Globalization has penetrated the territorial boundaries of countries in the world, and has affected the order of people's lives, namely in the political, economic, social, cultural and legal aspects. Indonesia as a part of the world community cannot be separated from these influences, including the influence of the development of narcotics abuse. This paper will discuss the problem of the influence of globalization on the development of narcotics abuse, as well as strategies to deal with the development of narcotics abuse in the era of globalization. The discussion shows that the problem of narcotics abuse seems endless in Indonesia. For this reason, a strategy is needed in overcoming narcotics abuse, namely with pre-emptive, preventive and recessive efforts. Besides that, it is necessary to cooperate with the police of other countries in the form of cooperation between countries, the ASEAN regional area and internationally through the United Nations (UN) through the Interpol forum.

The environment is a place where there is a unity between space and all objects, energy, resources and conditions as well as living things including humans, animals, plants and their behavior that influences nature itself. The learning environment in the Qur'an is not clearly stated, but the learning environment can be related to places where education takes place, such as mosques, homes, madrasas, and others. We must be able to understand the learning environment itself because the Qur'an only gives hints about the learning environment, namely the family, community and madrasah. In other words, the learning environment is a place where we can interact to gain useful knowledge, not necessarily looking at the place where we get the knowledge, but how we practice it and apply it in everyday life.

A topic that is often discussed but lacks understanding of the meaning of maturity, there is some spiritual maturity which is expressed in the teachings of Christians, that spiritual maturity is needed by Christians so that their lives really demonstrate the character of Christ. Spiritually mature believers will have firm faith in the midst of the onslaught of misleading teaching influences and amidst the various storms of life. Believers who experience spiritual maturity will have the desire to serve God faithfully so that many souls are brought to Christ. Therefore, the role of the Bible is very much needed in distinguishing true maturity from a Christian spiritual point of view.

The purpose of this study is to investigate both the influences of perceived organizational support and work-family conflict on job satisfaction. In addition, this research aims to investigate the impact of the mediation of work-family disputes in the connection between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction. We utilize a quantitative approach to acquire data from the subject of the study. For the sampling strategy, we employ random sampling with questionnaire distribution as the data collection tool. The data analysis method was called Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). In addition, the findings of this research indicate that a favorable and significant influence on work satisfaction may be attributed to a perceived high level of organizational support. The perception of organizational support is another factor that contributes negatively to work-family conflict. Meanwhile, the tension between work and family life has a positive and noticeable impact on job satisfaction. The latest finding is that work and family conflict might be a negative mediator in the association between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction.

Concept of leadership evolved from the traditional view of leadership (i.e. Great Man Theory) to more radical concept of leadership (i.e. transformational leadership). Research developments have accelerated the emergence of new theories about leadership. Unfortunately, academic studies that discuss about the association between leadership and power in order to achieve organizational goals are very little. This article proposes an integration model of leadership, power, influence tactics to achieve organizational outcomes.

The analytical method in this study uses the ARDL Panel (Autoregression Distributed Lag) approach. The ARDL Panel Model determines which country models from APEC countries are able to control long-term financial system-based economic fundamentals in Mexico, Vietnam, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, Peru, and China and the Different Test for modeling the impact of covid-19 19 on the economic fundamentals of the financial system. The results of the research found the ARDL Panel prediction model in modeling the impact of Covid-19 on economic fundamentals in the financial system. The main Leading Indicator of variable effectiveness in controlling Inflation In TAPEC is JUB where Vietnam, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Peru and China have a significant influence in controlling Inflation. Then overall in the long term (Long Run) it turns out that only the JUB and CDV variables have an effect on INF In TAPEC, while in the short term (Short Run) it is JUB that influences Inflation In TAPEC.
