This study aims to analyze the leadership qualifications of Moses in Exodus 18:21 and examine their relevance for contemporary Christian team leadership. The research is grounded in the increasing complexity of modern leadership challenges, which often prioritize structural effectiveness without sufficient ethical and spiritual foundations. Employing a qualitative approach with a historical-grammatical hermeneutical method, this study interprets the text within its historical, literary, and lexical contexts. The findings reveal that the four leadership criteria—capable, God-fearing, trustworthy, and hating dishonest gain—form an integrated value system that undergirds Israel’s collective leadership structure. The novelty of this research lies in its interpretation of Exodus 18:21 not merely as a description of Moses’ personal charisma, but as a paradigm for participatory and ethically grounded team leadership. Theologically, the “fear of God” functions as the normative center that integrates competence and integrity. These findings suggest that contemporary Christian leadership development should prioritize spiritual character and moral accountability as foundational elements in building sustainable and integrity-based teamwork..

The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal basis for the qualification of unlawful acts in disputes concerning the unilateral cancellation of life insurance policies by the insurer as reflected in Decision Number 5871 K/Pdt/2024. This research is a normative legal study with a prescriptive nature, employing both case and statutory approaches. The legal materials used in this study consist of primary and secondary legal materials which are analyzed qualitatively using the syllogistic method with deductive reasoning. The results of the study indicate that the qualification of an unlawful act in the a quo decision is based on a systematic interpretation of Article 1338 of the Indonesian Civil Code, which is understood in relation to the binding source of agreements under Article 1339 of the Indonesian Civil Code. Furthermore, the existence of naturalia elements also emphasizes the presence of legal obligations inherent in an agreement even though they are not explicitly stated therein. In life insurance, the obligation to pay claims after the insured risk has occurred constitutes a normative consequence inherent in the policy; therefore, the unilateral cancellation of a life insurance policy fulfills the elements of an unlawful act as stipulated in Article 1365 of the Indonesian Civil Code.

The Indonesian criminal justice system upholds the principle of legal certainty to ensure the protection of the rights of all parties involved in legal proceedings. One of the recurring issues is the ambiguity regarding the timeframe for Investigators to submit case files to Public Prosecutors, particularly in minor offense cases. Article 110 of the Indonesian Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) merely states the word "immediately" without specifying a definite time limit, creating opportunities for delays without firm legal consequences. This research employs a normative juridical method with a conceptual and evaluative approach to analyze statutory provisions and their practical application in Indonesia. The findings reveal that although ethical and disciplinary sanctions are regulated within internal police regulations, there is no explicit legal norm governing sanctions for Investigators who fail to promptly submit case files. Consequently, it is necessary to revise Article 110 of KUHAP by establishing a clear and binding timeframe, while strengthening both internal and external supervisory mechanisms to uphold legal certainty and enhance the effectiveness of the criminal justice system. Furthermore, public participation through digital media can serve as a form of social control over the negligence of law enforcement officers in Indonesia.

Quality education relies on educators who meet specific qualifications, including formal education and certification. The qualifications of educators are regulated by Law No. 14 of 2005 and the Minister of National Education Regulation, emphasizing the necessity of pedagogical, personal, and professional competencies. Observational results indicate that the majority of teachers at SDN 25 have met the established qualifications, with several teachers already certified. This reflects a commitment to improving teaching quality and positively impacting students. With adequate qualifications, educators are better prepared to face the evolving challenges of education, thereby providing quality and relevant education for future generations.

