The industry in Indonesia has experienced significant development both online and offline, including the fashion industry, which has also undergone rapid growth. This development inevitably alters consumer behavior toward products in the market. One consumer behavior that requires attention is impulse buying, which refers to unplanned purchases. Impulse buying occurs due to emotional factors, which are also influenced by the store atmosphere, prompting spontaneous purchases. This study aims to examine and analyze the role of positive emotion in mediating the relationship between store atmosphere and impulse buying. The research was conducted among customers of the Uniqlo store at Bali Galeria Mall, with a sample size of 160 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires. The analytical techniques employed include the Classical Assumption Test, Path Analysis, Sobel Test, and Variance Accounted For (VAF) Test. The analysis results indicate that: Store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, Store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on positive emotion, Positive emotion has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, Positive emotion mediates the effect of store atmosphere on impulse buying. The theoretical implications of this study support previous research findings from the perspective of Consumer Behavior Theory. The practical implications provide guidelines for managers and staff at the Uniqlo store at Bali Galeria Mall to enhance customer impulse buying by leveraging store atmosphere and positive emotion.

Noteworthy changes in customer behavior due to the advancement of data and communication innovation have driven to an increment in online shopping, particularly amid the Covid-19 widespread. This ponder points to analyze the impact of electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) and believe on buy deliberate within the setting of e-commerce in Indonesia. With information appearing a surge in exchanges on different marketplaces, this consider distinguishes that positive e-WOM can increment buy deliberate, whereas negative e-WOM tends to diminish it. In expansion, consumers' level of believe in online shopping stages emphatically impacts buy choices. The discoveries appear that both e-WOM and believe have a critical positive impact on buy deliberate. With the development of increasingly widespread information technology, many opportunities are created in the business environment. Various companies have implemented information technology to process their business activities. The Bun House Malang is no exception, which uses Instagram to conductmarketing activities online. This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions at The Bun House Malang. This research is a quantitative research. Using purposive sampling technique, questionnaires were distributed online to 100 consumers of The Bun House Malang. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing indicate that social media marketing and electronic word of mouth have an effect on buying decision. The results showed that social media marketing and electronic word of mouth had an effect on purchasing decisions at The Bun House Malang. Purchasing decisions can be improved through engaging content that requires consumer engagement and increasing the intensity of positive consumer experience reviews shared on social media. It is hoped that the company can improve the quality ofcontent Instagram and services provided so that consumers share positive reviews on social media so that consumers become loyal.

In the online buying and selling process, the seller becomes the name of the store and the buyer does not know the identity of the seller such as name, address, and even age. Buyers will only know from the name of the store selling the item. The concept of online buying and selling is that you only have information about the name and address of the store, but do not know who the owner of the store is. In the buying and selling process, the buyer chooses the product available in the store and if there are any questions about the product, they can ask the seller via chat. The seller then uses a robotic or human system to answer the buyer's questions. The second pillar and condition is ma'qud 'alaih or a medium of exchange and goods sold. The medium of exchange used in the buying and selling process, both online and offline, still uses the same tool, namely money. The purchase or payment process for online buying and selling can be done through bank transfer through the payment code number that has been ordered. The majority of online stores also offer a wider selection of different types of goods.

Consumptive behavior is the activity of spending one's finances based on desires without thinking about needs and not accompanied by logical decision making. Consumptive behavior is commonplace among students and staff at a university, they always follow current trends and make purchases because of attractive promotions. The aim of this research is to find out the influence of the use of online shops, digital promotions, lifestyle and self-control on the consumer behavior of the FEBI UIN Jambi Academic Community. This research was carried out using a quantitative descriptive approach and carried out direct observations in the field, as well as using the SPSS 29 tool. The results of this research were that there was no significant influence on the variables of online shop use and self-control on consumer behavior because the results obtained were 0.340 > 0.05 and 0.728 > 0.05, but in the digital promotion and lifestyle variables there is a significant influence on consumer behavior because the results obtained are 0.001 > 0.05. And a simultaneous influence was found between the variables of online shop use, digital promotions, lifestyle and self-control on consumer behavior. And there is a joint influence of the variables of online shop use, digital promotions, lifestyle and self-control on consumer behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine how brand image, product quality, online promotion, and product trust level influence consumer decisions to purchase products at CV. Tenun Mulia Gemilang. This study used a questionnaire distributed through social media in the form of Instagram and Whatsapp. This study involved 100 people who were selected randomly. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data to evaluate the model between the established variables. The results showed that brand image, product quality, online promotion and product trust level have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions for woven products. This study suggests that business actors pay attention to brand image, product quality, and online promotion to increase customer trust and ultimately influence their purchasing decisions. Thus, CV. Tenun Mulia Gemilang can increase consumer product purchasing decisions.

