The conflict between Palestine and Israel continues to this day. The problems that occur between the two countries, namely between the Palestinian state and Israel regarding the seizure of territory occur after years marked by violence until now so that there needs to be an effort to protect international law against war victims of innocent civilians. The theory used in this research is the theory of legal protection. The theory of legal protection is very relevant to the research made here, because there needs to be international legal protection regarding the conflict between Palestine and Israel. The research method used regarding the protection of international law on the conflict between Palestine and Israel is carried out by means of qualitative descriptive research. The technique or instrument of data collection used is library research by studying various books as literature, official documents, laws and regulations, results of previous research, and other literature sources related to the problems studied. Legal efforts made internationally against this war conflict include the UN Resolution in 1947, the Geneva Convention, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and the Olso Agreement.  

Inheritance law contains regulations that include the need to understand the dynamics and challenges in the property inheritance system, involving legal, cultural and social aspects. Jurisprudence reflects efforts to maintain a balance between local wisdom, justice and legal certainty in the inheritance of traditional property. This research uses a normative juridical method with a case approach, analyzing court decisions that have permanent legal force. Although the patrilineal customary inheritance system still applies in several regions of Indonesia, the view that customary inheritance law is irrelevant reflects the complexity of social and legal transformation. Although there are arguments that customary inheritance law does not always comply with justice and changing times, some judges in Indonesia still use jurisprudence or other inheritance laws in their decisions.

The purpose of this research is to find out the History and Impact of the Tabuk War: An In-depth Analysis of the Border Conflict in Historical and Humanitarian Perspective. The Battle of Tabuk marked a monumental event in Islamic history in 630 AD. The research approach in this Literature Review study is one type of qualitative research method in which research is conducted in libraries through the collection of books, documents, archives, and other types. This war had a significant impact in Islamic history, both in terms of politics and military. The impacts include strengthening the position of Islam in Arabia, increasing the autonomy of Arab tribes, and asserting Islamic rule over the surrounding territories. In humanitarian terms, the war also demonstrated the importance of diplomacy in resolving conflicts, and provided lessons on the importance of peace and justice in relations between nations.

This article discusses the role of zakat in alleviating poverty. Where zakat is something that is obligatory for the Muslim community. In the Qur'an it is explained that zakat is a responsibility for the Muslim community to help each other. So it can be interpreted that zakat is a moral element. social, educational and economic. In terms of morals, zakat wards off the greed and stinginess of some Muslims who have a sufficient economy. In education, the obligation to give zakat can be taken from the feeling of wanting to give, donate and also give up some of the assets we own as a sign of our love for others. In social matters, namely zakat, the poor can play a role in their lives, carrying out their obligations to Allah SWT, helping with zakat and sadaqah that have been given from people who are capable. As is the case with zakat, underprivileged people feel like they are part of society, or not even outcasts and are looked down upon. In economic terms, zakat can play a role in preventing the accumulation of wealth in the hands of just one person, and also requires rich people to redistribute the wealth they have to rich and poor family groups. So, zakat functions as a potential source of funds in terms of alleviating poverty. Zakat can also be working capital for poor people to open up employment opportunities, so that this group can earn income and also be able to meet their daily living needs. Taken from the feeling of wanting to give, donate, and also give up some of one's wealth as a sign of compassion for fellow humans. In social matters, namely zakat, the poor can play a role in their lives, carrying out obligations to Allah SWT, helping with zakat and sadaqah that have been given from people who are capable.

Land disputes are civil disputes that are often filed by justice seekers in the District Court. Recently, many inheritance disputes often occur in families, the inheritance in question is in the form of movable and immovable property. This research aims to determine the process of resolving inheritance land disputes due to falsification of wills in district court and the inhibiting factors which are useful as a reference. The type of research used is empirical research, by interviewing plaintiffs, defendants and co-defendants in case decision no. 44/Pdt.G/2011/PN.Gtlo.The results of the research show that resolving inheritance land disputes resulting from forgery of wills through the District Court is preferred as a solution because it is an institution that provides the justice desired by the plaintiff and its decisions have permanent legal force. Inhibiting factors found in the research process, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors consist of lack of human resources, administrative services, and lack of facilities. And external factors consist of cost, time, good faith, lack of understanding of the parties, chaos in the trial, and lack of evidence. 

Indonesia continues to move forward in responding to the demands of the times, especially in terms of administrative modernization. One important step in this effort is updating and integrating population data with the national taxation system. In this context, Tanjung Seneng Subdistrict, Bandar Lampung, started an important initiative aimed at assisting residents in the RT/RW environment. 06/00 in the process of modernizing their Population Identification Number (NIK) into a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP). Modernizing NIK to NPWP is not just an administrative step, but an effort to increase tax awareness, administrative efficiency, and community involvement in national development. By involving the local community, it is hoped that this socialization will not only be a process but also an opportunity to empower residents to understand their role in economic development and shared prosperity. Several problems that arise, namely: The level of public understanding regarding NIK modernization, Citizens’ understanding regarding NPWP and its relationship to NIK, and The impact of NIK modernization on administrative processes. By providing socialization on the modernization of NIK into NPWP for RT/RW residents: 06/00 residents will not need to carry NPWP cards and will only need to bring KTPs, making tax administration easier by using a single identity, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.

