This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Gudang Garam Tbk during the period from 2019 to 2022, with a focus on the company's financial statements. The evaluation is conducted by understanding the assets and liabilities of the company, especially current assets, non-current assets, and net exposure. The significant increase in cash and cash equivalents reflects efficient liquidity management, while fluctuations in trade receivables and inventory highlight operational challenges. Sustained investments in fixed assets signify a commitment to long-term growth, although fluctuations in trade payables and short-term liabilities demand caution. The consistently positive net exposure provides insight into potential growth and financial stability. However, the decrease in net exposure in 2021 indicates the impact of changing dynamics in the cigarette industry. In conclusion, a comprehensive understanding of financial statements is crucial for identifying opportunities and risks, providing a foundation for informed strategic decision-making. Additionally, this research emphasizes the importance of a deep understanding of factors influencing financial performance. Focus on liquidity, fixed asset investment, and net exposure management provides a complete picture of the company's dynamics. In facing the changing dynamics of the cigarette industry, the company needs to maintain a balance between long-term growth and financial risk management. The results of this research can serve as a valuable guide for the company's strategic decision-making in the future.

Human resources as one of the resources in an organization play an important role in the successful achievement of organizational goals. Human resources use other resources owned by the organization in order to achieve goals. Even sophisticated technological machines will be meaningless if the human resources running them are not qualified to work on them. Likewise with information resources. No matter how good and complete the information received by the organization, it will not mean anything, if the quality of existing human resources is not able to translate it into information that is useful for the development and progress of the organization. Human resource management is the process of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling towards human resources in the organization to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. The management functions applied in human resource management consist of, (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) directing. ), and (4) controlling. The operational functions carried out by human resource management are, (1) procurement, (2) development, (3) compensation, (4) integration, (5) maintenance, and (6) termination of employment (separation). One of the important activities carried out in human resource management, especially in the planning function, is job analysis. By analyzing a job, it will be known what tasks will be carried out in that job, what competencies must be mastered by the human resources who will occupy that position.

The ornamental koi fish or nishikigoi is one of the ornamental fish that is in great demand because of its beautiful body shape and color, and is believed to bring profits by koi lovers in Indonesia. The ornamental koi fish commodity has succeeded in improving the community's economy and making it an alternative source of income besides rice. Farmers and koi cultivators in the area are formed in farming groups so that their production results are well organized even though the cultivation method used so far is still traditional. There are several difficulties experienced by farmers in analyzing the condition of fish in the koi fish ecosystem, scheduling feeding, and proper maintenance methods according to the type of koi fish. In an effort to increase the effectiveness of feed management, the "AQUA HATCH" application is proposed as a solution that can optimize the analysis of environmental conditions for Koi fish cultivation and develop appropriate feeding schedules. Through this technology, it is hoped that it can increase productivity, reduce the risk of disease, and minimize feed waste. The Koi fish farming environment is very dynamic, and factors such as water temperature, water quality, and meteorological conditions can influence the growth performance of the fish. By implementing the "AQUA HATCH" application, monitoring of these conditions can be done in real-time, enabling more timely decision making. In addition, this application will be equipped with an intelligent feed scheduling feature, considering aspects such as feed type, number of fish, and environmental conditions. Through this program, it is hoped that "WIB KOI Cultivation" can increase operational efficiency, optimizing resource use , and ultimately increase Koi fish production. Apart from that, this research is also directed at contributing to the development of technology in the field of fish cultivation, especially for business actors involved in cultivating Koi fish.

Good financial management has a central role in business, involving managing funds effectively and efficiently to maximize profits and company value by managing financial risks. Profitability ratios, especially Return on Equity (ROA), are the main indicators in measuring a company's ability to generate profits. Optimizing operational costs is a key strategy in increasing profitability. This research focuses on PT MSAL, an oil palm plantation company that is trying to increase profitability through optimizing operational costs. A quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis was used as the research method. Secondary data in the form of financial reports for the last three years (2020-2022) as research objects. The results of the analysis between operational costs and company profitability prove that there is a positive and significant influence. The partial hypothesis test shows that operational costs have a statistically significant impact on profitability. Simple linear regression analysis produces a regression line equation, and the coefficient of determination shows that operational costs have a contribution of 99.4% to the company's profitability. Operational costs have an important role in determining PT MSAL's level of profitability. Optimizing operational costs can improve a company's financial performance.