With increasingly sophisticated technological developments, all sales and purchase transactions can be carried out online through various platforms including websites, social media, e-commerce and other platforms. However, online transactions can cause legal problems. One of the legal problems that often involves the sale and purchase agreement between the seller and the buyer is a breach of contract. Court Decision Number 629/Pdt.G/2020/PN Jkt.Sel is one of the cases of online sale and purchase breach involving Celvin as the buyer as the Plaintiff with Satrya as the owner of the brand "Namastudios" as the Defendant. This article raises the formulation of the problem regarding the legal remedies available to the injured party in the case of an obligation in the decision Number 629/Pdt.G/2020/PN Jkt.Sel involving default in online buying and selling transactions and the implications of the decision Number 629/Pdt.G/2020/PN Jkt.Sel on consumer protection in online buying and selling transactions in Indonesia.

The development of the internet and technology has changed the marketing system, providing opportunities for business people to market their products through online media in promoting their products. Technological advances have created new forms of interaction and socialization, one of which is the innovation of communication technology in the form of social media. One of the most popular and trending social media today is Instagram. The use of Instagram is currently a form of online business communication strategy and Heelsaddict with the @Heelsaddict account, uses Instagram to run a business bag through the process of sending photos and sharing them widely. Heelsaddict is an online shop that sells and provides various collections of local bag products. This study aims to determine how much influence the social media account Instagram @heelsaddict has as an online business media on consumer buying interest. The concept used in this study is Instagram social media and consumer purchasing interest using the AIDA model. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey method approach, using Taro Yamane to obtain a sample of 100 respondents, Non Probability Sampling sampling technique, while the data collection technique uses questionnaires via googleform. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the influence of social media on buying interest with a strong level of influence.

The development of trade in Indonesia has experienced a rapid increase, especially in the fashion and accessories trade business. Indonesian Muslim society today is increasingly aware of the importance of fashion aspects that not only involve choosing clothes, but also relate to style and trends, even when they wear the hijab. The high intensity of Muslim fashion purchases through e-commerce in recent years and how important it is to meet lifestyle needs without forgetting one's religious identity. Judging from the above phenomenon, researchers are interested in exploring and assessing the impact of consumer trust on online beauty product purchasing decisions through E-Commerce. The purpose of this study is to determine how consumer trust influences online beauty product purchasing decisions through E-Commerce. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents, this study used a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire, and the sampling technique used a simple random sampling method. The data obtained were then processed using the SPSS 26 application. Based on the results of the study, it shows that Trust has a positive and significant effect on online beauty product purchasing decisions through e-commerce. Proving that ha is accepted, the results of this study indicate that high trust can influence consumers to make purchases through e-commerce.

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of product quality offered through the Tokopedia application on consumer purchasing decisions. The method used is descriptive statistical analysis and linear regression testing with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 110 respondents from active Tokopedia users, whose data was collected through an online survey. The research results show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The average product quality score of respondents was 4.16, which shows consumer satisfaction with the products available. Factors such as durability, noise, and conformity to specifications are important indicators for exuding product quality. This research also shows that the features in the Tokopedia application help improve consumer perceptions of product quality. Therefore, in order for Tokopedia to remain competitive in the e-commerce market, its main focus is developing application functionality and improving product quality

