Legal protection of children refers to all actions that ensure and safeguard children and their rights so that they can live, grow, develop, and engage maximally in line with human dignity and honour, as well as get protection from violence and discrimination within legal laws. In Indonesia, the proportion ranges from 22 to 100%, indicating that the aforementioned conditions occur often. As a result, researchers are interested in performing this study utilising normative research methodologies. Legal protection for minors who distribute pornographic videos on social media, choosing to release minors, is regulated by Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, Article 16 (1) Every child has the right to receive protection from being the target of abuse, torture, or inhumane punishment, (2) Every child has the right to obtain freedom in accordance with the law, and (3) Arrest, detention, or incarceration of a child must be carried out in accordance with relevant legislation and only as a last option. And advocate LPKA in the form of independence coaching, which includes instruction for foster children in skills that may be developed after the foster time ends, such as sewing. Meanwhile, personality development is moral development, with the goal of providing foster children with an understanding of social norms as well as an understanding of themselves so that they can accept responsibility for all actions they take and refrain from repeating illegal actions. Suggestions in this protection are expected to be safeguarded by anybody, regardless of circumstance, and the local government needs to get to the field to inspect the status of special child development institutions so that any deficiencies may be corrected quickly, allowing development to proceed correctly.

Educating is the duty, mandate, and responsibility of parents, teachers, or authorized educators. in any environment and situation, an educator must make students able to absorb and understand the material and teaching that is directed and conveyed. In addition, the totality of teaching staff is also a capital in achieving the expected educational goals. Educational work is not only a family obligation, but also an obligation for educators in schools. school as a formal educational institution in the sense that it is carried out on the basis of strong regulations and with certain conditions and a certain basis.

The purpose of this research article is to find out the concept of Governance / Corporate social responsibility (CRS) and ethics in strategic management in the field of education. Corporate governance is a set of rules that govern the relationship between shareholders, managers, creditors, employees, and other stakeholders to balance their rights and obligations. Corporate social responsibility (CRS) is an activity carried out by companies as a form of supporting sustainable economic development through community or global empowerment. Management ethics is a process and effort in order to examine the truth about managerial practices that are used as guidelines for a person in carrying out and determining decisions in the organization. Ethics is not only necessary in social life, but in the world of management and business, ethics is also necessary in order for organizations to organize moral systems prepared to limit the actions of people. 

This study aims to examine how strategies strengthen student morale through school programs. In analyzing the problem, this research uses descriptive method with observation, interview and documentation techniques. Some of the findings obtained from research that the strategy of strengthening students' morale is implemented in several aspects; firstly on the school's vision and mission where the school compiles the school's vision-mission and goals which imply faith, piety and religious values ​​to strengthen student morale, second on activities both habituation activities within the school environment or activities outside the school environment related to religious activities to increase religious values, third on school facilities and infrastructure, fourth on school rules which are arranged based on the school's vision-mission and goals. The research results show that the strategy is quite successful in strengthening student morale. There are several findings that can hinder the success of applying student moral values, such as: the number of students that is not balanced with the number of classes, the lack of optimal use of facilities, the lack of commitment from school members, especially the lack of parental cooperation in efforts to strengthen student morale.

This study is to find out the understanding of students; knowing the nature of students; Know the characteristics and characteristics of students; and know the elements of students. This study is a literature review in which data is taken from literary sources from experts in the field of Islamic education. The author concludes that students consist of physical/fiscal elements, and spiritual/mental elements. The essence of all learning is to direct students both physically/fiscally and spiritually/mentally to become better and perfect in accordance with the specified learning objectives.

Sinetron merupakan salah satu acara televisi yang paling banyak memberikan pengaruh terhadap penontonnya. Sinetron merupakan tayangan yang dapat menjadi media penyampaian sebuah pesan moral. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai tuntunan yang terkandung dalam sinteron Dunia Terbalik. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, disimpulkan : bahwa nilai-nilai tuntunan etika sosial dalam sinteron Dunia Terbalik, setidaknya empat aspek; pertama, menghormati orang yang lebih tua; kedua, selalu mengucapkan salam di setiap aktivitas pembuka maupun penutup komunikasi; ketiga, belajar hidup rukun; keempat, saling tolong-menolong terhadap sesama. Etika sosial tersebut elok dipraktekkan dalam kehidupan masyarakat, maka penelitian merekomendasi empat nilai etika sosial ini menjadi pedoman hidup dalam kerangka pendidikan Islam.    

