Low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma (LGFMS) is a rare soft tissue tumor with deceptively benign histological features but significant potential for local recurrence and distant metastasis. Pelvic LGFMS is extremely uncommon and may mimic gynecological malignancies, leading to diagnostic challenges. This report describes a 39-year-old woman presenting with progressive abdominal enlargement, bloating, early satiety, and dyspnea. Physical and ultrasonographic examinations suggested a malignant ovarian tumor. The patient underwent exploratory laparotomy without preoperative CT scan evaluation. Intraoperatively, multiple solid masses involving the intestines, mesentery, omentum, peritoneum, and ovaries were identified, with the largest measuring 20 × 15 cm. Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of LGFMS. The absence of preoperative cross-sectional imaging contributed to diagnostic difficulty in this case. CT scan and MRI are important for evaluating tumor origin, tissue characteristics, and involvement of surrounding structures. Definitive diagnosis requires histopathology supported by immunohistochemistry, particularly MUC4, and molecular confirmation when available. Comprehensive diagnostic evaluation is essential to avoid misdiagnosis, optimize management, and improve long-term outcomes in patients with pelvic LGFMS.

This study aims to analyze the effect of combining bait types and immersion durations on the catch yields of blue swimming crabs (Portunus pelagicus) in the waters of Kuala Penet, East Lampung. The research method employed was a field experiment utilizing a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The focus of the study was directed toward two types of bait, namely goldstripe sardine (Sardinella spp.) and chicken intestines, with three variations of immersion duration: 6 hours, 12 hours, 18 hours, and 24 hours. Through statistical analysis, it was discovered that the combination of goldstripe sardine bait and a 6-hour immersion duration provided the most optimal catch yields. Nevertheless, chicken intestines demonstrated strong potential as an economical and sustainable alternative bait at a 12-hour immersion duration. The interaction between the bait type and immersion duration variables proved to be significant, thereby supporting an integrated approach to the management of collapsible pots. These findings provide a scientific basis for formulating sustainable crab fishing guidelines that can be adopted by local fishermen and relevant authorities to support the ecosystem-based conservation of coastal fishery resources in East Lampung.

Biofloc technology is a super-intensive fish cultivation method, which benefits heterotrophic bacteria to harvest organic chemical compounds and amines from fish metabolic residues to be converted into bacterial proteins. The use of probiotics is very important to be carried out in cultivation activities, Probiotics are living microorganisms that have a beneficial effect on humans by balancing the microflora in their intestines. The bacteria in probiotics have a mechanism in forming several enzymes for feed digestion. This study aims to determine the effect of administering Pro Top probiotics with different doses on the absolute weight growth of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). Probiotics are mixed with feed with a biofloc cultivation system. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 6 replications, namely by adding different doses to the treatment. Treatment A (0.5 grams / kg), B (1 gram / kg), C (2 grams / kg) and D (5 grams / kg). The parameters observed are absolute weight growth. Supporting parameters for air quality are temperature, pH, and DO. Data were analyzed using the ANOVA test. Based on the results of the study, it shows that administering different doses of Pro Top probiotics has a significant effect on the absolute weight growth of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). Treatment A (0.5 grams/kg) gave the lowest absolute weight growth of 31.05 grams and treatment D (5 grams/kg) gave the highest absolute weight growth of 40.30 grams. Air quality parameters including air temperature ranged from 25.3 – 26.1°C, acidity level around 7.5 – 8.0. And dissolved oxygen ranged from 4.7 – 5.3 ppm. The results of the analysis of variance (ANOVA) of the three air quality parameters showed no difference between the treatments of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus).

Bloating in infants can also accompany other digestive disorders, such as vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and constipation. Babies with gas often vomit easily. Babies with diarrhea will have low potassium levels, resulting in bloating. One benefit of infant massage is addressing complaints of bloating and colic in infants. Tummy massage is a gentle abdominal massage designed to encourage trapped air to move. The goal is to move gas and other materials from the intestines to the large intestine. The method used was preparation through coordination with midwives and cadres in Selokerto Village, Sempor District, Kebumen Regency. The activity was implemented through lectures and tummy massage simulations. While evaluation and follow-up plans for the activity were carried out by evaluating the knowledge of mothers of toddlers and can be implemented independently using leaflets distributed to mothers of toddlers. The number of respondents in this activity was 10 mothers of toddlers. The activity went smoothly, all mothers enthusiastically participated in the activity. Respondents were aged between 20-34 years. The level of knowledge of respondents before the activity was that most had sufficient knowledge about bloating/colic in toddlers and tummy massage. Meanwhile, after the knowledge activity, most responded well. Conclusion: The community service activity was effective in increasing respondents' knowledge about gas/colic in toddlers and tummy massage.

The digestive system plays a role in processing food into nutrients so that they can be absorbed and utilized by the body, but it is often found that the digestive system experiences disorders that can be caused by various factors such as infection, inflammation, motility disorders, or even neoplasms (Suryati et al., 2025).One of the diseases caused by digestive system disorders is ileus obstruction, which is a disorder of the digestive system that occurs due to a mechanical blockage in the intestine and is often found in patients with intestinal obstruction. One of the diseases resulting from digestive system disorders isileus obstruction, which is a disorder of the digestive system caused by a mechanical obstruction in the intestines and is commonly found in patients who visit the emergency room. It is estimated that approximately 2-8% and 15% of patients require treatment in the surgical unit (Andi Nailah et al., 2024). Obstructive ileus occurs in the small intestine and can be caused by incarcerated hernia, intussusception, intestinal adhesions or adhesions, ascariasis, volvulus, tumors, or gallstones entering the ileum (Su’un, Gani, & Purnama, 2024). The purpose of this writing is to understand and provide nursing intervention  for Mrs. T with a digestive system disorders: a case of ileus obstruction in Mawar 2 ward dr. Soeselo Regional General Hospital, Tegal Regency. The method used in this writing is a descriptive method. From the case review, it was found that the patient's main complaint was pain in the lower right abdomen. Three diagnoses emerged: acute pain, anxiety, and knowledge deficit. Interventions were developed based on SDKI, SLKI, and SIKI, which can be implemented.

Cases of biological food poisoning can be caused by several causative factors, one of which is a food processing site that does not meet health requirements. According to the BPOM report (2016) cases of food poisoning in Indonesia in 2016 reached 1,068 cases. In 2016, 60 extraordinary events (KLB) of food poisoning were reported by 31 BB/BPOM throughout Indonesia. From the many cases of food poisoning that occur, it is necessary to take action in prevention by processing data on existing cases of poisoning to follow up on existing problems to reduce the number of cases of food poisoning by using a system on a computer so that the managed data can be processed quickly to obtain further information. Therefore the author wants to use a system with the clustering method to assist in processing data on biological poisoning cases grouping objects based on the characteristics of each object. Based on the research conducted, it can be seen that in cluster 2 in the dasta group of biological poisoning cases there are 11 data with centroid point age (x) 2, namely 12-16 years, centroid point on the type of poisoning (y) 6.36, namely sandwiches, and centroid point on the causative factor (z) 2.9, namely Gram-negative rod-shaped bacteria which are usually found in the intestines of humans and warm-blooded animals.