Purchase Decision is a decision to buy a product or brand you like, but two factors can arise between purchase intention and purchase decision. This research aims to determine the influence of online customer reviews, influencer endorsements and price perceptions on purchasing decisions. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. In determining the research sample, the Slovin formula was used, where the number of samples obtained was 100 samples. Data was collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability and processed using SPPSS 26. Based on the partial test, the Online Customer Review variable had a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Eiger products in the Indonesian North Sumatra Climber Community. A value of t-count of 8.139 > 1.66 t-table was obtained, then the Endorsement Influencer variable had a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions, a value of t-count of 2.169 > 1.66 t-table was obtained, and the Price Perception variable had a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions with a t-count value of 3.885 > 1.66 t-table . Simultaneous test results show that the online customer review (X1), influencer endorsement (X2) and price perception variables (X3) together have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Eiger products in the Indonesian North Sumatra climbing community.

Due to the quick advancement of digital technology, online purchasing and selling has become easier. Online transactions do, however, come with a number of drawbacks, including fraud, mismatches between products and their descriptions, and privacy violations. With reference to Law Number 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, the purpose of this study is to examine the legal safeguards that Indonesian consumers have when making purchases online. The study's results, which were obtained using a normative juridical research methodology with an emphasis on statutory regulatory analysis, indicate that while the Consumer Protection Law creates a basic legal framework, more oversight and regulations are necessary to ensure its greater efficacy when applied in the digital sphere.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of security, service features and price on purchasing decisions among the people of Bangun Sari Village, Tanjung Morawa, Deli Serdang. The sample used in this research was 100 respondents who had made orders on the Grab application. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from questionnaires. This research uses quantitative methods with survey techniques. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with purposive sampling which uses several criteria. To determine the influence of security, service features and price on purchasing decisions among the people of Bangun Sari Village, Tanjung Morawa, Deli Serdang. Meanwhile, the data analysis method used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis method which was carried out with the help of computer software, namely the Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS 23). The results of this research show that: (1) Security partially and significantly influences purchasing decisions. (2) Service features partially and significantly influence purchasing decisions. (3) Prices partially and significantly influence Village Fund Accountability. (4) Security, Service Features and Prices simultaneously and significantly influence Village Fund Accountability.

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of major discount offers, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions during the Shopee twin date event. For important sales initiatives, structural equation modeling was the data analysis method used. The results show that online customer reviews have a positive but not statistically significant impact on purchasing decisions during the Shopee twin date event, even while online customer ratings have a large impact.

Transactions are legal acts using computers, computer networks, and/or other electronic media. One of the online shopping trends in Indonesia now is shopping using a live broadcast system via the social media Facebook. The system is where the seller displays the goods being sold and states the condition, the type of material, and the price determined by the seller. And if there are interested buyers, there will be a sale and purchase agreement between them. The formulation of the problem in this research is (1) How to implement agreements in online buying and selling transactions via live broadcasts on Facebook. (2) What are the obstacles to implementing the agreement in protecting the rights and obligations of buyers and sellers in online buying and selling transactions via live broadcasts on Facebook?This research is empirical juridical research, with data obtained by interviewing 16 respondents and supported by primary and secondary data, quantitative analysis, and description. The results of this research show that: (1) Implementation of responsibilities for the parties in the sale and purchase agreement at Vmshop-Kupang. Where the implementation of responsibilities has been well regulated in the mutual agreement in the agreement made, but the implementation is still less effective and things are still found that are detrimental to online buyers. (2) The inhibiting factor in implementing the sale and purchase agreement on the Vmshop-Kupang Facebook account is the lack of awareness on both sides regarding the importance of the agreement as a value that protects both parties, namely online buyers and online sellers if a dispute occurs in the future and other factors, namely The time to make a letter of agreement takes a very long time and is complicated so that both parties carry out the agreement with a system of trust without thinking about what will happen in the future.Online buyers must pay proper attention to the procedures for carrying out online buying and selling transactions and the rules that exist in buying and selling transactions as well as the importance of written agreements.