This research aims to identify the effect of educational qualifications on the improvement of performance of village apparatus in Duhiadaa Sub-district, Pohuwato Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach with descriptive research method. This research utilizes primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to village apparatus in Duhiadaa Sub-district, Pohuwato Regency. The sample consists of 50 respondents. The data analysis technique uses a simple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS 21. The findings indicate a positive (8.755 > 2.010) and significant (0.000 < 0.05) effect between educational qualifications and the improvement of performance of village apparatus in Duhiadaa Sub-district, Pohuwato Regency. The coefficient of determination of the regression model is 0.615, which means that 61.5% of the variability in the improvement of the performance of village apparatus can be explained by educational qualifications. In other words, the better the educational qualifications of the village apparatus, the higher the performance they can achieve. This shows that education plays an important role in shaping the village apparatus's abilities, knowledge, and skills in effectively carrying out village government tasks. The remaining 38.5% is affected by other variables not examined in this research.

One of the challenges often faced by church leaders is the inability to set a consistent example, which results in the dependence of the ministry and the declining trust of the congregation. This is caused by the imbalance between spirituality and integrity, the influence of lust, and weak spiritual discipline. This study aims to exmine the qualifications of church leaders in general, and analyze their relevance for God’s service in the present era. The method used is qualitative with a hermeneutic descriptive-analytical approach, accompanied by a literature study sourced from theological literature, tafsir, and related articles. The result show that church leaders must have moral integrity, self-control, loyalty, wisdom, skill, teaching, and a good reputation. These criteria become the foundation of spiritual leadership eligiblity. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that servants of God must live in love, live simply, be authoritative, humble and able to adjust to the dynamics of today’s ministry.

Employee productivity is a crucial factor in a company's success. Educational qualifications are believed to enhance skills and work efficiency. However, in some companies, employees with lower education levels exhibit productivity nearly equal to those with higher education. This study aims to analyze the impact of educational qualifications on employee productivity. A quantitative research method was used with simple linear regression. Data was collected through questionnaires from 30 respondents in the studied company. The analysis results indicate that educational qualifications significantly affect productivity. The t-test produced a t-value of 2.919 with a p-value of 0.007 (<0.05), leading to the rejection of H₀. The regression coefficient (B) of 0.443 suggests that each unit increase in educational qualification raises productivity by 0.443 units. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.233 indicates that 23.3% of productivity variability is influenced by educational qualifications, while 76.7% is affected by other factors such as work experience and skills. In conclusion, educational qualifications impact employee productivity, but other factors also play a significant role. Companies are advised not only to consider education levels in recruitment but also to enhance training and skill development to optimize employee productivity.

Pharmaceutical products play a crucial role in supporting medical interventions to prevent, treat, and cure diseases, making their availability and quality key factors in healthcare services. Therefore, the pharmaceutical supply chain must ensure the availability of medicines in adequate quantities and meet quality standards. Supplier qualification is a critical step in supply chain management aimed at ensuring quality, sustainability, and compliance with regulations. This article analyzes the main risks in the supplier qualification process, such as quality risks, compliance risks, and supply disruptions. Risk mitigation strategies, such as regular audits, source diversification, and the implementation of digital technologies, play an important role in enhancing the efficiency, flexibility, and sustainability of the pharmaceutical supply chain, thereby supporting the competitiveness of the industry in consistently meeting market demands and complying with stringent regulatory standards. Through this research, it is hoped that strategic guidelines can be produced to improve the efficiency of pharmaceutical supply chain risk management, resulting in a positive impact on the overall healthcare system.

Bullying is a social phenomenon that is increasingly worrying because of its serious impacts on victims, both psychologically, physically, and socially. In the context of Indonesian criminal law, bullying can fulfill the elements of a criminal act if it meets certain qualifications as regulated in the Criminal Code (KUHP) and other regulations. This study aims to analyze how bullying can be qualified as a criminal act and to review the forms of bullying that can be subject to criminal sanctions. Using a normative legal approach, this study examines relevant positive legal norms and case studies that reflect the implementation of the law on bullying. The results of the study show that bullying can be qualified as a criminal act such as insults, physical violence, threats, and defamation, depending on the form and consequences caused. Therefore, it is important to have strict law enforcement and legal education for the community to prevent and handle bullying cases effectively.

