PT.  Lion Mentari Airlines (Lion Air) was founded on November 15 1999 and began operations on June 30 2000. By serving flight routes from Jakarta to Pontianak using Boeing 737-200 type aircraft.  Lion Air has a philosophy that consumers are truly sovereign (consumer sovereignty) with the slogan "We make people fly".  On one of the social media platforms which is currently in the spotlight for the wider community, namely Tiktok, there is a report that has attracted the attention of netizens about the derailment of one of the planes from the Batik Air airline, which is a subsidiary of the Lion Group, the Jakarta - Yogyakarta flight, which occurred at the airport.  Adisujipto Yogyakarta.  The method used in this research is the qualitative case studies research method.  This research was carried out using 2 techniques, the first was collecting data by observing the phenomenon of events that occurred on social media, and the second was by conducting direct interview techniques with related sources.  You can find out how alert the Lion Air Group public relations officer is in dealing with issues and problems developing in society to anticipate crises that occur in the company or airline. The aim of this research is to find out how environmental management accounting, green innovation and environmental performance are used by the Nganjuk Regency Environmental Service. Descriptive research with a qualitative approach was used. The data used in this research comes from interviews conducted in 2022, as well as data from the Nganjuk Regency Environmental Service. Descriptive analysis is used to analyze the data. describes the results of his findings based on the data collected.The results of this research indicate that the Nganjuk Regency Environmental Service has completed the treatment stages of implementing environmental management accounting for waste management costs and has evaluated the level of environmental performance well. In addition, they have implemented green innovation as a form of social responsibility to society and the environment, as seen in the presentation of waste management costs included in detailed financial reports. Furthermore, the more environmental performance evaluations carried out, the higher the level of community satisfaction. Conversely, the lower the level of environmental performance evaluation, the lower public satisfaction with the company.

This article discusses the role of catechesis and family dynamics in dealing with the complex dynamics of the contemporary era characterized by social change, technological advances, and moral crises. Social change poses new challenges in family structures and norms, requiring catechesis to align its guidelines with modern family realities. Meanwhile, technological progress requires the adaptation of catechesis to take advantage of new media without losing the essence of spiritual values. The moral crisis engulfing society reinforces the need for catechesis that can provide relevant ethical guidance. Family dynamics, as the basis of religious education, take center stage in understanding how catechesis can support the formation of character and moral values in the family environment. Collaboration between church and family was identified as a key element in ensuring holistic and effective religious education. Through this article, it is hoped that a deeper understanding of how catechesis can respond to changing times and remain relevant in forming the foundations of faith and morals in the contemporary family.

This paper discusses the characteristics and responsibilities of leaders in the context of the uncertainty that often occurs during crises. The purpose of this research is to gain an understanding of the duties of a person who has the ability to lead and direct his followers. Being a leader must have behavior in performing each task. In this study, the author analyzes and interprets the text from the Bible 1 Samuel 22:1-5. This book tells about the leadership of David who fled and hid from the pursuit of King Saul. In leadership, David became a tough, responsible leader. Even though David was on the run, he still did his duty to help those who were weak and did not look down on them. David was a responsible leader who was able to provide direction, stability, and make wise decisions during difficult times.

  The moral crisis that is currently hitting the millennium era has raised deep concerns about the moral values ​​of today's society.  The ethical crisis in the millennial era is becoming an increasingly deep and complex problem.  Various factors, such as the influence of globalization, technological progress, and social change, have shaped the context of individual behavior and weakened basic moral values.  In this context, this review examines the importance of citizenship education as the main solution for forming individual character and social ethics in the millennium era.  This study discusses the concept of citizenship education, the role of educational institutions and the challenges faced in realizing civic values ​​in education.  The research results highlight the importance of citizenship education in overcoming the current moral crisis and emphasize the need for cooperation between government, educational institutions and society to achieve this goal.  Key: Citizenship Education, Morals, Millennial Generation

The purpose of this study is to identify the principles and ethics of Islamic communication used in interaction, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors that influence the application of Islamic communication principles by individuals and religious institutions. What principles of Islamic communication are used, and how do individuals and religious institutions apply them? Islamic communication and its elements for and against. This research was conducted through a qualitative approach that uses a descriptive approach. The results of this study show that the principles of Islamic communication are used by individuals and religious institutions in their communication, such as the principles of honesty, cleanliness, and positive speech. Religious institutions use these principles to establish good communication with each other. The ability to interact and communicate, mutual desire, desire, adaptability, and improved reading skills are components that help apply the principle. In addition, inhibiting factors that influence the application of Islamic communication principles include the environment. Communication has many explanations and receives special attention because Allah Almighty says: It means "speak well to everyone".

