Rico Cipta Mandiri is located at Ruko Tangerang City Business Park, D/8, Jl. Raya Jendral Sudirman, Banten. Director of PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri is Mr. Hamsir Siregar, S.H., M.H. PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri has been established for 10 years with a Deed of Company Establishment from the Tangerang Regency Notary, Mr. Deni Nugraha, S.E., S.H., M.Kn. dated 25-09-2013 and has received approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, as stated in his Decree dated 27-09-2013 Number: AHU-50281.AH.01.01 TAHUN 2013. So far, PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri is expanding its wings in the field of selling subsidized houses. The name of the housing developed by PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri is Granada Rajeg City which is located in Rajeg District, Tangerang Regency, Banten. Houses that sells by PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri is a subsidized house by the government with a price of Rp. 168,000,000,- and the houses’ building area of ​​30 M2 and a land area of ​​60 M2. Inside the house there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Houses marketing is carried out by deploying several marketing agents. Other than that, to carry out sales and purchases that have been agreed with consumers, PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri entered into a credit agreement at Bank BTN Syariah. During 2023, house sales have reached 74 houses.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi fenomena flypaper effect terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah provinsi di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersumber Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan, Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia dan laporan pendukung lainnya. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah 33 provinsi di Indonesia dengan periode penelitian 2018-2022. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Berdasarkan hasil regresi data panel, diperoleh hasil Berdasarkan hasil regresi data panel, diperoleh hasil yang secara parsial masing-masing variabel Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap tingkat belanja daerah Pemerintah Provinsi di Indonesia. Begitupun secara simultan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) berpangaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap belanja daerah Pemerintah Provinsi di Indonesia dengan besaran Adjusted R-squared adalah sebesar 97,07 persen. Sementara jika dilihat dari masing-masing koefisien variabel DAU dan PAD terhadap belanja daerah dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi flypaper effect pada kinerja keuangan pemerintah provinsi di Indonesia. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingka kemandirian pemerintah Provinsi di Indonesia masih belum mandiri dalam memenuhi belanja daerahnya. Oleh karena itu, berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka sebaiknya masing-masing pemerintah provinsi di Indonesia meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) untuk dijadikan sebagai sumber utama belanja daerah, kemudian pemerintah daerah juga harus memperioritaskan penggunaan belanja daerah untuk hal-hal yang produktif, sehingga adanya dana transfer pemerintah pusat mampu meningkatkan kemandirian kinerja keuangan pemerintah dan pada akhirnya bisa meminimalisir ketergantungan dengan pemerintah pusat.   Kata kunci: Flpaper Effect, Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD).

Kepuasan merupakan faktor penting bagi suatu perusahaan baik yang bergerak di bidang dagang maupun jasa. Melalui perasaan konsumen berupa kesenangan maupun perbandingan antar produk, kepuasan konsumen dapat terukur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui dampak positif pembayaran biaya pendidikan di Yayasan Sekolah Albanna dan Yayasan Sekolah Anak Emas Denpasar Bali setelah menggunkan Sistem EduPay, (2) Untuk mengetahui cara Yayasan Sekolah Albanna dan Yayasan Sekolah Anak Emas Denpasar Bali menyelesaikan masalah pembayaran Sistem EduPay, (3) Untuk mengetahui kepuasan Yayasan Sekolah Albanna dan Yayasan Sekolah Anak Emas Denpasar Bali menggunakan Sistem EduPay. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 22 informan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian tersebut adalah (1) Sistem EduPay efektif dan efisien dalam proses transaksi pembayaran dan pelaporan, (2) Dalam penyelesaian masalah, alur terstruktur dari Wali murid menyampaikan ke Staff Keuangan sekolah kemudian pihak lembaga akan koordinasi dengan pegawai BSM Denpasar, (3) Pengguna cukup puas dalam penggunaan Sistem EduPay untuk proses pembayaran biaya pendidikan sekolah.

The postpartum period (puerperium) is the period that begins after 2 hours postpartum and ends when the uterus returns to its pre-pregnancy state, lasting 6 weeks. The postpartum period is an important thing to pay attention to in order to reduce maternal mortality. Perineal rupture is a tear caused by spontaneous birth of a baby, either by using a tool or action. Perineal wound care is important to prevent infection of the reproductive organs, one method of perineal wound care is non-conventional therapy using red betel leaf (Piper crocatum) boiled water which contains flavonoids, alkaloids, polyphenolic compounds, tannins and essential oils which are known to has antibacterial activity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of red betel (Piper crocatum) cooking water for perineal wound healing in postpartum mothers. This research is a quantitative study with a population of all postpartum mothers with perineal wounds at PMB Rica Merdekawaty with a total sample of 30 respondents consisting of the intervention group and the control group. The data that was collected was then analyzed using the chi square statistical test (p value = 0.029). Based on the chi square analysis, it showed that red betel leaf boiled water was effective in healing perineal wounds in postpartum mothers.