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of Expertise, Trustworthiness, and Attractiveness (credibility) of Nagita Slavina and Rayyanza, both simultaneously and partially, as brand ambassadors on the purchase intention of followers of the Instagram account @cessa.official. The research utilizes the Source Credibility Theory proposed by Carl Hovland, Janis, and Kelly in 1953. A quantitative method was employed by distributing a questionnaire via Google Forms to 68 research samples online. The results of this study show that the credibility of Nagita Slavina and Rayyanza as brand ambassadors, which includes Expertise, Trustworthiness, and Attractiveness, has a significant influence, both simultaneously and partially, on the purchase intention of Cessa Essential Oil Roll On among the followers of @cessa.official.

The increasing number of internet users makes Indonesia a very potential market for e-commerce. The growth of the middle class and the literacy rate of online buyers and sellers is also growing. E-commerce itself is not new, but its rise marks a new milestone for this industry in the country. Although it is growing quite rapidly, there is still one major problem that is preventing e-commerce in Indonesia from taking off, namely the problem of consumer trust in e-commerce sites. Consumers still do not trust the sales system with a non-physical buying and selling process, do not trust to provide credit card numbers to e-commerce services and are still afraid of fraud. However, this crisis of trust can actually be solved. One of the many ways is to use a payment service that has guaranteed security. Not all e-commerce can provide their own payment system, now there are many services that provide a secure payment system and are especially easy to apply to online stores. E-commerce players can use this payment system easily, quickly and which can improve the performance process in their online stores. However, the selection of services that provide a payment system must also be considered carefully. A secure payment system provider will provide a sense of security to prospective buyers, meaning that consumer trust must be built by e-commerce service providers so that consumers can be comfortable and do not encounter problems in making purchases and paying for products in the online stores provided.Security is important, the use of credit cards is widely highlighted because there are still many unpleasant incidents or fraud that occur due to the use of credit cards. Education on this security needs to be carried out continuously, because it will be related to consumer behavior.

This study aims to determine the effect of online customer review variables, online customer ratings, and brand image on purchasing decision variables partially or simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sampling method, namely non-probability sampling and the technique used is purposive sampling. The sample of this study were consumers of Mie Gacoan Cipondoh with the criteria of being at least 17 years old, having seen reviews and ratings of Mie Gacoan Cipondoh on Google Reviews, having purchased Mie Gacoan at least once in the last 3 months, and having tasted Mie Gacoan Cipondoh products. The questionnaire collected was 105 respondents, the data was then processed using multiple linear regression methods with statistical software tools. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that online customer reviews have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, online customer rating has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Then, it is also found that brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The final finding is that variables of online customer review, online customer rating, and brand image jointly influence purchasing decisions. It can be concluded that online customer reviews, online customer ratings, and brand image have an effect on purchasing decision variables partially or simultaneously.

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the quality of e-ticketing can provide satisfaction to consumers, what is consumer satisfaction with the services provided by e-ticketing, and to find out the effect of e-ticketing quality on consumer satisfaction at PT ASDP Ketapang Branch. The population of this study is all passengers who purchased tickets online at PT ASDP Ketapang branch, the sample used was 30 people. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, simple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests (R2). Based on the research results, it can be seen that the quality of e-ticketing can provide satisfaction to consumers or passengers who use ship services belonging to PT ASDP ketapang branch Banyuwangi, apart from that consumers/passengers are satisfied with the services provided by PT ASDP Ketapang branch Banyuwangi related to the existence of e-ticketing. ticketing or purchasing tickets online. Based on the calculation results, it is known that R square has a value of 0.667 or 66%. This shows the magnitude of the positive influence of E-Ticketing Quality on PT ASDP Ketapang branch , Banyuwangi (Y) is 66%, the remaining 34% is the influence of other factors.

Pondok Baru Furniture Store located in Makamhaji Kartasura is a business that operates in the field of manufacturing and selling furniture. There are problems in managing sales transaction data, stock of goods, and sales reports which still use manual methods, sometimes resulting in errors in recording. The current purchasing system which requires coming to the shop to see and buy the products being sold is very troublesome. And consumers want to know about the products being sold without having to come to the shop directly. Therefore, researchers created a web-based sales information system to overcome this problem. The method used in system development is the prototype method with data collection through interviews. The result is a web sales information system design that makes it easier for buyers to access products offered anywhere and carry out purchase transactions online. This system design is expected to produce more accurate data in processing sales data and sales reports.