This study aims to determine the important role of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in global economic stabilisation and recovery efforts, especially in the midst of the international financial crisis. The IMF serves as a critical provider of financial assistance to crisis-affected countries through an emergency lending mechanism, the IMF provides the financial support needed to address urgent economic pressures. In addition, the IMF acts as an economic policy advisor by providing guidance to its member countries. By designing appropriate structural reform programmes and economic policies, the IMF helps countries to recover from the crisis and build a stronger economic base. The importance of international co-operation is also a focus of the IMF in promoting global economic stability. This article has a formulation of the problem of how the IMF's role in providing emergency financial assistance for the economic stabilisation of countries affected by the international financial crisis. The analytical method used by the author is a qualitative approach. The results of the research in this journal are The IMF was established to maintain financial stability and world trade by providing loans to countries facing balance of payments crises that could threaten a country's economy.

This research aims to find out whether gender and cash dividends influence company value. This research was conducted on Health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2019-2020 period. The population in this study was 13 companies and the sample in this study was 6 companies using purposive sampling as the sampling method. Data collection is carried out through financial report data published on the official IDX website, namely www.idx.co.id. The research results showed that gender has a negative effect on firm value, cash dividend has a positive effect on company value, and  liquidity as a control variable has a positive effect on firm value.

This research aims to determine the effect of ROA, LDR, and company size on company value in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The population taken was banking company semi-annual data for 3 periods totaling 264 data. This research uses a panel data regression analysis method with a stress test approach. The type of stress test used in this research is sensitivity theory, where ROA, LDR, and company size on banking company value show sensitive results when the Covid-19 pandemic shock occurs. In addition, the research results show that ROA, LDR, and company size have a negative and significant effect on company value.

This study aims to determine the financial performance of financial resilience in times of crisis of each company engaged in the Food and Beverage (F&B) sector, namely PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, and PT Sentra Food Indonesia Tbk during 2019- 2021 through ratio analysis. The data analysis method used is a quantitative descriptive method, namely by collecting, processing, and interpreting the data obtained so that it can provide a clear picture of the situation under study based on the numbers. The result of this study is that the liquidity ratio has a significantly positive effect on financial resilience. While the leverage ratio and profitability ratios have no significant positive effect on financial resilience.

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial management and sales stability on business survival in companies experiencing financial crisis. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies on several companies facing financial crises in different industries. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with company executives, analysis of financial statements, and evaluation of implemented management strategies. The research was conducted over a three-month period, starting from January to March 2023. The results show that effective financial management is essential to deal with the financial crisis and affects business survival. Companies that are able to manage financial resources well, restructure debt, and optimize the use of capital will have a greater chance of surviving a crisis. In addition, sales stability is also a crucial factor in the survival of the company. Product diversification, market expansion, and efforts to maintain market share help companies to cope with demand fluctuations and reduce the negative impact of the economic crisis. While this research provides valuable insights, there are limitations in the number of case studies and the focus on qualitative data. The implication of this study is that it is important for companies to strengthen financial management and improve sales stability in an effort to overcome the financial crisis and maintain business viability.    

This study aims to describe the implementation of big data on social media in carrying out crisis communication. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through literature study. Literature study is a literature review with a traditional-conceptual approach. The results of this study also emphasize three aspects, namely: 1). The government must define a crisis because to understand a crisis, of course, we must start by defining it first. Each crisis that arises is accompanied by its own characteristics. 2). The government can use Big Data information sources to accelerate the implementation of government programs. 3). One of the efforts to look at big data to identify problems is to carry out the stages of social media. In the era of advances in communication and information technology, the existence of social media can no longer be separated from the activities of the world community.  

