The Indonesian government has implemented various programs to improve public welfare; however, social assistance often misses its target, primarily due to a lack of accurate data. Sirapit Subdistrict, as a government institution, has access to important population data for policy development, particularly in the distribution of aid based on community welfare levels. Factors such as education, age, number of dependents, and income play a significant role in determining an individual's welfare. To address this issue, this study proposes the use of the Apriori method to analyze the factors affecting population welfare. The Apriori method is a data mining algorithm useful for discovering association patterns within a dataset. The study results show that with a support value of 3% and a confidence level of 100%, a pattern was found where residents with a high school education, 1-2 dependents, aged 35-45 years, earning Rp 500,000 - Rp 999,999, and with a low welfare level tend to work as laborers. These findings are expected to serve as a foundation for formulating more targeted policies to improve community welfare in Sirapit Subdistrict.

Harjowinangun Timur Village is a village located in Tersono District, Batang Regency, Central Java Province, Indonesia. Harjowinangun Timur Village has a livelihood in agriculture and the majority of the people of Harjowinangun Timur Village work as farmers, farm laborers, and factory workers. Waste is one of the problems that occurs in Harjowinangun Timur Village. Waste is something that cannot be avoided and is difficult to solve, in an effort to reduce the waste population, the first thing to do is to increase public awareness about the dangers of waste. Therefore, the UIN Walisongo Religious Moderation Community Service (KKN) group has one work program that has urgency regarding this problem, namely conducting socialization of waste and the impact of waste on the environment to create a clean and healthy environment. Through Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation and its derivative PP Number 35 Thuan 2021 concerning PKWT, Outsourcing, Working Time and Rest Time and Termination of Employment Relations is the crystallization of various laws regarding Employment. which, philosophically, does not provide guarantees and protection for workers' rights. Methodologically, this research is an empirical juridical research using a combined approach method which is carried out by analyzing the research explanation in an inductive way leading to a deductive method so as to help the author explain the relationship between research variables and research objects. The results of this research found that there are many deficiencies in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment, such as the absence of legal protection or workers who are in non-standard work relationships, gender discrimination, wages, lack of social security, leave rights and other rights, partial revision What the Job Creation Law does to the Employment Law Number 13 of 2003 actually creates new problems that have a negative impact on worker protection, the rules governing employment now, so that if you look closely at the revised and deleted articles, it appears that The spirit of the law does not at all touch on efforts to increase worker competency, even though in reality, in Pancasila industrial relations, worker protection is a form of government responsibility. So it is hoped that a legal political policy between the DPR and the government will make changes to Article 66 paragraph (2) of Law Number 3 of 2023 concerning the Determination of Perpu Number 2 of 2022 into the Job Creation Law and PP Number 35 of 2021 concerning Specific Time Work Agreements , Outsourcing, Working Time and Rest Time, and Termination of Employment Relations, so that it can be seen more clearly how the protection of workers/laborers, wages, welfare, and protection of the special rights of outsourced workers, especially outsourced workers, must ensure greater legal protection so that the working atmosphere can become better and more conducive and neither party feels disadvantaged

This study focuses on discussing the politics and policy of Islamic education in Indonesia with the core of the discussion of Comparison of Educational Goals and Systems between Islamic Education and Dutch Colonial Government Education. The history of Islamic education in Indonesia is more or less influenced by the socio-political background, especially during the Dutch colonial era, which was the longest surviving colonizer in Indonesia, this caused damage to the Islamic order that existed in Indonesia at that time, because the Dutch colonialists had a dual mission including Imperialism (a nation that carried out the politics of colonizing other nations) and Christianization. The educational process that took place in the Dutch East Indies was one of the starting points for the emergence of national awakening figures. Education in the Dutch East Indies itself began because of criticism from several figures and groups with the application of forced cultivation and liberal politics, because this policy caused a lot of suffering and poverty of the people. And this must be paid for by organizing trias, namely irrigation, emigration, and education. This criticism was finally approved by the queen of the Netherlands, and education began to be held, but education ran with discrimination because there were schools that differentiated classes between the children of elite nobles or pro-Dutch figures and the children of ordinary people. And this is because the son of this nobleman or pro-Dutch figure will later work to help the Dutch. And the children of ordinary people only become menial or lowly laborers.

Salamsari Village is a village located in the southern part of Boja District, Kendal Regency. This village is located in the highlands of Kendal Regency where the majority of Salamsari village residents work as agricultural laborers and traders. Most of the food processing businesses are housewives. Several business actors who named their group joined the name Jajanan Khas Ndeso which sells several processed snacks including: various criping (criping cassava, banana, taro, breadfruit, etc.), various peyek (peyek nuts, anchovies, dele, etc.), kembang goyang, cendol savory, widaran, tempe chips, lumpit, and others. The aim of this activity is to improve financial management in the Ndeso Typical Snacks business group in Salamsari Village, Boja District, Kendal Regency. In running their business, they have not managed it well, meaning that in terms of administration, there has been no proper and correct recording. For some business actors, there are even bookkeeping or financial management that is still mixed up with their household finances, so they cannot know for sure how much profit they have earned from the business, as well as difficulties in knowing the development of the business they are running. Based on this, the service team has an interest to carry out outreach related to financial management, including about bookkeeping which must be separate from household finances, as well as simple reporting with related businesses. So that you can know the profits and financial position so that you can determine the direction of business development better and increase. The Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) is part of the company's management system in general which aims to control risks associated with work activities in order to create a safe, efficient and productive work environment. PP RI Number 50 of 2012 issued regulations regarding the Implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Regulatory System, and Article 5 of the Law requires every company to implement SPK3 in their company, especially for companies that employ a minimum of 100 (one hundred) workers/laborers or have a high level of potential hazard. Hot work Permit System is a system of written permission to do work that generates heat sources. This study aims to determine the implementation of SMK3 with hot work system management as fire and explosion prevention at PT. XYZ, Indramayu. It is recommended for companies to strengthen the application of safety culture by implementing a hot work permit system, organizing training for welding workers, and conducting socialization regarding standard operating procedures (SOP) in work behavior for all workers.

For this reason, this article wants to propose skills training that can be used to improve the economy by becoming an entrepreneur who uses websites to market his wares. With training to create an online shop using WordPress, the costs required by residents are not expensive and the material taught is also not too difficult.