Futsal has the goal of winning by scoring as many goals as possible against the opponent's goal. Tactics are needed to achieve this. Playing techniques are something that must be mastered to become a winner. The AFC (football and futsal association) on the Asian continent held the AFC Futsal Championship 2024 tournament. Qualifications were held to screen the number of participants. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of playing technique skills of the Indonesian men's futsal national team when participating in this tournament. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data source of this research comes from video replays of the Indonesian men's futsal national team matches uploaded by the Indonesian Futsal Federation (FFI) on their official YouTube channel. The results of this study found that in the match against Macau the number of passing of the Indonesian men's futsal national team reached 573 times with a success percentage of 93%, control reached 489 times with a success percentage of 97%, chipping 13 times with a success percentage of 54%, dribbling 144 times with a success percentage of 92%, and shooting 79 times with a success percentage of 63%. Against Afghanistan passing reached 548 times with a success percentage of 91%, control 502 times with a success percentage of 97%, chipping 33 times with a success percentage of 48%, dribbling 200 times with a success percentage of 95%, shooting 33 times with a success percentage of 58%, and powerplay 19 times with a success percentage of 11%. Against Saudi Arabia passing reached 434 times with a success percentage of 90%, control 370 times with a success percentage of 98%, chipping 31 times with a success percentage of 32%, dribbling 174 times with a success percentage of 91%, shooting 36 times with a success percentage of 58%, and powerplay 12 times with a success percentage of 8%.

Peningkatan adopsi teknologi digital dan penggunaan internet telah mendorong pertumbuhan industri kreatif digital. Di sisi lain, kesadaran akan kesehatan dan penampilan di kalangan wanita juga semakin meningkat. Dalam konteks ini, terdapat peluang untuk menggabungkan telemedicine dan kebutuhan perawatan kulit wanita melalui konsep beauty teleconsultation. Pengembangan startup di Indonesia juga mengalami perkembangan pesat, dengan banyak startup yang berfokus pada teknologi dan inovasi. Jurnal ini menjelaskan konsep startup dan tahap pengembangannya, serta pentingnya teleconsultation dalam perawatan kulit wanita. Selain itu, jurnal ini juga membahas hasil survei dan wawancara yang dilakukan untuk memahami preferensi pengguna dalam mencari klinik kecantikan. Dalam hasil tersebut, harga, reputasi, dan kualifikasi tenaga kerja teridentifikasi sebagai faktor utama yang dipertimbangkan oleh pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis mengusulkan solusi yang menjawab kebutuhan pengguna, yaitu platform telekonsultasi dermatologist online yang diberi nama Beaudy. Jurnal ini menyajikan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei dan wawancara dengan calon pengguna. Dalam kesimpulan, pengembangan startup platform telekonsultasi dermatologist (Beaudy) merupakan langkah yang relevan untuk mengatasi permasalahan kulit wanita di Indonesia.