Penelitian ini membahas peran penting Public Relations (PR) dalam membangun kepercayaan nasabah dan memelihara citra positif Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI). PR BNI fokus pada membangun hubungan positif dengan nasabah melalui komunikasi transparan dan responsif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literatur review untuk mengumpulkan informasi dari berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PR BNI berperan penting dalam membangun citra positif perusahaan, merespons umpan balik dan kritik dari nasabah, serta menjaga reputasi perusahaan dalam menghadapi tantangan dan krisis. PR BNI juga berupaya membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan nasabah melalui komunikasi yang transparan dan responsif. Kepercayaan nasabah yang terbangun melalui upaya PR yang kuat dapat meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah, mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis bank, dan memperkuat posisi BNI di industri perbankan. Dengan demikian, PR BNI berperan penting dalam membangun kepercayaan nasabah, mempertahankan citra positif, dan memajukan BNI dalam persaingan industri perbankan.

Krisis ekonomi global merupakan suatu peristiwa yang mana keadaan sektor ekonomi pasar dunia mengalami penurunan drastis sehingga mempengaruhi sector-sektor lain di seluruh dunia. Krisis ekonomi global yang terjadi pada tahun 2008 bermula pada krisis ekonomi Amerika Serikat lalu menyebar ke negara-negara lain di seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia khususnya di kota Surabaya. Dampak yang dirasakan dari krisis ekonomi pada perekonomian di Surabaya yaitu angka inflasi yang tinggi sehingga penyaluran kredit bank lemah akibat masih tingginya cost of fund dan daya beli masyarakat juga akan menurun sehingga terjadi pengurangan belanja investasi  dan member dampak pada penurunan PDB, dampak selanjutnya yaitu melemahnya nilai Rupiah berpengaruh pada aktivitas perdagangan ekspor lemah dan turunnya harga komoditas terutama pada sektor industry-industri. Krisis ekonomi tahun 2008 di Indonesia memberikan pengaruh pada perekonomian khususnya di kota Surabaya, akibat dari adanya krisis ekonomi, perekonomian kota Surabaya mengalami penurunan pertumbuhan ekonomi terutama pada sektor makro ekonomi. Pada masa krisis ekonomi tersebut kota Surabaya mengalami penurunan nilai tukar yang cukup tajam dan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perekonomian makro seperti kurs / nilai tukar uang, pengangguran, hutang luar negeri, neraca perdagangan, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi.

The spiritual crisis among Sunday school children has become a serious concern in the context of Christian religious education. This article examines the important role played by Christian religious education teachers in overcoming this crisis. In a modern context full of challenges, children often experience spiritual isolation, loss of religious values, and difficulty implementing Christian principles in everyday life. Christian religious education teachers have a responsibility to provide guidance and inspiration to these children. This article examines strategies and methods Christian religious education teachers can use to help Sunday school children overcome spiritual crises. Some of the strategies described include the use of interesting Bible stories, interactive and creative teaching, building empathetic relationships with students, and encouraging reflection and application of Christian values in everyday life. Christian religious education teachers must also be able to tactfully face children's questions and doubts, and develop a deep understanding of children's spiritual and developmental needs. Through their role, Christian religious education teachers can be role models and sources of inspiration for Sunday school children in strengthening their faith and dealing with spiritual crises. In carrying out their duties, teachers must have a strong commitment to the mission of Christian religious education and pay attention to the social and cultural changes that affect children's lives. This article aims to inform and motivate Christian religious education teachers in carrying out their roles more effectively and relevantly amidst the spiritual crisis of Sunday school children. Through collaborative efforts between the church, parents and the Christian community, it is hoped that Sunday school children can obtain a solid foundation of faith and be able to overcome the spiritual challenges they face in their lives.