Islamic Sharia establishes inheritance rules in a very regular and fair form. It stipulates the right to property ownership for every human being, both men and women, in a legal manner. Islamic Sharia also stipulates the right to transfer ownership of a person after death to his heirs from all his relatives and lineages. Islam details and explains through the Qur'an al-Karim the share of each heir with the aim of realizing justice in society. Inheritance according to Civil Law is inheritance law in the form of a set of legal provisions that regulate legal consequences. Traditional inheritance law is actually the law of passing on wealth from one generation to its descendants.

Prison overcrowding has become a serious issue in Indonesia. This phenomenon occurs when the number of detainees exceeds the maximum capacity available in prisons and correctional institutions. The normative legal approach is intended to understand the issue while remaining within the framework of legal principles, while the empirical legal approach aims to gain clarity and understanding of the research issue based on existing realities.Overcrowded prisons have various negative impacts, both on the detainees themselves and on the criminal justice system. First, the excess number of detainees leads to an increased risk of violence, conflicts, and security disturbances within the prison. This affects the well-being and safety of both detainees and security personnel. Second, overcrowding also affects the quality of life for detainees. Limited capacity means that resources such as food, water, beds, healthcare facilities, and access to education and rehabilitation are insufficient for all detainees.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the concept of justice according to Amos's perspective and how to identify concrete methods of its implementation for the church today. This research uses Thematic Method with literature study, to analyze relevant texts from the Book of Amos in the Bible. The analysis focused on identifying central themes related to justice from Amos' perspective. In addition, the research also incorporates relevant theological and social literature to understand the context of the implementation of the principles of justice of Amos in the modern church. The results revealed that Amos emphasized the importance of social justice, rejection of economic injustice, and an active role in combating oppression in society. Implementation of these principles in today's church involves a variety of actions, including proactive social service, advocacy for structural change, and education of church members on issues of justice

This study discusses the legal responsibility of children against perpetrators of serious crimes. The question of the extent to which children can be held accountable for their criminal acts has been controversial in the juvenile justice system. Some countries apply a strict legal system, where children can be subject to the same sanctions as adults, while other countries adopt a rehabilitation and reintegration approach. The impact of the approach applied to the legal responsibility of children as perpetrators of serious crimes can affect the future of these children. An approach that focuses on rehabilitation and reintegration provides opportunities for children to find recovery and a second chance in society. However, an approach that promotes punishment can potentially harm children and hinder their rehabilitation process. In this context, it is necessary to have a balanced and comprehensive approach in treating children as perpetrators of serious crimes. Protection of children's rights, moral development and an approach that is based on the best interests of the child must be the cornerstone of the juvenile justice system.

This  study  aims  to  describe  and  analyze  the  principles  of  Good  Corporate Governance in managing village funds at the Tenggak Village Government, Sidoharjo District, Sragen Regency. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This  research  design  is  considered  as  the  most  suitable  application  to  explain  the  good governance  principles  in  the  Tenggak  Village  government  in  depth  according  to  the  actual phenomena.  Data  collection  techniques  carried  out  containe  of  interviews,  observation  and documentation.  The  results  of  this  study  indicate  that  the  principles  of  responsibility, independence, and justice have been applied properly. Therefore the principle of transparency has not been applicated properly and the principle of accountability has not met the existing research indicators. The final result indicated that the principles of good corporate governance have  not  been  implemented  properly  in  village  fund  management  in  Tenggak village governance.

Human resource management (HRM) is an important component in any organization or business. The effectiveness of HR management will have an impact on  the company's performance and output. In an Islamic perspective, effective HR management should be built on ideas that uphold Islamic ideals. Allah Almighty has given responsibility to man to manage human resources as effectively as possible. This is related to the idea of trust, which states that everyone is responsible for the property that Allah Almighty has entrusted to him. Man is assigned to use human resources as efficiently as possible by Allah SWT. This relates to the concept of amanah, which states that each individual is responsible for the material possessions that Allah Almighty has given them. Therefore, it is very important to apply justice and kindness in managing human resources. The list of books and articles in this review does not provide a comprehensive picture. Although these restrictions are sufficiently mitigated by the selection of different authors and publications, the results may be improved by a more thorough study. In many types of conflict, including war, religion has been shown to be a motivating factor in demonstrating human commitment and devotion. Knowing how religion functions in business can help develop the potential of HRM. A brief review of Islam's place in business, particularly in HRM, has the potential to have a significant impact.  