Drugs are one of society's diseases that are growing very rapidly and are difficult to eradicate. The main target of the largest distribution and use is dominated by the younger generation while the younger generation is the backbone and driver of change for the Indonesian nation. Formation of morals and ethics from an early age is the first step as an effort to prevent drug use, so that in real work lectures in Amahusu Village students run a program namely socialization of the dangers of drug use for the millennial generation. The purpose of this program is to shape the character of students by introducing caused by drug use. This activity was carried out on November 15 2022 located at SMP Negeri 11 Ambon. The implementation method uses lecture and sharing methods. With this activity, it is hoped that students will not only know the dangers but can fight drugs for the sake of creating a healthy life, a harmonious family and a bright future.

Older people tend to stay at home, a condition that poses new problems for older people. They are alienated from their environment and forgotten by people, resulting in rejection and loss of self-esteem. Therefore, church ministry to the elderly must be viewed as a specific ministry and taken seriously by special workers and servants of God who truly understand the problems of the elderly. These categorical services morally oblige the church to treat its congregation members, the elderly, seriously and responsibly. Ultimately it means striking a balance between being careful and acting responsibly. A church is an institution with an organization. But more than that, the church is a community of believers. Jurnal ini mengulas tentang Ahlu As-Sunnah Wal Jama’ah Sebagai Doktrin Dan Faham Pesantren Zainul Hasan Genggong bertujuan untuk menggambarkan ahlu sunnah  wal jama’ah sebagai doktring faham dalam pondok pesantren zainul hasan genggong. Pesantren Zainul Hasan Genggong adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan islam tertua di Indonesia. Berdirinya lembaga ini sebelum Indonesia merdeka,yaitu tepatnya pada tahun 1839,yang didirikan oleh kyai zainal abidin. Pesantren zainul hasan dikenal barokahnya dan kewaliannya. Pondok pesantren Zainul Hasan berkembang dengan begitu cepat, tidak sekedar ilmu agama yang diajarkan. Pesantren Zainul Hasan Genggong  dikenal sebagai suatu  lembaga pendidikan yang dibangun dan dikembangkan dengan lanndasan pandangan filosofis tentang berbagai aspek agama, moralitas, ilmu pengetahuan, lingkungan dan lain sebagainya, berkembang secara  continue  dalam pertumbuhan, kesinambungan, perubahan dan pembaharuan. Ciri khas pesantren yang menjadi sasaran berkembangnya dari sebuah pesantren yang dilakukan puslitbang pendidikan agama dan keagamaan yang dilakukan secara individu ataupun dilakukan lembaga lain. Dengan dikuatkan oleh SATLOGI SANTRI yang berarti Sopan santun, Ajeg Istiqomah, Nasehat, Taqwallah, Ridollah,Ikhlas lillahi ta'ala. This study aims to determine the parenting style of parents in building children's independence, because the role of parents is very important in building independence in children. The research method used is library research or library research. This article discusses social criticism in a short story entitled "Kemarau" by Andrea Hirata. This article will focus on mimetic approach research on things or events in short stories related to social criticism in the short story entitled "Kemarau", namely: (1) criticism of political issues, when people feel disappointed about government promises that are not implemented (2) ) criticism of the economy, where when a group of people who live on the outskirts cannot feel the development and progress of infrastructure like in big cities (3) criticism of the negligence factor of the government when it has occupied its position. The government seems to have forgotten the promises it made before taking up its post. From the short story, it can be understood that literary works do not only display positive impressions or messages but can contain absolute things such as criticizing or satirizing.

In a literary work, especially poetry or song lyrics, figure of speech is very common to appear so that the poem or song lyrics become more beautiful. One of the figures of speech that is often used is hyperbole. This figure of speech serves to give a great impression by exaggerating sentences. The lyrics of the song, This Is Me, which is the original sound tract from the film The Greatest Showman, is very thick with the use of hyperbole figure of speech. This is because the moral message of the song is to inspire the listeners.