A crisis experienced by a country will affect a country's fundamentals or foundation because the impact is so great and can be felt by all levels of society in the country, both the government and society in general. This study will analyze the factors and impact of the crisis on the fragility of fundamentals. This research uses a descriptive analysis method, namely to investigate the situation, condition, the results of which are presented in the form of a research report with what it is about the crises that have occurred in Indonesia from 1960 to 2021. thus triggering inflation, deflation, and even recession which makes the crisis of society and government and affects its fundamental resilience.

Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di desa Sumberarum, Kecamatan Moyudan, Kabupaten Bantul, Kota Yogyakarta pada salah satu Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yaitu UMKM Telur Asin DMN. Beberapa tahun yang lalu di Indonesia sempat mengalami krisis perekonomian yang disebabkan karena adanya pandemi COVID-19. Hal ini sangat berdampak bagi perekonomian masyarakat terutama pada sektor usaha kecil seperti UMKM. Setelah berbagai upaya dilakukan, sekarang perekonomian Indonesia sudah mulai pulih kembali salah satunya dengan adanya kemudahan dan keuntungan yang diperoleh oleh para pelaku UMKM melalui digital marketing. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengajarkan dan melatih para pelaku UMKM terutama pada UMKM Telur Asin DMN bagaimana cara memanfaatkan digital marketing untuk memperluas pemasaran produknya sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan usahanya serta memiliki banyak konsumen dari dalam maupun luar daerah. Kegiatan ini dilakukan karena pelaku UMKM masih minim pengetahuan tentang digital marketing dan pemasaran yang masih menggunakan metode tradisional seperti dititipkan ke warung. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah survey, pembinaan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan dengan antusias yang positif dari UMKM Telur Asin DMN karena memiliki banyak manfaat bagi usahanya. Setelah dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini, diharapkan UMKM Telur Asin DMN dapat memperluas pemasarannya.

This research aims to investigate whether code-mixing poses a threat to the Indonesian language as the national identity and the efforts that can be done as a prevention of identity crisis. It is because society is beginning to forget its national language. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research data were obtained from the general public who mix languages in their daily communication. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents through Google Forms. The data obtained will then go through several stages, including data tabulation, description, and analysis. From the results obtained from this study, approximately 68.3% of the respondents mix their local and foreign languages with the Indonesian language. This frequent code-mixing can pose a threat to national identity, as people tend to forget their language and feel proud when using foreign languages. However, it was also found that code-mixing positively impacts social and cultural aspects, as it can be used to communicate more effectively and as a means of learning new languages. Code-mixing can become a threat if the speaker consciously prefers to use a foreign language in a conversation.

Di negara indonesia ini, permasalahan ketenagakerjaan ini memiliki berbagai permasalahan, di antaranya ialah kepercayaan diri yang kurang, kualitas tenaga kerja yang rendah serta lapangan pekerjaan yang sulit hingga berimplikasi terhadap krisis global. Namun, tidak melibatkan upaya pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang bertalenta dan berdaya saing di tengah permasalahan yang kompleks. Kondisi kondisi kerja di Indonesia tentunya akan semakin memburuk. Dengan demikian, segala bidang perlu pembenahan diri baik dari segi kualitas maupun kuantitas pekerjaan, salah satunya adalah bidang teknologi las. UPT Praktek Kerja Kabupaten Deli Serdang, sebagai instansi pemerintah yang mengadakan beberapa jenis pelatihan,  yang di antaranya ialah berupa teknik pengelasan, yang mana ini dianggap akan dapat menyebabkan proses dalam mengembangkan sektor ketenagakerjaan ini semakin cepat. Penelitian ini tujuannya ialah agar dapat mengetahui pelaksanan dari pelatihan untuk keterampilan dari las listrik untuk menaikkan persaingan dan kapasitas dari para tenaga kerja tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini terintegrasi secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Topik penelitian sebanyak 10 responden, terdiri dari 10 peserta pelatihan. Observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi sebagai sarana pengumpulan data, dan data yang terkumpul ini dilakukan pengolahan dan penganalisisan dengan mempergunakan rumus koefisien korelasi product-moment. Hasil survey menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan las memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas tenaga kerja masyarakat dalam peningkatan kualitas tenaga kerja masyarakat di Balai Pelaksana Teknis Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Deli Serdang.
