Maitara  village people  as fishermen, there is also tourism potential,  natural wealth. Become a problem in developing village potential.

Most of the employees in this home industry are men who live around the home industry. With this business, it becomes a source of income or additional income for the surrounding community and becomes a new job opportunity for the community or teenagers who do not attend high school but have skill

Persaingan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang semakin ketat dalam hal Ekonomi Digital sudah menjadi nyata dengn semakin berkembangnya teknologi. Perkembangan ekonomi digital semakin meningkat akibat pandemic covid-19. Namun tidak semua UMKM di Indonesia sudah menerapkan konsep digital karena kurangnya pengetahuan atau kurang tersediannya sarana dan prasarana pendukung ekonomi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi terkait strategi pengembangan UMKM dalam memanfaatkan ekonomi digital.Ekonomi digital harus memperhatikan faktor-faktor pendukungnya di antaranya ketertarikan, sikap dan kemampuan individu dalam menggunakan teknologi digital dan alat komunikasi seperti smartphone (HP), tablet, PC desktop, dan laptop. Di samping itu, strategi penerapan ekonomi digital yaitu meningkatkan pendapatan pasar ke luar negeri, menambah unit produksi dan meningkatkan kualitas produk, meningkatkan proses marketing online. Keterlibatan para warganet baik sebagai pelanggan, sosial media influener, maupun sebagai reseller menjadi faktor penentu dalam ekonomi digital. Keberhasilan UMKM dalam mengembangkan usahanya ini dapat membantu pemulihan ekonomi Indonesia yang mengalami penurunan akibat pandemic covid-19.  

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence E-Commerce (X1), Product Innovation (X2) and Business Capital (X3) have on Increasing Income (Y). This study uses an explanatory research approach with quantitative methods. The data collection for this research was by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses SPSS software version 25, in which the data will be processed, described and discussed to answer and prove the proposed hypotheses.The research results are as follows: (1). E-Commerce (X1) has a positive and significant effect on increasing income (Y). (2). Product Innovation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Increasing Income (Y). (3). Business capital (X3) has a positive and significant effect on increasing income (Y). (4). E-Commerce (X1), Product Innovation (X2) and Business Capital (X3) simultaneously (together) have a positive and significant effect on Increasing Income (Y).

Swiftlet's nest is one of the most famous foods in the world. Swiftlet's nest is believed to have very good benefits for the health of the human body. This swallow nest besides having a high price, can also be beneficial for the world of health. In order to get high-value swallow nests, it is necessary to know the types of swallows that can produce good quality nests. This study uses the theory of income in the book development economics by  Sukirno Sadono. The research aims to determine the role of the swallow business in increasing the income of the Sumber Agung community. This research includes field research, with the method of observation, interviews and documentation, while the data analysis used is qualitative data analysis. The results of the study show that the swallow's nest breeding business in Sumber Agung Village is a side business where the average community in Sumber Agung Village has a livelihood as oil palm farmers. The swallow's nest breeding entrepreneurs aim to improve the family's economy by looking at the high selling price of swallow's nests and export value. The risks faced can also be minimized so that there are no substantial losses.

The problem of this research is that BUMDes management has not been carried out optimally. The presence of BUMDes has not increased Village Original Income (PADes) for community welfare. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the management has been carried out quite well, out of the five management principles only three have been fulfilled, two principles have not been fulfilled. The results of the study also show that: socialization has been carried out but has not been conveyed to the whole community, many people do not know about BUMDes programs and business units. Community interest and participation is still lacking, lack of community involvement in capital and management. BUMDes management has also not created jobs. Management is not timely in achieving BUMDes goals. The results of BUMDes management have not increased the economy and social welfare as a form of real change. The benefits of BUMDes are only limited to serving business units.

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Penerapan Etika Bisnis Islam Dalam Keberhasilan Usaha (Studi Pada Usaha Rempeyek Ilham Kota Jambi).   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  penerapan etika bisnis Islam sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam menurut Faisal Badroen serta yang menjadi indikator keberhasilan usaha adalah modal, pendapatan, volume penjualan, output produksi dan tenaga kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dimana dalam pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha Rempeyek Ilham telah menerapkan etika bisnis Islam dengan baik dalam menjalankan usahanya dan berdampak positif terhadap keberhasilan usahanya. Kendala dalam penerapan etika bisnis Islam pada usaha Rempeyek Ilham kota Jambi adalah menepati janji yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya tenaga kerja dibidang produksi menyebabkan keterlambatan pada pengiriman produk kepada konsumen dan kurang teliti dalam memberikan produk kepada konsumen. Solusi dalam penerapan etika bisnis Islam pada usaha Rempeyek Ilham kota Jambi adalah merekrut tenaga kerja khususnya dibidang produksi agar hasil produksi dapat memenuhi permintaan dari konsumen dan lebih cermat dan teliti pada saat memberikan produk kepada konsumen.