Pembelajaran al-Qur’an Hadits Materi Mad Zila, Mad Badal, Mad Tamkin dan Mad Farqi di kelas VIII MTs. Politani Maccirinnae Jengeng menjadi mata pelajaran yang dianggap sulit oleh peserta didik. Hasil ulangan harian rata-rata nilainya di bawah standar ketuntasan, dimana dari 23 peserta didik yang nilainya diatas KKM 70 hanya sekitar 30%. Oleh karena itu guru al-Qur’an Hadits harus berupaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca al-Qur’an. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru dalam penerapan metode reading aloud pada pembelajaran al-Qur’an siswa kelas VIII MTs. Politani Maccirinnae Jengeng, serta untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya peningkatan kemampuan membaca al-Qur’an siswa kelas VIII MTs. Politani Maccirinnae Jengeng setelah menggunakan metode reading aloud. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi dan tes kemampuan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kualifikasi aktivitas guru pada siklus I dikategorikan “baik ”, dengan nilai 80,35 dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi ”baik sekali” dengan nilai rata-rata 94,64. Adapun kualifikasi aktivitas siswa pada siklus I masih kurang baik atau belum maksimal , karena baru mencapai 69,56. Sedangkan pada siklus II, aktivitas siswa sudah ada peningkatan menjadi baik dengan nilai rata-rata 84,23. (2) Penerapan metode reading aloud dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca al-Qur’an. Hal ini dibuktikan bahwa ada peningkatan pada ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa, yaitu pada siklus I nilai rata-rata 66,30 dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 80,43. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode reading aload dalam pembelajaran al Quran Hadits materi Madzilah, Mad Badal, Mad Tamkin dan Mad Farqi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al Qur’an dan antusiasme siswa dalam belajar.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh semua guru MI Kalifa Nusantara telah memenuhi standar kualifikasi akademik, namun nampaknya kualifikasi akademik guru belum dapat memaksimalkan prestasi belajar siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya penurunan prestasi belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualifikasi guru dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa dan faktor- faktor penghambat dan pendukung yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di MI Kalifa Nusantara Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yakni dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif interpretive. Penentuan informan dilakukan secara purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga teknik yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa peran kualifikasi guru dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar ditentukan oleh kualifikasi akademik dan non-akademik, kualifikasi perencanaan pembelajaran, kualifikasi proses pembelajaran, kualifikasi kepribadian, dan hasil proses pembelajaran melalui evaluasi. Sedangkan faktor pendukung prestasi belajar secara internal adalah intelegensi siswa, motivasi internal, serta minat dan bakat. Selain itu, faktor pendukung secara eksternal adalah motivasi orang tua, fasilitas yang memadai, les di luar sekolah, dan pemberian reward dari guru. Adapun faktor penghambat prestasi belajar terdiri dari faktor internal, yaitu kurangnya motivasi dan minat belajar. Sedangkan, faktor eksternal ialah kurangnya perhatian dari orang tua, siswa tidak mengikuti les tambahan di luar sekolah, dan fasilitas yang kurang mendukung.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji penerapan asas kepentingan terbaik bagi anak dalam kebijakan reformulasi berhubungan dengan anak korban tindak perkosaan, serta mengevaluasi perluasan bentuk tindak pidana kejahatan persetubuhan terhadap anak yang dapat dilakukan aborsi ditinjau asas kepentingan terbaik bagi anak. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian yuridis normatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua pendekatan yakni pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Sumber bahan hukum yang digunakan yaitu bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Analisis bahan hukum menggunakan metode berfikir deduktif serta melakukan studi kepustakaan dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka. Penelitian ini berkesimpulan (1) Dibutuhkan 2 alat bukti sebagai bukti dari adanya perkosaan, sehingga hal tersebut memberikan ruang penguatan dari segi hukum disamping adanya konseling yang dtentukan sebagai syarat diperbolehkannya aborsi; (2) supaya asas kepentingan terbaik bagi anak dapat diterapkan terhadap anak korban tindak pidana yang akan melakukan aborsi, di dalam UU Kesehatan harus segera direformulasi yang mengatur mengenai kualifikasi tentang anak korban peresetubuhan yang dapat dilakukan aborsi tidak hanya korban perkosaan saja, hal ini bertujuan agar apa yang menjadi tujuan pemerintah untuk menjaga dan melindungi hak-hak anak.