Borneo Conblock Mandiri faces significant challenges in its monthly production, with an average of more than 50,000 paving units, but the number of defects exceeds 4,500 units. These defects include cracks, breaks, and uneven or jagged surfaces. To overcome this problem, a quality control analysis is proposed using the seven tools method to reduce defects and improve overall product quality. The research results show that in the production of Holand-type paving, the primary defects include 4,965 units (53%) cracks, 2,661 units (29%) broken, and 1,660 units (18%) the surface is not smooth. Human and machine factors were identified as the leading causes of defects in paving. The proposed solution is the addition of a foreman as an additional supervisor, especially in the production process. The new foreman inspects the material more intensively before it is put into the mixer. Hopefully, these steps can reduce the number of defects and improve overall product quality. The expected result of this research is that it can positively impact the productivity and reputation of Borneo Conblock Mandiri. By addressing the root causes of defects and implementing appropriate solutions, companies can improve their production processes and deliver higher-quality products in line with market demands.

Considering the importance of economic activities in maintaining national stability, sharia banking is considered as an approach to boosting the nation's economy. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah (BRIS), Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah (BNIS), and Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM), three sharia banks that were previously in existence, have merged as a result of the growth of the sharia banking sector in Indonesia, into one business entity. The process of merging two companies into one, where one takes a new name and the other is dissolved while all its assets are combined into the still operating business, is known as a merger. Of course, mergers are carried out with a specific purpose, as is currently experienced by the banking industry. In the context of these concerns, researchers plan to explore the impact of the consolidation of three state-owned sharia banks on the development of Indonesia's sharia economy. The influence of PT business combinations is revealed through the use of a literature observation approach in this research. Indonesia's sharia economic growth will be considered with a focus on Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Tbk. Suriana. 2023. Analysis of Working Capital on Increasing Income at PT Bulungan Tiga Putra Mandiri. STIM-LPI Makassar Management Study Program Thesis (Supervised by Drs. Sabirin Iskandar, M. Si., and Dr. Khairina Rosyadah, S.E., M.M). This research aims to determine whether working capital increases income at PT. Bulungan Tiga Putra Mandiri. The object of this research is PT. Bulungan Tiga Putra Mandiri, a corporation which operates in the trading business of heavy systems and fruit peels. The data used is primary data. The sample in this research is the financial report of PT Bulungan Tiga Putra Mandiri for 3 years.The results of this research show that calculating financial data using activity ratio and profitability ratio analysis shows that the company's working capital at PT. Bulungan Tiga Putra is decreasing from 2020 to 2022, resulting in a decrease in income and even a loss.

