Advances in information technology have driven the transformation of banking services towards digitalization through mobile banking. Bank Central Asia (BCA), one of the largest private banks in Indonesia, offers m-BCA services to facilitate quick, practical, and efficient customer transactions. However, issues such as delayed notifications, system disruptions, and login problems still exist. This study aims to evaluate m-BCA user satisfaction using the PIECES Framework, which consists of six dimensions: Performance, Information, Economy, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. A descriptive quantitative approach was used, with a questionnaire distributed to 105 active m-BCA users in South Jakarta. Data were analyzed using mean values to assess satisfaction levels for each dimension, and validity and reliability tests were conducted. The results showed average scores of 4.02 for Performance, 4.08 for Information, 4.08 for Economy, 4.18 for Control and Security, 4.20 for Efficiency, and 4.09 for Service. The overall score of 4.10 falls into the "Satisfied" category. The highest score was for Efficiency, indicating strong support for users’ banking activities, while the Performance dimension scored lower, suggesting room for improvement. Overall, users are satisfied with m-BCA, but system performance improvements are needed for service stability and sustained satisfaction.

Gastric disease is a common health problem that can disrupt daily activities if not properly treated. To aid the initial diagnosis process, this study developed a web-based expert system capable of diagnosing various types of gastric disease based on the symptoms experienced by the user. This system uses the Dempster-Shafer method to address uncertainty in decision-making by combining a number of pieces of evidence in the form of symptoms to determine the level of confidence in a disease. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database and designed for easy browser access. Testing demonstrated that the system was able to provide fairly accurate diagnostic results that closely approximated the results of consultations with medical professionals. This system is expected to become an initial solution for the public in quickly and independently recognizing symptoms of gastric disease.

Hirschsprung’s disease is a congenital disorder caused by abnormal nerve cell development in the large intestine, leading to chronic intestinal obstruction in infants. This condition often manifests through symptoms such as constipation, abdominal distension, vomiting, and failure to thrive. The weak immune system of infants makes them highly susceptible to bacterial infections and further complications. At Bidadari General Hospital, there were 110 patients suspected of having Hirschsprung’s disease. One of the major challenges in managing these cases is the limited number of medical specialists, particularly pediatricians and pediatric surgeons, resulting in long waiting times for accurate diagnosis, especially during peak service hours. To address this issue, this study applies the Dempster-Shafer method in an expert system to assist in diagnosing Hirschsprung’s disease based on clinical symptoms. The method effectively handles uncertainty and combines multiple pieces of medical evidence to produce more accurate diagnostic probabilities. The analysis results show that from the selected symptoms, the highest diagnosis probability corresponds to short-segment Hirschsprung’s disease with a confidence level of 71.54%. These findings suggest that the Dempster-Shafer method can serve as an effective alternative tool to support early and accurate diagnosis of Hirschsprung’s disease in infants.

Azhari Bakar Bread Factory is an MSME domiciled in Rejowinangun, Kotagede, Yogyakarta. In the production process, this factory can produce 7807 pieces of bread in a month, of the total production that month 57 pieces of bread are defective. To reduce defects, quality control is needed. Quality control aims to produce products in the form of goods or services that comply with the desired and planned standards, as well as improve the quality of products that do not comply with predetermined standards and possibly maintain appropriate quality. This research uses the Six Sigma and Kaizen methods by showing factual data and comparing it with existing theories to find things that need to be added, improved, or maintained. This research found that the sigma process capability calculated for 1 month was 2.97 with a possible damage of 3661.21 for one million production. From these results, it can be said that the company has not implemented quality control completely properly and correctly because it is still far from the target level of 6 sigma, therefore the company needs to carry out quality control on defective products. The factor that causes production defects is the human factor. machines, methods, materials, and environment.

Toast is a common and popular food all over the world. Toast is generally made from slices of bread that are toasted until golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside. The basic bread used varies, from white bread to whole wheat bread, and can be cut in various shapes. The toasting process is a key stage in making toast, where the pieces of bread are toasted until they reach the desired doneness. Fillings are an important element in toast, with various options such as butter, jam, cheese, chocolate and nuts. Bread ingredients such as bread, butter, canned milk, etc. are a problem. If one of these ingredients is not met then production in the bakery business will be hampered. Therefore, to find out what variables hinder optimal value in the bakery business, mathematical modeling can be created using the simplex linear method program.