Memasuki period digital dengan kemajuan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) yang sangat pesat, telah membawa perubahan yang signifikan dalam percepatan dan inovasi penyelenggaraan pendidikan diberbagai belahan dunia. Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 16 tahun 2007 tentang Kualifikasi dan Kompetensi Guru, bahwa  practitioner harus memiliki kompetensi profesional, pedagogik, kepribadian, dan sosial. Berdasarkan uraian latar belakang di atas, fokus penelitian ini yakni pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam pendidikan sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman dan langkah- langkah praktis pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pembelajaran di sekolah- sekolah. Tulisan ini memakai metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatanan kepustakaan untuk menyajikan masalah, analisis dan pengumpulan data. Penelitian kualitatif mengacu pada makna, konsep, definisi, dan deskripsi terhadap sesuatu yang diteliti oleh peneliti atau penulis. practitioner pendidikan agama Kristen harus dapat berinovasi dengan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi agar  practitioner dapat mengerti dan memahami setiap perkem bangan dan kemajuan zaman yang akan lebih menuntut  practitioner untuk lebih kreatif. Sebagai kesimpulannya bahwa Guru PAK akan berupaya meningkatkan tanggung jawab lewat mengikuti pelatihan tahun ini dengan tujuan agar lebih mengetahui cara memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pembelajaran.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesukaran butir soal dan daya beda butir soal Ujian Akhir Sekolah Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Kutacane Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode observasi, dan kuantitatif. Metode observasi ini digunakan untuk mengetahui jumlah peserta didik dan mendapatkan naskah soal dan data lembar jawaban soal Bahasa Indonesia, yang menjadi sampel adalah kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Kutacane. Sedangkan metode kuantitatif digunakan pada saat melakukan analisis butir soal Ujian Akhir Sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesukaran butir soal Ujian Akhir Sekolah Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Kutacane Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021 dengan soal kriteria mudah (2,5%), soal dengan kriteria sedang(55%) dan soal dengan kriteria sukar (42,5%). Daya beda memiliki kriteria soal dibuang (12,5%), kriteria soal baik sekali tidak ditemukan (0%), kriteria soal baik (17,5%), kriteria soal cukup (22,5%) dan kriteria soal jelek (47,5%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini pada tingkat kesukaran adalah soal Ujian Akhir Sekolah Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Kutacane Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021 memiliki kriteria soal sedang, dan daya beda soal  Ujian Akhir Sekolah Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Kutacane Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021 memiliki kualifikasi soal yang baik.

This research was motivated by all teachers in MI Kalifa Nusantara have met academic qualification standards. However, it seems that the teacher’s academic qualifications have not been able to maximize the student’s learning achievement. This is evidenced by a decrease in learning achievement. The purpose of this research is to know qualifications teachers in improving student learning achievement and the inhibitory and supporting factors faced by teachers in improving student learning achievement at MI Kalifa Nusantara Years lesson 2019/2020. This study uses a qualitative approach, with a qualitative interpretive method. Determination of the informant was done by purposive sampling. The data collection techniques was by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study revealed that, the role of teacher qualifications is improving learning achievement is determined by academic and non-academic qualifications, learning planning qualifications, learning process qualifications, personality qualifications, and learning process results through evaluation. While the supporting factors of learning achievement internally are student intelligence, internal motivation, as well as interests and talents. The external support factors are parental motivation, adequate facilities, out-of-school tutoring, and teacher rewarding. The inhibitory factor of learning achievement consists of internal factors, namely lack of motivation and interest in learning. Meanwhile, the external factor is the lack of attention from parents, students not taking additional lessons outside of school, and less supportive facilities.

Media pembelajaran merupakan  hal yang terpenting dalam tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ulang media pembelajaran berupa media Pop-Up Book untuk membantu ketercapainnya tujuan pembelajaran di kelas. Penggunaan media Pop-Up Book dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan, keterterapan serta kefektifitasan media Pop-Up Book dalam pembejaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengefektifkan penggunaan media pembelajaran Pop-Up Book dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisis meta yaitu menganalisis hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Data tersebut diperoleh dengan cara menelusuri jurnal-jurnal online melalui google scholer dengan kata kunci Media Pembelajaran Pop-Up Book, Hasil Belajar, Sekolah Dasar. Dari penelusuran tersebut kemudian hasil penilaian dihitung rata ratanya untuk mengetahui validitas media pop-up book yang telah dibuat. Dari hasil penilaian5 jurnal itu, diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 4.68 dengan kualifikasi sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pop-up book dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di sekolah dasar sudah valid dengan kategori sangat baik.