Pendampingan  dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM)  di Gereja Kristen Jawa (GKJ) Kramas, Tembalang Kota Semarang sebagai upaya mewujudkan lanjut usia (Lansia) sehat, aktif dan mandiri.  Warga  lansia di gereja tersebut (2023) sebanyak 32,6% dari  110 warga,   sebagian besar  adalah perempuan  dan  aktif kegiatan rumah tangga,  sosial  dan usaha ekonomi mikro.   Pendampingan  dilaksanakan dengan fasilitasi menyusun Rencana Aksi Sekolah Adiyuswo GKJ Kramas, dengan pemberdayaan dan mengintegrasikan  tujuh kegiatan ke dalam Sekolah Adiyuswa yaitu : (1) Pemeriksaan Kesehatan; (2)  Kegiatan  Sosial/Keagamaan;  (3) Seni Budaya;  (4) Produktif secara ekonomi (untuk persembahan); (5) Jaminan  Sosial (tergabung dalam BPJS, bantuan bagi lansia  sakit dan santunan kematian)  (6) Pemberdayaan Keluarga  pra-lansia dan  keluarga yang memiliki lansia agar paham tentang kesehatan dan aktivitas)  (7)  Jejaring Kerjasama ( Posyandu dan Puskesmas Tembalang.   Kegiatan pendampingan dilaksanakan   pemberdayaan kader dari warga  gereja (doketr dan paramedic serta warga setempat), kelengkapan  data terpadu  lansia, penguatan kelembagaan  sekolah adiyuswo, peningkatan kapasitas kader, dan  promosi sehat, aktif dan  perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, cek kesehatan  rutin  bersama kegiatan  bergereja dan  akses ke  Puskesmas.  Hasil pendampingan   dilakukan monitoring dan  evaluasi berdasarkan Rencana Aksi  Sekolah Adiyuswo GKJ Kramas menunjukkan perkembangan yang  baik  dan kegiatan sosial ekonomi  mendapatkan apresiasi dari  gereja dan masyarakat sekitar gereja.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan penanaman cinta tanah air di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi Desa Klodran Kecamatan Colomadu Kabupaten Karanganyar; 2) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi Desa Klodran Kecamatan Colomadu Kabupaten Karanganyar; 3) Untuk mengetahui Penanaman cinta tanah air melalui seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi Desa Klodran Kecamatan Colomadu Kabupaten Karanganyar. Bentuk penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Strategi penelitian ini menggunakan strategi studi kasus tunggal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini antara lain pemilik sanggar, pelatih sanggar, peserta tari, orang tua peserta tari. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknis data kegiatan, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Pelaksanaan penanaman karakter cinta tanah air seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi melalui kegiatan menari dengan percaya diri dihadapan banyak orang, berdoa sebelum memulai kegiatan tari, mempelajari nilai-nilai budaya; 2) Pelaksanaan kegiatan seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi berupa latihan rutin yang diadakan setiap Sabtu pada pukul 16.00 dengan guru tari, materi tari yang sesuai, pelatihan dan evaluasi serta guru tari yang profesional. Kegiatan pembelajaran materi tari Anila Prahastha yang dipentaskan; 3) Penanaman cinta tanah air di Sanggar tari Ngandhong Cinawi melalui tari dapat menjadi sarana yang efektif dalam menanamkan rasa cinta tanah air pada peserta tari, penanaman cinta tanah air berhasil ditanamkan pada seni tari memerlukan penentuan parameter melalui kegiatan seni tari yang menumbuhkan sikap mandiri, menjadi percaya diri dan menjalin hubungan sesama peserta tari, serta peserta tari merasakan keterkaitannya dengan budaya dan seni tradisional Indonesia. There are jobs in the warehouse that are still not optimal, one of which is managing administration and other activities related to warehouse mechanics and inventory. In the warehouse management section, employees record incoming goods, outgoing goods, and stock of goods by recording them in the inventory book, resulting in a buildup of inventory which often causes discrepancies between the release of goods and transaction funds. The research method used to solve problems is by using interviews and observation methods and for system development using the object oriented method. The results of this research produce a warehouse inventory information system that is capable of carrying out web-based warehouse recording transactions, so it is hoped that it can help with problems in PT Laz Coal's warehouse inventory.

In the midst of this developing society, people in Indonesia still use traditional health services, especially baby massage and birth attendants. Massaging babies from traditional healers has been a tradition passed down from generation to generation. This study aims to determine the relationship between attitudes and maternal behavior in carrying out baby massage independently at PMB Lismayani Lubis District. Simalungun. This type of research is an analytical survey. Then analyze the dynamics of correlation between phenomena or between risk factors and consequence factors, which are phenomena that cause consequences (influence). There is a relationship between attitude and mother's behavior in carrying out baby massage independently at PMB Lismayani Lubis Kab. Simalungun with a p value of 0.021.

This study aims to determine the effect of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and liquidity, economic profitability. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of data obtained from informants and archives through a book of accountability reports for the management of the Sangkilan Mandiri Agro Cooperative, Terusan Village, Batanghari Regency, namely 2021-2022. The results of this study indicate that cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover do not affect economic profitability. Liquidity affects economic profitability. By using the F test simultaneously, cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and liquidity have a joint effect on economic profitability. In this study, statistical calculations were used to analyze classical assumption tests including: normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test, while hypothesis testing included: coefficient of determination T test and F test. The progress of Islamic banking in Indonesia led to the merger of three Islamic banks, namely Bank Mandiri Syariah, Bank BNI Syariah, and Bank BRI Syariah became PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia. Financial performance is expected to improve compared to before, indicating the success of the merger. This study aims to determine the difference in financial performance using a comparative analysis of the profitability ratio of state-owned Islamic banks before the merger in 2019-2020 and after merging into PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. for 2021-2022 by measuring the level of ROA, ROE, and BOPO ratios in each bank. Data collection is used using documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out using paired T-tests to determine there were significant differences before and after the merger. The results showed that there was a significant increase in each ratio after the merger. This indicates that there is an increase in financial performance after the merger.

This article discusses the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic on financing and third party funds at Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM). The focus is to highlight the obstacles faced by the Islamic banking industry due to the impact of the pandemic, as well as the need for creative and innovative strategies to accommodate change and maintain continuity. This pandemic has affected the role of sharia banking as an intermediary, especially in terms of providing credit and recovering third party funds. Bank Mandiri Syariah experienced fluctuations in financing and third party funds from January to March 2020, due to a decrease in funding demand and economic uncertainty. To face this challenge, Bank Syariah Mandiri and other sharia banking institutions are adopting operational strategies that involve digitalization and technology. Digitalization is considered a crucial step in providing banking services during the pandemic. The aim of this research is to assess the operational tactics used by sharia banks to fulfill their role as mediators during the pandemic, as well as the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on financing and third party funds at Bank Syariah Mandiri.  