This research focuses on the effect of digital literacy on students morality. Digital literacy is the ability to use and utilise various digital devices to be more empowered, ethical and democratic in the digital era. This research aims to determine how operational skills are, search the internet, evaluate the content, communicate and is there any effect of digital literacy on students morality. This research used a quantitative approach with basic and supporting techniques in collecting data in the field. The data collected were analyzed used SPSS 26th version. The results of the research note that digital literacy effects the morality of students, but digital literacy is not fully owned by students. This can be seen though the indicators of  operational skill, internet searching,  content evaluation and communication that the researcher proposes to the respondents.

Optimization is an effort to maximize activities so as to realize the desired profit. The words morality and religion are often discussed among the people, wherever and whenever. Moral and religious development in early childhood can be interpreted as psychological changes experienced by early childhood related to their ability to understand and perform good behavior as well as understand and avoid bad behavior based on religious teachings that are believed. There are 3 types of games that can be used in the game method, 1) clap game, 2) singing, 3) game tools. This study aims to find out how to optimize moral and religious development in early childhood through the game method. This type of research uses library research or library research which makes library materials in the form of books, scientific magazines, documents and other materials that can be used as a reference source in this research. The results of the study show that this game method can be used by parents or early childhood educators because this method easily stimulates existing developments in children, both moral development and religious development. moral and religious development in children. This journal discusses the moral education of today's children from a Christian perspective. The term today's children in Indonesia is better known as Kids Age Now. Kids Age Now is actually an allusion to the unnatural behavior of today's children. Education that is distanced and moral is a series of basic moral principles and the virtues of attitudes and character that children must have and make habits from a beginner's time until they become obedient to God. This research is a library research with a literature study approach through reference sources, such as books, articles, journals, and other scientific sources used in the discussion of this research. To deal with the problems of Kids Age Now, morals that are sourced from the Bible and Christian youth activities are needed. The goal is that today's children become children who have good character and are commendable. Being a Christian youth with character and morals is not easy, because Christian youths with character and morals are youths whose behavior follows the teachings of Christ, have Bible-based morals, are able to be good Christian youths, and do the right things and what Christ wants.

One way for parents to guide their children is to read fairy tales. When reading stories, parents can also insert messages that aim to stimulate the religious and moral development of children. The purpose of this research is to analyze the religious values ​​contained in the book Tales in the Al-Quran, Published by Pelangi Mizan as a tool that can be used by parents or educators to optimize children's religious and moral development.This research method is library research. The results of the research show that there are religious values ​​contained in the bookStories in the Quran, Published by Pelangi Mizan. The religious value in this study refers to Muhaimin's perspective which includes 3 aspects, namely: human relationship with God, human relationship with humans and human relationship with nature. The religious values ​​contained in the book Acts in the Quran Published by Pelangi Mizan, namely 1) the relationship between humans and God is an attitude of piety, gratitude, praising God and surrender. 2) the relationship between humans and humans, namely not insulting other people and being arrogant 3) the relationship between humans and nature, namely loving animals, which is contained in the story of Prophet Sulaiman.

Religious education aims to increase religious potential and shape children to become human beings who believe in and fear God Almighty and have noble character which includes ethics, character and morals. This study aims to instill religious values ​​in children which must be instilled since childhood, so that children get used to behaving well towards other people in their surroundings and have a love for the Al-Qur`an which increases their faith and piety to God Almighty. This research was conducted at the Subsidized Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Galagah Hulu. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method in which data collection uses observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that in the habituation of Duha prayer carried out by children in congregation, they find several religious values, namely the value of worship, the value of spirit of jihad, moral values ​​and exemplary values. Strategies in instilling religious values ​​by motivating and setting an example. One way to instill religious values ​​is to always keep the Duha prayer time. tells the virtues of dhuha prayer, tells the virtues of memorizing the Qur'an in life so as to foster a sense of love in children. Deviant behavior among adolescents has always been a concern in itself. Therefore parents must rise to carry out their obligations to children, in the form of supervision, attention, and good education, so that later they become generations that can benefit other Muslims. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Integral Al-Ukhuwah banjang uses a contact book as a means to shape the morals of its students. The contact book has programs that must be filled out by the homeroom teacher for activities at school and programs that must be filled out by parents for activities at home. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the contact book program affects student morals at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Integral Al-Ukhuwah, Amuntai Regency, South Kalimantan Province. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The techniques used to collect data are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the contact book is made within a framework of intention to build effective communication between parents and schools to shape student morals, there is an influence from the application of the contact book on student morals, including discipline in worship, social, and self-reliance.