Di masa pandemi saat ini perekonomian masyarakat bawah lebih khusus rumah tangga mendapat dampak yang cukup signifikan. Daya jual maupun daya beli menurun, karena rumah tangga pendapatan berkurang atau justru tidak ada pendapatan sama sekali. Maka hal ini butuh perhatian dari berbagai pihak. Salah satu kegiatan yang membantu membangkitan perekonomian keluarga yakni dengan berwirausaha. Ibu-ibu yang merupakan anggota dari kelompok Jamaah Masjid Nurul Huda diharapkan mampu mendorong kegiatan ini. Dengan melalui kegiatan pelatihan kewirausahaan ini, para jamaah ibu-ibu dapat menghidupkan kembali kegiatan wirausaha yang pasif karena dampak pandemi. Meski kegiatan wirausaha  ini masih sebatas jual beli produk lebih tepatnya resseller, namun diharapkan setelah mendapat penyuluhan ini dapat menjadikan anggotanya memproduksi produk sendiri dan dijual sesama jamaah maupun dengan warga sekitar. Sehingga kegiatan wirausaha dapat menyelamatkan perekonomian keluarga.

This study aims to analyze the perceptions of Christian Religious Education teachers towards the Great Commission of Jesus Christ as the basis for the ethics of the teaching profession. The Great Commission of Jesus Christ contains important moral values in the educational context, such as love, justice, humility, forgiveness, and social responsibility. This study uses the library method. In the library method, the writer will search and select information sources that are relevant to the research topic. The results of this research can contribute to the development of an educational approach that focuses on spiritual and ethical values, as well as provide a better understanding of the challenges faced by teachers in integrating religious values into a diverse school environment.

As a manifestation of mutual respect and an attitude of living in harmony, it is important to resolve land conflicts through a fair distribution of inheritance. Equitable distribution of inheritance is a process of distributing assets and land rights proportionally according to the needs and contributions of each party involved. Equitable distribution will create social justice and reduce injustice that may occur, so as to reduce conflict, one of which is by means of mediation. Equitable distribution of inheritance can also help develop communities and increase economic well-being. Also intended to eliminate feelings of resentment due to disputes that arise. By means of mediation, it is hoped that this family spirit will be maintained so that a harmonious and peaceful life can be created.

Efforts to Increase Child Entrepreneurship in PAUD/TK institutions. Everyone needs to have an entrepreneurial spirit, including children at an early age. Entrepreneurship education is not just about educating prospective entrepreneurs or teaching children how to make money from an early age, but also about growing and developing the character that already exists in children. The purpose of this study was to: find out whether there are changes in children's habits and attitudes after doing fun activities in farming and increasing entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by collecting and analyzing journals related to the word key. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that the importance of planting and increasing understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship from an early age starting from early childhood education, this implementation needs examples in the form of activities carried out by playing to provide a good understanding of students. Another problem, students are less motivated to look for reference materials related to the material provided. Based on the analysis of learning tools, the entrepreneurship material being taught is still not sustainable so that the expected competencies are not clear. In addition, learning activities are still centered on the teacher. The results of the analysis of reference books to see the contents of the material, especially the main economic activity material. Instilling an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age makes children have a strong business spirit, sense of responsibility and independence. Crime is a social phenomenon that is the responsibility of the state and society because the more crimes that are committed, the greater the danger to the state and society. This study uses normative legal research methods which aim to analyze and evaluate court decisions related to law enforcement of perpetrators of fraudulent online motorcycle taxi ordering fraud. This method will involve literature study and document analysis, namely court decision number 1507/PID.SUS/2018/PN.MDN and decision number 143/PID.B/2018/PN.LMG which is related to the fraudulent case of fictitious online motorcycle taxi orders. The analysis was carried out using a statutory approach and legal theory related to criminal acts of fraud and related court decisions. The results of the analysis will be requested and presented in a narrative form that can provide a deeper understanding related to law enforcement against perpetrators of criminal acts of fraudulent online motorcycle taxi orders. Based on the author's analysis above of the two criminal court decisions in the field of Information and Electronic Transactions Law, it turns out that the authors found that it was very low and did not give a deterrent effect to perpetrators of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law and did not provide a sense of justice to victims. Street vendors are traders who usually display their wares and sell by utilizing public spaces in the community. Therefore, public space certainly becomes something meaningful for these street vendors. However, unfortunately, as a street vendor who has never officially obtained permission from the government to have the freedom to use this public space as their selling stall, the potential for eviction will continue to exist and threaten their existence and the activities they carry out. Therefore, it is necessary to have concrete solutions prepared, provided and offered by the government so that they can regain their rights as part of society to use and access public spaces or the environment in order to make a living and survive. The existing solutions must be in the form of things and points that benefit any party and not just one side, but the entire community and the government and the country itself. In this case, the government is significantly trying to find a solution and so are the street vendors themselves to prepare life defense strategies both in the social and economic fields so as to avoid a decline or impact that can be caused if at any time evictions or relocations are carried out.

Inheritance division is a law that regulates the division of property left by someone who has died. This law is to fight for justice for everyone who is entitled to receive inheritance. The law of inheritance division plays a role in regulating how to transfer inheritance from someone who has died to the living, both regarding the inheritance, the people who are entitled to receive, the part that is entitled to be received, and how to settle the division of property. This activity is very necessary for the community, especially for community groups who do not have much access to legal information. This activity is expected to create peace of life and a harmonious family atmosphere. Sharia is the highest source of law that must be obeyed. Sharia itself was revealed for the good of Muslims and provides a solution that best suits the character and character of each human being.