The cigarette industry is an industry that has an important role in the economy and employment. The objectives of this research are (i) to determine the share of female workers compared to male workers at the Tunas Mandiri Cigarette Factory; (ii) To find out the benefits obtained by female workers in helping their household economy. The method used is a qualitative method supported by primary data, namely sourced from interviews. The results of this research are (i) The share of workers at the Tunas Mandiri Cigarette Factory, female workers, is greater than male workers, in 2023, namely the share of female workers will reach 95.4% and the share of male workers 4.6%; (ii) Women workers receive various benefits that are useful in helping their household economy, namely for school fees, for paying motorbike loans, for paying bank installments, for saving, for daily food costs. The implication of this research is to provide information and references that women can help their household economy by working in various industrial sectors.  

This research is entitled Application of the Family Hope Program and Dilemmas for Poverty Alleviation in Teluk Nilau Village. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative approach. The results of this study were: (1) the mechanism for implementing the PKH program in Teluk Nilau subdistrict was carried out in several stages, namely, regional selection and selection of PKH participants, initial meeting and validation of prospective PKH participants, verification of eligibility, data updating and initial disbursement of funds. PKH in Teluk Nilau Village is aimed at improving the health quality of children under five, pregnant women and the elderly. For the education level of elementary, middle and high school children, the distribution of PKH funds is carried out once a month in 4 stages, namely in January, April, September and December through banks (BNI, BRI and Bank Mandiri). (2) The PKH program in Teluk Nilau sub-district plays an important role in increasing community economic poverty alleviation or KPM PKH including: First, reducing the poverty rate, from the data on the number of PKH beneficiaries from the data the number of recipients is 251 down to 224 in 2021. Second, in the field of education with the PKH program assistance is able to provide an increase in the level of education. Third, in the health sector, the existence of PKH program assistance is able to play a role in increasing poverty alleviation towards improving the level of public health. (3) Regarding the obstacles that were often faced before, it was often the case that recipient cards for the Family Hope program were blocked, but for now this obstacle has almost never happened. Again, this is because the PKH beneficiaries themselves collect the assistance at the post office or bank that has been determined. So for the constraints of the family program, hope has more or less been able to top it.

This research aims to analyze student entrepreneurial activities. Specifically, the target of this research is to determine the independent attitude, motivation and knowledge of entrepreneurship towards the entrepreneurial interest of students at the Faculty of Economics, University of Proclamation 45 (UP45). The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with a phenomological approach. The information obtained was in the form of written and verbal data from informants. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used in this research are observation and interviews. The number of respondents was 7 Management students class of 2021 who took entrepreneurship classes. The results of this research show that increasing interest in entrepreneurship for students at the UP45 Faculty of Economics can be done by conducting structured entrepreneurship lectures, guest lectures, entrepreneurship internships, and student creative programs, while students' efforts to start a business begin with finding product ideas first, discovering partners and links to work together, then the process of creating products.

Television programming has a profound impact on the formation and development of behavior in people of all ages. Understanding the age categorization code for television broadcast programs and practicing self – censorship on television broadcast programs are two ways to prevent the occurrence of harmful influences.  The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the age classification code for television broadcast programs influences parents' self – censorship of their children's viewing.  This study employs a quantitative methodology using survey methods.  Random sampling was utilized to acquire sample data, and questionnaires were used to collect data.  The findings of this study indicate that the age categorization code of television broadcast shows has a favorable influence on parents' self – censorship of their children's viewing.

Every village is required to provide the best possible service to the community in the areas of writing letters, population data collection, and other needs related to village office services. The process still requires residents to come and follow the procedures to get the letter. In this case, the letter cannot be processed in one day because often the village head who is authorized to sign the letter is not there because he is on assignment out of the area. So wait for the next day or wait for a confirmation Wats app from the Kadilangon village administration department to come and pick up the letter that has been processed. This process requires more time to carry out and obtain services and documentation of letters submitted by Kadilangon village residents. The process of serving letters submitted online is to make it easier for residents in terms of the application process and for employees themselves to make the documentation and report letter process easier. The author created a community service information system in Kadilangon village. In this system, residents can apply for letter permits online. It is hoped that this will make the letter application process faster and easier because the system can be accessed from anywhere. With this community service system, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of the service process to the people of Kadilangon village.

Aproblems in urban areas, this is because in addition to limited residential land but food needs also increase significantly. Meanwhile, agricultural output is getting lower because a lot of land is converted for infrastructure development.
